This research aims to reveal the effect of job demands in moderating the relationship between servant leadership and civil apparatus’ job satisfaction. This study involved 200 respondents who spread across Jakarta, Makassar, Medan, Semarang, and Surabaya, using convenience sampling technique. The data of this research were obtained through online surveys. The multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the moderating variable according to the statistical rules. To process the data analysis, we used IBM SPSS 23. The results showed that servant leadership had a positive effect on civil apparatus’ job satisfaction. Literatur telah mendokumentasikan pengaruh positif kepemimpinan transformasional dan berbagai variabel organisasi, termasuk kepuasan kerja. Dalam hal ini, faktor kepercayaan (trust) menjadi salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi dampak kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja. Untuk itu, penelitian ini menganalisis peran mediasi kepercayaan terhadap pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional pada kepuasan kerja Aparatur Sipil Negaral (ASN) di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, Tengah, dan Tenggara. Kuesioner dikembangkan dari analisis awal yang bersifat kualitatif melalui wawancara terhadap 30 responden untuk memahami bentuk kepemimpinan yang paling efektif di organisasi, kepercayaan terhadap pemimpin, dan kepuasan kerja. Kuesioner tersebut kemudian diberikan kepada 350 responden dan hubungan antar variabel diuji dengan metode SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berhubungan secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan dan kepuasan kerja para ASN. Sementara itu, kepercayaan berhubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja para ASN dan memediasi sebagian hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja. Secara keseluruhan, kepemimpinan transformasional dapat memahami, menjelaskan dan memprediksikan kepercayaaan terhadap pemimpin mereka yang kemudian akan memberikan kepuasan kerja bagi ASN.

The development of hydroponic suitable methods is currently quite good, the utilization of the narrow land availability and the people's attractiveness to hydroponics are the reasons for the developing hydroponic suitable method. However, in its development, there is less land with soil growing media, there is a pattern of farming using water media, namely hydroponics (Hydroponics). Hydroponic cultivation must pay attention to the elements that plants need, such as providing special nutrition to plants. The provision of nutrition that is done manually often results in irregular nutrition in hydroponics which results in disruption of hydroponic plant growth and harvest is not optimal. Research on the Smart Hydroponics System based on the Raspberry Pi 3 using the tidal hydroponic system can make it easier for every human being who wants to grow crops especially who are busy with work activities. With the research methodology using flowchart design methods and system block diagrams, where the Raspberry Pi 3 Mini Computer is used to control pumps in the circulation of hydroponic plant nutrients. Set the nutrient pump On / Off, display a Video Stream from the Cyberlink C170 webcam to check the progress of fruit or vegetable crops ready for harvest. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh peluang karir dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Sulawesi Barat dengan menjadikan motivasi dan kepuasan kerja sebagai mediasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada pegawai Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Sulawesi Barat dengan populasi berjumlah 108 orang. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan pengamatan langsung di lapangan, wawancara tatap muka langsung menggunakan google formulir dan konvensional. Pengukuran variabel menggunakan skala likert dan analis data menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) berbasis varians dengan aplikasi SMART PLS ver. 3.3.3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peluang karir berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja pegawai. peluang karir juga berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi kerja. variabel lain yaitu kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, motivasi, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja pegawai, kompetensi juga berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi kerja pegawai pada Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Sulawesi Barat. Community Service Activities carried out at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Insan Rabbani in the Bekasi area, aimed at providing training in the learning method of the Kahoot educational game method which can be used as an alternative online learning media by taking advantage of opportunities to play games that can support the improvement of educational services. to teachers and students so that they can motivate teaching and learning activities and can support educational services at SDIT Insan Rabbani to be more fun and be able to evaluate the results of learning activities through giving assignments or quizzes and displaying answers to grades for each student and ranking the best three in each assignments or quizzes given so that with the Kahoot application learning objectives are achieved for each subject, especially during the current covid 19 pandemic. In this training, the method used is the online training method using the zoom application by providing exposure related to the Kahoot application and direct practice on the Kahoot application. So that it is hoped that through this training, it is hoped that the ability to achieve an even understanding and mastery of the teacher council supports learning using the Kahoot application as an alternative learning method to create a more interesting, fun and effective learning process. ABSTRACT. The high mortality rate of toddler in Parigi Moutong Regency of Central Sulawesi and Sinjai Regency of South Sulawesi province is one of the problems that caused the attention to conduct this study. This study aims to reveal the role of attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control in predicting and explaining the intentions and behavior of mothers in those areas who have toddlers to participate in the Toddlers Development Program through the implementation of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). This study used an exploratory sequential design involving 300 respondents obtained through purposive sampling. The data is collected using a questionnaire which was analyzed using SEM analysis with the help of IBM SPSS AMOS 23. The results showed that TPB model which was developed in explaining and predicting the mothers behavior who have toddlers in those areas in participating of the BKB program is as expected. The behavior of participating program is significantly influenced by the intention to participate in the BKB program. The intention to participate in the BKB program was significantly influenced by: attitudes towards participation in the BKB program, subjective norms regarding participation in the BKB program, and perceived behavioral control towards participation in the BKB program. The variable that contributes the most to influence the intention to participate in the program is the attitude towards participation in the BKB program. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi terhadap financial management behavior secara parsial, yang terdiri dari literasi keuangan dan faktor-faktor demografi (jenis kelamin, usia dan pendapatan). Sampel penelitian sejumlah 154 orang dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisa data menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa literasi keuangan secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap financial management behavior. Sedangkan faktor jenis kelamin, usia dan pendapatan secara parsial tidak mempengaruhi terhadap financial management behavior. Hasil uji F menunjukan bahwa literasi keuangan, jenis kelamin, usia dan pendapatan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap financial management behavior. Nilai R2 sebesar 12,2%, artinya bahwa financial management behavior dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel literasi keuangan, jenis kelamin, usia dan pendapatan, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 87,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain.

Karunika is a cooperative at Universitas Terbuka (UT) which members consists of employees of UT. In February 2021, Karunika launched an online savings and loan application (aplikasi simpan pinjam online) to make it easier for members to make savings and loans. This preliminary study aims at collecting information about perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness in affecting attitudes and interest in using “simpan pinjam online” application at the Karunika Cooperative. This study is qualitative research which collect the data through documentation, observation, and interview. Documentation is carried out to collect information from secondary sources. Observation is made by accessing the application to gain experience. Interviews were conducted with 11 members of Karunika Cooperative to obtain information about the experience of application usage. Karunika members feel the ease and usefulness of using the application due to its accessibility and subjective norms. Karunika members are encouraged to have attitudes and intentions to use the application. Socialization of the application among members of Karunika is lack because the members are spread throughout Indonesia. This causes delays in finding information from experienced members. This research is expected to give contributions to the literature about the usage of information technology in cooperative. This research can be used as the basis for system improvement in Karunika Cooperative and inspire the use of “simpan pinjam online” applications in other cooperatives. Objectives: This study aims at examining the factors that trigger the intention of MSMEs owners to use fintech. The theories used in this study are Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and Theory of Trying (TT). This study compares the abilities of TT and TPB in predicting MSMEs and investors’ intentions in Indonesia when they use fintech services.Methodology: The population in this study are MSME owners spread across Jakarta, Jogjakarta, Semarang, and Surabaya. The sample size in this study was 427 respondents. To collect the data, this study used a purposive sampling technique and a quantitative method through questionnaires. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a two-stage approach is used to analyze the data.Finding: The results of this study shows that TT fits better than TPB to explain the MSME’s owners’ intentions and behavior in using fintech services.Conclusion: The conclusion of this study showed that attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control are significant predictors of intention based on TPB. Education in the current digitalization era requires the ability to adapt to developments in the field of information and communication technology that affect the education system in the digital era. This community service activity aims to take advantage of opportunities by sharing knowledge and increasing knowledge by utilizing information and communication technology by introducing G-Suite for Education as a learning model strategy in the current era of digitalization, especially for teachers of SMP Negeri 69. The method used is the socialization method. practically by providing training and simulating G-Suite for Educations services so that it is hoped that through this socialization it can be achieved understanding and mastery of teachers to be able to use the G-Suite for Education service which consists of Gmail, Calssroom, Docs, Drive and Google Calendar in good learning activities. face-to-face and online.
