Abstract

The local authorities are promoting Buku Limau Island as an emerging tourist site. The island's distinguishing features include stunning coral reefs, picturesque white sandy beaches, and its role as a hub for the production of salted and fresh seafood. The objective of this study is to identify and describe the natural and cultural attractions on Buku Limau Island, particularly in the Manggar Subdistrict of East Belitung Regency. Additionally, the study seeks to examine social networks in order to facilitate the development and expansion of natural and cultural tourism destinations in the area. This research employs a mixed-method approach, utilizing data gathering approaches such as observation, focus group discussions (FGD), and surveys administered through questionnaires. UCINET program was used to conduct descriptive qualitative analysis and social network analysis to identify and reveal tourist characteristics. This is followed by the breakdown and study of social networks among stakeholders and interest groups. The findings of this study indicate that Buku Limau Island exhibits attributes of both natural and cultural tourism, with the predominant population of fishermen being of Bugis ethnicity. The identification and study of social networks demonstrate that stakeholders have formed networks to actively support and cultivate tourism attractions, encompassing both natural and cultural aspects. Nevertheless, there are still certain stakeholders who have not been engaged in the network throughout the process of developing and improving the tourism destination.  The research limits are deliberately established to enhance the study's focus and depth. The information and data acquired are directly relevant to the fundamental issue of this investigation. The scope of this study is limited to the creation of natural and cultural tourism centered around social networks on Buku Limau Island. Theoretical implications shed light on the ideas of local government assistance, social networks, and tourist attractions. Meanwhile, the practical consequences surely affect the government, tourism stakeholders, and the community in their efforts to promote the growth of natural and cultural tourism through social networks on Buku Limau Island.

Abstract

The health assessment (PENKES) of Islamic savings and loan cooperatives and Islamic savings and loan and financing units (KSPPS/USPPS) of cooperatives is an assessment to measure the soundness of Islamic savings and loan and Islamic financing cooperatives and Islamic savings and loan units and cooperative financing on a periodic or incidental basis. Assessment of the health of cooperatives is very important to do, to find out more about the condition of cooperatives in terms of financial health, management and compliance with sharia principles. So the purpose of this research is to analyze the soundness of the sharia savings and loan and financing unit (USPPS) of the BMT Al-Karomah Martapura sharia cooperative in 2021. This type of research is qualitative research (Qualitative study). And including field research, using descriptive analysis with an inductive mindset. The subject studied was the Manager of the BMT Al-Karomah Martapura Sharia Cooperative. While the object is the soundness level of the Islamic savings and loan and financing unit (USPPS) of the BMT Al-Karomah Martapura Sharia Cooperative in 2021, covering all aspects of the health assessment, namely: aspects of capital, productive asset quality, management, efficiency, liquidity, cooperative identity, independence and growth, as well as compliance with Sharia Principles. The analysis follows the guidelines issued by the Deputy for Supervision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises No. 07/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016. The results showed that the health level of the savings and loan and sharia financing unit (USPPS) of the BMT Al-Karomah Martapura Sharia Cooperative in 2021 was in the Fairly Healthy predicate with a total score of 74,80. From the predicate obtained as a whole on the aspects of financial health, management and compliance with sharia principles, they are already in a fairly good health condition.

Abstract

Consumer preferences can assist a business in understanding the attributes that are essential or desired by consumers. The decision of a consumer to choose a product is closely related to the preferences of an individual consumer. An example of a commodity in the agricultural sector that has the potential to influence consumer preferences is rice. This study aims to identify the attributes that are preferred by consumers in the decision to purchase rice, considering the importance level of each attribute, in Toboali District, South Bangka Regency. The sampling method used in this research was judgment sampling. Data collection techniques include interviews, questionnaires, observations, and focus group discussions. Data processing in this study uses Conjoint Analysis. The results showed that consumer preferences for rice products were based on certified rice, packaged in sacks, 5 kg in size, and had a tender texture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji keefektivan dan kelayakan Kahoot dan Ispring Suite sebagai media evaluasi hasil belajar peserta didik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu angket dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis data kuantitatif yang terdiri dari analisis efektivitas dan kelayakan media evaluasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan setelah instrumen dan media yang digunakan melalui uji validitas oleh ahli. Hasil uji validitas media evaluasi memperoleh skor rata-rata 0,87 dengan kategori Sangat Valid dan Validitas angket memperoleh skor rata-rata 0,82 dengan kategori Sangat Valid. Untuk menguji efektivitas media digunakan ketuntasan belajar klasikal yang diperoleh dari hasil evaluasi peserta didik menggunakan media. Analisis hasil evaluasi peserta didik yang menggunakan Kahoot diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat 28 peserta didik yang berhasil tuntas dalam evaluasi sehingga mendapatkan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 90,3% dengan kategori sangat efektif dan yang menggunakan Ispring Suite terdapat 26 peserta didik yang berhasil tuntas dalam evaluasi ehingga mendpatkan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 83,9% dengan kategori efektif, Untuk menguji kelayakan media yang dihasilkan digunakan angket respon peserta didik. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh untuk kelayakan media Kahoot sebesar 86,38% dengan kategori sangat layak dan media Ispring Suite sebesar 81,32% dengan kategori sangat layak. Berdasarkan data tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kahoot lebih layak dan efektif digunakan sebagai media evaluasi dibandingkan dengan Ispring Suite.

Abstract

Seiring berjalannya waktu, hasil belajar yang ditunjukkan oleh siswa mengalami penurunan yang disebabkan oleh ketidakseimbangnya kemampuan yang dimiliki antar siswa di dalam kelas. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka peniliti memberikan solusi dengan melakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) yang terintegrasi dengan pendekatan Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL). Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas X-3 di SMAN 3 Mataram yang dilaksanakan pada semester genap tahun akademik 2023/2024. Dalam penelitian ini, instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah asesmen formatif yang telah dilakukan validasi oleh dua guru matematika di SMAN 3 Mataram. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan proses deskriptif kuantitatif, yang mana hal pertama yang dilakukan oleh peneliti dengan mengumpulkan hasil belajar siswa terlebih dahulu, lalu menghitung nilai dan menghitung persentase ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal apabila hasil belajar siswa telah mencapai KKM yaitu 75, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa telah tuntas dalam belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning terintegrasi Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika.

Abstract

Statistical habits of mind (SHOM) is a habit of mind needed to understand, analyze, and interpret data effectively. This research aims to develop an instrument in the affective aspect of measuring SHOM that is valid and reliable. The results showed that the SHOM instrument developed consisted of five faktorons, namely 1) Context of Data, 2) Intuition, 3) Inquiry, 4) Skeptical and Careful, and 5) Thinking Beyond the Textbook. Based on the factor analysis results, it was found that the SHOM instrument is content-valid and reliable but not yet construct-valid. This is indicated by the number of factors formed (13 factors) does not match the number of factors planned in the preparation of the instrument (5 factors), and there are 6 items that have insufficient factor loading values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jenis dan penyebab terjadinya kesalahan dalam menyelesaikan masalah matematika berdasarkan metode Newman ditinjau dari kemampuan matematis siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Akuntansi-1 SMKN 1 Mataram. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi tes tulis dalam bentuk essay dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data kualitatif meliputi data reduction, data display dan conclusion drawing/verification. Siswa dengan kemampuan matematis tinggi melakukan kesalahan pada tahap encoding error 50%, comprehension error 40,48%. Siswa dengan kemampuan matematis sedang melakukan kesalahan pada tahap comprehension error 59,09%, encoding error 83,33%. Siswa kemampuan matematis rendah melakukan kesalahan pada tahap reading error 54,17%, comprehension error 76,04%, transformation error 47,91%, process skill error 58,33%, encoding error 88,54% . Penyebab siswa melakukan kesalahan pada reading error ialah kesalahan dalam menangkap informasi yang terdapat pada soal; comprehension error disebabkan siswa lupa menuliskan diketahui dan ditanyakan, tidak terbiasa menuliskan diketahui dan ditanyakan, salah dalam menjabarkan informasi yang terdapat pada soal; transformation error disebabkan siswa ingin cepat menyelesaikan soal yang diberikan; process skill error disebabkan siswa salah memahami informasi dalam tahap reading error; encoding error disebabkan siswa terburu-buru dalam mengerjakan soal sehingga tidak menuliskan kesimpulan, siswa melakukan kesalahan dalam proses perhitungan sehingga jawaban akhir salah, tidak menuliskan kesimpulan dari pertanyaan di soal dikarenakan siswa terburu-buru dalam mengerjakan soal dan tidak terbiasa menuliskan kesimpulan dalam mengerjakan soal. Diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi bagi guru tentang kesalahan yang dialami siswa dalam menyelesaikan  masalah matematika dalam bentuk soal cerita.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the differences in the learning achievements of students who are taught using the Discovery Learning learning model with students who are taught using the Power of Two learning model. This type of research is Quasi Eksperiment. Sampling techniques use Probability Sampling by means of Cluster Random Sampling so that class VIII B is obtained as a Discovery Learning class and class VIII C as the Power of two class. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of obervasi and write tests. The data was analyzed using a normality test, a homogeneity test and an independent sample t test. From the results of the study obtained (i) The average cognitive learning outcome (post-test) of class VIII B students with discovery learning model of 79.22 and the average cognitive learning results (post-test) of class VIII C students with the learning model of the Power of Two of 79.11. (ii) there is no significant difference between a student's mathematical learning achievement after being taught using the Dicovery Learning model and the Power of Two.

Abstract

This research describes mathematical problem-solving abilities based on Polya's steps. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research with data collection techniques: tests, interviews, and documentation. The subjects selected were 6 students based on test results and divided into 3 groups, each consisting of 2 students with high, medium, and low mathematical problem-solving abilities who were then interviewed. The data analysis technique used is the Miles & Huberman model with the following steps: data collection, reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of data analysis show that students' problem-solving abilities are: 1) high category, able to understand the problem, able to plan a solution, able to carry out the solution plan even if there is a slight error in calculations, and able to look back at the results; 2) medium category, able to understand the problem, less able to plan a solution, less able to implement the resolution plan and less able to review the results; 3) low category, less able to understand the problem, unable to plan a solution, unable to implement the resolution plan and unable to look back at the results obtained.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the ability of mathematical problem solving in terms of mathematics learning motivation of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 17 Mataram. The type of research used is qualitative description. The subjects in this study consisted of 11 students consisting of 4 students representing high learning motivation, 4 students of medium learning motivation, and 3 students representing low learning motivation. The data collection techniques were questionnaires, tests, and interviews. The instruments used were interview guidelines, 20 learning motivation items, and 2 problem solving ability test questions. The results showed that students with high solving ability were able to fulfill the four stages of Polya. Meanwhile, students with moderate problem-solving ability were able to fulfill two or three stages of Polya and students with low problem solving ability were unable to work on all stages of Polya.
