Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak kebijakan moneter terhadap stabilitas harga kebutuhan pokok di Kota Kendari pada periode 2019–2023. Fokus utama terletak pada tiga instrumen moneter: suku bunga acuan (BI7DRR), jumlah uang beredar (M2), dan nilai tukar rupiah. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan analisis korelasi Pearson dan regresi linear berganda berdasarkan data sekunder dari Bank Indonesia, BPS, dan instansi terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan ketiga variabel moneter tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap inflasi bahan makanan di Kota Kendari. Secara parsial, suku bunga memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap inflasi, sedangkan M2 dan nilai tukar berpengaruh positif. Peningkatan suku bunga terbukti dapat menahan inflasi, sedangkan peningkatan jumlah uang beredar dan depresiasi rupiah mendorong kenaikan harga. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya sinergi antara kebijakan moneter nasional dan strategi daerah dalam menjaga stabilitas harga kebutuhan pokok, khususnya di daerah yang rentan terhadap tekanan eksternal seperti Kota Kendari.

Abstract

Creative thinking ability is one of the essential competencies of the 21st century; however, evidence from Indonesia indicates that this capability remains underdeveloped among university students. Numerous studies have identified passive conventional teaching methods as the main factor hindering the development of student creativity. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model in enhancing students' creative thinking abilities through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The research employed a three-stage methodology: planning, implementation, and reporting. Articles were collected from reputable databases covering the period 2020–2024 and were selected using strict relevance criteria. The SLR results from 19 articles demonstrate that PjBL is effective in improving all aspects of students' creative thinking, although its implementation faces challenges such as limited facilities, insufficient instructor preparedness, and the need for objective creativity assessment. This study recommends optimizing PjBL implementation by strengthening instructor competencies, utilizing digital technology, and developing continuous formative evaluation approaches. These findings are expected to serve as a practical reference for higher education institutions in designing more innovative, adaptive, and relevant learning strategies that meet the needs of student creativity development in the modern era. ABSTRAK Kemampuan berpikir kreatif menjadi salah satu kompetensi esensial abad ke-21, tetapi fakta di Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan ini masih rendah di kalangan mahasiswa. Berbagai penelitian menunjukkan metode pembelajaran konvensional yang pasif menjadi penyebab utama kurang berkembangnya kreativitas mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas model Project Based Learning (PjBL) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa melalui kajian Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Peneliti menggunakan tiga tahap: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pelaporan. Artikel dikumpulkan dari database bereputasi dengan rentang 2020–2024 dan diseleksi menggunakan kriteria relevansi yang ketat. Hasil SLR terhadap 19 artikel menunjukkan bahwa PjBL terbukti efektif meningkatkan seluruh aspek berpikir kreatif mahasiswa, meskipun implementasinya menghadapi tantangan berupa keterbatasan fasilitas, kesiapan dosen, dan penilaian kreativitas yang objektif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan optimalisasi penerapan PjBL melalui penguatan kompetensi dosen, pemanfaatan teknologi digital, dan pengembangan evaluasi formatif yang berkelanjutan. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi rujukan praktis bagi perguruan tinggi untuk merancang strategi pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif, adaptif, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan pengembangan kreativitas mahasiswa di era modern.

Abstract

The Independent Learning Curriculum in Indonesia emphasizes flexibility in learning that is tailored to students' needs and interests. Teachers are expected to have teaching strategies that can increase students' learning motivation, especially in economics subjects that are often considered boring by some students. This study aims to examine the role of teacher creativity in increasing students' learning motivation in economics learning. The method used in this study is a literature study or literature review. The results of the study show that teacher creativity greatly influences student motivation. Creative teachers can design interesting learning materials, use innovative media, and create a fun and interactive learning atmosphere. This has a positive impact on students' interest and enthusiasm in taking economics lessons, as well as improving their learning outcomes. Teacher creativity, which is reflected in critical thinking skills, flexibility, and the ability to evaluate and adapt teaching methods to students' needs, plays an important role in the success of learning. This study concludes that creative teachers can create a more effective learning process, help students achieve academic goals, and develop competencies that are important for their future.

Abstract

The digital revolution has transformed the landscape of higher education, particularly thru the implementation of online learning platforms. This study aims to analyze the impact of using online learning platforms on student learning motivation in higher education. Using a qualitative literature review method, this study integrates the results of various previous studies to understand the dynamics of the relationship between online learning platforms and student learning motivation. The research results indicate that online learning platforms have a dual impact on learning motivation. On the one hand, platforms with motivational features such as credit systems, gamification, and quick feedback can increase student engagement and intrinsic motivation. On the other hand, various challenges such as monotonous materials, limited direct interaction, internet connectivity issues, and a lack of social support can decrease student learning motivation. This study concludes that the effectiveness of online learning in increasing motivation depends on four key elements: (1) students' readiness in digital literacy and self-regulation skills, (2) adequate access to technology and infrastructure, (3) social support from family, peers, and lecturers, and (4) student-centered pedagogical design with engaging features. Online learning can be an effective alternative and a catalyst for improving motivation and learning outcomes if implemented with an approach that considers the balance between technological, social, and psychological aspects

Abstract

The function of teachers is crucial in accomplishing educational objectives. The role and competence of the teacher determines the student's learning outcome. The main player in learning is the teacher, who drives the transformation of education that produces a lot of change. The use of learning methods and media by teachers keeps students motivated and not bored in learning. The research method used is qualitative descriptive using literature or library study. There are three aspects of pedagogical competence: planning, implementation and evaluation of learning. The learning plan is the most important thing because it includes curriculum study activities, preparing curricula, RPP, learning strategies, learning resources and the atmosphere of learning activities. The use of media technology as a support for the learning process will help teachers in transferring information to students so that teachers can build active interaction with students. Teachers are able to help and ensure students are actively involved and create learning goals achieved. Learning evaluation is intended to examine various practical strategies for better further learning. Then good pedagogical competence is the success of teaching and learning

Abstract

Kemampuan pelaku-pelaku pembangunan baik pemerintah pusat maupun daerah sebagai pengambil kebijakan ekonomi, masyarakat sebagai pengguna dan pekerja dan pelaku ekonomi sebagai penggerak produksi, distribusi dan konsumsi merupakan keberhasilan pembangunan dalam bidang ekonomi. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu memberikan pemahaman kepada mahasiswa Pendidkan Ekonomi Univesitas Halu Oleo tentang berwirasuaha. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di pabrik pengelohan tahu Desa Alebo kecamatan Konda Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Peserta pada kegiatan Pengabdian Ini yaitu Mahasiswa pendidika Ekonomi Universitas Halu Oelo. Dengan selesainya Kegiatan Pengabdian ini mahasiswa memperoleh 1. Mampu meningkatkan kemampuan hardskil dan soft skilnya, 2. Sebagai pengalaman kerja awal bagi mahasiswa sebelum terjun langsung ke dunia kerja dan 3. Sebagai wadah untuk menajlin kerjasama yang baik antara lembaga pendidikan dengan pihak instansi yang terkait.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Membangun Desa-Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) di Lingkungan Universitas Halu Oleo dirancang sebagai kegiatan pengintegrasian pendidikan dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan KKN Membangun Desa-MBKM ini diawali dengan persiapan dan perencanaan, pelaksanaan kegiatan di lokasi KKN di Desa Watiginanda Kecamatan Sampolawa Kabupaten Buton Selatan, dan dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan laporan KKN. Seluruh kegiatan KKN Membangun Desa telah dilaksanakan berdasarkan perencanaan sebelumnya. Adapun kegiatan yang terlaksana, yaitu seminar awal KKN, senam sehat rutin, peningkatan kesadaran kolektif masyarakat terhadap fungsi lingkungan, pembuatan dan pemasangan papan nama dusun, penguatan literasi Al-Qur’an, perayaan Nuzulul Qur’an dan lomba keagamaan, pentas seni dan olah raga, pendampingan UMKM, promosi wisata kolam air tawar, kegiatan kampus mengajar, konsultasi publik, dan penyuluhan hukum. Semua kegiatan tersebut telah terlaksana tanpa ada kendala yang berarti. Hal ini dapat menjawab dan sekaligus menjadi solusi dari permasalahan yang ada di desa sehingga dapat menjadikan Desa Watiginanda menuju desa yang lebih sejahtera.

Abstract

Permasalahan di Indonesia yang dihadapi sekarang ini salah satunya ialah limbah atau sampah. Sampah dapat berdampak negative pada lingkungan maupun pada kesehatan masyarakat seperti tercemarnya lingkungan. Saat ini jumlah sampah yang menumpuk di tempat-tempat pembuangan sampah sudah sangat banyak, sehingga memerlukan pengelolaan sampah yang tepat apakah dari kalangan masyarakt, industrial dan pemerintah. Pengurangan sampah dapat dilakukan dengan 3 pengelolaan sampah yaitu mengurangi, menggunakan kembali dan mendaur ulang. Kegaitan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan mendaur ulang yaitu Bungkus Detergen Menjadi Bunga Lavender. Ada 7 tahap pembuatan bunga lavender dari bungkus detergen yaitu: siapkan bahan dan alat, memotong detergen, pasang double tipe pada bungkus detergen yang sudah di potong, lipat menjadi dua, gunting kecil-kecil, lilitkan pada kawat yang telah digunting kcil-kecil dan beri daun pada tangkai kawat yang telah dilitkan detergen. Kita sebagai masyarakat terkhusus pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP Universitas Halu Oleo mampu mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis. Pengelolaan sampah plastic menjadi ekonomi kreatif dapat menjadikan sampah plastic tersebut bernilai ekonomi.

Abstract

This research examines the role of digital transformation thru social media marketing strategies in improving the performance and competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia in the era of globalization. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a literature review of relevant literature from national and international journals, books, and scientific articles. The research findings indicate that the adoption of digital technology, particularly social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp, has proven to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, product visibility, and market reach for MSMEs, with lower promotional costs compared to conventional methods. The success of digital transformation is influenced by several key factors, including technology infrastructure, organizational readiness, environmental awareness, human resource digital literacy, and government policy support. Social media not only serves as a promotional tool but also as a strategic information source thru the analysis of consumer behavior data and market trends, supporting accurate and responsive business decision-making. The challenges faced by MSMEs include limited digital literacy, a shortage of skilled human resources, and suboptimal data analysis capabilities. Digital transformation has a multidimensional impact on MSMEs, strengthening marketing aspects, increasing operational efficiency, driving product innovation, and enhancing competitiveness and business sustainability in the context of globalization. Collaborative efforts between the government, the private sector, and academia are needed to strengthen the digital ecosystem and sustainably enhance the human resource capacity of MSMEs

Abstract

Digital transformation in accounting education plays a crucial role in enhancing the learning experience through technologies such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), cloud-based simulations, and artificial intelligence (AI). The use of LMS platforms like Moodle has been shown to improve material distribution and interaction between instructors and students, while cloud-based simulations allow students to practice accounting directly in a virtual environment. However, key challenges in implementing digital learning include the digital divide, infrastructure limitations, and the lack of training and pedagogical readiness of educators. This study employs a narrative literature review approach to examine 25 articles published between 2015 and 2025, with the aim of exploring trends, challenges, and the potential of technology adoption in accounting education. The main findings indicate that while digital learning can enhance students' technical skills, the success of technology implementation heavily relies on educators' readiness and adequate infrastructure support. This study recommends developing a curriculum that is more adaptable to technological advancements and industry needs, as well as enhancing training for educators to maximize the benefits of digital learning in accounting education. ABSTRAK Transformasi digital dalam pendidikan akuntansi memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan pengalaman belajar melalui teknologi seperti Sistem Manajemen Pembelajaran (LMS), simulasi berbasis cloud, dan kecerdasan buatan (AI). Penggunaan LMS seperti Moodle telah terbukti meningkatkan distribusi materi dan interaksi antara pengajar dan siswa, sementara simulasi berbasis cloud memungkinkan mahasiswa untuk berlatih akuntansi secara langsung dalam lingkungan virtual. Meskipun demikian, tantangan utama yang dihadapi dalam implementasi pembelajaran digital meliputi kesenjangan digital, keterbatasan infrastruktur, serta kurangnya pelatihan dan kesiapan pedagogis dari pendidik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan tinjauan literatur naratif untuk mengkaji 25 artikel yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2015 hingga 2025, dengan tujuan untuk mengeksplorasi tren, tantangan, dan potensi penerapan teknologi dalam pendidikan akuntansi. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa meskipun pembelajaran digital dapat meningkatkan keterampilan teknis mahasiswa, kesuksesan implementasi teknologi sangat bergantung pada kesiapan pengajar dan dukungan infrastruktur yang memadai. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan kurikulum yang lebih adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi dan kebutuhan industri, serta peningkatan pelatihan bagi pendidik untuk memaksimalkan manfaat pembelajaran digital dalam pendidikan akuntansi
