Abstract

This research has a background problem in SDN Wates, Kediri Regency. In grade V teachers are only fixated on lecture methods and conventional learning media, namely textbooks that only contain writing to explain the material, the material in the book is also limited. Textbooks that have a single purpose do not involve students' activeness directly. The less consistent font form in the textbook makes students more bored and there is no variation such as less interesting images. The solution to this research is that researchers develop interactive learning media based on macromedia flash in science subjects for grade V Elementary School students. The purpose of this study is to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of Macromedia Flash-Based Learning Media for grade V Elementary School students. The model used in this research and development is the ADDIE model consisting of five stages, namely: 1) analysis, 2) design, 3) development, 4) implementation, and 5) evaluation. The results of the validation study by media experts are 82% and material experts 88% with an average of 85% very valid. Practicality obtained from teacher responses was 92% and student responses were 94%, with an average of 93% being very practical. Media effectiveness was 87% on a broad scale and 85% on a limited scale with an average of 86%, meaning it met the Minimum Competency Standard (KKM) and was effective to use.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study was motivated by the limited use of instructional media in teaching the Solar System topic to sixth-grade students at SD Negeri Burengan 1, which resulted in difficulties in understanding the learning material. The purpose of this study was to develop the T-SUR interactive learning media based on Construct 2 and to determine its validity, practicality, and effectiveness. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model, which consists of the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The research subjects included a material expert, a media expert, a sixth-grade teacher, and sixth-grade students at SD Negeri Burengan 1. Data were collected through observations, interviews, questionnaires, and tests. The data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative analysis by calculating the percentages of validation results, user responses, and students' learning outcomes. The findings indicated that the T-SUR interactive learning media based on Construct 2 was feasible for use in teaching the Solar System topic in elementary school science and social studies (Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial [IPAS]). The media met the criteria of validity, practicality, and effectiveness based on the results of the field trials. The implementation of the T-SUR media enhanced students' conceptual understanding, classroom engagement, and learning interest, making it a viable alternative for innovative instruction in elementary school IPAS. Therefore, the T-SUR interactive learning media developed using Construct 2 can serve as an innovative and effective instructional medium to support the teaching and learning process in elementary schools. ABSTRAK             Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya penggunaan media pembelajaran pada materi sistem tata surya di kelas VI SD Negeri Burengan 1 yang menyebabkan peserta didik mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami materi sistem tata surya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif T-SUR berbasis Construct 2 serta mengetahui tingkat kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi tahap Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas ahli materi, ahli media, guru kelas VI, dan peserta didik kelas VI SD Negeri Burengan 1. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, angket, dan tes. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menghitung persentase hasil validasi, respon pengguna, dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif T-SUR berbasis Construct 2 dinyatakan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPAS materi sistem tata surya. Media ini memenuhi aspek kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan berdasarkan hasil uji coba yang dilakukan. Penerapan media T-SUR berbasis Construct 2 mampu mendukung peningkatan pemahaman, keaktifan, dan minat belajar siswa, sehingga dapat menjadi alternatif media pembelajaran inovatif untuk pembelajaran IPAS di sekolah dasar. Dengan demikian, media pembelajaran interaktif T-SUR berbasis Construct 2 dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran yang inovatif dan efektif untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study was motivated by the low mathematics learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri Klepek on whole number material, which were influenced by the predominance of lecture-based instruction, limited learning media, and the suboptimal integration of technology into classroom learning. As a result, many students failed to achieve the Minimum Learning Achievement Criteria (KKTP), highlighting the need for innovative learning media. This study aimed to develop and evaluate the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of QR Code-based digital flashcard learning media for teaching whole numbers. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE development model, consisting of the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. Data were collected through observations, interviews, questionnaires, and learning achievement tests and were analyzed using descriptive quantitative techniques. The findings revealed that the developed digital flashcard media achieved a very high level of validity, with an average validity score of 90.65%. The media were also categorized as highly practical based on positive responses from both teachers and students during limited and field trials, with scores exceeding 90%. Furthermore, the media proved effective in improving students' learning outcomes, as demonstrated by classical learning mastery of 100% in the limited trial and 90% in the field trial. Therefore, the QR Code-based digital flashcard learning media are valid, practical, and effective, making them suitable for enhancing mathematics learning outcomes among fourth-grade elementary school students. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar matematika pada materi bilangan cacah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Klepek yang dipengaruhi oleh dominasi metode ceramah, keterbatasan media pembelajaran, serta belum optimalnya pemanfaatan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan sebagian besar siswa belum mencapai Kriteria Ketercapaian Tujuan Pembelajaran (KKTP), sehingga diperlukan inovasi media pembelajaran yang mampu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan serta menguji validitas, kepraktisan, dan efektivitas media pembelajaran flashcard digital berbasis QR Code pada materi bilangan cacah. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, angket, dan tes, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media flashcard digital berbasis QR Code memiliki tingkat validitas yang sangat tinggi dengan rata-rata sebesar 90,65%. Media juga dinyatakan sangat praktis berdasarkan respons guru dan siswa pada uji coba terbatas maupun uji coba lapangan dengan persentase di atas 90%. Selain itu, media terbukti efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa yang ditunjukkan oleh ketuntasan belajar klasikal sebesar 100% pada uji coba terbatas dan 90% pada uji coba lapangan. Dengan demikian, media pembelajaran flashcard digital berbasis QR Code dinyatakan valid, praktis, dan efektif sehingga layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran matematika untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar.
