Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh pengetahuan mengenai pengaruh lingkungan belajar dan kreativitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Kewirausahaan kelas XI di SMK Swasta HKBP Pematangsiantar. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis data deskriptif kuantitattif. Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI SMK Swasta Pematangsiantar. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 63 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner (angket) Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara lingkungan belajar terhadap hasil belajar, hasil ini terlihat pada uji t dimana nilai thitung dari disiplin siswa sebesar thitung > ttabel (3,908 > 1.671). Dengan demikian terdapat pengaruh Positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kreativitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar, hasil ini terlihat pada uji t dimana nilai thitung > ttabel (2.360 > 1.671). Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kreativitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. 3) Lingkungan belajar dan kreativitas belajar secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa, hasil ini dapat dilihat pada uji f dimana nilai Fhirtung ( 12,374) > nilai Ftabel (3,15). Uji koefisien determinasi R square diketahui sebesar 0,292 yang berarti 29,2% variabel lingkungan belajar dan kreativitas belajar pada mata pelajaran Kewirausahaan SMK Swasta HKBP Pematangsiantar. Sedangkan 70,8% merupakan pengaruh dari variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penggunaan Dompet Digital Terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif Mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas HKBP Nommensen Pematang Siantar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa prodi Pendidikan ekonomi Universitas HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar, stambuk 2022 yang berjumlah 97 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampling purposive sehingga sampel yang diambil adalah 48 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner untuk variabel penggunaan dompet digital dan perilaku konsumtif. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan bahwa seluruh item pernyataan dinyatakan valid dengan Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji regresi linier sederhana, dan koefisien determinasi. Pengujian persyaratan analisis dilakukan dengan uji normalitas mengugunakan chi kuadrat, berdasarkan perhitungan kedua variabel berdistribusi normal. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan penggunaan dompet digital terhadap perilaku konsumtif dengan (thitung=3,55 > ttabel=1,679). Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar R = 0,46 menunjukkan bahwa R² = 21,53%. sedangkan sisanya 78,47 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of learning discipline on students’ academic achievement. The research instruments used were a learning discipline questionnaire and an academic achievement questionnaire, both of which had been tested for validity and reliability with satisfactory results. The normality test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov method indicated that the data were normally distributed, with a significance value of 0.200 greater than 0.05. Simple linear regression analysis produced the equation Y = 60.135 + 0.258X, which demonstrates a positive relationship between learning discipline and academic achievement. The regression significance test showed that the t-value of 11.417 was greater than the t-table value of 1.67203 at a 5% significance level, and the significance value of 0.002 was less than 0.05, indicating that learning discipline has a positive and significant effect on academic achievement. The coefficient of determination (R Square) was 0.150, meaning that learning discipline contributed 15% to academic achievement, while the remaining 85% was influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas VIII di UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar T.A 2024/2025. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah kecerdasan emosional dan kemandirian belajar sebagai variabel bebas dan hasil belajar sebagai variabel terikat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan populasi penelitian seluruh siswa kelas VIII IPS SMP Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar dan sampel penelitian siswa kelas VIII IPS SMP Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar yang terdiri dari 77 siswa yang dipilih dengan menggunakan Simple random sampling (rumus Slovin). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen : (1) angket kecerdasan emosional, (2) angket kemandirian belajar, dan (3) hasil belajar berupa nilai ulangan tengah semester. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan lingkungan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar, hasil ini terlihat pada uji t dimana nilai thitung kecerdasan emosional (5,037) > nilai ttabel (1,665) yang berarti pada variabel tersebut signifikan. (2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar, hasil ini terlihat pada uji t dimana nilai thitung dari kemandirian belajar (4,919) > nilai ttabel (1,665) yang berarti pada variabel tersebut signifikan. (3) kecerdasan emosional dan kemandirian belajar secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi hasil belajar, hasil ini dapat dilihat pada uji F dimana nilai Fhitung (41,290) > dibandingkan nilai Ftabel (2,38). Uji koefisien determinasi R Square diketahui sebesar 0,527 yang berarti 52,7% variabel kecerdasan emosional dan kemandirian belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa di sekolah UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar dan selebihnya 47,3% merupakan pengaruh dari variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information regarding 1) motivation and job satisfaction 2) the influence of motivation and job satisfaction on the discipline of educators. The type of research used is quantitative research. Data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive statistics and regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) there is a significant influence between motivation on the discipline of educators 2) there is a significant influence between job satisfaction on the discipline of educators; 3) there is a significant influence between motivation and job satisfaction on the discipline of educators in Vocational High Schools

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of live streaming and online customer reviews on purchase intention among Generation Z users of TikTok Shop in Pematangsiantar. This research employs a quantitative approach. The population of this study consists of Generation Z users of TikTok Shop in Pematangsiantar City. The sample comprises 398 respondents, selected using incidental sampling technique. The research instrument was tested using validity and reliability tests, with reliability measured by Cronbach’s Alpha. Data analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS Statistics, including classical assumption tests such as normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests, as well as multiple linear regression analysis, t-test (partial), F-test (simultaneous), and coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that live streaming has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, as evidenced by the t-test result where t-value (15.485) > t-table (1.966) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Online customer reviews also have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, with a t-value of 8.129 > t-table of 1.966 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, live streaming and online customer reviews significantly influence purchase intention, as indicated by the F-test result where F-value (340.357) > F-table (3.02) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.633, indicating that 63.3% of purchase intention is explained by these variables, while the remaining is influenced by other factors outside this study.The conclusion of this study shows that live streaming has a more dominant influence than online customer reviewsin increasing purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of e-commerce usage intensity and consumptive lifestyle on the personal financial management of students of the Economic Education Study Program, FKIP HKBP Nommensen University Pematangsiantar. This research employs a quantitative approach with a causal associative method. The sample consists of 75 respondents selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS.The results show that: (1) e-commerce usage intensity has a significant effect on personal financial management with a t-value of 3.801 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05; (2) consumptive lifestyle has a significant effect on personal financial management with a t-value of 6.289 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05; and (3) simultaneously, e-commerce usage intensity and consumptive lifestyle have a significant effect on personal financial management with an F-value of 32.894 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.477, indicating that 47.7% of the variation in personal financial management can be explained by the independent variables, while the remaining 52.3% is influenced by other factors outside this study.The findings indicate that higher levels of e- commerce usage intensity and consumptive lifestyle tend to lead to less optimal personal financial management among students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of study hours at school and academic workload on students’ burnoutacademic at SMK Swasta Teladan Pematangsiantar in the 2025/2026 academic year. This research employed a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The population consisted of 412 students, with a sample of 203 students selected using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data analysis techniques included multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results of the study indicate that: (1) study hours at school have a positive and significant effect on students’ burnout academic, with a t-value of 7.725 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05; (2) academic workload has a positive and significant effect on students’ burnout academic, with a t-value of 9.997 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05; (3) study hours at school and academic workload simultaneously have a significant effect on students’ burnout academic, with an F-value of 74.304 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.765, indicating that 76.5% of the variation in burnout academic can be explained by study hours and academic workload, while the remaining 23.5% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that higher study hours at school and greater academic workload lead to higher levels of students’ burnout academic. Therefore, it is necessary to manage study hours and academic workload proportionally to minimize the level of students’ burnout academic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of student satisfaction with the Free Nutritious Meal Program (MBG) service on students’ learning motivation at SMP Swasta Teladan Pematangsiantar. The background of this study is based on the low learning motivation of some students and the differences in the level of student satisfaction with the implementation of the Free Nutritious Meal Program at school. Student satisfaction with the program services is assumed to be one of the external factors influencing students’ learning motivation. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consisted of all students of SMP Swasta Teladan Pematangsiantar in the 2025/2026 academic year, totaling 194 students. The sample of 131 students was determined using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique with the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques included observation and questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression analysis, t-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of student satisfaction with the Free Nutritious Meal Program (MBG) service on students’ learning motivation at SMP Swasta Teladan Pematangsiantar. The higher the level of student satisfaction with the MBG service, the higher the students’ learning motivation. The MBG program, through good service quality such as punctual food distribution, food cleanliness, menu variety, and service convenience, is able to improve students’ enthusiasm and motivation in participating in learning activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of mindfulness and students’ study time management at school on the social studies learning outcomes of students at UPTD SMP Negeri 5 Pematangsiantar. This study was motivated by the low learning outcomes of students, who have not yet achieved an adequate learning completion rate, as well as their weak mindfulness and study time management.This is a quantitative study using a descriptive quantitative data analysis approach. The study population consists of all 536 students at UPTD SMP Negeri 5 Pematangsiantar. The sample size is 84 students. Simple random sampling was used. Data were collected via a questionnaire.The results of the study indicate that mindfulness does not have a significant effect on student learning outcomes, as evidenced by the t-test showing t-calculated < t-table (-0.125 < 1.663). Study time management has a significant effect on learning outcomes, as evidenced by the t-test showing t-calculated > t-table (4.196 > 1.663). Mindfulness and study time management together influence students’ learning outcomes; this result is evident from the F-test, which shows that the calculated F-value (14.961) is greater than the critical F-value (3.11) with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination was found to be 0.270, indicating that 27% of student learning outcomes at UPTD SMP Negeri 5 Pematangsiantar are influenced by mindfulness and study time management. The remaining 73% are influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
