Abstract

Recruitment, selection, training, skills development, and human resource performance appraisal activities are the pillars that form human resource management, which aims to obtain human resources who are experts and competent in their fields. Based on this, the authors conducted research on how human resource management is applied. The research uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques were carried out by conducting interviews and KBIH Cahaya Multazam documentation. The results of the study stated that the recruitment process was carried out by selection. Training and development is carried out by gathering employees and inviting employees to make changes by developing creativity so that employees and KBIH Cahaya Multazam are better and become the congregation's choice. The performance evaluation itself is carried out on the basis and principles of honesty and employee loyalty to KBIH Cahaya Multazam.

Abstract

Catfish farming is one of the fields of business that is still popular today. Cultivation of catfish is a business solution that can be done by anyone. An important factor in the success of catfish farming is to maintain the quality of the pond water in order to keep it good and to provide feed that is carried out regularly. Each type of fish has different characteristics to pond water conditions. In the cultivation of catfish in tarpaulins, the air temperature must be maintained at 20-32 oC, then the pH of the air is good for catfish between 5.5-7.5. If the temperature and pH conditions are outside the specified values, the farmer must replace the fish pond water. Internet of Things (IoT) is a concept where devices can be connected and exchange data with each other through the internet network. In this study, the application of the Internet of Thing (IoT) There are several components used including NodeMCU, pH Sensor, Temperature Sensor, Ultrasonic Sensor, Relay, Pump, Servo Motor and Telegram Bot used for the interface. The fuzzy method used to measure water quality in catfish tarpaulin ponds is based on pH and temperature. The output of this research is a pump control that functions to replace or fill pool water.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing and product quality on customer loyalty with brand awareness as a mediating variable in the fashion industry on the Shopee platform. The research method used is a quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique, involving 100 fashion customer respondents in Sukabumi. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with SmartPLS 3. The results showed that product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness, which in turn has a positive impact on customer loyalty. However, digital marketing has no significant direct influence on brand awareness or customer loyalty. In addition, brand awareness was shown to significantly mediate the relationship between product quality and customer loyalty. The managerial implications of these findings suggest that fashion companies on Shopee need to focus more on improving product quality to build strong brand awareness, which will ultimately increase customer loyalty. Digital marketing strategies remain relevant as support, but are not a dominant factor in shaping loyalty in the absence of solid brand awareness.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model, supplemented by Scratch media, on elementary students' understanding of Natural Science (IPA) concepts. The study addresses the critical issue of inadequate comprehension of IPA concepts among students, as highlighted in prior research. Utilizing a quasi-experimental design with both pretest and posttest assessments, fourth-grade students from an elementary school in West Jakarta were divided into two groups: an experimental group implementing TGT with Scratch and a control group engaged in traditional collaborative learning. The results indicated a significant improvement in the experimental group, which achieved an average posttest score of 85.00, in contrast to 74.00 in the control group, with a p-value of 0.01. These findings suggest that the TGT model, when integrated with Scratch media, enhances students' understanding of IPA concepts. This study advocates for the broader implementation of this instructional approach to foster better comprehension in science education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji paduan antara logika mekanisme pasar serta aspek sosiokultural yang ada pada pasar tenaga kerja agrikultural di Desa Cikembang, Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat. Melalui survei yang dilengkapi dengan wawancara mendalam, penelitian ini menghasilkan deskripsi atas jenis tenaga kerja. Pertama, sumber tenaga kerja pertanian didominasi atas perpaduan antara anggota rumah tangga dan buruh upahan. Penghitungan upah atasnya didasarkan dua bentuk kuantifikasi, yaitu durasi kerja yang terwujud lewat damel harian dengan 6 jam waktu kerja, serta damel borongan yang dihitung berdasarkan satuan kilogram berat angkutan hasil panen. Kedua, sistem kontrak pada tenaga kerja pertanian mengindikasikan bahwa buruh lepas mendominasi pasar Cikembang yang dipekerjakan berbasiskan klientalisasi. Ketiga, terdapat buruh tani khusus dengan keahlian spesifik yang didasarkan atas kebutuhan dari komoditi tani seperti kegiatan nilas untuk panen kubis, ngaramas di kebun kubis dan wortel, serta nyulikat di kebun bawang daun, dan keterjalan medan lahan seperti pada pekerjaan jaga kebun dan ojek gunung. Keempat, gender menjadi penentu pembagian kerja, misalnya perempuan untuk pekerjaan yang memerlukan ketekunan serta laki-laki pada pekerjaan yang membutuhkan tenaga fisik ekstra. Selain itu, perpaduan aspek moral dan logika pasar juga menjadi pertimbangan untuk mempekerjakan banyak buruh perempuan karena kebutuhan atas kopi dan rokok ditiadakan sehingga menekan biaya produksi. This study explores the intersection of market logic and sociocultural dynamics in the agricultural labor market of Cikembang Village, Bandung Regency, West Java. Combining surveys and in-depth interviews, the research identifies key characteristics of labor organization in the region. First, agricultural labor comprises both household members and wage workers. Wages are calculated either by duration (damel harian, with a six-hour workday) or output (damel borongan, based on kilograms of harvested produce). Second, the labor market is dominated by casual workers employed through clientelistic ties. Third, a subset of workers possesses crop-specific or terrain-specific skills, such as nilas (cabbage harvesting), ngaramas (work in cabbage and carrot fields), nyulikat (scallion fields), as well as roles suited to steep landscapes, like garden watchkeeping (jaga kebon) and mountain motorcycle transport (ojek gunung). Fourth, gender also influences labor division: women are typically assigned detail-oriented tasks, while men handle physically demanding work. Moreover, economic rationale intersects with moral considerations, as female labor is often preferred due to lower auxiliary costs—namely the absence of demands for coffee and cigarettes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of village levies on village asset management and the community economy in Gunung Batu Village, Cilograng District, Lebak Regency. Using a causal quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) processed using SmartPLS. This study involved 94 respondents consisting of local communities and MSME actors, selected through purposive sampling and calculated using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires. The results of the study indicate that village levies have a positive and significant effect on village assets, as well as a positive and significant effect on the community economy. Village assets also have a positive and significant effect on the community economy. In addition, village levies have been shown to have a significant effect on the community economy when mediated by village assets. Overall findings underline the important role of village levies in increasing village assets and indirectly driving the local economy through the utilization of these assets.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat sebagai strategi alternatif dalam pembangunan telah berkembang dalam berbagai literatur dan pemikiran, diantaranya yaitu dalam pemberdayaan karakter dan moralitas di masyarakat pedesaan termasuk pergaulan bebas. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat dalam bidang Pendidikan, social agama dan hukum. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) dan penelitian pustaka. PAR merupakan salah satu model penelitian yang mencari sesuatu untuk menghubungkan proses penelitian ke dalam proses perubahan sosial. Metode ini melibatkan peneliti ikut serta dalam perubahan yang direncanakan. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder sebagai pendukung. Pengabdian masyarakat ini menghasilkan dua progam kegiatan kemasyarakatan, yang pertama yaitu ikut andil dalam setiap kegiatan yang telah ada di masyarakat guna menarik daya minat masyarakat untuk ikut partispasi. Program kedua yaitu seminar parenting tentang peran orangtua dalam membatasi anak dalam pergaulan bebas guna memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya pendidikan agama, kedekatan orangtua dan anak, komunikasi antar anggota keluarga dan peran seluruh lapisan masyarakat dalam mencegah pergaulan bebas remaja di lingkungannya.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Keuangan Desa (Siskeudes) merupakan salah satu solusi digital yang dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan sistem informasi keuangan di pemerintah desa dalam hal efisiensi, akurasi, dan kemudahan pelaporan keuangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi di beberapa desa di Kabupaten Bireuen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi keuangan mempengaruhi kelengkapan akurasi data dan transparasi karena sistem telah meningkatkan efisiensi pelaporan, namun masih terdapat kendala pada pelatihan SDM dan ketersediaan infrastruktur TI.   The Village Financial Information System (Siskeudes) is a digital solution developed to improve transparency and accountability in village financial management. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the use of financial information systems in village governments in terms of efficiency, accuracy, and ease of financial reporting. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation in several villages in Bireuen Regency. The results show that the financial information system affects the completeness, accuracy, and transparency of data because the system has increased reporting efficiency. However, there are still obstacles in human resource training and the availability of IT infrastructure.

Abstract

A webinar and workshop titled "Introduction to Digital Forensics" was held online on July 12, 2025, to improve public understanding of digital data security. Twenty participants attended the event, which included both a pre-test and a post-test. Results showed an increase in participant understanding, with scores on volatile data increasing from 73.7% to 88.2%, on non-volatile data from 72.2% to 82.4%, and on the definition of digital forensics from 84.2% to 88.2%. Furthermore, participant satisfaction was high, with 60% scoring excellent and 30% scoring good. This event was deemed successful in providing a basic understanding of digital forensics and raising awareness of the importance of data protection in the digital age.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in regional economic development, but still face various challenges related to business sustainability amid market uncertainty and global competition. This study aims to analyze the role of collaboration in overcoming MSME challenges through its relationship with competitiveness, business policies, and business sustainability. The study uses a mixed approach, where quantitative data is analyzed using PLS-SEM, while qualitative data is obtained through interviews and focus group discussions (FGD) with MSME actors in Sukabumi Regency. The results show that collaboration and competitiveness have a positive effect on business sustainability, with business policy acting as a mediator that strengthens this relationship. Qualitative findings confirm that collaboration provides tangible benefits in the form of access to resources, innovation, and market networks, while competitiveness is built through product innovation, differentiation, and consistency in quality, which are translated into adaptive business policies. This study contributes to strengthening the Resource-Based View, Dynamic Capability, Stakeholder, and Institutional theories, while also providing practical implications for MSME actors, policymakers, and stakeholders in designing strategies to strengthen MSME sustainability systematically.
