Abstract

This study aims to analyze in depth the influence of digital marketing and product innovation on the competitiveness and sustainability of MSMEs in Sukabumi City in facing the challenges of the VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) era. The research method used a mixed method, where a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis techniques was reinforced by qualitative interviews to explore the practical perspectives of business actors. The results show that digital marketing plays an important role in expanding market reach, enhancing brand image, and building consumer loyalty as the foundation for business sustainability. Product innovation has also been proven to be significant in creating differentiation, maintaining relevance to dynamic market needs, and increasing added value for consumers. However, competitiveness does not function as a significant mediating variable between digital marketing and product innovation on business sustainability. These findings contribute theoretically by enriching the literature on the dynamic capabilities of MSMEs, while challenging the traditional view that competitiveness is the only major factor in business sustainability. Practically, the results emphasize the importance of consistent innovation, the use of digital technology, and the support of an integrated business ecosystem in maintaining the sustainability of MSMEs amid the uncertainty of the VUCA era.

Abstract

The sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is the most pressing issue in economic, social, and environmental development in the modern era, where the focus of business has shifted from mere financial growth to social responsibility and resource sustainability. MSMEs, especially in the food sector in Sukabumi Regency, play a crucial role, although many still face challenges in terms of using modern technology and building extensive networks. This study aims to fill the gap by explicitly exploring the relationship between collaboration and competitiveness on the sustainability of MSMEs in the food sector, particularly in Sukabumi Regency, by considering these two variables in parallel.This study uses a descriptive quantitative method, taking a sample of 200 business actors from the total population of the food industry in Sukabumi Regency (3,501) through non-probability purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results showed that the proposed model had very strong predictive power, as evidenced by an R-Square value of 0.963 and a Q² value of 0.632, confirming its high predictive relevance. Specifically, MSME collaboration was found to have a positive and significant effect on business sustainability (Original Sample 0.466). Collaboration enables business actors to share resources, information, and networks, which strengthens their capacity for adaptation and innovation. In addition, MSME competitiveness also has a positive and significant effect on business sustainability (Original Sample 0.519), which is achieved through operational efficiency and product differentiation. The synergy between collaboration and competitiveness is crucial to realizing resilient and competitive food MSMEs in Sukabumi.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji efektivitas penyuluhan strategi pemasaran digital pada UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah) melalui studi kasus pada kelompok usaha "Abon" di Desa Citra Manunggal Jaya, Kecamatan Kaliorang, Kutai Timur. Fokus penelitian mencakup pemahaman awal dan tingkat keterampilan anggota kelompok usaha terhadap konsep pemasaran digital sebelum penyuluhan, implementasi strategi yang diajarkan, kendala yang dihadapi, serta rekomendasi untuk UMKM sejenis. Dengan metode pendekatan kualitatif dan wawancara mendalam, penelitian ini mengevaluasi tingkat pemahaman dan keterampilan awal anggota kelompok usaha "Abon" tentang pemasaran digital sebelum penyuluhan. Analisis implementasi strategi pemasaran digital setelah penyuluhan melibatkan penggunaan media sosial dan konten pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman anggota kelompok usaha tentang pemasaran digital setelah penyuluhan. Implementasi strategi pemasaran digital memberikan dampak positif pada kelompok usaha "Abon," terutama dalam meningkatkan jangkauan pasar dan interaksi pelanggan melalui media sosial. Meskipun demikian, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi kendala seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan teknologi. Berdasarkan temuan, artikel ini menyusun rekomendasi bagi UMKM sejenis dalam mengembangkan pemasaran digital, termasuk pemanfaatan media sosial dan konten. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya penyuluhan pemasaran digital bagi UMKM dan memberikan panduan praktis untuk mengatasi tantangan yang mungkin dihadapi dalam mengadopsi strategi pemasaran digital.

Abstract

Osing women are a group of women who are able to participate in various cultural activities. They contribute significantly to the preservation and transmission of their cultural traditions to future generations through their traditional clothing. The distinctive aspects of their lives will be examined in this paragraph, along with their traditions, beliefs, and contributions to Indonesian society. The articles mentioned discuss how gender equality can affect the preservation of cultural heritage and the role of women in the ikat weaving industry. Women's empowerment strategies through access to training, capital, and fair markets are needed to maintain traditional knowledge and promote ikat weaving as a valuable cultural asset. Women in Indonesia are addressing barriers to achieving their goals by supporting laws that promote justice and equal opportunity. It is imperative that we create spaces for women to share their stories and contribute to the ongoing conversation about gender equality and empowerment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing and product innovation on the sustainability of food MSMEs in Sukabumi City in facing the challenges of the VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) era. The research method used a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis technique through the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The research sample consisted of 100 food MSME actors selected using purposive sampling. The results showed that digital marketing had a significant negative effect on business sustainability. This indicates that the implementation of digital marketing in MSMEs is not yet optimal and still requires more appropriate strategies for its utilization. Conversely, product innovation was found to have a positive and dominant effect on business sustainability. This means that the higher the MSME's ability to innovate, the greater their chances of surviving and growing. The R-Square value of 0.955 shows that digital marketing and product innovation can explain 95.5% of MSME business sustainability, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the model. In conclusion, MSME business sustainability is largely determined by the ability to innovate, while digital marketing will only be effective if supported by products that are relevant, high-quality, and in line with consumer needs. This study contributes theoretically to the development of literature on SME digital adaptation in the context of VUCA, as well as practically by providing recommendations for SMEs, the government, and supporting institutions to enhance product innovation while optimizing digital marketing strategies in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Penanaman pohon merupakan langkah strategis dan esensial dalam upaya penyegaran lingkungan yang perlu didorong dan dikembangkan secara berkelanjutan. Inisiatif ini harus dimulai dari tingkat komunitas, khususnya di lingkungan sekitar desa, sebagai pondasi untuk menciptakan ekosistem yang lebih sehat. Upaya ini tidak hanya berfungsi untuk menjaga dan memperbaiki kualitas udara, tetapi juga untuk memperkuat keseimbangan lingkungan, meningkatkan biodiversitas, serta memberikan manfaat jangka panjang bagi kesehatan masyarakat dan keberlanjutan alam. Hal ini dapat diwujudkan melalui gerakan penanaman 1000 pohon yang terdiri dari pohon mangga dan alpukat di Desa Bangunsari Kecamatan Negeri Katon Kabupaten Pesawaran. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya bertujuan untuk mewujudkan penyegaran serta penghijauan di desa Bangunsari serta membantu program dunia untuk mengurangi pemanasan global.

Thus, mothers can increase their income and quality of life, as well as increase awareness and participation in economic activities. Abstract

Pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini mengalami banyak perubahan, salah satunya muncul keterampilan yang harus dimiliki setiap siswa yaitu keterampilan abad 21. Dengan itu, muncullah pembelajaran berbasis proyek untuk mendorong siswa memiliki keterampilan abad 21. Artikel ini membahas pentingnya perancangan modul pembelajaran sebagai landasan pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang mendorong kolaborasi dan kreativitas siswa. Melalui metode penelitian studi literatur konsep pembelajaran berbasis proyek, artikel ini menyoroti strategi perancangan modul yang tidak hanya memandu siswa dalam pencapaian kompetensi, tetapi juga memberikan ruang bagi kolaborasi aktif dan pengembangan potensi kreatif siswa. Diharapkan artikel ini dapat memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang cara mengintegrasikan pembelajaran berbasis proyek ke dalam modul ajar, membentuk lingkungan pembelajaran yang dinamis, inklusif, dan merangsang perkembangan kreativitas siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the Muslims in Indonesia understanding and practicing the payment of professional zakat according to the rule. This study uses a quantitative approach with logistic regression analysis techniques to analyze whether the increase in income among the Muslims is followed by an increase in the amount of professional zakat paid by them. Therefore, logistic regression was used to analyze the two variables (income and amount of professional zakat paid) in the form of elasticity. In addition, this study also uses other supporting variables such as age, education level, type of work, job level, and religiosity so that the research model can explain the issue even better. Since the professional zakat is zakat paid by Muslims who are already working and meet the nisab, this study uses primary data of 126 Muslim respondents who were an employee and have a nisab-required salary the salary that met the nisab of professional zakat. The results of this study indicate that the income have a significant effect on the payment of professional zakat.

Abstract

This journal contains research aimed at analyzing the influence of SERVQUAL on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty at PT XYZ Kalimalang Branch. Using SmartPLS 3.29 statistical processing software and the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method to seek answers. The sample used in the analysis in this study consists of 110 post-sales customers of PT XYZ over a certain period selected using Purposive Sampling method. Based on quantitative data from questionnaires filled out by visitors, the results indicate that SERVQUAL influences Customer Satisfaction and customer loyalty (Through Customer Satisfaction Mediator). Furthermore, based on the calculation results, it was also found that SERVQUAL does not significantly influence Customer Loyalty directly.
