Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor sentral dalam mengelola suatu organisasi. Namun kecanggihan teknologi yang digunakan tanpa dukungan manusia sebagai pelaksana kegiatan operasional tidak akan mampu menghasilkan output yang sesuai dengan tingkat efisiensi yang diharapkan. Penelitian sebelumnya atau yang relevan merupakan hal mendasar dalam sebuah penelitian atau artikel karya ilmiah. Penelitian terdahulu atau penelitian yang relevan berfungsi untuk memperkuat suatu teori dan fenomena tentang hubungan atau pengaruh antara masing-masing variabel. Artikel ini mengulas tentang Penentuan Kinerja dan Kepuasan Kerja: Motivasi, dan Komitmen Organisasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja; 2) Motivasi mempengaruhi kinerja; 3) Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja; 4) Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja; dan (5) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja. Kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja akan tercapai jika suatu organisasi dapat memperhatikan beberapa aspek penting seperti sumber daya manusia, motivasi yang diberikan, komitmen organisasional karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja serta aspek lainnya. Hal ini menjadikan manajemen sumber daya manusia sebagai faktor yang sangat penting untuk mencapai hasil kerja yang optimal dalam mencapai suatu tujuan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to discover influence of profitability, solvency and firm size have on share prices with dividend policy as an intervening variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2019-2023. There are 218 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2019-2023. Meanwhile, the sample for this research consisted of 54 companies which were included in manufacturing companies and were selected using purposive sampling. The analysis method used is linear multiple regression data analysis, using computer assistance with the SPSS 23 software program. Based on the research results, it shows that there is a significant influence (0.777 > 0.05) on policy profitability. There is no significant effect of solvency (0.396 > 0.05) on dividend policy. Firm size does not have a significant effect (0.079 > 0.05) on dividend policy. There is a significant influence of profitability (0.000 < 0.05) on share prices. There is no significant effect on solvency (0.998 > 0.05) on share prices. There is a significant effect of firm size (0.000 < 0.05) on share prices. There is a dividend policy that has no significant effect (0.708 > 0.05) on share prices. There is a dividend policy that does not mediate profitability on share prices. There is a dividend policy that does not mediate Solvency on Share Prices. There is a dividend policy that does not mediate firm size on share prices.

Abstract

An organization can manage human resources that have performance in accordance with the goals of the organization, Low employee performance affects the image of the organization. The data analysis method uses a probability test of all population elements with a sample of 100 individuals. The study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and uses SmartPLS. For hypothesis testing, the Path Coefficient is used which aims to measure the direct effect, while the Indirect Effect is used to assess the indirect effect. Based on the results of the study, it explains that organizational communication does not affect employee performance, organizational communication does not affect job satisfaction, information technology does not affect employee performance, information technology does not affect job satisfaction, motivation affects Employee Performance, motivation affects job satisfaction, job satisfaction affects employee performance, job satisfaction does not mediate organizational communication on employee performance, job satisfaction does not mediate information technology on employee performance and job satisfaction is able to mediate motivation on employee performance at the Solok City Health Office.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine matters related to the variables studied. The objectives of this research are, 1) To determine the influence of financial performance and capital structure on company value, 2) To determine the influence of capital structure on company value, 3) To determine the influence of financial performance on company value and disclosure of corporate social responsibility as a moderating variable in manufacturing companies, and 4) To determine the effect of capital structure on company value and disclosure of corporate social responsibility as a moderating variable in manufacturing companies listed on the BEI in 2018-2022. The sample for this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2018-2022 which were selected using a purposive sampling method with predetermined criteria. In this research, panel data regression analysis was carried out using the E-EVews 12 software program. The results of this research are, 1) Financial Performance partially has a positive and significant effect on Company Value in Manufacturing Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022, 2) Capital Structure has no partial effect on Company Value in Manufacturing Companies on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022, 3) Financial Performance does not have a significant effect on Company Value which is partially moderated by Corporate Social Responsibility in Manufacturing Companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2018-2022, and 4) Capital Structure partially does not has a significant effect on Company Value which is moderated by Corporate Social Responsibility in Manufacturing Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how job satisfaction among employees of the West Sumatra Regional Central Statistics Agency affects competence and organisational commitment on performance. Using the Slovin technique, 269 samples were found to meet the study's criteria. In research, questionnaires chosen by proportional random sampling are distributed, and SmartPLS3 is used to test the data. The study's findings demonstrate that while organisational commitment has a significant impact on job satisfaction, competence has no significant effect on performance, job satisfaction has a significant impact on performance, and job satisfaction is able to job satisfaction has the ability to mediate organisational commitment to performance, and competence can mediate performance.

Abstract

Human resources are something that needs to be considered in facing the development of the banking industry. This research aims to test and prove empirically the direct and indirect influence of Work Family Conflict and Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population consists of permanent employees from PT Bank Nagari in West Sumatra Tbk. With a total sample of 319 employees. The method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis with the SmartPLS application. The results of the research show that there are eight direct influences from this research, namely that work family conflict has no effect on job satisfaction and employee retention, there is an effect of organizational commitment on job satisfaction, work family conflict has an effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and employee retention has no effect. on turnover intention. Meanwhile, the four indirect influences are job satisfaction.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM produk kale melalui Kelompok Wanita Tani Pedagang Sayur Keliling Kota Padang Panjang, Sumatera Barat terkait mengembangkan UMKM ini untuk lebih dikenal dan banyak manfaatnya bagi kesehatan, artinya pengembangan kemampuan sebagai entrepreneur yang memiliki UMKM agar dapat berkembang di masa yang akan datang. Oleh karena itu, penting dilakukan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini, guna memecahkan masalah tersebut. Target (secara khusus) dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan  solusi melalui sosialisasi berbentuk bimbingan teknis dan juga pementoran berbasis digital tentang  jiwa sociopreneurship berbasis e-commerce di era literasi digital dari Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Hal ini dilakukan yang dilatarbelakangi Kelompok Wanita Tani Pedagang Sayur Keliling, khususnya Kelurahan Tanah Pak Lambik, Kecamatan Padang Panjang Timur, Kota Padang Panjang masih dalam skala kecil dalam pengembangan UMKM terkait sayuran kale yang dapat diolah menjadi makanan dan minuman, selain sebagai sayuran itu sendiri. Tujuan dengan adanya program ini adalah memberikan pemahaman tentang kemampuan berwirausaha dengan hasil yang inovatif dari UMKM minuman kale, mengedukasi dalam memanfaatkan peluang yang ada dengan penggunaan e-commerce di era literasi digital yang berkembang pesat  saat ini agar mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan, bukan hanya dari sisi material, namun kesejahteraan pola pikir kreatif, inovatif dan mandiri. Hasil dari program ini, antara lain: UMKM dapat membentuk jaringan yang lebih besar lagi dengan memanfaatkan e-commerce berbasis literasi digital yang ada, seperti: facebook, instagram, whatsapp, serta digitalisasi lainnya yang semakin berkembang saat ini dan yang akan datang.The problems faced by Kale Product MSMEs through the Mobile Vegetable Trader Farmers' Group in Padang Panjang City, West Sumatra are related to developing these MSMEs to be better known and have many benefits for health, meaning developing abilities as entrepreneurs who own MSMEs so that they can develop in the future. Therefore, it is important to carry out Community Service (PKM), in order to solve this problem. The target (specifically) of this service is to provide solutions through outreach in the form of technical guidance and also digital-based mentoring regarding the spirit of e-commerce-based sociopreneurship in this era of digital literacy for MSMEs. This was done against the background of the Women's Farming Group of Mobile Vegetable Traders, especially Tanah Pak Lambik Village, East Padang Panjang District, Padang Panjang City, which is still on a small scale in developing MSMEs related to kale vegetables which can be processed into food and drinks, apart from being a vegetable itself. The aim of this program is to provide an understanding of entrepreneurial skills with innovative results from Kale Drink MSMEs, to educate them on taking advantage of existing opportunities by using e-commerce in the current era of rapidly developing digital literacy in order to be able to improve welfare, not only from the material side. , but the welfare of a creative, innovative and independent mindset. The results of this program include, among others, that these MSMEs can form an even larger network by utilizing existing digital literacy-based e-commerce, such as: Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, as well as other digitalization which is increasingly developing now and in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan motivasi kerja sebagai pemediasi pada Guru SMA Cabang Dinas Provinsi Sumatera Barat Wilayah V (Kota Sawahlunto, Kab. Sijunjung dan Kab. Dharmasraya). Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh guru SMA yang terdaftar di Kota Sawahlunto, Kab. Sijunjung dan Kab, Dharmasraya sebanyak 256 orang. Sampel penelitian ditentukan menggunakan metode Hair, sehingga jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 145 responden. Analisis data menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja guru. Selanjutnya, motivasi kerja memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja guru.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of costs, barriers to entry and consumer preferences on the Productivity of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The unit of analysis is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Padang City. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires. The sampling technique uses quota sampling. A total of 100 questionnaires from MSMEs were returned as the final sample. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis conducted with SPSS software. The results showed that costs and consumer preference had a significant positive effect on productivity. While barriers to entry had a significant negative effect on productivity. MSMEs need to manage production costs more efficiently. Furthermore, MSMEs are advised to identify inefficient costs in operations and find ways to reduce them without sacrificing product quality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of pricing strategy, promotion and market demand consumer preferences on the Profitability of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The unit of analysis is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Padang City. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires. The sampling technique uses quota sampling. A total of 100 questionnaires from MSMEs were returned as the final sample. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis conducted with SPSS software. The results showed that pricing strategy and promotion had a significant positive effect on profitability. While market demand had no significant effect on profitability. MSMEs need to set competitive prices and in accordance with the value perceived by consumers. MSMEs are advised to allocate a special budget for planned and measurable promotional activities.
