Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the acceptance of QRIS among MSMEs. This research approach collects data through literature studies, which involve reading literature from various sources including books, articles, journals and reports using qualitative and deductive approaches. The findings in this study are that the acceptance of QRIS among MSMEs has benefits and positive impacts in simplifying and accelerating the payment system, facilitating monitoring and analyzing transaction history and financial arrangements, improving merchant business performance, developing MSME growth, encouraging efficiency in the economic sector, and accelerating inclusive finance. However, there are still obstacles such as unstable internet connections, security issues and transaction readability, and admin deductions on QRIS. Therefore, with the right strategy, such as education and training, improving digital infrastructure, promotion and incentives, and improving system security, QRIS can be more widely accepted and utilized by MSMEs.

Abstract

The rapid evolution of the digital economy has reshaped the financial structure and strategic financing decisions of technology-based firms. This study investigates the determinants of capital structure among technology firms operating in the digital era, focusing on the interplay between traditional financial variables and new digital-driven factors. Using panel data from publicly listed technology companies between 2015 and 2024, this research applies multiple regression and fixed-effects models to examine the influence of firm size, profitability, asset tangibility, growth opportunities, liquidity, and digital innovation intensity on leverage ratios. The results indicate that while profitability and asset tangibility remain significant predictors consistent with pecking order and trade-off theories, digitalization level and intangible asset intensity introduce new dynamics in capital structure decisions. Firms with higher digital innovation and intangible assets tend to rely more on equity financing due to lower collateral values and greater market uncertainty. These findings provide empirical insights for investors, managers, and policymakers on optimizing capital structure strategies within the evolving context of digital transformation.

Abstract

In this comprehensive study titled "Strategic Transformations: Assessing the Interplay of Digital Commerce, Traditional Trade, and Emerging Market Trends in the Global Business Landscape," we embarked on a multifaceted exploration of the dynamic forces reshaping the global business environment. We delved into the complex interplay between digital commerce, traditional trade practices, and emerging market trends using empirical data and a rigorous analytical approach. Our research revealed a profound shift in how businesses operate and consumers engage with the marketplace. We found that once considered optional, digital commerce has evolved into an imperative for businesses seeking to remain competitive in the 21st century. This transformation extends beyond adopting online platforms; it encompasses the digitalization of supply chains, data-driven decision-making, and integrating emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Blockchain. Furthermore, our findings highlighted the intricate coexistence and convergence of digital and traditional trade practices. Businesses increasingly adopt hybrid models and omnichannel strategies to cater to diverse consumer preferences. This strategic adaptation allows them to leverage the strengths of both digital and traditional methods while remaining agile in response to emerging market trends. Sustainability emerged as a paramount concern, shaping consumer choices and driving businesses to embrace eco-conscious practices. The study underscores the need for businesses to view sustainability not as a mere trend but as a fundamental driver of their strategic decisions. Our research provides valuable insights for businesses, policymakers, and stakeholders navigating this transformative landscape. It contributes to the ongoing discourse on the future of commerce, offering practical implications and a roadmap for strategic decision-making in a world where the digital and traditional realms of business intersect and evolve.
