Abstract

Objective: This research refers to the purpose of student organizations that function as a means for students to develop intellectual abilities and skills, so student interest talent development activities as part of the educational process can be carried out through student organizations. This is important because honing skills through self-habituation and fulfilling the needs of life can form a balance between knowledge and skills as the basis of quality human resources in the development of the time. Method: It was carried out by analyzing the research model of the influence between student leadership training, including Pre-LKKMTD, LKKMTD, and LKKMTM on CLEI (measurement of higher education learning effectiveness inventory) in this measurement method. This procedure was used to test multiple regression research models. Results: It was stated that the participation of students in the leadership training of Pre-LKKMTD, LKKMTD, and LKKMTM students had a partial and simultaneous effect on student learning ability through the measurement of student learning ability effectiveness inventory (CLEI).  Novelty: in this study is to measure the impact of participation in the level of student leadership training on students' learning abilities by using a variety of six learning abilities, including self-efficacy, organization and attention to learning, stress control due to time and environmental pressures, involvement in college activities, emotional satisfaction, and communication in learning adapted from a research questionnaire called inventory higher learning effectiveness (CLEI).

Abstract

One of the benefits of technology in education is to facilitate student and teacher access to various learning resources. In this digital age, the use of traditional learning media has become less effective. This research aims to create digital handouts in Flipbook form for Business Economics and General Administration material, as well as assessing how feasible these digital handouts are. This research is recommended as research using the development (R&D) method using the ADDIE research design. The feasibility evaluation carried out by two media validators resulted in an average score of 83.44% with the criteria "very feasible". On the other hand, the feasibility evaluation stage carried out by two material experts received an overall calculated score of 89.11% with very feasible criteria. The research results show that the digital handouts created are very suitable for implementation in teaching Business Economics and General Administration

Abstract

Abstrak  Pengembangan bahan ajar interaktif berbasis teknologi merupakan langkah inovatif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, terutama pada materi kompleks seperti Pajak Penghasilan (PPh) Pasal 21. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas media pembelajaran berbasis Genially dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa serta merancang bahan ajar yang menarik dan interaktif sesuai kebutuhan Kurikulum Merdeka. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menganalisis 20 artikel ilmiah terbitan 2021-2024, yang mengimplementasikan berbagai model pengembangan bahan ajar, termasuk ADDIE, RnD, dan 4D. Hasil penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan bahwa Genially memiliki validasi ahli materi dan media yang tinggi, dengan rata-rata nilai di atas 85%, yang tergolong "Sangat Efektif". Implementasi di kelas menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa hingga 30%, serta peningkatan motivasi belajar melalui elemen visual, audio, dan simulasi berbasis kasus nyata. Media ini memanfaatkan elemen visual, audio, dan animasi, sesuai dengan Teori Multimedia Mayer, sehingga meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi yang bersifat abstrak. Implementasi Genially dalam pembelajaran perpajakan menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang menarik dan interaktif, seperti simulasi dan kuis, yang membantu siswa memahami penghitungan pajak dalam konteks nyata.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan bahan ajar berbasis canva untuk mengasah kemampuan peneliti dalam mendesain dan juga menciptakan proses belajar mengajar pada elemen Praktikum Akuntansi Perusahaan Jasa, Dagang, dan Manufaktur menjadi lebih menarik. Bahan ajar ini dirancang guna meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dan mempermudah pemahaman konsep akuntansi, khususnya pada materi dokumen sumber dan pencatatan transaksi. Menggunakan model pengembangan 4D, penelitian ini fokus pada tahap pengembangan (development). Pengembangan Bahan menghasilkan keluaran terbuka berupa video handout interaktif yang mudah diakses melalui perangkat seluler. Fitur interaktif pada materi terbuka ini memungkinkan siswa menjelajahi materi secara mandiri dan melakukan penilaian mandiri. Melalui penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran melalui bahan ajar yang inovatif. dan relevan dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran siswa di era digital. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga dapat memberikan inspirasi bagi para pendidik dalam memaksimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran akuntansi. Hasil validasi para tenaga ahli menghasilkan data yang diolah oleh peneliti yaitu dengan mendapatkan kriteria “Sangat Layak” dengan penilaian presentase sebesar 87%. Sehingga handout digital sangat layak dipakai dan disebarluaskan.

Abstract

The implementation of the Independent Curriculum at Sekolah Indonesia Kuala Lumpur (SIKL) faces challenges in developing assessments that are in accordance with character education, skills, and academic demands needed in the 21st century. Therefore, this PKM program aims to provide training and mentoring to SIKL economics teachers so that they are able to compile relevant and contextual assessments. The activity took place at SIKL on July 27, 2024, from 09.00-15.00 WIB. The stages of the PKM activity include field surveys, coordination, socialization, implementation, and evaluation. This program received a positive response from SIKL teachers, who appreciated the training materials and their benefits in overcoming the difficulties of aligning character education with foreign cultural contexts. As a result, 80% of training participants were able to implement assessments according to the Independent Curriculum

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar practice set akuntansi perusahaan dagang berbasis flipbook, mengevaluasi kelayakannya, serta menganalisis respons peserta didik terhadap penggunaan bahan ajar tersebut. Penelitian pengembangan ini mengadopsi metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi lima tahapan utama: analisis (analysis), perancangan (design), pengembangan (development), implementasi (implementation), dan evaluasi (evaluation). Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X jurusan Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga di beberapa SMK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan bahan ajar elektronik berbasis flipbook pada mata pelajaran ekonomi memberikan dampak positif, baik terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik maupun aktivitas mereka selama proses pembelajaran. Aktivitas peserta didik yang mengalami peningkatan mencakup aspek visual, verbal, mendengarkan, menulis, serta keterlibatan emosional. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa bahan ajar berbasis flipbook dapat menjadi media pembelajaran yang efektif dan mendukung pembelajaran interaktif serta menyenangkan. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, Bahan ajar elektronik, Flip Book, Hasil belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to develop effective teaching materials in the form of handouts and flipbooks to enhance students' understanding and engagement in learning. Utilizing the Research and Development (R&D) method based on the ADDIE model, the research involved analyzing students' needs, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating the teaching materials. The findings indicate that handouts organized with clear material sequences and alignment between content and exercises significantly improve students' understanding, with 48% of students reporting that the material presented was clear and appropriate for their abilities. Additionally, the flipbook, designed with visually appealing layouts and systematic content presentation, effectively boosts student motivation and facilitates comprehension of key concepts. This research emphasizes the importance of innovation in developing teaching materials relevant to students' characteristics in the 5.0 era, thereby supporting optimal learning outcomes.

Abstract

In line with technological advances, education, which is the main foundation in improving the quality of human resources, should also be able to adapt to technology. One of them is compiling digital-based teaching materials. This study aims to develop teaching materials in the form of interactive e-handouts based on the anyflip application on basic accounting material for class X phase E with elements of business processes in the field of accounting and institutional finance. This development research applies the 4-D research model such as the theory of Thiagarajan, Semmel, and Semmel which includes: the definition stage (define), the design stage (design) the media development stage (develop), and the dissemination stage (dissaminate). The e-handout teaching materials are arranged in an interesting way and highlight important points to make it easier for students to understand the material. Teachers must also continue to innovate in compiling teaching materials to meet the different needs of students. The output of this study is an e-handout that can be accessed online anytime and anywhere so that it can help students to learn independently.

Abstract

Innovation in accounting learning is essential to address the challenges faced by students in understanding complex material and preparing them for the world of work. This article discusses the use of flipbooks as interactive learning media in accounting education. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. In addition, researchers also conducted direct interviews with accounting teachers at SMK Ketintang. The findings show that students who used flipbooks experienced a significant increase in understanding of accounting concepts. In addition, the flipbook also improved students' collaborative skills and facilitated the integration between theory and practice. Through digital-based flipbooks, students can learn to use appropriate accounting tools and software, so that they are better prepared to face the increasingly complex demands of the world of work. The conclusion of this study is that flipbooks are not only effective in improving learning outcomes, but also contribute to the development of skills needed in the world of work. Suggestions for future research are to explore the integration of flipbooks with practice-based projects involving businesses, in order to provide students with hands-on experience.

Abstract

Abad revolusi industri 4.0 guru dituntut harus memahami ICT (Information and Communcation Technologies) dan mengembangkannya, guru harus mampu menyusun bahan ajar dan sumber belajar yang lebih inovatif, kreatif, dan menarik bagi siswa agar ketika proses belajar mengajar berlangsung siswa mudah menerima materi ajar yang disampaikan oleh guru.Permasalahan yang muncul pada mitrayaituguru-guru yang tergabung dalam MGMP Akuntansi Provinsi Jawa Timur sebagian besar bahan ajar dan media pembelajaran yang digunakan selama ini masih belum memaksimalkan penggunaan teknologi oleh sebab itutujuan kegiatan PKM ini untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada untuk mengembangkan media Pembelajaran Berbasis ICT menggunakan lectora inspire sehingga diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Tahapan prosedur dalam kegiatan ini meliputi analisis awal, koordinasi dengan tim, proses persiapan, proses pelaksanaan kegiatan, evaluasi dan pembuatan laporan kegiatan. Kegiatan pelatihanini dilaksanakan secara daring dan luring mulai tanggal 11-14 Juli 2022dan diikuti oleh seluruh Guru   MGMP Akuntansi SMK se Jawa Timur. Seluruh peserta sangat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan tersebut mulai awal hingga akhir serta memberikan respon yang positif terhadap kegiatan yang dilakukan   baik dalam materi pelatihan yang diberikan, penyampaian materinya serta kebermanfaatan pelatihan yang diberikan semuanya mendapatkan respon yang positif dari para peserta.
