Abstract

This study aims to analyze financial performance in terms of the soundness of the bank at the PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar Main Branch using the CAMEL method. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study is the financial statements of PT Bank Sulselbar Makassar Main Branch from 2016-2021. While the sample in this study is the Financial Statements in the form of a Balance Sheet and Income Statement of PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar Main Branch 2016 to 2021. Data analysis technique using the CAMEL method (Capital, Asset Quality, Management, Earning, Liquidity) The results showed that the calculation of the CAMEL ratio in 2016 was in the Healthy category and for 4 consecutive years in 2017 to 2020 it was in the Fairly Healthy category and in 2021 there was an increase in the Healthy category. Thus it can be concluded that the financial performance of PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar Main Branch in 2016 – 2021 using the CAMEL method is in the Pretty Healthy predicate for 4 consecutive years in the Fairly Healthy category.

Abstract

This study intends to find out whether Social Media Marketing or SMM has a Significantly Positive effect on WashYourShoes Sales in the city of Makassar. Samples were taken from WYS consumer respondents in the city of Makassar with a total sample of 110 people. The method used by the researcher is the Questionnaire and Documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that SMM (Social Media Marketing) has a significant positive effect on Sales of WYS (WashYourShoes) in Makassar City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen kerja karyawan pada PT Jujur Jaya Sakti Makassar. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Jujur Jaya Sakti Makassar, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang karyawan, dengan karakteristik yang dibagi dalam tiga kategori, yaitu jenis kelamin, usia, dan tingkat pendidikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, stres kerja dan motivasi kerja memiliki dampak yang besar terhadap komitmen karyawan. Dengan nilai R sebesar 0,284 pada seluruh variabel, nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000, dan R Square sebesar 0,080. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja dan motivasi kerja memiliki kontribusi gabungan sebesar 0,080 terhadap komitmen kerja karyawan, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi stres kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen kerja karyawan pada PT. Jujur Jaya Sakti Makassar tergolong cukup. Kata kunci: Stres Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Komitmen

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengembangan sumber daya manusia, kinerja pegawai dan pengaruh pengembangan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai di kantor BKPSDM Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel 43 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan melalui kuesioner (angket), observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengembangan sumber daya manusia berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dan variabel kinerja pegawai berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan uji t menujukkan bahwa pengembangan sumber daya manusia berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai , hal ini dibuktikan dengan diperoleh t hitung sebesar 4.686 > t tabel sebesar 2.019.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the variable Effect of Education Level and Individual Characteristics on Employee Performance at PDAM Tirta Manakarra, Mamuju Regency. The variables used are the level of education and individual characteristics as independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable. The sampling technique is to use a saturated sampling technique, in which the entire population is sampled. The data collection method in this study was by distributing questionnaires in which the number of respondents was 55 employees. The results obtained in this study are from the t-test statistics showing that the level of education has a significant effect on employee performance in PDAM Tirta Manakarra Mamuju Regency, the value is greater than the value of individual characteristics has a significant effect on employee performance in PDAM Tirta Manakarra Mamuju Regency, the value is greater than Then the value of the F test shows that the level of education and individual characteristics simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Manakarra, Mamuju Regency, the value is greater than the value. Furthermore, the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination show that the level of education and individual characteristics contributes an influence of 89 .2% on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Manakarra, Mamuju Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and workload on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Polewali Mandar Sub-Branch Office. The type of this research is quantitative research. The number of samples in this study were 30 employees. The method applied to collect research data is the questionnaire method. The techniques applied to analyze the research data are validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, classic assumption test, t test and F test. This research shows positive results between work discipline variables (X1) and workload (X2) on employee performance (Y) which is shown through the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 14,229 + 0.401 + 0.358. In the t test with the work discipline variable (X1) it shows a t count of 2.091 and a t table of 2.051 and a sig. 0.046 <0.05. Workload (X2) has a t count of 2,832 and a sig value of 2,051 t table. 0.009 <0.05. The f test shows f count 6.662 and f table 3.3340 and sig. 0.004 <0.05. Based on the description, it can be concluded that partially work discipline has an effective effect which is very significant on employee performance, partially workload has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Work discipline and workload have a simultaneous and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether work environment variables have a positive and significant influence on employee work motivation at the Pare-pare City Communication and Information Office. This research uses a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis methods with the help of SPSS version 27 data processing to prove three hypotheses. The results of this research indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between physical work environment variables on employee work motivation. Meanwhile, the non-physical work environment has a positive and significant influence of non-physical work environment variables on employee work motivation. Simultaneously, the physical work environment and non-physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation at the Pare-Pare City Communications and Information Office. From the research results, it was found that the work environment is closely related to employee work motivation, both in terms of the physical work environment and the non-physical work environment, proving that the better the work environment, the higher the employee work motivation. Both have a positive and significant influence on employee work motivation. The better the work environment, the better the influence on employee work motivation

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of communication and teamwork on employee performance at Bontonompo 1 Health Center, located in South Bontonompo District. Quantitative data was utilized for the research, with a sample size of 45 individuals. The study explored the relationship between work communication, teamwork, and employee performance to assess their combined impact on the organization's effectiveness. The findings indicated that both work communication and teamwork had a significantly positive influence on employee performance. The f-statistic value of 34.965 surpassed the f-table value of 3.23, with a remarkably low significance value of 0.000. This statistical result affirms the robust and meaningful impact of effective work communication and collaborative teamwork on enhancing employee performance. In a well-functioning workplace, clear and open communication channels foster seamless exchanges of ideas, feedback, and information among employees, supervisors, and teams. Moreover, the study highlights the importance of teamwork in achieving organizational objectives. When employees work together as a unified team, they share responsibilities, support each other, and pool their diverse skills and expertise, leading to higher levels of productivity and efficiency. Teamwork encourages collective creativity and problem-solving, which are invaluable assets in a dynamic and demanding work environment. The results of this study reinforce the idea that effective communication and teamwork are not only individually valuable but also interrelated and complementary factors in driving employee performance. Organizations that prioritize nurturing a culture of open communication and teamwork are more likely to witness improved employee satisfaction and engagement, ultimately contributing to enhanced overall organizational performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the leadership role of the Village Head in improving the work effectiveness of employees at the Ba`ba Tapua Village Office, Matangnga District, Polewali Mandar Regency. With this type of qualitative research. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. By determining the key informant, namely the Village Secretary, the main informant, namely the Section Head, and the supporting informant, namely one of the Hamlet Heads. The research results show that the village head's leadership in improving employee work effectiveness in its implementation is quite good as seen from the aspects of his open leadership, good communication with his employees, happy to accept suggestions from employees, providing motivation, direction and providing training to employees, as well as decision making which is held through deliberation. However, employee work effectiveness is still lacking because it is also influenced by other things such as the work environment.

Abstract

This research is quantitative research which aims to determine the influence of the Loyalty Program on the decision to purchase Kenangan Coffee. The independent variable in this research is the Loyalty Program, while the dependent variable is the purchasing decision. The population in this study was all customers of memorable coffee. Using the sampling method, a sample of 80 respondents was obtained. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) v. 13. The results of this research show that the Loyalty Program (X1) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). This means that the better the implementation of the loyalty program carried out by Memoria Coffee, the more consumer behavior towards making purchases will increase. vice versa
