Abstract

Menyusui merupakan suatu cara yang tidak ada duanya dalam memberikan makanan yang ideal bagi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bayi yang sehat. Selain itu, menyusui mempunyai pengaruh biologis serta kejiwaan yang unik terhadap kesehatan ibu dan bayi. Zat-zat anti infeksi yang terkandung dalam ASI membantu melindungi bayi terhadap penyakit. Akan tetapi, menyusui tidak selamanya dapat berjalan dengan normal, tidak sedikit ibu-ibu mengeluh seperti adanya pembengkakan payudara akibat penumpukan ASI, karena pengeluaran ASI tidak lancar atau pengisapan oleh bayi. Pembengkakan ini akan mengakibatkan rasa nyeri pada ibu bahkan tidak jarang ibu merasa demam, oleh karena itu para ibu  dianjurkan untuk melakukan perawatan payudara agar tidak terjadi komplikasi seperti bendungan ASI.Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi bendungan ASI pada ibu menyusui di desa  Bineh Blang Kecamatan Ingin Jaya Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Desain penelitian ini bersifat analitik, dengan pendekatan crossectional dimana penelitan ini dilakukan sesaat atau satu waktu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu menyusui yang ada di desa Bineh Blang Kecamatan Ingin Jaya Kabupaten Aceh Besar, sedangkan sampel diperoleh secara Accidetal sampling sebanyak 32 orang. Mayoritas ibu menyusui di desa Bineh Blang yang mengalami bendungan ASI  dimana tidak ada bendungan ASI yang memiliki pengetahuan cukup, yaitu sebanyak 14 responden (87,5%). Hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai    maka dapat disimpulkan tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan bendungan ASI. ada bendungan ASI memiliki tingkat pendidikan dasar, yaitu sebanyak 1 responden (100%). Hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai    maka dapat disimpulkan tidak ada hubungan antara pendidikan dengan bendungan ASI. ada bendungan ASI memiliki sikap negatif sebanyak 4 responden (33,3%). Hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai    maka dapat disimpulkan tidak ada hubungan antara sikap dengan bendungan ASI.Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan ibu menyusui  masih rendah, oleh karena itu disarankan  kepada responden untuk lebih aktif mencari informasi tentang segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan tehnik menyusui  yang benar untuk mencegah bendungan ASI. Hal ini dapat diperoleh dengan mengunjungi tempat kesehatan.Kata Kunci : Ibu Post Partum, Kecemasan, Pengeluaran ASIBreastfeeding is an unbeatable way of providing ideal food for the healthy growth and development of babies. In addition, breastfeeding has unique biological and psychological influences on the health of mothers and babies. Anti-infective substances contained in breast milk help protect babies against disease. However, breastfeeding cannot always proceed normally, not a few mothers complain that there is swelling of the breasts due to accumulation of milk, because milk production is not smooth or sucking by the baby. This swelling will cause pain in the mother and it is not uncommon for mothers to feel feverish, therefore mothers are advised to take care of their breasts so that complications such as breast milk engorgement do not occur.The study was conducted to determine the factors that affect breastfeeding mothers in the village of Bineh Blang, Want Jaya District, Aceh Besar District.The design of this research is analytic, with a cross-sectional approach where this research is carried out momentarily or one time. The population in this study were all breastfeeding mothers in the village of Bineh Blang, Want Jaya District, Aceh Besar District, while the sample was obtained by accidental sampling of 32 people. The majority of breastfeeding mothers in Bineh Blang village who experienced ASI dams where there were no ASI dams had sufficient knowledge, namely 14 respondents (87.5%). The statistical test results obtained a value, so it can be concluded that there is no relationship between knowledge and ASI dams. there is an ASI dam has a basic education level, namely as many as 1 respondent (100%). The statistical test results obtained a value, so it can be concluded that there is no relationship between education and ASI dams. there is an ASI dam has a negative attitude as much as 4 respondents (33.3%). The results of statistical tests obtained values, it can be concluded that there is no relationship between attitudes and ASI dams.From the results of the study it can be concluded that the knowledge of breastfeeding mothers is still low, therefore it is suggested to respondents to be more active in seeking information about everything related to correct breastfeeding technique toKeywords: Maternal postpartum, breastfeeding ation.

Abstract

The implementation of change within a company is a critical and complex process to ensure the continuity and success of the organization in facing the ever-evolving dynamics of the business environment. Implementing change in a company involves trial processes, system adjustments, and direct adaptation. This journal discusses a systematic and structured action plan to effectively manage the change process. The main focus lies in identifying key success factors, designing implementation steps, the role of leadership, and efforts to mitigate challenges that arise during the process. The use of qualitative research methods through case studies provides an in-depth understanding of best practices in change implementation. The findings of this study are expected to serve as a strategic guide for company management in executing change effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Toko Iwan is a business engaged in the sale of basic necessities in the Talangpadang market, Talangpadang sub-district, Tanggamus district, Lampung. Iwan's shop sells various kinds of basic household needs such as rice, sugar, noodles, cooking oil, flour and so on. In the process of recording transaction data at this store, it still uses a manual method using paper and pen media so that errors are often encountered and it is difficult to find out the stock of goods that are still available in the warehouse. The ordering process at this store is still via whatsapp, sms, telephone and coming directly to the store. The research method used is observation, interviews and literature study. This web-based sales system was developed using the waterfall development method, with the PHP programming language and the database used is MySQL. The design of this web-based information system is very useful in today's digital era and can make business activities at Toko Iwan more effective and efficient.

Abstract

This study aims to gather data and information regarding teachers' perceptions of the leadership of the driving principal in State Junior High Schools, focusing on various key aspects. The leadership of the principal is evaluated in terms of teacher development and the improvement of learning quality, effective school management, the creation of a positive school culture, and continuous monitoring and evaluation. Understanding how teachers perceive their principal's leadership is crucial for identifying areas of strength and potential improvement in school management practices. This research is quantitative and descriptive, with a population of 270 teachers. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, employing the Proportionate Random Sampling technique, resulting in a sample of 76 teachers. The research instrument used was validated and proven reliable. The results showed that teacher development and the improvement of learning quality were well-implemented, as were effective school management and the creation of a positive school culture. Continuous monitoring and evaluation were also found to be effectively implemented. The overall results indicate that teachers have a positive perception of the leadership of the driving principal, with an average score of 4.3, suggesting that the leadership approach is being carried out effectively across all evaluated areas.

Abstract

This research is motivated by Islamic banks which are starting to be in demand by the public, especially the Indonesian population is the majority Muslim. However, not many people understand how Islamic banks operate. This study aims to determine the effect of public understanding of usury on interest in transacting in Islamic banks (Case Study of the Karangmekar Village Community, Karangsembung District, Cirebon Regency). This research is a type of quantitative research using the method of observation, questionnaires and documents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires or questionnaires to obtain data on public understanding of usury (X) and public interest in transacting in Islamic banks (Y). This study is a population study, because it takes the entire community of Karangmekar Village based on the level of education over the age of 18, totaling 2,140 people with a total of 96 respondents as research subjects. The results of this study indicate that the variable of public understanding of usury has a positive and significant effect on people's interest in transacting in Islamic banks. It is evident from the regression coefficient value of the variable of public understanding of usury (X) of 0.686, which means that if the public's understanding of usury has increased by 1%, the interest in transacting in Islamic banks will increase by 68.6%. In addition, it is also evident from the variable of people's understanding of usury which has a value of tcount (6,700) > ttable (1,985) and the significance value obtained is 0.000 which means that the value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05, so the decision is H0 is rejected, it means that the variable of public understanding of usury has a significant effect on the interest in transacting in Islamic banks. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh bank syariah yang mulai diminati oleh masyarakat, terlebih penduduk Indonesia adalah mayoritas beragama Islam. Namun tidak banyak dari masyarakat yang memahami bagaimana operasional bank syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh pemahaman masyarakat tentang riba terhadap minat bertransaksi di Bank Syariah (Studi Kasus Masyarakat Desa Karangmekar Kecamatan Karangsembung Kabupaten Cirebon). Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode observasi, angket dan dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner atau angket untuk mendapatkan data mengenai pemahaman masyarakat tentang riba (X) dan minat masyarakat bertransaksi di Bank Syariah (Y). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi, karena mengambil seluruh masyarakat Desa Karangmekar berdasarkan tingkat pendidikan yang berusia di atas 18 tahun yang berjumlah 2.140 orang dengan jumlah subyek penelitian sebanyak 96 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pemahaman masyarakat tentang riba berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat bertransaksi masyarakat di bank syariah. Terbukti dari nilai koefisien regresi variabel pemahaman masyarakat tentang riba (X) sebesar 0,686 yang berarti bahwa apabila pemahaman masyarakat tentang riba mengalami peningkatan 1% maka minat bertransaksi di bank syariah akan meningkat 68,6%. Di samping itu, terbukti juga dari variabel pemahaman masyarakat tentang riba yang memiliki nilai thitung (6,700) > ttabel (1,985) dan nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh yaitu 0,000 yang berarti nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari nilai alpha 0,05, sehingga keputusannya adalah H0 ditolak, artinya bahwa variabel pemahaman masyarakat tentang riba berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat bertransaksi di bank syariah.

Abstract

Background/purpose. The Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program is a higher education policy designed to foster student autonomy through experiential learning across campuses and industry settings. However, student participation in this program remains suboptimal, potentially influenced by internal factors such as self-efficacy and learning readiness. This study aims to examine the influence of self-efficacy and student readiness on the interest in participating in the MBKM program at Ma’soem University.Materials/methods. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 318 active undergraduate students. The research instrument was a five-point Likert scale questionnaire, which had undergone validity and reliability testing using SPSS. Data were collected both in person and via Google Forms, following a prior explanation of the study's purpose and instructions for completion. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of JASP software, preceded by classical assumption testing as prerequisites.Results. The results indicate that self-efficacy and student readiness jointly have a significant influence on students’ interest in participating in the MBKM program, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.517, equivalent to 51.7%. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 4.436 + 0.487X₁ + 0.475X₂, demonstrating a positive contribution of both variables to student interest.Conclusion. Self-efficacy and learning readiness significantly affect students’ interest in participating in the MBKM program. These findings highlight the importance for higher education administrators to strengthen the development of students’ personal and academic capacities to promote active participation in the MBKM policy

Abstract

This study aims to develop a valid and practical learning media product using GeoGebra for pyramids in the seventh grade of Muhammadiyah Pagaralam Junior High School in the 2024/2025 academic year. This research is a research and development (R&D) project involving 32 seventh grade students of Muhammadiyah Pagaralam Junior High School. The development model used was ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The product developed in this study was declared valid based on validation by media experts, material experts, and language experts, with percentages of 86%, 78%, and 89%, respectively. The learning media was categorized as very feasible, feasible, and very feasible, respectively. The results of the student response questionnaire trial showed that the first one-to-one stage achieved practical criteria, the second small group stage achieved very practical criteria, and the final field test stage achieved very practical criteria. Therefore, the learning media using GeoGebra Classroom is considered valid and practical.   Keywords: Development, Learning Media, GeoGebra Classroom, Pyramids

Abstract

The objective of this research was to find out the problems of students in writing descriptive text ineleventh grade at MA Madinatul Khairaat Buntuna. The method used qualitative research that using interview asdata collection instrument. The participants were 8 students in eleventh grade. The results showed that based onthe theory Nurgiantoro (2001) there were several problems faced by the students when writing descriptive textthey were vocabulary, grammatical mistake, and organization idea. The data collection analyzed by datareduction, data display, and conclusion/drawing verification. The problem faced in eleventh grade at MAMadinatul Khairaat in writing descriptive text was vocabulary.This indicator was most dominant problem thatfaced of students because the students had less vocabulary and determined the right word so they had problem towrite a text. Then, the problem in writing was grammar. They confused about the tenses and arranged the wordinto the sentence. The last, the problem in writing was organization idea. They confused in determine main ideabecause it might known main problems in sentence. And also they had problem in determine a theme, indetermine a theme it might look the content of writing so it could be easy to determine a theme.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the legal considerations of the Supreme Court Justices in Decision Number 479 K/Ag/2024 concerning the division of song copyright royalties as part of community property after divorce, viewed from the perspective of distributive justice. The background of this research arises from a new legal phenomenon in Indonesia, in which royalties derived from intellectual property—previously considered purely immaterial rights—have begun to be recognized as part of joint marital assets  in family law disputes. The research adopts a normative juridical method using statutory and case approaches, focusing on an in-depth examination of judicial reasoning and relevant legal instruments governing copyright, marriage, and Islamic family law. The findings reveal that Supreme Court Decision No. 479 K/Ag/2024 serves as a significant precedent in the Indonesian legal system, marking the first recognition of song royalties as divisible community property between spouses following divorce. The judgment not only reaffirms the protection of the creator’s economic rights but also expands the concept of justice in family law through the application of Aristotelian distributive justice, whereby division is made according to the proportional contribution and involvement of each party in the creation of the work. A normative and philosophical analysis of the decision indicates that substantive justice prevails over formal justice, taking into account the continuous nature of royalty income as a dynamic asset. Consequently, this study contributes to the development of intellectual property and Islamic family law in Indonesia, particularly in integrating the principles of distributive justice into the jurisprudence of religious courts. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dasar pertimbangan hukum Hakim Agung dalam Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 479 K/Ag/2024 mengenai pembagian royalti hak cipta lagu sebagai bagian dari harta gono gini pasca perceraian, ditinjau dari perspektif keadilan distributif. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari fenomena hukum baru di Indonesia, di mana royalti hak cipta yang bersifat immateriil mulai diakui sebagai bagian dari harta bersama (community property) dalam sengketa perceraian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan statute approach dan case approach, berfokus pada analisis putusan pengadilan serta peraturan perundang-undangan terkait hak cipta, perkawinan, dan hukum Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Putusan MA No. 479 K/Ag/2024 menjadi preseden penting dalam sistem hukum Indonesia, karena untuk pertama kalinya royalti lagu dinyatakan sebagai harta bersama yang dapat dibagi secara proporsional antara suami dan istri setelah perceraian. Putusan ini tidak hanya menegaskan perlindungan terhadap hak ekonomi pencipta, tetapi juga memperluas makna keadilan dalam hukum keluarga melalui penerapan prinsip keadilan distributif Aristoteles, di mana pembagian dilakukan berdasarkan kontribusi dan proporsi keterlibatan masing-masing pihak dalam penciptaan karya. Analisis normatif dan filosofis terhadap putusan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa keadilan substantif lebih diutamakan daripada keadilan formal, dengan mempertimbangkan nilai manfaat berkelanjutan (continuous income) dari royalti sebagai aset dinamis. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan hukum kekayaan intelektual dan hukum keluarga Islam di Indonesia, khususnya dalam mengintegrasikan nilai keadilan distributif dalam praktik peradilan agama. Abstract

Dalam menjalankan kegiatan produksinya PT. Sumatera Makmur Lestari telah menggunakan Perjanjian Kerja Bersama sebagaimana yang diamanatkan oleh Pasal 116 Undang-Undang No. 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan. Pembuatan Peraturan Kerja Bersama yang dibuat antara pekerja dengan PT. Sumatera Makmur Lestari secara keseluruhan telah mengatur bagaimana hubungan antara pekerja dengan PT. Sumatera Makmur Lestari. Baik mengenai hak dan kewajiban masing-masing pihak. Namun dalam kenyataannya, PT. Sumatera Makmur Lestari melalui manager dan accounting officer masih melakukan pelanggaran terhadap Perjanjian Kerj Bersama yang telah disepakati. Pelanggaran tersebut berbentuk Pemutuhan Hubungan Kerja secara sepihak tanpa memberikan kesempatan untuk memperbaiki diri. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: Pertama, Pelaksanaan perlindungan hukum terhadap tenaga kerja berdasarkan Perjanjian Kerja Bersama (PKB) Antara PUK SPPP-SPSI PT Arvena Sepakat & PT. Sumatera Makmur Lestari dengan Management PT. Arvena Sepakat & PT. Sumatera Makmur Lestari, Sei Pejangki Batang Cenaku Indragiri Hulu, Provinsi Riau secara umum telah dilaksanakan melalui: Perlindungan Jamsostek yang diberikan dalam bentuk, yakni: jaminan kecelakaan kerja, jaminan kematian dan jaminan hari tua, pemeliharaan kesehatan, dana pension, pembinaan rohani, dan fasilitas kesejahteraan, perlindungan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang diimplementasikan dengan penyediaan alat-alat keselamatan kerja dan pemeliharaan kesehatan melalui bantuan pemeriksaan, pemeliharaan kesehatan bagi seluruh pekerjanya dengan cara didaftarkan pada BPJS kesehatan. Perlindungan upah diberikan sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah yang berlaku, yakni Upahm Minimum Provinsi Riau, yang dibagi ke dalam 3 (tiga) bentuk, yakni: Upah bagi pekerja harian, Upah bagi pekerja baru selama masa percobaan, dan Upah selama masa cuti. Selain itu karyawan juga mendapatkan Tunjangan Hari Raya (THR).
