Therefore, authoritarian parenting had a positive effect on open personality. The democratic parenting variable had a regression coefficient of 0.87 (p<0.001), 0.82 (p<0.001), 0.57 (p<0.001), and 0.56 (p<0.001) for personality openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, and agreeableness. The research sample was 216 students who were attending college at night and working full time, selected using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through a scale of self-efficacy, psychological well-being, and work engagement. The analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with SmartPLS software. The results showed that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on work engagement by 19% and on psychological well-being by 25%. Psychological well-being also positively and significantly affects work engagement by 44.3%. Additionally, psychological well-being mediates the relationship between self-efficacy and work engagement by 11.1%. Psychological well-being is proven to mediate the relationship between self-efficacy and work engagement. Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in learning interest and learning motivation in terms of the use of the At-Taisir Qur'an memorization method and Dermawan's Qur'an memorization method. The research method uses a quantitative approach, with a purposive sampling technique. The population in this study amounted to 62 and a sample of 40 students were divided into 2 groups, namely 20 data from each group. The analytical method used to analyze the data obtained in this study uses the Mann Whitney U analysis method. In the At-Taisir method, the learning interest scale is in the low category with an empirical mean of 23.40 and a hypothetical mean of 45 with sd 9. The learning motivation scale is in the very category. low with an empirical mean of 57.25 and a hypothetical mean of 97.5 with an sd of 19.5. Whereas in the Dermawan method, the interest scale category is very high, the empirical mean is 68.30 and the hypothetical mean is 45 with sd 9. The motivation scale in the category is very high, the empirical mean is 141.90 and the hypothetical mean is 97.5 with sd 19.5. The results of this study indicate that the significance value of Mann Whitney U is 0.000, which means that the difference between learning motivation in students using the At-Taisir method and the Dermawan method is accepted. In the learning interest group, a result of 0.000 was obtained, which means that there was no difference between students' learning interest when studying using the At-Taisir method and the Dermawan method, meaning that this research was accepted because it was in accordance with the initial hypothesis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived organizational support (POS) on nurses’ job satisfaction with work-family conflict (WFC) as a mediator variable. Perceived organizational support (POS) is employees’ perception of the extent to which the organization cares about their well-being. Work-family conflict (WFC) refers to the tension that arises due to an imbalance between work demands and family responsibilities, which can affect job satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach with a path analysis method to test the relationship between variables. The results of the analysis showed that POS had a significant effect on WFC with a t-statistical value of 22.033 (>1.96) and a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05), so the first hypothesis was accepted. Furthermore, WFC was shown to have an effect on job satisfaction with a t-statistical value of 10.248 (> 1.96) and a p-value of 0.000 (< 0.05), supporting the second hypothesis. POS also had a direct effect on job satisfaction with a t-statistical value of 3.041 (> 1.96) and a p-value of 0.002 (< 0.05), so that the third hypothesis was accepted. In addition, WFC acts as a mediator in the relationship between POS and job satisfaction, which is shown by a t-statistical value of 3.092 (> 1.96) and a p-value of 0.002 (< 0.05), supporting the fourth hypothesis. The results of this study show that perceived organizational support not only has a direct influence on job satisfaction, but also indirectly through the reduction of work-family conflicts. These findings underscore the importance of creating a supportive work environment to improve nurses’ job satisfaction while reducing conflict between work and family.
