Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan 1)Untuk mengetahui kendala pelaksanaan PLK mahasiswa pendidikan geografi angkatan 2020 Universitas Negeri Padang 2)Solusi dalam mengatasi kendala pelaksanaan PLK mahasiswa pendidikan geografi angkatan 2020 Universitas Negeri Padang.Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan mixed method melalui teknik total random sampling di Prodi Pendidikan Geografi pada angkatan 2020 yang melaksanakan PLK Semester Juli-Desember 2023 dengan jumlah 84 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data yaitu menggunakan software Nvivo 14 dan Ms.Excel. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa 1) kendala yang ditemukan antara lain: mahasiswa tidak percaya diri pada kegiatan latihan mengajar terbimbing dan guru pamong banyak memberikan seluruh kelas kepada siswa, Mahasiswa merasa kurang menguasai materi ketika latihan mengajar mandiri dan banyak mahasiswa tidak dikunjungi dosen pembimbing lapangan ke sekolah, serta pada kegiatan nonteaching mahasiswa tidak dilibatkan dalam pembimbingan siswa dan konsultasi dengan orang tua/wali dan dalam kegiatan guru mata pelajaran serta tidak mengetahui proses kenaikan pangkat guru.2) Solusi yang ditemukan antara lain: pada latihan mengajar terbimbing diperlukannya latihan dan persipan materi secara matang, selanjutnya pada latihan mengajar mandiri dilakukan pertemuan virtual via zoom apabila dosen pembimbing lapangan tidak bisa hadir ke sekolah dan pada kegiatan nonteaching mahasiswa harus menunjukkan diri secara aktif agar terlibat dalam kegiatan nonteaching tersebut.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dan media pembelajaran Quizwhizzer menawarkan alternatif untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan Model TGT yang dibantu oleh Quizwhizzer terhadap hasil belajar geografi siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan eksperimen semu. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling menghasilkan dua kelompok, yaitu kelas XI Fase F.4 sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelas XI Fase F.5 sebagai kelompok kontrol. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui lembar tes untuk menilai hasil belajar siswa. Analisis data melibatkan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji hipotesis, dan uji n-gain. Penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa dari hasil uji hipotesis, nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh adalah 0,041, yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Ini berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan dari penggunaan Model TGT dengan bantuan Quizwhizzer terhadap hasil belajar Geografi. Penguatan ini didukung oleh hasil uji N-Gain Score yang mencatat angka 59,39% untuk kelas eksperimen dan 52,51% untuk kelas kontrol, yang menunjukkan efektivitas Model TGT dengan bantuan Quizwhizzer dalam meningkatkan pencapaian belajar siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sikap siswa tentang penerapan sistem pembelajaran moving class pada fase F di SMA Negeri 5 Kota Padang dan untuk mengetahui pendapat siswa mengenai penerapan sistem pembelajaran moving class terhadap Mata Pelajaran Geografi di fase F SMA Negeri 5 Kota Padang. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian mixed method. Hasil penelitian diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner sikap siswa dan wawancara kepada siswa untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan sistem moving class. Dapat diperoleh hasil Sikap Siswa terhadap Sistem Pembelajaran Moving Class di SMA Negeri 5 Padang berada pada kategori baik. Moving class membuat sistem pembelajaran di sekolah lebih baik, yang dapat membebaskan siswa memilih mata pelajaran yang diminatinya. Diharapkan dengan adanya moving class lebih meningkatkan minat siswa untuk belajar dan membatu dalam perencanaan karir siswa ke depannya.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the education system began to look for innovation in the process of teaching and learning activities. One of the learning media during the COVID-19 pandemic is Google Classroom. At SMA Negeri 6 Medan for the first time implementing online learning based on Google Classroom. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online learning using google classroom in geography lessons at SMA Negeri 6 Medan during the pandemic. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative descriptive approach. The data collection technique used nonprobability sampling method with total sampling technique, the number of samples in this study was taken from the entire population of class X-IIS as many as 72 students. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and data. The results of this study indicate that the learning effectiveness of class X-IIS students at SMA Negeri 6 Medan using Google Classroom media entered at a very effective level of achievement as many as 42 students from 72 respondents with a percentage of 58.33%, 26 students or 36.11% at the level of achievement. quite effective, 3 students or 4.16% at the ineffective level, and 1 student or 1.4% at the very ineffective level of achievement.

Abstract

Abstract Competence comes from the word competence which describes the appearance of a certain ability in its entirety which is a dialectic (combination) between knowledge and ability. To be said to have digital literacy, one must master information, visual, media, and communication literacy. the amount of student literacy competence, how big is the achievement of student learning outcomes and the relationship between digital literacy competence and student learning outcomes. This research uses correlational quantitative. With a total sample of 94 students. Data collection with questionnaires, and documentation. The research instrument was tested with validity and reliability using the product moment correlation formula from Pearson and reliability testing with the Cronbach alpha formula. Data analysis used descriptive statistics of percentages and simple regression analysis. The results showed that the level of learning outcomes of students in class X IPS in SMA Negeri 1 Payakumbuh was in a fairly strong category, and there was a significant effect of digital literacy competence on the learning outcomes of students in class X SMA Negeri 1 Payakumbuh.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of learning social interaction models on student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 2 Batang Kapas, Pesisir Selatan. The design used in this study is quantitative with a quasi-experimental research type. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling with a sample size of 62 people. Data analysis in this study used SPSS 26. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, documentation, and learning outcomes tests were using pretest and posttest. Data processing in this study used normality test, homogeneity test and T test to determine the hypothesis. The results of the study prove that there is a significant effect between the experimental class and the kontrol class. Calculation of the average, the experimental class got a result of 81.90 and the kontrol class got a result of 77.03. Analysis of the effectiveness using N-Gain, obtained the results of the effective of the experimental class 67% with information quite effective to be applied while in the kontrol class obtained the results of effective of 54% with information less effective to be applied.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of applying the TGT model and STAD model to the learning outcomes of students at SMAN 11 Tebo, Jambi. The approach used is a quarsi experiment with a pretest-posttest nonequivalent control design. The samples taken in this study were 60 students using a random sampling technique in class XI IPS 1 and class XI IPS 2. The data analysis method used in this study was carried out with the help of Microsoft Excel and SPSS 26 applications. Data collection techniques were in the form of documentation, tests learning outcomes, and questionnaires. From processing the results of the posttest experimental class, the average learning result is quite high, namely 72 compared to the control class with an average learning result of 66. For the N-gain test, students in the experimental class get a percentage of 56% (quite effective) while in the control class only get a percentage of 51% (less effective). So that in this study there was a positive influence from the application of the STAD type cooperative learning model by contributing 40.5% to increasing the learning outcomes of class XI IPS students at SMAN 11 Tebo, Jambi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The readiness of adolescents to continue their education to tertiary institutions in Kayu Elang Village, Semidang Alas District, Seluma Regency in terms of internal factors, (2) The readiness of adolescents to continue their education to tertiary institutions in Kayu Elang Village, Semidang Alas District, Seluma Regency viewed from external factors. This type of research used is qualitative. As many as 6 teenagers were selected as research informants based on certain criteria. To collect data used the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data is then checked for validity through source triangulation. Furthermore, analysis is carried out using data condensation techniques, data presentation, as well as drawing conclusions and verification. The results showed: (1) the readiness of adolescents to continue their education to tertiary institutions in Kayu Elang Village, Semidang Alas District, Seluma Regency, in terms of internal factors, was not ready. (2) the readiness of youth to continue their education to tertiary institutions in Kayu Elang Village, Semidang Alas District, Seluma Regency in terms of external factors was not ready.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the REACT Learning Model (Relating, Experiencing, Applying, Cooperating, Transferring) on the geography learning outcomes of grade X.E students at SMA Negeri 1 Salimpaung. The type of research used is a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method. Sampling using the Cluster random sampling technique, and two classes were selected, namely class X.E 2 (experiment) with 32 students, and class X.E3 (control) with 32 students. The research instrument is in the form of a 20-point test question. The average learning outcomes of students in the experimental class were 86.87, the control class was 82.96. In the experimental class, an increase in N-Gain knowledge of 0.76 was obtained in the high category. While in the control class, an increase in knowledge or N-Gain of 0.69 was obtained in the medium category. The results of the analysis of both groups used the t test at a significant level and obtained tcount = 2.315 and ttable = 1.998 so that tcalculate > ttable, then Ha is accepted meaning that there is an influence of the REACT Learning Model on student geography learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to 1) Know the application of the use of the Creative Problem Solving model to improve students' creative thinking skills and to 2) Know the effect of using the Creative Problem Solving model to improve students' creative thinking skills at SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang. The research method used in this research is the Quasi Experiment Method with the research design of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampling was done by Random Sampling technique. The samples in this study were students of class X.1 as an experimental class using the Creative Problem Solving learning model and class X.3 as a control class using Conventional learning media. Data collection uses pretest and posttest instruments in the form of multiple choices that have been tested for validity, reliability. The results of the study explained that 1) The application of the Creative Problem Solving model to improve students' creative thinking skills at Pertiwi 1 Padang High School in class X.1 as an experimental class is declared quite effective to be applied, this is evidenced by documentary evidence and observations related to the activeness of students in applying the Creative Problem Solving model, which of the 4 indicators of creative thinking ability, there are 3 indicators that students understand best including Fluency (the ability to express many ideas fluently and confidently related to atmospheric problems), flexibility (diversity, being able to produce many diverse ideas regarding solutions to reduce the impact of air pollution in the surrounding environment), originality (creating an answer from the direction of one's own views related to atmospheric problems in the environment) The success of this application is supported by school facilities and infrastructure such as internet connections (Wi-Fi), and students are allowed to use laptops and mobile phones. 2) The effect of the Creative Problem Solving learning model on students' creative thinking skills in class X.1 SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang with the average posttest of the experimental class of 87.24 and the average posttest of class X.3 as the control class of 71.94. Data analysis using the Independent Sample T-Test test from the calculated data obtained a significance level (Sig.) of 0.003 because the significance is smaller than 0.05 (0.003 <0.05), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.
