Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strengthening of adaptation strategies for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through the integration of digital marketing, creative innovation, and technological capabilities in responding to business environment uncertainty. The study employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method, where data were obtained from various scientific publications and credible sources through searches on Google Scholar and official websites of relevant institutions within the period of 1991–2026. From an initial pool of 50 articles, a rigorous selection process was conducted based on relevance, quality, and contribution to the research topic, resulting in 27 articles for further analysis using descriptive analysis techniques. The findings indicate that the integration of digital marketing enables expanded market access and improved customer interaction, while creative innovation plays a role in generating product differentiation and business flexibility. Technological capabilities are also proven to enhance operational efficiency and MSME readiness in facing change. However, the implementation of these three aspects still encounters various challenges, such as low digital literacy, limited access to technology, and suboptimal policy support. Therefore, integrated efforts are required through strengthening human resource capacity, providing access to technology and financing, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders to sustainably enhance MSME resilience and competitiveness.

Abstract

Background: Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease characterized by hyperglycemia that can lead to serious complications such as diabetic foot ulcers, infections, and even amputation. Foot care is essential to prevent these complications. However, many patients with type II diabetes mellitus have not received adequate health education, particularly those with limited reading ability, resulting in poor understanding of diabetic foot care. Audiobooks were selected as an audio-based educational medium because they are easily accessible and do not rely on reading ability. This medium is expected to improve patients’ knowledge of diabetic foot care. Objective: To determine the effect of audiobook use on the level of knowledge of diabetic foot care among patients with type II diabetes mellitus at Kitamura Clinic, Pontianak. Methods: This study employed a quantitative method with a pre-experimental design using a one-group pretest–posttest design. A total of 50 respondents were included using a total sampling technique. The research instrument was the Diabetes Foot Care Knowledge Scale (DFKS) questionnaire. Results: The results of the paired sample t-test showed a p-value of 0.314 (p > 0.05), indicating no statistically significant effect. However, audiobooks demonstrated potential to improve knowledge if delivered repeatedly. Conclusion: The use of audiobooks did not show a statistically significant effect on improving knowledge of diabetic foot care. Nevertheless, audiobooks have the potential to serve as an alternative health education medium when used repeatedly.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the dynamics of the national education system through philosophical, sociological, psychological, and juridical perspectives within the framework of educational management. This research employs a qualitative approach with a library research method, utilizing data from scientific journals, academic books, and official policy documents related to the national education system. Data were analyzed using content analysis techniques, including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the national education system is a complex and dynamic system influenced by interconnected educational foundations. Philosophical foundations provide direction and values, sociological foundations reflect social contexts, psychological foundations emphasize learners’ characteristics, and juridical foundations ensure regulatory compliance. Furthermore, the application of systems theory in educational management enables a holistic understanding of the relationships between input, process, output, and outcome. The integration of these perspectives is essential in creating an effective, adaptive, and sustainable education system. Therefore, educational management must be conducted comprehensively by integrating these dimensions to improve the quality of national education.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of using interactive learning media based on the Edpuzzle platform on the learning outcomes in the Basics of Building Modeling and Information Design (DPIB) subject among tenth-grade students at SMK Negeri 14 Medan. This study employs a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent control group design. The research subjects consist of tenth-grade DPIB students divided into several classes. The sampling technique used is cluster random sampling, where classes were selected randomly to be designated as the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group was treated with interactive learning media based on the Edpuzzle platform, while the control group used non-interactive video-based media. Both groups were given a pretest and a posttest to identify differences in learning outcomes before and after the treatment. Data collection was conducted through learning outcome tests in the form of multiple-choice questions. The obtained data were then analyzed using statistical tests to determine the difference in learning outcomes between the experimental and control groups. The results show a significant improvement in learning outcomes in the experimental group compared to the control group. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of interactive learning media based on the Edpuzzle platform has a significant influence on the learning outcomes of the Basics of DPIB among tenth-grade students at SMK Negeri 14 Medan

Abstract

This research was motivated by the need for engaging and interactive learning media to support the learning process in the subject of Building Statics Calculation Elements. This research aims to determine the feasibility of the E-LKPD product with the liveworksheets application used in the Building Statics Calculation element. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model modified to ADD (Analysis, Design, Develop). The instrument used is a questionnaire. The questionnaire is used to test the feasibility of the E-LKPD through validation by material experts and media experts. The results of the study show that the developed E-LKPD product obtained an average value from material experts of 4.42 (category "very feasible"), and obtained an average value from media experts of 4.20 (category "very feasible"). Thus, the development of the E-LKPD with the liveworksheets application according to experts is very feasible for use by Grade X DPIB students at SMK Negeri 2 Medan, therefore it is recommended that future research proceed to the implementation and evaluation phases and assess the effectiveness of the media on students’ learning outcomes.

Abstract

The digital transformation in education requires elementary schools to manage academic, financial, infrastructure, and communication data effectively. This study aims to analyze the needs of a cloud-based Education Management Information System (EMIS) at SD Negeri Cilibur 01. The research employed a qualitative descriptive case study approach, using observation, interviews, and documentation. Findings indicate that data management is still conducted manually, leading to delays, duplication, and limited transparency. The needs analysis identified five essential modules: academic, staffing, finance, infrastructure, and communication. The proposed cloud-based EMIS blueprint consists of three stages: digitization, integration, and analytic portal. The implementation of this system is expected to enhance efficiency, accountability, and the quality of educational services. The study recommends teacher and staff training, local government policy support, and integration with the national education system.

Abstract

Coffee is a tree species in the Rubiaceae family and Coffea genus. One way to enhance the value of coffee commodities is by using fermentation technology. Fermentation can use probiotic bacteria found in mongoose digestive tracts, creating coffee with a unique taste and aroma. Bacillus subtilis is one of these bacteria, offering an alternative to those from mongoose. This study aimed to analyze the effects of fermentation using B. subtilis bacteria on the physicochemical and sensory properties of Liberica coffee. The study method included bacteria preparation, coffee fermentation, and testing. The samples' total phenolics, flavonoids, caffeine, and chlorogenic acid contents were estimated. The analysis was performed using UV-Vis and GC-MS spectrophotometers. The results revealed that the fermentation process using B. subtilis improved the sensory and physical qualities of the fermented Liberica coffee. The total values of phenolic and flavonoid contents and antioxidants of the fermented Liberica coffee were higher than that of the original coffee. GC-MS analysis exhibited compounds in the fermented coffee in which the highest was N-Dodecyl-N-(trifluoroacetyl)dodecanamide (C26H48F3NO2), with a retention time of 23.73 minutes and an area percentage of 18.96%. Moreover, the caffeine and chlorogenic acid of the fermented Liberica coffee was lower than that of the original coffee.
