Abstract

This research analyzes the prospects of Islamic political parties in Indonesia's democratic contestation after the 2024 elections. Islamic political parties have never been able to compete with nationalist parties in the last four elections. The dominance of nationalist parties is shown in parliamentary contestation and in the presidential and vice-presidential elections, making Islamic parties have no logical choice but to join the coalition of nationalist parties. The future of Islamic political parties has become a polemic because they see their position increasingly squeezed by the strengthening of nationalist parties. This research was conducted using a literature study approach by collecting primary and secondary data from the official government website and supported by secondary data from various media channels such as detik.com and cnbc.com. Data collection begins with field observations to find preliminary data to guide further data collection. The results show that Islamic political parties still have potential prospects if they can optimize several factors, including the demographics of Muslims in Indonesia, Islamic militancy, the close relationship between the ideology of mass organizations and political parties, and public expectations. .

Abstract

In eradicating corruption, KPK is required to be the central institution that plays a crucial role in overcoming corrupt practices at various levels of society. Ironically, this corruption phenomenon has involved KPK members, even the highest leadership of the 2019-2023 KPK chairman named Firli Bahuri, who was decided as a corruption suspect on November 22, 2023, and became history in Indonesia. The incident highlighted the complexities and challenges faced by this anti-corruption agency and attracted the attention of many parties, including the media. Kompas.com is the most trusted media platform for Indonesians in 2023 and has quite a lot of news intensity about Firli Bahuri's resistance. Therefore, this research aims to reveal Kompas.com in producing texts, to find Kompas.com in producing discourse based on ideology and media interests, and to find Kompas.com in building perspectives and representations based on the external context of media and politics in Indonesia. The author uses Fairclough's Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) method for this research. The research shows that Kompas.com's dominant discourse attempts to maintain balance by using many direct quotes from official sources and focusing on the legal process. Kompas avoids direct criticism of Firli or other parties involved in the case. By not highlighting the allegations or evidence against Firli in-depth, Kompas is trying to maintain neutrality and not appear to favor one side. However, this could be interpreted as a form of veiled support.

Abstract

This article examines interpersonal communication between baristas with visual impairments and customers in coffee shops. The research used a case study at Café More, Bandung, Indonesia, which Wyata Guna Special School manages. The research sought to reveal how visually impaired baristas interact and communicate with the coffee shop customers, most of whom do not have disabilities. The study focuses on the communication behavior of low-vision baristas in the form of oral, written, and non-verbal communication. Using the qualitative method and case study approach, the researcher conducted in-depth interviews with two baristas with visual impairment as critical informants, five customers and a manager of Café More as primary informants, and two people with visual impairment who are also customers of Café More as supporting informants. The results of the study found that the blind barista of Low Vision Café More Bandung conducted two communications, namely verbal communication and nonverbal communication. Verbal communication between blind baristas and customers at Café More Bandung goes well even though it requires repetition of customer speech to ensure the messages are conveyed correctly because most supporting informants are regular customers. In nonverbal communication in research, namely a gesture or body movement and hand movements such as using fingers to determine the number of orders. With this research, it is hoped that people with disabilities will get the same place in jobs that require interaction and communication with consumers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari anggapan bahwa sanggit “garap penokohan” merupakan salah satu orientasi penting dalam penggarapan Pakeliran Padat. Bentuk Pakeliran Padat memiliki ruang kreativitas dan ekspresi yang luas, rumit, dan kompleks jika dibandingkan dengan Pakeliran konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan konseptual sanggit garap penokohan dalam Pakeliran Padat. Hal ini penting sebagai stimulan bagi kajian penelitian artistik, khususnya pembahasan konsep dalam Pakeliran Padat. Lakon Bambang Sumantri, penyajian Ki Purbo Asmoro dipilih sebagai objek penelitian yang dianggap representatif terhadap kebutuhan analisis. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah konsep dasar Pakeliran Padat, konsep sanggit garap lakon, konsep dasar estetika pewayangan nuksma dan mungguh, serta penerapan analisis hermeneutika. Metode analisis data deskriptif kualitatif dilakukan dengan mengamati keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian, yaitu: (1) unsur konsep sanggit garap penokohan dalam pakeliran padat terbagi menjadi lima, yaitu tema, gagasan pokok, judul lakon, masalah, dan latar tokoh; (2) konsep sanggit garap penokohan mempunyai kedudukan sebagai orientasi garap yang penting dalam penggarapan pakeliran padat; (3) penggarapan penokohan Sumantri dalam lakon tersebut dipandang mampu mencapai keselarasan antara gambaran tokoh yang dibangun atas kelima unsur konsep sanggit garap penokohan dalam pakeliran padat, sehingga mencapai rasa estetik yang hakiki dan asli.

Abstract

Sistem komisi penjualan merupakan hal diperlukan dalam suatu organisasi dalam memperlancar proses bisnis, mengunakan sistem komisi penjualan akan diperoleh hasil yang tepat dalam pengelolan datanya, pengunaan SPK dapat membantu menangani keraguaan dalam pengambilan suatu keputusan. Untuk itu perlu dikembangan dengan pengunaan SPK dan metode yang tepat untuk dipilih salah dalam pengembangan SPK ini dengan Fuzzy SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) yang dapat digunakan dalam penentuan nilai bobot yang dimiliki oleh kriteria yang sudah ditentukan, proses selanjutnya membuat pemeringkatan dengan hasil untuk mendapatkan alternatif terbaik beberapa alternatif. Perusahaan Normal Global Indonesia memiliki karyawan penjualan yang akan memperoleh komisi jika target penjualan tercapai, untuk pengelolaanya di tangani oleh manajemen yang dinilai kurang efisienya dalam menghitung komisi, serta sering terdapat masalah dalam perhitungan, sehingga dirasakan perlunya untuk membuat sistem yang akan memberikan hasil untuk dapat menentukan komisi berdasarkan peringkat dengan berdasarkan hasil penjualan, penelitian ini dibuat dengan menerapakan metode Fuzzy untuk memudahkan pengunaanya mengunakan dengan efektif dan berdasarkan perhitungan penjualan yang tepat bagi karyawan bagian penjualan, hasil nilai berdasarkan perangkingan didapat terbesar ada pada A1 dan A4.

Abstract

Perkembangan informasi saat ini menjadi hal yang penting saat mengirimkan sesuatu melalui pesan bergambar, ada banyak cara untuk menyembunyikan informasi dan data di dalam suatu pesan file agar bisa disampaikan dengan cara tersembunyi. Banyak jenis pesan file yang mendukung bidang ini, serta menyediakan ruang untuk yang mendeskripsikan tentang pesan tersembunyi dengan mengunakan gambar, salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan teknik Steganografi. Metode ini dikenal dengan mengunakan metodenya yaitu Least Significant Bit (LSB), Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengimplementasikan metode LSB dengan cara menyisipkan pesan teks ke dalam gambar. Hal ini diperlukan karena seiring terjadinya perkembangan pertukaran pesan yang tidak hanya berupa teks saja tetapi saat ini bisa dengan gambar, video dll. pesan teks yang dikirim merupakan suatu pesan tersembunyi yang tidak boleh diketahui sembarang orang, serta adanya hal yang menjadi kelebihan metode LSB dimana ukuran gambar yang memiliki pesan tidak berubah, sedangkan kekurangannya sementara ukuran file gambar mengalami peningkatan, Steghide aplikasi CLI untuk mengenkripsi pesan ke dalam berbagai macam media gamabr dan audio. Abstract

Demping, as a tourist village located in Karanganyar Regency, Central Java, has a variety of exciting tourism potential, both natural and religious. The lives of people who are predominantly Hindu still adhere to customs and various activities of religious traditions that are in synergy with their natural beauty. One thing that attracts attention is the public's trust in Sudamala's story. Sudamala tells the story of Durga, ugly and evil until she becomes the beautiful and kind Goddess Uma. Starting from this story, this research attempts to develop it into a children's theater performance by highlighting the values of the Sudamala story. The approach used is a deconstruction perspective from "sanggit" reinterpretation, namely, re-understanding the meanings contained in the story of the Sudamala text with a new meaning. Through this analysis, we can understand in depth the contents of Sudamala's literary works, which are then worked out skillfully in the theatrical work of Buta Grana Ireng children. In the end, the reinterpretation of sanggit in the theatrical performance of the Buta Grana Ireng children was generally able to increase the appreciation of the new theatrical work from the reinterpretation of the Sudamala story at the Sukuh temple and became a new performance work in the Demping Tourism Village.

Abstract

Fan​ often show fanatical attitudes, which can lead to verbal aggression and increase the potential for the spread of various negative opinions. Many online news portals report diversity opinion One example of the diversity of opinion in football concerns the policies implemented by the PSSI in early 2025, particularly regarding the replacement of the Indonesian national team coach. This will use approach method mixed, but will more focused on approach qualitative with use method Analysis Discourse Network (DNA). Online news portal, or The actors involved can certainly play a significant role in disseminating discourse. Therefore, this study aims to understand how discourse networks and actor networks are formed. The research method used involves utilizing Discourse Network Analyzer (DNA) and Visone by analyzing 55 articles. online news. The results showed that there were 292 statements, and 30 organizations were involved, with 55 individual actors participating. Furthermore, it should be noted that in the topic of changing the coach of the Indonesian national football team, there were pro and con groups. The discourse of support for the new coach had the highest centrality, namely 11.066%. Furthermore, Hadrian Irfani, Deputy Chairman of Commission X of the House of Representatives, was the actor with the highest contribution in this topic, with score centrality degrees by 2.869%.

Abstract

The frequent occurrence of traffic violations is a loss for companies providing heavy equipment. This is often experienced by operators while working due to difficulties in controlling heavy equipment, the main cause being that procedures for selecting new heavy equipment operators have not been complied with. There is a need for an approach so that accepted operators can work well in operating heavy equipment and are less likely to get involved in problems when operating heavy equipment and reduce several risks of violations occurring. In solving many selection problems, such as the case that occurred, the decision support method is applied by combining 2 selection criteria approaches carried out by experts so that they can regulate the level of opinion consideration and evaluation objectively in selecting heavy equipment operators. In several writings, the value of the criteria is very dependent on the level of confidence of the experts, so that the Entropy method approach is considered to be able to calculate the weight of the criteria with accurate and objective results. The TOPSIS method is projected to select the operator that causes the least number of traffic violations by obtaining a final ranking of alternatives. The contribution of this research shows that combining these methods has an impact on operator ratings as well as reducing subjective impacts. The results obtained show that alternative A5 is ranked 1st which is recommended for acceptance due to consideration of the calculation approach process based on criteria.

Abstract

This research departs from the assumption that “sanggit lakon” is one of the main elements of work in Pakeliran Padat. The forms of Pakeliran Padat have room for creativity and expression that is broad, complicated, and/or even limitless. The puppeteer as the main creator has the freedom to work on the sanggit lakon based on his sensitivity and accuracy in observing the phenomena that occur. This research aims to find out what is related to Sanggit Lakon Bima Bungkus in Pakeliran Padat. This is important as a stimulant for artistic research studies, especially discussions regarding concepts and work in Pakeliran Padat. Ki Bambang Suwarno’s lakon Bima Bungkus was chosen as a case study research object which was deemed representative of the analysis needs. The approach used is the basic concept of Pakeliran Padat, the concept of sanggit garap lakon, the basic aesthetic concept of puppetry nuksma and mungguh, as well as the application of hermeneutics analysis. The qualitative descriptive data analysis method is carried out by observing the validity of the data through data triangulation and method triangulation. It is hoped that the collection of appropriate data through literature study, interviews and observations will be able to explain the work of the lakon Bima Bungkus in Pakeliran Padat presented by Ki Bambang Suwarno. Based on the discussion that has been carried out, it shows that the pakeliran padat of Ki Bambang Suwarno’s lakon Bima Bungkus is produced using the concept of pakeliran padat. The garap lakon is presented in a complex manner with a focus on Bima’s characterization as the main character. Garap catur includes janturan, pocapan, and ginem and also implements the concept of garap padat, namely conveying it effectively, efficiently, and focusing on the main problem of the scene. Garap sabet presents thematic puppet movements which represent garap padat. Through thematic sabet, events of lakon can be visualized through a series of unique, distinctive and meaningful wayang movements. Meanwhile, garap karawitan pakeliran presents musical compositions that are packaged for the needs of the events of lakon, although the vocabulary for the musical compositions still comes from traditional musical compositions.
