Abstract

This study aims to develop a teaching module for writing Panji stories based on metacognitive strategies for junior high school students in grade VII. This module is designed to improve students' creative writing skills while introducing local cultural values through Panji stories. The research used the Research and Development (R&D) method with four stages of development, namely define, design, develop and disseminate. The data collection technique in this study involved three steps, namely observation, interview, and validation questionnaire. While the data analysis technique in this research is quantitative descriptive. The results showed that the developed module was valid and relevant to the curriculum. Feedback from teachers and students indicated that the module helped students in understanding the story structure, developing characters, and conveying moral messages. The metacognitive strategy approach applied enabled students to plan, monitor, and evaluate the writing process. In addition, this module supports the development of 21st century skills, such as critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration, as well as utilizing information technology in learning.

Abstract

This research examines the effectiveness of a multisensory Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model based on cherished objects in enhancing the emotional literacy of fourth-grade elementary school students when writing descriptive texts. Using a descriptive phenomenological qualitative approach, the study involved 28 students from SD Muhammadiyah 9 Malang in the 2025/2026 academic year. Data were collected through participant observation (8 meetings), in-depth interviews, text analysis and reflection journals. The results show a significant improvement in the quality of the descriptive texts (average +64.6%), particularly in the expression of personal emotions (+110.7%) and sensory vocabulary (+72.0%). Four main themes emerged: high emotional engagement, enrichment of sensory-affective details, development of self-awareness and self-regulation, and the transfer of emotional literacy to daily life (86.7% of parents reported their children being more open). The model successfully transformed student writing from mechanical prose into authentic and expressive narratives. The multisensory PjBL model based on cherished objects proved effective in integrating the affective dimension into descriptive text writing instruction and aligns with the holistic spirit of the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to describe sarcastic language style, meaning, and function in PODHUB content on Deddy Corbuzier’s YouTube channel. Theoretically, this research uses a descriptive approach, while methodologically it applies stylistic analysis with a qualitative design. The data source is Deddy Corbuzier’s YouTube channel, and the researcher acts as the main instrument. Data collection techniques include watching videos, identifying and documenting sarcastic expressions, transcribing spoken data into written form, classifying the data, and describing it. Data analysis is conducted descriptively, and validity is tested through peer checking. The findings show irony (6), cynicism (14), sarcasm (18), satire (6), and innuendo (1), with sarcasm as the most dominant type. The meanings of sarcasm include humorous, entertaining, and serious elements. Its functions include expressing opinions, emphasis, information, prohibition, questions, commands, and comparisons. In conclusion, various types, meanings, and functions of sarcastic language are found in the content.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas penerapan strategi metakognitif dalam pengajaran keterampilan menulis kreatif, khususnya pada dongeng kearifan lokal Kediri, di kelas VII SMP. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik dalam menulis kreatif melalui penggunaan strategi metakognitif yang meliputi perencanaan, monitoring, dan evaluasi diri. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, yang mencakup analisis berbagai sumber akademis dan penelitian terdahulu mengenai penerapan strategi metakognitif dalam pengajaran menulis. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu strategi metakognitif dapat menjadi alternatif solusi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis kreatif. Peserta didik yang memanfaatkan strategi ini lebih mampu mengorganisir ide, mengembangkan alur cerita, dan meningkatkan kesadaran diri terhadap proses menulis. Selain itu, penggunaan dongeng kearifan lokal Kediri sebagai bahan ajar dapat menumbuhkan rasa cinta budaya lokal dan memperkaya konten tulisan peserta didik. Kesimpulannya, strategi metakognitif merupakan pendekatan yang efektif dan dapat dijadikan model pembelajaran alternatif di sekolah menengah pertama untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis kreatif.

Abstract

This research aims to make a significant contribution to the understanding of constructivism in the context of education through an in-depth exploration of the use of technology in the learning process and its impact on the psychological well-being of students. The study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing structural equation modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Square (PLS) for analysis. The research participants consist of 100 university students in Malang, Indonesia, selected to complete an online questionnaire. The study results indicate that the integration of technology into the learning process has a positive and significant impact on students' psychological well-being. The application of constructivism theory as a conceptual foundation for understanding the influence of technology in learning demonstrates that students' interactive role in constructing knowledge has a substantial effect. The use of various platforms such as Google Drive, Google Docs, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Google Meet, Canvas, Moodle, Grammarly, and Mendeley creates a learning context that facilitates collaboration, active participation, and the development of students' social skills. In the context of students' mental well-being, technology helps alleviate burdens by providing flexibility in completing tasks, stimulating a sense of connection through collaboration, and offering psychological support.

Abstract

This article discusses the optimization of digital marketing as a means for marketing and preserving the art of kuda lumping in Karangrejo Village, Kediri District. The art of kuda lumping, which is a combination of dance, music, and spiritual elements, faces challenges in maintaining its existence in the midst of modernization. Limited digital knowledge and low exposure among craftsmen have caused this art to be marginalized. Through a community service program, intensive training and mentoring on digital marketing strategies were conducted. The results of this program showed a significant increase in digital knowledge and skills among artisans and youth organizations. In addition, the program succeeded in strengthening awareness of the importance of cultural preservation through digital media. The program also proved that with the support of technology, traditional arts can remain relevant and competitive in the modern market. This article emphasizes the importance of implementing digital marketing to support a culture-based creative economy. This model is expected to be adapted by other communities in Indonesia in an effort to preserve and promote traditional arts in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya permasalahan dalam pembelajaran yaitu siswa masih mengalami kesulitan memahami nama organ, fungsi organ, maupun urutan proses pencernaan makanan akibat penyajian materi yang kurang menarik, sehingga diperlukan suatu inovasi media pembelajaran yang adaptif terhadap karakteristik siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE ini bertujuan mewujudkan produk media Digestive System Smart Board (DSSB) berbasis Augmented Reality pada materi sistem pencernaan manusia di sekolah dasar, sekaligus mengetahui tingkat validitas, kepraktisan, dan efektivitasnya. Berlokasi di SDN Manggis 2, penelitian ini mengikutsertakan seorang guru kelas V serta siswa kelas V yang terbagi atas uji terbatas (8 siswa) dan uji luas (24 siswa). Data observasi, wawancara, evaluasi hasil belajar, dan kuesioner terstruktur, kemudian dianalisis dengan deskriptif kuantitatif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan produk memenuhi kategori sangat valid (92%), sangat praktis (guru 96% dan siswa 100%), dan sangat efektif (100% ketuntasan belajar klasikal). Maka, dapat dinyatakan bahwa media Digestive System Smart Board (DSSB) dengan teknologi Augmented Reality ini sangat relevan dipadukan dalam materi IPAS materi sistem pencernaan manusia untuk mengonstruksi proses pembelajaran yang interaktif dan akomodatif bagi siswa.
