Abstract

Psikologi Agama merupakan cabang psikologi yang berfokus pada pemahaman hubungan antara dimensi psikologis individu dan keyakinan agamanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali kontribusi psikologi agama sebagai pilar dalam studi Islam, serta menganalisis bagaimana ajaran Islam memberikan dasar psikologis bagi individu dalam menghadapi berbagai persoalan hidup, terutama dalam aspek emosional dan spiritual. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur yang mendalam. Data diperoleh dari analisis teks-teks keagamaan Islam, literatur psikologi, serta hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa psikologi agama sebagai pilar studi Islam memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam memahami berbagai fenomena psikologis dalam konteks keagamaan. Melalui ajaran Islam yang menyentuh berbagai aspek kehidupan, individu Muslim dapat mengembangkan keterampilan emosional yang diperlukan untuk menghadapi tantangan hidup, mengelola stres, serta membangun ketahanan psikologis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran psikologi agama sebagai alat intervensi dalam mengatasi emosional pada peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research atau studi kepustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melibatkan berbagai sumber literatur yang relevan dan kredibel, termasuk buku, jurnal ilmiah, artikel, dan dokumen lainnya yang berkaitan dengan teori kecerdasan emosi yang dikembangkan oleh Daniel Goleman. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah terdapat 5 komponen dasar kecerdasan emosional menurut Daniel Goleman, diantaranya pengaturan diri, motivasi, empati dan kecerdasan social. Kemudian terdapat beberapa pendekatan psikologi agama yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat intervensi dalam mengatasi masalah emosional pada peserta didik, meliputi dukungan sosial, penerapan nilai-nilai agama, pemahaman diri, perkembangan emosional, dan relisiensi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini Psikologi Agama berfungsi sebagai alat intervensi dalam memahami dan mengatasi masalah kejiwaan yang berkaitan dengan keyakinan religious pada peserta didik. Selain itu dukungan sosial keagamaan dapat diperoleh dari kelompok atau teman sebaya. This research aims to determine the role of religious psychology as an intervention tool in dealing with emotions in students. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a library research or literature study approach. Data collection techniques in this research involve various relevant and credible literature sources, including books, scientific journals, articles and other documents related to the theory of emotional intelligence developed by Daniel Goleman. The results of this research are that there are 5 basic components of emotional intelligence according to Daniel Goleman, including self-regulation, motivation, empathy and social intelligence. Then there are several religious psychology approaches that can be used as intervention tools in overcoming emotional problems in students, including social support, application of religious values, self-understanding, emotional development, and resilience. The conclusion from this research is that Religious Psychology functions as an intervention tool in understanding and overcoming psychological problems related to religious beliefs in students. Apart from that, religious social support can be obtained from groups or peers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of worship in the formation of psychological well-being of adolescents in class 9 Integrated 2, Smp Muhammadiyah 01 Medan. The research method used in this research is qualitative research, where qualitative research is research conducted on natural object conditions with a case study method. This data analysis is carried out circularly by starting with data collection, data presentation and conclusions. Researchers used data collection instruments in the form of observations and interviews. The results show that the routine activities at the research location can form psychologically prosperous students through dhuha prayer worship, recitation of asmaul husna and recitation of hadith. In conclusion, worship plays an important role in overcoming adolescent psychological well-being. This worship is made to improve faith as an effort to get closer to Allah Swt and improve mental health. With regular worship, they can certainly prosper their psychology in the midst of turbulent adolescent development. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dimana penelitian kualitatif adalah penelitian yang dilakukan pada kondisi obyek yang bersifat alamiah dengan metode studi kasus. Analisis data ini dilakukan secara sirkuler dengan diawali melakukan pengumpulan data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Peneliti menggunakan instrumen pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan wawancara. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan rutinan yang ada di lokasi penelitian dapat membentuk peserta didik yang sejahtera psikologis melalui ibadah sholat dhuha, pembacaan asmaul husna dan pembacaan hadis. Kesimpulannya ibadah memainkan peranan yang penting dalam mengatasi kesejahteraan psikologis remaja. Ibadah ini dibuat untuk memperbaiki keimanan sebagai upaya untuk mendekatkan diri kepada Allah Swt dan memperbaiki kesehatan mental. Dengan ibadah rutin yang dilakukan tentu dapat mensejahterakan psikologis mereka ditengah perkembangan remaja yang bergejolak.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKNT) is a form of student engagement aimed at contributing to rural development. This study aims to analyze the role of KKNT students in implementing additional work programs in Grujugan Village. A qualitative approach was used, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that KKNT students play a crucial role in various aspects, including local potential development, community empowerment, and improving educational quality. The additional work programs, such as skills training, educational activities, and health outreach, successfully attracted active community participation and increased awareness of the importance of collaboration in village development. Thus, the role of KKNT students extends beyond academic aspects, emphasizing social relationship building and sustainable community development.

Abstract

Kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan anak masih menjadi persoalan serius di Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas program yang dijalankan oleh Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (DP3A) Sumatera Utara dalam menangani kasus kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa DP3A telah melaksanakan berbagai program seperti layanan pengaduan 24 jam, konseling psikologis, pendampingan hukum, edukasi masyarakat, serta kerja sama lintas sektor. Efektivitas program ini didukung oleh keberadaan UPTD, keterlibatan tenaga profesional, serta partisipasi aktif tokoh masyarakat. Namun demikian, pelaksanaan program masih menghadapi berbagai hambatan, seperti keterbatasan anggaran, kekurangan tenaga konselor di daerah, rendahnya literasi hukum, dan kuatnya budaya patriarki yang membuat korban enggan melapor. Kesimpulannya, program DP3A memberikan kontribusi positif dalam perlindungan perempuan dan anak, tetapi membutuhkan penguatan strategi berbasis kolaborasi dan peningkatan aksesibilitas layanan agar dampaknya lebih merata dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penyebab, bentuk, dan dampak diskriminasi terhadap perempuan, serta mengeksplorasi strategi pemberdayaan dan pendekatan konseling yang dilakukan oleh lembaga pemberdayaan perempuan dan perlindungan anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara mendalam di Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak Kota Medan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat program pemberdayaan dan perlindungan, masih terdapat kendala seperti patriarki, keterbatasan akses, dan rendahnya kesadaran hukum. Pendekatan konseling humanistik dan intervensi berbasis komunitas menjadi metode utama dalam membantu perempuan korban diskriminasi. Studi ini merekomendasikan penguatan kapasitas kelembagaan dan perubahan budaya melalui edukasi berbasis nilai kesetaraan gender.

Abstract

Issues of gender inequality and violence against women remain significant challenges across various societal strata, even within communities that strongly uphold religious values. This research critically re-examines Surah al-Nisa’ verse 34 through the lens of feminist tafsir (exegesis). Its aim is to deconstruct imbalanced gender relations and analyze their implications for structural violence experienced by women in Muslim societies. This particular verse is often used as a theological justification for male dominance over women in domestic and social spheres, thereby potentially perpetuating gender-based inequality and violence. The study employs feminist gender hermeneutics, utilizing a critical approach to both the text and its context, along with an analysis of the socio-cultural constructions that inform traditional interpretations. This research emphasizes the importance of reading the text with a strong bias towards gender justice and the protection of women's rights, considering the verse's historical, linguistic, and social backgrounds. The findings indicate that traditional interpretations of this verse are often patriarchally biased, positioning men as absolute leaders and women as subordinates. However, through a feminist tafsir approach, the verse can be read as an invitation to foster harmony and reciprocal responsibility in marital relationships, rather than as a legitimization of violence or dominance. This study asserts the critical need for a reformation of Islamic exegetical paradigms towards greater gender justice to support the formation of social systems free from violence and discrimination against women. Such reinterpretation also contributes to progressive Islamic legal discourse that protects women's rights and encourages religious and educational institutions to adopt more critical and contextual approaches to religious texts.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of counseling in the process of Islamic-based drug rehabilitation at the Khalid Bin Walid Islamic Syar'i Narcotics Rehabilitation Institute, Medan. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation which were then analyzed thematically. The results of the study indicate that individual counseling is the main core in helping participants understand the root of the problem of addiction, build motivation, and design strategies for a healthy, drug-free life. Group therapy complements the rehabilitation process by strengthening solidarity and social skills among participants. In addition, spiritual guidance based on Islamic values plays an important role in strengthening inner peace and commitment to change. However, the rehabilitation process faces significant challenges such as emotional instability of participants, minimal family support, and limited facilities and professional staff. To overcome this, the institution collaborates with various related institutions to support the legal, social, and medical aspects of rehabilitation. This study concludes that drug rehabilitation that integrates an Islamic-based bio-psycho-social-spiritual approach can be an effective model in the recovery of addicts, with the support of synergy between institutions and a conducive social environment.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of qira’at as an instrument of thematic interpretation, especially in QS. Al-Baqarah verses 196 and 222, and its implications for the istinbath of fiqh law. Using an interpretive qualitative approach with a literature study method, this study examines primary sources such as Jāmi‘ al-Bayān (al-Ṭabarī), Al-Jāmi‘ li Aḥkām al-Qur’ān (al-Qurṭubī), Mafātīḥ al-Ghayb (al-Rāzī), and qira’at literature such as An-Nashr fī al-Qirā’āt al-‘Ashr (Ibn al-Jazārī) and Manāhil al-‘Irfān (al-Zarqānī). The results of the study show that the difference in readings in the wording of al-'umrah (nashab vs rafa') affects the legal status of umrah (obligatory or sunnah), while the readings of yathurna vs yattaharna have an impact on the conditions for the permissibility of postmenstrual husband-wife relations. The integration of qira'at into thematic interpretation shows its potential in bridging differences in schools of thought, enriching legal analysis, and responding to the challenges of contemporary fiqh inclusively. This study confirms that qira'at mutawatir is not only a linguistic source, but also a legitimate epistemic foundation in the development of Islamic interpretation and law.
