Abstract

Pembangunan kesehatan yang berkualitas mampu meningkatkan     kesadaran, kemauan dan kemampuan hidup sehat secara mandiri bagi setiap orang agar terwujud derajat kesehatan masyarakat yang optimal. Masyarakat cenderung menuntut pelayanan umum yang lebih baik, lebih ramah dan lebih bermutu termasuk pelayanan kesehatan. Dengan semakin meningkatnya tuntutan masyarakat akan mutu pelayanan kesehatan maka fungsi pelayanan kesehatan dasar di puskesmas secara bertahap perlu terus ditingkatkan agar menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien Pembangunan kesehatan merupakan bagian integral dan terpenting bagi pembangunan nasional. Tujuan:  penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan Manajemen Puskesmas terhadap Mutu Pelayanan Puskesmas di Lingkungan Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat Tahun 2024. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan Cross Sectional Study. Populasidan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Kepala puskesmas, Kepala Tata Usaha dan Pegawai puskesmas yang memberikan pelayanan di 22 puskesmas yang ada dalam wilayah Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat, yaitu sebanyak 308 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan  lembar observasi. Data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian diolah dan dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat, uji multivariat yang digunakan adalah uji chi-square menggunakan laptop denganprogram statistik (SPSS). Terdapat semua variabel apa yang paling berhubungan dengan mutu pelayanan puskesmas. Variable yang paling berpengaruh dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variable pengawasan, pengendalian dan penilaian (p= 0,000) dan penguatan penggerakan dan pelaksanaan (p=0,000) terhadap mutu pelayanan puskesmas dan variable ada pengaruh perencanaan dengan nilai (p= 0,001), di Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat dengan uji chi-square.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pola asuh yang baik bagi anak, terutama pada usia 3-6 tahun, periode krusial pembentukan karakter. Anak-anak sering menunjukkan perilaku sulit seperti tantrum, yang perlu ditangani dengan bijak untuk membantu mereka belajar mengelola emosi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode lapangan, pendekatan deskriptif analitis dan kualitatif, serta teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sampel terdiri dari 23 anak di Klinik Proedue Autism. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anak autis memerlukan pola asuh yang fleksibel dan adaptif; pola asuh yang kaku dapat menghambat perkembangan mereka. Kesadaran orang tua akan pentingnya pendekatan lembut dan memberi ruang bagi anak untuk berekspresi sangat krusial. Faktor sosial dan program pembelajaran yang sesuai juga memengaruhi keberhasilan terapi. Pola asuh yang efektif harus disesuaikan dengan konteks lokal untuk mendukung perkembangan anak autis. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh otoriter menghambat perkembangan anak autis dan memperburuk kondisi psikologis mereka, sementara pendekatan fleksibel dan demokratis sangat diperlukan untuk mendukung kesembuhan dan perkembangan optimal anak.

Abstract

Buruknya kinerja petugas disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yaitu, kepemimpinan, motivasi, kedisiplinan, insentif, dan lingkungan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis determinan kinerja promotif dan preventif pada pada tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Tipo dan Puskesmas Lere Kota Palu Tahun 2024. Desain penelitian ini adalah survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Responden diambil dengan teknik Proportional Random Sampling. Populasi sebanyak 62 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 54 orang. Variabel independen adalah kepemimpinan, motivasi, insentif, kedisiplinan dan lingkungan kerja dan variabel dependen adalah kinerja promotif dan preventif pada pada tenaga kesehatan. Hasil uji bivariat menggunakan fisher's exact dan multivariate menggunakan linear regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi diketahui hampir seluruh responden sebanyak 51 (94.4%) dalam kategori baik. Kedisiplinan diketahui hampir seluruh responden sebanyak 52 (96.3%) dalam kategori baik. Kepemimpinan Kepala Puskesmas diketahui hampir seluruh responden sebanyak 52 (96.3%) dalam kategori baik. Insentif diketahui hampir seluruh responden sebanyak 49 (90.7%) dalam kategori baik. Lingkungan kerja diketahui hampir seluruh responden sebanyak 50 (92.6%) dalam kategori baik. Kinerja diketahui hampir seluruh responden sebanyak 52 (96.3%) dalam kategori baik. Hasil analisa data menunjukan bahwa nilai R Square sebesar 0.505 (50,5%) sehingga variabel motivasi, kedisiplinan, kepemimpinan kepala puskesmas, insentif, lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja petugas promotif dan preventif pada tenaga kesehatan sebesar 50,5%, sedangkan sisanya (49,5%) dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik peran kepala puskesmas, motivasi petugas, insentif, kedisiplinan dan lingkungan kerja maka kinerja petugas akan semakin baik.

Abstract

Universal Health Coverage (UHC) is a type of health insurance in Indonesia that is managed by an official institution receiving direct orders from the President, known as the Health Social Security Administration Agency. Tana Toraja Regency is one of the areas where this program is implemented, providing health coverage to those without insurance. The goal of the study is to analyze the UHC program's implementation by the Tana Toraja Regency Government. The study used qualitative research methods, collected data through interviews, and conducted the research within Tana Toraja Regency. According to the interviews, the bureaucratic structure of UHC services in Tana Toraja Regency is straightforward, making patients feel comfortable with the service procedures. While there are still some obstacles in its implementation, 84.71% of the people in Tana Toraja have been registered as participants in the UHC program. Overall, Tana Toraja Regency has successfully achieved its target of providing health insurance for almost all its residents, despite some who have not been registered. This success is attributed to the commitment and hard work of the Tana Toraja Regency Government.

Abstract

The quality of health services is closely related to patient satisfaction and is one measure of the success of the quality of health services. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of patient waiting time and officer response on patient satisfaction at the Outpatient Unit of the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Dr. Alberth H. Torey Teluk Wondama. The research method used quantitative research with a cross sectional study design. The population is outpatients at RSUD Dr. Alberth H. Torey Teluk Wondama totaling 480 people taken in March 2024. The sample size needed was 83 people. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis using the Chi-Square Test / Fisher's Exact Test. The results showed that there was a relationship between waiting time and patient satisfaction in the outpatient unit of Dr. Alberth H. Torey Hospital with a p value = 0.011 (p value <0.05), and there was a relationship between officer response and patient satisfaction in the outpatient unit of Dr. Alberth H. Torey Hospital with a p value = 0.002 (p value <0.05). There is a relationship between waiting time and officer response with patient satisfaction in the outpatient unit of Dr. Alberth H. Torey Teluk Wondama Hospital.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The success of the implementation of the maternal and child health program is assessed based on the main indicators, namely the maternal mortality rate, infant mortality rate, and neonatal mortality rate. Based on the 2020 Population Census, the Maternal Mortality Rate in Indonesia is 189 per 100,000 live births, the Infant Mortality Rate is 17 per 1,000 live births, and the Neonatal Mortality Rate is 11.7 per 1,000 live births. The purpose of this research is to obtain in-depth information about the implementation of the maternal and child health program in Tomohon City. The research method is observational with a qualitative design, with data collection conducted using in-depth interview techniques and document observation. The research results show that in maternal health services, there are still activities that have not been recorded and reported in the recording and reporting documents according to the guidelines at the health office and health centers due to the absence of a reporting format and achievement targets. Keywords: Analysis, Of Maternal and Child Health, Programs  ABSTRAK Keberhasilan pelaksanaan program kesehatan ibu dan anak dinilai dari indikator utama yaitu angka kematian ibu, angka kematian bayi dan angka kematian neonatal. Berdasarkan Sensus Penduduk tahun 2020 Angka Kematian Ibu di Indonesia adalah 189 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup, Angka Kematian Bayi sebesar 17 per 1.000 kelahiran hidup dan Angka Kematian Neonatal sebesar 11,7 per 1.000 kelahiran hidup. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan informasi secara mendalam tentang pelaksanaan program kesehatan ibu dan anak di Kota Tomohon. Metode penelitian adalah observasional dengan desain kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik indepth interview (wawancara mendalam) dan observasi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada pelayanan kesehatan ibu hamil masih terdapat kegiatan yang belum tercatat dan terlapor dalam dokumen pencatatan dan pelaporan sesuai pedoman di dinas kesehatan dan puskesmas karena belum adanya format laporan dan target capaian. Kata Kunci: Analisis, Program Kesehatan, Ibu dan Anak

Abstract

Transformational leadership has the ability to encourage employees to achieve results that exceed predetermined expectations. So that transformational leadership can improve the performance of midwives. Job satisfaction is influenced by several factors, namely fair and appropriate remuneration, placement according to skills, the severity of the work, the work atmosphere and environment, equipment that supports the implementation of the work, the leader's attitude and leadership and whether the nature of the work is monotonous or not. To determine the relationship between characteristics, job satisfaction and expectations of midwives on leadership styles at Scholoo Keyen Regional Hospital, South Sorong Regency in 2024. This research is analytical research because it is observing the relationship between research variables and testing hypotheses, with a data collection time approach using a design cross section (Cross Sectional). This research was conducted in April-May 2024 at Scholoo Keyen Regional Hospital, South Sorong Regency. Data collection using questionnaires. A total of 38 respondents said that the leadership style at Scholoo Keyen Hospital, South Sorong Regency was good and 13 respondents said it was not good. A total of 43 respondents said they were satisfied and 8 respondents said they were not satisfied. The Fisher's Exact Test shows that there is a significant relationship between job satisfaction and leadership style at Scholoo Keyen Hospital, South Sorong Regency with a value of p = .000 (p value < .05) so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. There is a relationship between job satisfaction and leadership style at Scholoo Keyen Hospital, South Sorong Regency.

Abstract

Introduction: The 2023 report from the Tuberculosis Working Group of the Directorate for Prevention and Control of Communicable Diseases, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, showed an increase in detected pulmonary TB cases from 724,309 cases in 2022 to 821,200 cases in 2023. This increase aligns with the coverage rate of pulmonary TB rising from 68% in 2022 to 77% in 2023. The estimated detection of pulmonary TB cases in Indonesia from 2023-2024 is around 1,060,000 cases. At the provincial level, the case notification achievements showed that West Papua Province had a notification coverage of 112%, while West Papua Province had only 66%. Objective: The aim of this research is to examine the influence of physical environmental factors at home and the habits of pulmonary TB sufferers on the incidence of pulmonary TB as a factor in the transmission of pulmonary TB in South Sorong Regency. Method: The method used in this research is quantitative analysis with a cross sectional approach by carrying out logistic regression analysis. Result: The results of the study showed that the type of floor, humidity, the habit of opening and closing windows, cough etiquette and the habit of expelling phlegm were related to the incidence of pulmonary TB. There is no relationship between lighting levels, residential density, ventilation area, temperature and smoking habits on the incidence of pulmonary TB. The habit of expelling phlegm is the variable that has the most influence on the incidence of pulmonary TB (aPR 7.630 95%CI 1.991-29.242).. Conclusion: This research recommends promotion of stone ethics and monitoring of the housing conditions of pulmonary TB sufferers. Evaluation of programs and infrastructure improvements by the South Sorong District Health Service.

Abstract

Introduction: . The goal of malaria control in Indonesia is to achieve gradual elimination by 2030, starting from the district/city, provincial, regional, and national levels. The process will begin with elimination assessments for Java and Bali in 2023; Sumatra, Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB), and Sulawesi in 2025; Kalimantan and Maluku Utara in 2027; Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) and Maluku in 2028; Papua Barat and Papua in 2029; with national elimination certification expected by 2030 Objective: . This study aims to understand the inputs, activities, and outputs conducted by South Sorong District in maintaining malaria elimination Method: The method used is a qualitative approach with interviews conducted with nine informants, including healthcare workers and community members. Result: The results of this study indicate that in South Sorong District, trained healthcare workers and cross-professional collaboration play a crucial role in malaria elimination, despite limited numbers and funding from APBN, APBD, and the Global Fund. The Bela Kampung program raises community awareness, supported by routine monitoring and control activities such as blood surveys and the distribution of insecticide-treated nets. The district has successfully maintained its malaria elimination status despite challenges such as community dishonesty and budget constraints. Optimizing community awareness, cross-sector collaboration, the commitment of the regent, and program innovation help address these challenges. Conclusion: The study recommends increasing the number of healthcare workers and strengthening cross-sector collaboration to maintain malaria elimination in South Sorong District. Additionally, increasing funding and ongoing support from the local government are necessary.

Abstract

Introduction: Human resources (HRM), as the main organ of an organization, plays a critical role in achieving the organization's goals. The degree of patient satisfaction is influenced by how the hospital serves them. Objective: The goal of this study is to determine the relationship between staff satisfaction and performance at the Scholoo Keyen District General Hospital in Sorong South District. Method: Researchers gather data from a group of respondents using a type of survey research, a quantitative research method, to try to understand how a particular phenomenon can occur. Result: The results of research based on performance variables show that the performance category is less than 0 people (0%), adequate is 11 people (8,3%), and the good category is 121 people (91,7%). The satisfaction variable shows the category of less than 0 people (0%), 34 people (25,8%) in the fair category, and 98 people (74,2%) in the good category. The Kruskall-Wallis test results show variable satisfaction with employee performance, with a p-value of 0,000. Conclusion: According to the Kruskal-Wallis test, the p-value for satisfaction with employee performance was 0.000. p-valued 0,000 < 0,05 until Ho rejected If accepted, we can assert a relationship between employee satisfaction and performance in the RSUD Scholoo Keyen district of Sorong South.
