Abstract

Based on data from the Bengkulu City Health Office in 2020, gastritis ranked sixth out of the ten largest diseases, with a total of 13,471 cases. The highest incidence of gastritis is in the Nusa Indah Health Center working area with 620 cases. The highest incidence of gastritis in 2020 was 98 patients. Nusa Indah Village, most people do not pay attention to healthy living habits because of their busy daily lives. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors associated with gastritis recurrence. The research method uses a cross sectional research design. The population in the study amounted to 98 people with a sample size of 49 respondents with random sampling technique. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate. The results of the study with statistical tests showed the value of stress p value: 0.000, diet p value 0.006, and the use of drugs p value 0.010. It is recommended for the health center to consider the importance of health counseling and management to reduce the recurrence of gastritis in the form of factors that trigger gastritis recurrence so that visits with complaints of gastritis recurrence are reduced.Keywords: Gastritis, Stress, Diet, Medication Use

Abstract

Abstract: HIV or Human Immunodeficiency Virus is a virus that attacks the body's immune system. AIDS or Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome is a group of disease symptoms that arise due to a decrease in the body's immunity caused by HIV infection. Adolescents at this stage often behave in ways that tend to be risky, such as juvenile delinquency (drugs) and the emergence of sexual urges such as premarital sex. Nowadays, teenagers' knowledge about sexuality is still relatively low. However, sexual activity has increased among teenagers, which is the main gateway for infectious diseases, one of which is HIV or AIDS. Objective: to determine the influence of HIV AIDS education on the knowledge and attitudes of teenagers at Yatiba Tinoor Christian Middle School, Tomohon City in 2024. Method: The research is a pre-experimental research with a One Group Pretest Posttest Designs research design where in this research design there is a group that is given treatment ( treatment) and have been observed previously (Pretest). The population and sample in this research were class VII students at Yatiba Tinoor Christian Middle School, Tomohon City, namely 30 respondents. Data collection uses power points and videos to provide health education. The data that has been collected is then processed and analyzed univariately and bivariately, the bivariate test used is the Dependent T-Test (Paired T-Test) statistical test using a laptop with the Microsoft Excel program and the statistical program (SPSS). Research Results: There is an influence of counseling about HIV/AIDS on the knowledge of Yatiba Tinoor Christian Middle School students in Tomohon City by showing that the knowledge t value before being given HIV/AIDS counseling (Pretest) is 8.839 and after being given counseling (Posttest) is 5.504 with a significant value or p value -value = .000 which means < 0.05 And there is an influence of counseling about HIV/AIDS on the attitudes of Yatiba Tinoor Christian Middle School students in Tomohon City with the attitude t value before being given HIV/AIDS counseling (Pretest) is 8.949 and after being given counseling (Posttest) is 5.615 with a significant value or p-value = .001 which means <0.05.Keywords: Counseling, HIV/AIDS, Knowledge, Attitude

Abstract

Abstract: This research discusses the influence of Mandiri In Health Health Insurance Guarantee User Satisfaction on Mandiri in Health users at PT. Pawnshop company Mamuju Branch. This research uses the Analytical Survey method. This research uses a cross sectional approach. The population was 43 people, the research sample was 30 employees. The sample technique uses accidental sampling. Chiss square test analysis. The research results show that there is a relationship between Reliability and the X2 Calculate value, namely 8.167 and the significant value is sig-p = 0.004 < 0.05, Responsiveness with the X2 Calculate value, the significant value of the probability of responsiveness is sig-p = 0.004 < 0.05, Tanggible with The calculated X2 value is 8.167 and the tangible probability significant value is sig-p = 0.004 < 0.05, the assurance with the calculated X2 value is 10.804 and the significant probability value is sig-p = 0.001 < 0.05. empathy with a calculated X2 value of 10.804 and a significant value of sig-p = 0.001 < 0.05 on patient satisfaction using Mandiri In Health insurance at PT. Abstract

Abstract: Tuberculosis is an infectious disease that can cause health problems and is also one of the top 10 causes of death from infectious diseases in the world, Pulmonary tuberculosis is caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which means that when people cough, they expel the bacteria into the air. The aim of the study was to determine the analysis of risk factors for pulmonary tuberculosis in the Work Area of the Lasusua Public Health Center, North Kolaka Regency 2023 years. This research was conducted in the working area of the Lasusua Public Health Center, North Kolaka Regency. The type of research used was an analytical survey with a "case control" approach. The number of samples in this study were  60 people (30 cases: 30 controls), using simple random sampling technique and questionnaires as research instruments. The results showed that gender was a risk factor for pulmonary tuberculosis with OR = 3,500 (95% CI 1,201 – 10,196), Education was a risk factor for pulmonary tuberculosis with OR = 6,882 (95% CI 1,707 – 27,752), Residential density was a risk factor for pulmonary tuberculosis with an OR = 3,455 (95% CI 1,195 – 9,990), smoking is a risk factor for pulmonary tuberculosis with an OR = 13,000 (95% CI 3,551 – 47,597), floor type is a risk factor for pulmonary tuberculosis with a value OR = 5,231 (95% CI 1,657 – 16,515), Ventilation is a risk factor for pulmonary tuberculosis with OR = 3,000 (95% CI 1,046 – 8,603). The results of the multivariate analysis of the most dominant variable which is a risk factor is smoking with an Exp(B) or OR value of 42,452.Keywords: Risk Factors, Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Abstract

Abstract: The coverage of health services in the elderly Poso Regency was 59,79% and the average elderly visits to Posyandu in the working area of Puskesmas Doda were only 47,3%. This research discusses factors related to elderly visits at Posyandu in the working area of Puskesmas Doda, Poso Regency. This study uses a cross sectional approach. The population in this study was 686 elderly people aged 60 years and over and registered in the elderly Posyandu in the working area of the Puskesmas Doda, Poso Regency. The sample in this study was 85 people selected using the simple random sampling method. Data analysis uses the Chi Square Test. The results of the study show a relationship between family support and elderly visits to Posyandu (p-value = 0,031), but there is no relationship between elderly perceptions (p-value = 0,729), the role of Posyandu officers (p-value = 0,151), and elderly visits to Posyandu. It is hoped that Puskesmas Doda will make innovations related to family support and further evaluation regarding other factors related to elderly visits.Keywords: eldery posyandu, visits, family support, perception, the role of posyandu officer

Abstract

Pembangunan kesehatan yang berkualitas mampu meningkatkan     kesadaran, kemauan dan kemampuan hidup sehat secara mandiri bagi setiap orang agar terwujud derajat kesehatan masyarakat yang optimal. Masyarakat cenderung menuntut pelayanan umum yang lebih baik, lebih ramah dan lebih bermutu termasuk pelayanan kesehatan. Dengan semakin meningkatnya tuntutan masyarakat akan mutu pelayanan kesehatan maka fungsi pelayanan kesehatan dasar di puskesmas secara bertahap perlu terus ditingkatkan agar menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien Pembangunan kesehatan merupakan bagian integral dan terpenting bagi pembangunan nasional. Tujuan:  penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan Manajemen Puskesmas terhadap Mutu Pelayanan Puskesmas di Lingkungan Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat Tahun 2024. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan Cross Sectional Study. Populasidan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Kepala puskesmas, Kepala Tata Usaha dan Pegawai puskesmas yang memberikan pelayanan di 22 puskesmas yang ada dalam wilayah Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat, yaitu sebanyak 308 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan  lembar observasi. Data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian diolah dan dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat, uji multivariat yang digunakan adalah uji chi-square menggunakan laptop denganprogram statistik (SPSS). Terdapat semua variabel apa yang paling berhubungan dengan mutu pelayanan puskesmas. Variable yang paling berpengaruh dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variable pengawasan, pengendalian dan penilaian (p= 0,000) dan penguatan penggerakan dan pelaksanaan (p=0,000) terhadap mutu pelayanan puskesmas dan variable ada pengaruh perencanaan dengan nilai (p= 0,001), di Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat dengan uji chi-square.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pola asuh yang baik bagi anak, terutama pada usia 3-6 tahun, periode krusial pembentukan karakter. Anak-anak sering menunjukkan perilaku sulit seperti tantrum, yang perlu ditangani dengan bijak untuk membantu mereka belajar mengelola emosi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode lapangan, pendekatan deskriptif analitis dan kualitatif, serta teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sampel terdiri dari 23 anak di Klinik Proedue Autism. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anak autis memerlukan pola asuh yang fleksibel dan adaptif; pola asuh yang kaku dapat menghambat perkembangan mereka. Kesadaran orang tua akan pentingnya pendekatan lembut dan memberi ruang bagi anak untuk berekspresi sangat krusial. Faktor sosial dan program pembelajaran yang sesuai juga memengaruhi keberhasilan terapi. Pola asuh yang efektif harus disesuaikan dengan konteks lokal untuk mendukung perkembangan anak autis. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh otoriter menghambat perkembangan anak autis dan memperburuk kondisi psikologis mereka, sementara pendekatan fleksibel dan demokratis sangat diperlukan untuk mendukung kesembuhan dan perkembangan optimal anak.

Abstract

Buruknya kinerja petugas disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yaitu, kepemimpinan, motivasi, kedisiplinan, insentif, dan lingkungan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis determinan kinerja promotif dan preventif pada pada tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Tipo dan Puskesmas Lere Kota Palu Tahun 2024. Desain penelitian ini adalah survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Responden diambil dengan teknik Proportional Random Sampling. Populasi sebanyak 62 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 54 orang. Variabel independen adalah kepemimpinan, motivasi, insentif, kedisiplinan dan lingkungan kerja dan variabel dependen adalah kinerja promotif dan preventif pada pada tenaga kesehatan. Hasil uji bivariat menggunakan fisher's exact dan multivariate menggunakan linear regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi diketahui hampir seluruh responden sebanyak 51 (94.4%) dalam kategori baik. Kedisiplinan diketahui hampir seluruh responden sebanyak 52 (96.3%) dalam kategori baik. Kepemimpinan Kepala Puskesmas diketahui hampir seluruh responden sebanyak 52 (96.3%) dalam kategori baik. Insentif diketahui hampir seluruh responden sebanyak 49 (90.7%) dalam kategori baik. Lingkungan kerja diketahui hampir seluruh responden sebanyak 50 (92.6%) dalam kategori baik. Kinerja diketahui hampir seluruh responden sebanyak 52 (96.3%) dalam kategori baik. Hasil analisa data menunjukan bahwa nilai R Square sebesar 0.505 (50,5%) sehingga variabel motivasi, kedisiplinan, kepemimpinan kepala puskesmas, insentif, lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja petugas promotif dan preventif pada tenaga kesehatan sebesar 50,5%, sedangkan sisanya (49,5%) dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik peran kepala puskesmas, motivasi petugas, insentif, kedisiplinan dan lingkungan kerja maka kinerja petugas akan semakin baik.

Abstract

Universal Health Coverage (UHC) is a type of health insurance in Indonesia that is managed by an official institution receiving direct orders from the President, known as the Health Social Security Administration Agency. Tana Toraja Regency is one of the areas where this program is implemented, providing health coverage to those without insurance. The goal of the study is to analyze the UHC program's implementation by the Tana Toraja Regency Government. The study used qualitative research methods, collected data through interviews, and conducted the research within Tana Toraja Regency. According to the interviews, the bureaucratic structure of UHC services in Tana Toraja Regency is straightforward, making patients feel comfortable with the service procedures. While there are still some obstacles in its implementation, 84.71% of the people in Tana Toraja have been registered as participants in the UHC program. Overall, Tana Toraja Regency has successfully achieved its target of providing health insurance for almost all its residents, despite some who have not been registered. This success is attributed to the commitment and hard work of the Tana Toraja Regency Government.

Abstract

The quality of health services is closely related to patient satisfaction and is one measure of the success of the quality of health services. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of patient waiting time and officer response on patient satisfaction at the Outpatient Unit of the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Dr. Alberth H. Torey Teluk Wondama. The research method used quantitative research with a cross sectional study design. The population is outpatients at RSUD Dr. Alberth H. Torey Teluk Wondama totaling 480 people taken in March 2024. The sample size needed was 83 people. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis using the Chi-Square Test / Fisher's Exact Test. The results showed that there was a relationship between waiting time and patient satisfaction in the outpatient unit of Dr. Alberth H. Torey Hospital with a p value = 0.011 (p value <0.05), and there was a relationship between officer response and patient satisfaction in the outpatient unit of Dr. Alberth H. Torey Hospital with a p value = 0.002 (p value <0.05). There is a relationship between waiting time and officer response with patient satisfaction in the outpatient unit of Dr. Alberth H. Torey Teluk Wondama Hospital.
