Abstract

Background. The holding of simultaneous elections on April 17 2019 is a new history in the general election process in Indonesia. This is an implication of the Constitutional Court Decision Number 14/PUU/2013 in the case of reviewing Law Number 42 of 2008 concerning the General Election of the President and Vice President. Even though the simultaneous elections have been judged to be better than the previous elections, it does not mean that they do not have deficiencies in their implementation. Purpose. The most shocking problem was the large number of fatalities by election organizers which were considered to be the impact of the 2019 simultaneous election and other technical problems. Method. Looking at the various sides that emerged from the 2019 elections, the Association for Elections and Democracy (Perludem) conducted a judicial review of the 1945 Constitution to the Constitutional Court as outlined in the Constitutional Court Decision Number 55/PUU-XVII/2019. Results. In his argument, the applicant conveyed a number of things related to the analysis that had been carried out in the implementation of the simultaneous elections which were held in 2019 yesterday. In the results of this decision, the Constitutional Court reject the applicant's application in its entirety because it is considered that the application has no legal grounds. Conclusion. However, the Constitutional Court provided options related to simultaneous election models that can be selected and considered constitutional based on the 1945 Constitution.

Abstract

One of the technological developments in the world of health is Telemedicine technology. Telemedicine technology has become an innovative solution in providing medical services, including in the emergency department. Telemedicine technology is a concept that combines information and communication technology with healthcare, enabling remote interactions between healthcare providers and patients. This study aims to analyze the use of telemedicine technology in emergency services, identify its benefits, and evaluate its impact on the efficiency and quality of patient care. The research method used is a literature study that analyzes scientific articles, research reports, and official documents related to the implementation of telemedicine in the context of emergency services. The research results show that the use of telemedicine technology in emergency services has increased the accessibility of care, accelerated diagnosis and medical intervention, and reduced response time to emergency cases. Telemedicine also facilitates inter-spatial consultations between doctors and medical personnel, enabling faster and more precise decision-making. In some cases, telemedicine has been successful in reducing the number of visits to brick-and-mortar emergency departments, reducing the burden on the health system, and improving the patient experience by providing easier and faster access to medical services. However, challenges faced include the security of patient data, the required technological infrastructure, and unequal access to technology across regions. In conclusion, the use of telemedicine technology in emergency services has great potential to improve the efficiency and quality of patient care, but efforts are needed to overcome technical, regulatory and data security challenges for its implementation to be successful and sustainable.

Abstract

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills are a crucial aspect of handling medical emergencies, especially in a general hospital environment. In this context, CPR training is important to increase the competency of medical personnel in responding to emergencies involving cardiac or respiratory arrest. However, the direct impact of CPR training on the performance of medical practitioners in emergency management still requires more in-depth research. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of CPR skills training on emergency management in public hospitals. The primary focus is to determine whether CPR training improves medical practitioners' readiness and performance in responding to emergencies, as well as whether it helps in increasing patient survival rates. This research method uses a case study approach in a particular public hospital. The results showed that CPR skills training significantly improved the performance of medical practitioners in handling emergencies in public hospitals. The group that had undergone CPR training showed a faster and more effective response rate in providing emergency resuscitation measures. In addition, there is a significant increase in the survival rate of patients who receive treatment from medical practitioners who have been trained in CPR. This research concludes that CPR skills training has a significant positive impact on handling emergencies in public hospitals. The increased performance of medical practitioners in responding to emergencies and the increase in patient survival rates are strong evidence of the importance of CPR training in increasing the readiness and effectiveness of medical treatment in the hospital environment. Therefore, it is recommended that CPR training continue to be improved and routinely integrated into medical personnel training programs.

Abstract

Learning media is one of the most important parts that affects the success of the student learning process. The selection and utilization of appropriate and interesting media will have a positive impact on the success of student learning. However, the utilization of learning media, especially those based on information and communication technology for learning Arabic, is still not widely found and is rarely done. The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of using kahoot media at State Senior High School 4 Jakarta. The method used in this research is quantitative method with survey technique using questionnaire instrument, 10th grade students of State Senior High School 4 Jakarta totaling 50 people as subjects in this study. This research technique aims to determine whether kahoot media has an effect on Arabic language skills by using kahoot media through cellphones. This learning is done using a cellphone because material from printed books has been used as a source by educators. Teachers are expected to be able to utilizing learning media as a means of supporting teaching and learning activities to create interactive learning for students so as to improve students' ability to understand lessons delivered by an educator which will affect learning outcomes. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that the use of learning media games for students can be applied in the learning process and for further researchers can use this learning media in Arabic subjects.
