Abstract

Kepemimpinan dalam administrasi pendidikan merupakan aspek krusial dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang efektif dan efisien. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam berbagai aspek kepemimpinan dalam administrasi pendidikan, termasuk pengertian, keterampilan yang diperlukan, gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan, dan fungsi-fungsi spesifik yang harus dijalankan oleh pemimpin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, yang mencakup analisis berbagai literatur dan penelitian sebelumnya terkait kepemimpinan pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang efektif dalam administrasi pendidikan membutuhkan kombinasi technical skill, human skill, dan conceptual skill, serta penerapan gaya kepemimpinan yang sesuai dengan konteks institusi. Fungsi kepemimpinan seperti perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengendalian juga sangat penting untuk memastikan operasional yang efisien dan pencapaian tujuan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan wawasan dan rekomendasi praktis bagi para pemimpin pendidikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan kualitas institusi mereka, serta menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan membaca di tingkat sekolah dasar, sehingga siswa dapat mengembangkan kemampuan membaca yang kuat dan pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap teks-teks yang ditemui. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menerapkan metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Penelitian kepustakaan adalah kegiatan penelitian dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan informasi dan data dengan bantuan berbagai macam material yang ada di perpustakaan seperti buku referensi, hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang sejenis, artikel, catatan, serta berbagai jurnal yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang ingin dipecahkan. Adapun hasil penelitian ini, bahwa kemampuan dasar yang harus dikuasai oleh peserta didik ialah membaca, dengan memiliki level kemampuan membaca yang tinggi, peserta didik akan mampu menggapai keberhasilan dalam belajar. Urgensi membaca lanjutan terletak pada kemampuannya untuk memperluas pengetahuan, meningkatkan keterampilan, dan memperdalam pemahaman. Membaca di kelas tinggi memiliki implikasi yang penting, termasuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman, meningkatkan kecakapan berpikir kritis, memperluas wawasan, mengembangkan keterampilan menalar dan menganalisis, serta membantu siswa mempersiapkan diri untuk kehidupan dan karier di masa depan.

Abstract

Listening learning media in higher classes is an intermediary tool that makes it easier for students to focus on understanding learning material. This research aims to determine the concept of listening learning media in high school. This research method uses qualitative methods based on literature study. Literature study is a method that collects various sources to be used as references. The results of this research show that there are still many students who are less serious about understanding the learning material. Therefore, listening learning media is very important to use in the learning process. Because, using listening learning media can make it easier for students to focus on understanding the meaning of the learning they are listening to and can make learning more interesting and not boring.

Abstract

Speaking skills are a person's skills in communicating to other people verbally. Speaking skills are a form of human behavior that is related to neurological, linguistic and psychological factors. Speaking skills are a person's communication process in arranging various words into a sentence so that other people understand the message conveyed in the form of ideas, opinions, or in the form of expressing all feelings and contents of the heart. The main goal of speaking is to be verbally skilled in expressing ideas correctly, precisely and with reason, but without too much hesitation. In order to convey thoughts effectively, the speaker should understand the meaning of everything he wants to communicate, he must be able to evaluate the effect of his communication on his listener(s), and he must know the principles underlying all speaking situations, both in general and individually. This research uses the library research method, which is a way to collect data by understanding and studying theories from various literature related to the research topic. Data collected through searching and construction from various sources, such as books, journals and previous research. Library materials obtained from various references are analyzed critically and in depth to support research propositions and ideas.

Abstract

In the world of education, reading skills are very fundamental. Apart from all learning processes that are based on reading and writing activities, reading proficiency is a stepping stone for every person's success, both in the school context and in life in society. This research aims to find out more about the nature of reading in higher grades at the SD/MI level. The method used in this research is a qualitative method based on literature analysis studies. Reading is the ability to use thoughts and actions to carry out visual activities by pronouncing a series of letters into words and sentences, mastering reading techniques and understanding the content of the reading correctly. The aim of reading in higher grades is to develop critical and creative reading skills. Students are not only required to capture information, but also analyze, assess and use information. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that understanding the nature of reading in higher grades has a great influence on students' understanding of advanced reading.

Abstract

Evaluation of reading learning in higher grades is a process to find out how many students are able to understand information, receive information, categorize, analyze and conclude information, accuracy of pronunciation and intonation when reading language texts. This research aims to determine the purpose of evaluating reading learning and the types of evaluation of reading learning in higher grades. The research method used is a qualitative research method with literature study. The research results show that the evaluation of reading learning aims to gain knowledge (information), foster the development of compassion and beauty, and fill free time. The types of evaluation of reading learning in higher grades are diagnostic evaluation, selective evaluation, formative evaluation, and summative evaluation.

Abstract

Writing skills are one of the main competencies that must be mastered by students in the upper grades of elementary school. This article discusses the evaluation of writing skills learning in elementary school classes. The purpose of this research is to explore the role of formative and summative evaluations, as well as authentic evaluations in improving students' writing abilities. The literature study method was used to collect information related to writing learning evaluation. The subjects of this research were elementary school students, with research objects including aspects such as sentence structure, vocabulary, and organization of ideas in writing. The research results show that evaluation of writing learning has an important role in improving students' writing skills. Evaluation helps in measuring student progress, provides appropriate feedback, supports instructional planning, and encourages reflection for both teachers and students. The implication of this research is the importance of carrying out systematic evaluations by educators in order to create a quality learning environment, especially in terms of improving students' writing skills in the upper grades of elementary school. Thus, this article provides valuable insight for educational practitioners in improving writing learning evaluation methods that are effective and have a positive impact on student development.
