Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis wordwall terhadap minat belajar Pendidikan Pancasila pada materi persatuan dan kesatuan di kelas V SD. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan prosedur pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahap. Instrument yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah angket atau kuisioner yang diberikan kepada beberapa penelaah ahli, yaitu penelaah ahli media, penelaah ahli materi, respons guru, respons siswa, dan minat belajar siswa. Skor validasi yang didapatkan dari penelaah ahli media sebesar 96%. Skor validasi yang didapatkan dari penelaah ahli materi sebesar 98%. Respons guru 100%. Respons siswa 93,15% dan minat belajar siswa 92%. Dari skor tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis wordwall terhadap minat belajar Pendidikan Pancasila pada materi persatuan dan kesatuan di kelas V SD yang dikembangkan sudah “sangat Valid” untuk digunakan pada proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to utilize Plickers media as a summative assessment to reduce theculture of cheating among fifth-grade students of UPT SDN 060817 Medan on the Human Respiratory System material in the subject of Science. This study is a quantitative study with a Pre-Experimental Design research design in the form of One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design involving 27 fifth-grade students as research subjects. Data collection was carried out using knowledge tests and cheating behavior observation sheets that have been validated by experts. Data analysis used descriptive statistics including mean, standard deviation, and frequency distribution. The results of the study showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes, with the average score increasing from 46.49 (pretest) to 90.81 (post-test), an increase of 44.32 points. In terms of cheating behavior, the average score dropped drastically from 77.62 (pretest) to 36.75 (post-test), a decrease of 40.87 points. The use of Plickers has proven to be very effective in reducing the culture of cheating because the QR card individualization system makes cheating almost impossible. It can be concluded that the use of Plickers media as a summative assessment is effective in reducing the culture of cheating and improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of Quizizz as an evaluation tool in mathematics learning within the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum and to describe students' responses to its use. This research used a qualitative descriptive method. The participants were fifth-grade students of SD Negeri 067259 Medan Johor. Data collection techniques included observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the use of Quizizz as an evaluation tool had been implemented well and supported student-centered learning. Students showed positive responses, as indicated by high enthusiasm, increased participation, and improved motivation during evaluation activities. However, there were obstacles related to unequal access to technology among students. Overall, Quizizz is effective as an interactive evaluation tool in mathematics learning in the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

Students' critical thinking skills in Science and Social Studies (IPAS) learning on the topic of changes in the states of matter are still relatively low due to teacher-centered learning practices. This study aimed to determine the effect of the CORE (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, and Extending) learning model on the critical thinking skills of fourth-grade students at SDIT Al Habib. This research employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental method with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample consisted of 47 students, including 23 students in the experimental class and 24 students in the control class. Data were collected through pretests and posttests measuring students' critical thinking skills. The results showed that the experimental class experienced a significant improvement, with the mean score increasing from 41.70 on the pretest to 82.17 on the posttest and a mastery level of 82.61%. In contrast, the control class improved from 41.70 to 55.83, with a mastery level of 20.83%. The Independent Samples t-Test yielded a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a significant effect of the CORE learning model on students' critical thinking skills. Therefore, it can be concluded that the CORE learning model significantly improves students' critical thinking skills in learning about changes in the states of matter. The model is recommended as an alternative instructional approach for enhancing critical thinking skills in elementary schools
