Abstract

Packaging is a crucial aspect that consumers consider when selecting a product to consume. Therefore, as an entrepreneur, it is essential to prioritize this aspect in business management. Based on a survey conducted, it was found that in Rapang Village, several people engage in the production of palm sugar, but none of the entrepreneurs have unique packaging. Hence, assistance was provided in packaging design, followed by socialization, with the aim of increasing product recognition within the community and attracting consumer interest in choosing the product for consumption. The method used in the assistance process involved direct support to entrepreneurs in determining the brand and label for the packaging. Furthermore, the assistance extended to the installation of a signboard in front of the house of one of the palm sugar entrepreneurs in Rapang Village, Tapango District.The results of this activity led to the creation of a new product with more attractive packaging than before. Additionally, this initiative had a positive impact by raising awareness about the importance of product packaging and motivating entrepreneurs to further develop their businesses.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of public services in relation to community satisfaction in the issuance of inheritance certificates at Benteng Urban Village. The main focus of this research is to identify service quality based on the five SERVQUAL dimensions developed by Parasuraman, Zeithaml, and Berry (reliability, responsiveness, tangibles, empathy, and assurance), as well as to identify the factors influencing community satisfaction, namely planning, leadership, coordination, and supervision. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation involving seven informants who have previously processed inheritance certificates at Benteng Urban Village. The results show that the dimensions of reliability and responsiveness were the most frequently criticized by the public due to unclear procedures and a lack of promptness from service staff in providing information. Meanwhile, the aspects of tangibles, assurance, and empathy showed relatively good results. In terms of public satisfaction, it was found that insufficient planning and weak leadership among staff contributed to slow and inefficient service delivery. The conclusion of this study highlights the importance of improving overall service quality, particularly in the areas of communication, staff training, and responsive leadership, in order to enhance public satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the quality of study program administrative services on student satisfaction at the Public Administration Study Program at Muhammadiyah University of Sidenreng Rappang. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach. The population consisted of active students from the 2021 to 2024 cohorts, with a sample of 80 respondents. Data were collected using questionnaires, observation, and literature review. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression with SPSS sversion 25. The results show that the quality of administrative services is in the good to very good category, based on five service dimensions: tangibles (85%), reliability (87.5%), responsiveness (91.25%), assurance, and empathy. Student satisfaction is also categorized as very good, with indicators such as product quality (92.5%), service quality (91.25%), emotional factors (88.75%), price factors (92.5%), and cost and convenience (87.5%). The regression test results indicate that the t-value (14.393) is greater than the t-table (1.990) and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05, which means there is a significant and positive influence between the quality of administrative services and student satisfaction. The R Square value of 0.726 indicates that 73% of the variation in student satisfaction is influenced by administrative service quality, while the remaining 27% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the skills/abilities and obstacles of Al-Quran Hadith teachers in using digital-based learning media and to describe the efforts of Al-Quran Hadith teachers in overcoming obstacles in the use of digital-based learning media This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn, which is carried out gradually during the study. The validity of the data is checked by credibility tests through increased diligence in data collection, triangulation, case analysis of findings, and objectivity. The results of the study show that the skills of Al-Quran Hadith teachers at MTsN 3 Padang Lawas in using digital learning media are not optimal. Difficulties in technology and limited equipment hinder learning. The difference in the number of teachers and equipment, as well as the inability of some teachers, especially the older ones, are inhibiting factors. Of the five teachers, only three are able to use digital media, while the other two rely on non-digital media. The main obstacle is the lack of knowledge and skills in technology and time management. Efforts to overcome obstacles include self-study, IT training, increasing motivation, and time management.

Abstract

This paper describes the effects of the TGT (Team Games Tournament) model assisted by Icebreaking on the student’s learning outcomes in mathematics in elementary school. The population of the research involves all of the students in class IV. The sample was selected through a probability sampling technique, which consisted of 24 students for class IV-A as a control class and 24 students for class IV-B as an experimental class. The research used a quantitative method of quasi-experimental design with a pretest and posttest control group design and the instrument used was multiple choice questions to find out the student’s learning outcomes. Hypothesis data analysis was carried out by one-way ANOVA through a computer program of SPSS 21. Based on the results of a one-way variance analysis with a significant degree of 0.05, the value of sig was 0,000 in which 0,000 < 0.05. It implies that the TGT model assisted by Icebreaking had a significant effect. The average score of students’ learning outcomes in the experimental class was 81.3 with a difference between pretest and post-test scores at 51.9. Conversely, the average score of student learning outcomes through the conventional method was 71.8 with a difference between pretest and posttest class control scores at 42.3. Thus, it can be inferred that the application of the TGT (Team Games Tournament) model assisted by Icebreaking is better than the conventional method and there is a significant effect on student learning outcomes in mathematics in elementary school.

Abstract

Identitas Kependudukan Digital (IKD) merupakan inovasi strategis pemerintah dalam meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi kependudukan dan mendukung transformasi digital pelayanan publik. Namun, implementasinya di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang masih menghadapi tantangan yang signifikan, ditandai dengan tingkat adopsi yang rendah akibat keterbatasan akses informasi, pemahaman masyarakat yang minim, serta ketidakkonsistenan dalam sosialisasi kebijakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi komunikasi kebijakan dalam sosialisasi IKD dengan menggunakan teori implementasi kebijakan Edwards III, yang menekankan tiga dimensi komunikasi, yaitu transmisi, kejelasan, dan konsistensi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transmisi informasi masih terbatas karena ketergantungan pada media sosial dan kurangnya pendekatan langsung ke masyarakat. Kejelasan informasi juga menjadi Kendal sehingga menyebabkan banyak Masyarakat yang tidak memahami manfaat, prosedur aktivasi, dan kegunaan IKD dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Selain itu, inkonsistensi dalam sosialisasi kebijakan menyebabkan disparitas informasi antara wilayah perkotaan dan pedesaan, sehingga menghambat penerimaan masyarakat. Studi ini merekomendasikan strategi optimalisasi komunikasi kebijakan dengan memperluas cakupan sosialisasi melalui pendekatan multi-kanal yang lebih inklusif, menyederhanakan bahasa komunikasi agar lebih mudah dipahami oleh semua kelompok masyarakat, serta memperkuat koordinasi antarinstansi guna meningkatkan efektivitas implementasi IKD di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang.

Abstract

Indonesia is a multicultural nation characterized by high diversity in ethnicity, culture, religion, and social backgrounds. This diversity necessitates an educational approach, particularly in Islamic Religious Education (IRE), that extends beyond cognitive religious instruction to the cultivation of tolerant, inclusive, and moderate attitudes. This article examines the concepts, implementation, and challenges of internalizing multicultural values within the Islamic Religious Education curriculum in Indonesia. Employing a qualitative library research approach, data were collected from academic books, peer-reviewed journal articles, and relevant educational policy documents, and analyzed through content analysis. The findings reveal that multicultural values in IRE are firmly grounded in Islamic teachings, including tolerance (tasamuh), justice (al-‘adl), equality (musawah), and human brotherhood (ukhuwah insaniyyah). These values can be integrated into learning objectives, instructional materials, teaching methods, and assessment practices. However, the internalization of multicultural values in schools faces several challenges, such as curriculum limitations, teachers’ capacity and resistance, students’ social dynamics, and the influence of identity politics and the broader social environment. Therefore, systematic and sustainable efforts are required to strengthen the integration of multicultural values in the IRE curriculum to promote religious moderation and preserve national unity.

Abstract

The use of learning media is one of the tools to help educators achieve their learning objectives. This study aims to develop valid, practical, and effective letter puzzle learning media so that it is suitable for use to improve the early reading skills of class I B students at State Islamic Elementary School (MIN) Pematang Siantar. This type of research is development research or R&D (Research and Development) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The data collection instruments used were observation, interviews, and response questionnaires to 1 teacher and 22 students from class one. Furthermore, the initial reading ability test (pretest and posttest), as well as validation sheets from media and material experts, with qualitative and quantitative descriptive techniques for validation and response data, and the n-gain test to analyze the improvement in early reading skills. The results of the media expert validation showed a score of 90.6% and material 82.6%, which indicated the feasibility of the media. The positive response results from teachers (89.2%) and students (86.2%) showed the practicality and good acceptance of the media. A significant increase in students' early reading ability is evidenced by an n-gain of 0.77 (77%) which is categorized as high or effective. This study concludes that letter puzzle learning media is effective in improving the early reading ability of first grade elementary school students.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap perekonomian, sekaligus menjadi potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Meski demikian, keberlanjutan dan daya saing UMKM masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat bagaimana literasi keuangan syariah, kompetensi sumber daya insani dan religiusitas berdampak pada kinerja UMKM di Kabupaten Jepara. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui penggunaan teknik survei. Data dikumpulkan dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner kepada 100 pemilik UMKM terpilih di Kabupaten Jepara. Pengelolaan data dianalisis dengan metode regresi linier berganda melalui SPSS. Penemuan dalam studi ini mengindikasikan adanya pengaruh signifikan literasi keuangan syariah dan kompetensi sumber daya insani terhadap kinerja UMKM, sedangkan religiusitas tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan pada cakupan wilayah yang hanya mencakup Kabupaten Jepara, sehingga hasil temuan belum tentu dapat digeneralisasikan untuk UMKM di wilayah lain dengan karakteristik sosial-ekonomi yang berbeda. Selain itu, penelitian ini hanya menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Oleh karena itu, penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengkaji lebih mendalam dengan pendekatan kualitatif.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the macro context of QRIS development and UMKM digitalization, link it to KKN program practices, and identify QRIS implications for local economic independence in Sempajaya Village, while providing practical recommendations for effective KKN mentoring models. It employs a descriptive qualitative approach with strategic case studies on two UMKM sites (mie sop stall and kede), using passive participant observation over 2 days, structured observation sheets, semi-structured interviews, secondary data from sales documents, and Miles-Huberman analysis for data reduction, display, and verification. Key results show 70 UMKM routinely using QRIS post-program, a 40% rise in non-cash transactions, transaction time reduced from 30 to under 10 seconds, 50% fewer calculation errors, and 25-30% income increase with improved financial inclusion.
