Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pemahaman membaca awal siswa setelah menggunakan media belajar big book di MIS Ikhlasiyah Tuamang Medan. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif menggunakan desain eksperimen semu. Seluruh populasi digunakan sebagai sampel pada pengambilan data pada sampel jenuh. Populasi penelitian ini adalah empat puluh siswa kelas satu MIS Ikhlasiyah Tuamang Medan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan uji pre-tes dan post-tes untuk menganalisis hasil uji coba tes. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji homogenitas dan normalitas serta uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji sampel independen dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 25. Nilai signifikansi dua sisi sebesar 0,002 < 0,05, dihasilkan dengan menggunakan pengujian hipotesis. Hasilnya menunjukkan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima dan hipotesis nol (HO) ditolak. Kemampuan membaca awal siswa kelas I MIS Ikhlasiyah Tuamang Medan sangat dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan media big book. Dari hasil penelitian di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini berdampak positif untuk siswa sehingga mampu mendorong motivasi belajar membaca siswa. Abstract

The book Kifayatul Awwam, an important work in Islamic literature, was written by Al-Fudholi, a famous Muslim scholar. This book is famous for presenting broad Islamic teachings, especially the attributes of Allah. This research uses the Library Research method by utilizing data and literature in this writing. The research aims to provide a general understanding of the twenty characteristics contained in the book kifayatul awwam. The book kifayatul awwam includes twenty characteristics that are very important to understand in Islamic teachings, because they are the basis of the Islamic faith. Some of the characteristics discussed in this book include the characteristics of obligatory, impossible and jaiz for Allah. The twenty characteristics contained in the book kifayatul awwam have an important role in forming the creed of the Islamic ummah. Understanding and implementing this characteristic is an important part of the spiritual journey of a servant's life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara mutasi kepemimpinan dan kinerja pegawai, serta sejauh mana mutasi tersebut memengaruhi kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Jumlah populasi dalam studi ini terdiri dari 65 orang pegawai, mencakup Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) maupun pegawai non-ASN. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua variabel, yaitu mutasi pimpinan sebagai variabel X dan kinerja pegawai sebagai variabel Y. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode sampling jenuh, di mana seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, penyebaran kuesioner, dan studi pustaka. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS Statistics versi 26.0. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa mutasi pimpinan berada dalam kategori kurang baik sebesar 53,4%, dan hal yang sama juga terjadi pada kinerja pegawai yang dikategorikan kurang baik sebesar 55,8%. Temuan lainnya mengungkap bahwa mutasi kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan nilai F sebesar 20,923 dan signifikansi 0,000 (F < 0,05). Mutasi pimpinan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 24,9% terhadap kinerja pegawai, sementara sisanya sebesar 75,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam studi ini.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the problems of instilling moral education in adolescent children of Tanjungbalai fishermen in Beting Kuala Kapias Sub-district, Teluk Nibung District and how efforts to overcome these problems. The method used is a qualitative method with the type of field research or field research. Data collection is done by conducting observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. Based on the results of the study, the problems faced by parents are the lack of time parents have due to the busyness of parents going to sea, poor role modeling, the lack of role of community leaders, the less interesting activities of mosque youth so that it becomes the main factor that hinders the cultivation of moral education in fishermen adolescents.

Abstract

Packaging is a crucial aspect that consumers consider when selecting a product to consume. Therefore, as an entrepreneur, it is essential to prioritize this aspect in business management. Based on a survey conducted, it was found that in Rapang Village, several people engage in the production of palm sugar, but none of the entrepreneurs have unique packaging. Hence, assistance was provided in packaging design, followed by socialization, with the aim of increasing product recognition within the community and attracting consumer interest in choosing the product for consumption. The method used in the assistance process involved direct support to entrepreneurs in determining the brand and label for the packaging. Furthermore, the assistance extended to the installation of a signboard in front of the house of one of the palm sugar entrepreneurs in Rapang Village, Tapango District.The results of this activity led to the creation of a new product with more attractive packaging than before. Additionally, this initiative had a positive impact by raising awareness about the importance of product packaging and motivating entrepreneurs to further develop their businesses.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of public services in relation to community satisfaction in the issuance of inheritance certificates at Benteng Urban Village. The main focus of this research is to identify service quality based on the five SERVQUAL dimensions developed by Parasuraman, Zeithaml, and Berry (reliability, responsiveness, tangibles, empathy, and assurance), as well as to identify the factors influencing community satisfaction, namely planning, leadership, coordination, and supervision. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation involving seven informants who have previously processed inheritance certificates at Benteng Urban Village. The results show that the dimensions of reliability and responsiveness were the most frequently criticized by the public due to unclear procedures and a lack of promptness from service staff in providing information. Meanwhile, the aspects of tangibles, assurance, and empathy showed relatively good results. In terms of public satisfaction, it was found that insufficient planning and weak leadership among staff contributed to slow and inefficient service delivery. The conclusion of this study highlights the importance of improving overall service quality, particularly in the areas of communication, staff training, and responsive leadership, in order to enhance public satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the quality of study program administrative services on student satisfaction at the Public Administration Study Program at Muhammadiyah University of Sidenreng Rappang. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach. The population consisted of active students from the 2021 to 2024 cohorts, with a sample of 80 respondents. Data were collected using questionnaires, observation, and literature review. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression with SPSS sversion 25. The results show that the quality of administrative services is in the good to very good category, based on five service dimensions: tangibles (85%), reliability (87.5%), responsiveness (91.25%), assurance, and empathy. Student satisfaction is also categorized as very good, with indicators such as product quality (92.5%), service quality (91.25%), emotional factors (88.75%), price factors (92.5%), and cost and convenience (87.5%). The regression test results indicate that the t-value (14.393) is greater than the t-table (1.990) and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05, which means there is a significant and positive influence between the quality of administrative services and student satisfaction. The R Square value of 0.726 indicates that 73% of the variation in student satisfaction is influenced by administrative service quality, while the remaining 27% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the skills/abilities and obstacles of Al-Quran Hadith teachers in using digital-based learning media and to describe the efforts of Al-Quran Hadith teachers in overcoming obstacles in the use of digital-based learning media This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn, which is carried out gradually during the study. The validity of the data is checked by credibility tests through increased diligence in data collection, triangulation, case analysis of findings, and objectivity. The results of the study show that the skills of Al-Quran Hadith teachers at MTsN 3 Padang Lawas in using digital learning media are not optimal. Difficulties in technology and limited equipment hinder learning. The difference in the number of teachers and equipment, as well as the inability of some teachers, especially the older ones, are inhibiting factors. Of the five teachers, only three are able to use digital media, while the other two rely on non-digital media. The main obstacle is the lack of knowledge and skills in technology and time management. Efforts to overcome obstacles include self-study, IT training, increasing motivation, and time management.

Abstract

This paper describes the effects of the TGT (Team Games Tournament) model assisted by Icebreaking on the student’s learning outcomes in mathematics in elementary school. The population of the research involves all of the students in class IV. The sample was selected through a probability sampling technique, which consisted of 24 students for class IV-A as a control class and 24 students for class IV-B as an experimental class. The research used a quantitative method of quasi-experimental design with a pretest and posttest control group design and the instrument used was multiple choice questions to find out the student’s learning outcomes. Hypothesis data analysis was carried out by one-way ANOVA through a computer program of SPSS 21. Based on the results of a one-way variance analysis with a significant degree of 0.05, the value of sig was 0,000 in which 0,000 < 0.05. It implies that the TGT model assisted by Icebreaking had a significant effect. The average score of students’ learning outcomes in the experimental class was 81.3 with a difference between pretest and post-test scores at 51.9. Conversely, the average score of student learning outcomes through the conventional method was 71.8 with a difference between pretest and posttest class control scores at 42.3. Thus, it can be inferred that the application of the TGT (Team Games Tournament) model assisted by Icebreaking is better than the conventional method and there is a significant effect on student learning outcomes in mathematics in elementary school.
