Abstract

The rapid development of digital technologies has encouraged Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to adopt more advanced marketing strategies to remain competitive. This study investigates the impact of IoT marketing automation and data quality on the sales growth of fashion MSMEs in West Java. A quantitative research approach was employed using primary data collected from 250 fashion MSME owners and managers through a structured questionnaire measured on a five-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 25, applying descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that IoT marketing automation has a positive and significant effect on sales growth, demonstrating that automated and data-driven marketing activities enhance marketing efficiency and customer engagement. Data quality also shows a positive and significant effect on sales growth, highlighting the importance of accurate, complete, timely, and relevant data in supporting effective marketing and sales decisions. Furthermore, the simultaneous analysis reveals that IoT marketing automation and data quality jointly contribute significantly to explaining sales growth among fashion MSMEs. These findings suggest that successful digital transformation in MSMEs requires not only the adoption of IoT-based marketing technologies but also strong data management practices. The study provides practical insights for MSME practitioners and policymakers in designing strategies to strengthen digital capabilities and improve business performance in the fashion sector.

Abstract

This research explores the intellectual landscape and dynamic themes of consumer engagement with experiential marketing by undertaking a bibliometric analysis. The research, which has spanned more than two decades of research literature on Scopus, has identified the emerging trends, themes, and influential research works, thus presenting a broad picture of this area of research focus. The research results make it clear that there is an increasingly important role of immersive technologies such as Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR), social media, and other related elements that help intensify consumer engagement practices. The research work proposes a decision-making model regarding customer engagement strategy and delves into the interdisciplinary aspects of this research area, which encompasses psychology, digital media, and marketing strategy. The research work, while presenting its findings, also brings into focus the scattered nature of research work and the need to further investigate new trends and cross-discipline perspectives related to the global scenario of consumer engagement research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial technology application, financial literacy, and ease of transactions on the financial satisfaction of e-commerce consumers in Central Java. A quantitative approach was employed using survey data collected from 150 respondents through a structured questionnaire measured on a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that financial technology application has a positive and significant effect on financial satisfaction, showing that the use of digital payment systems enhances efficiency and consumer confidence. Financial literacy also demonstrates a significant positive influence, suggesting that consumers with better financial understanding tend to make more responsible financial decisions and experience higher satisfaction. Ease of transactions emerges as the most dominant factor affecting financial satisfaction, highlighting the importance of user-friendly and efficient payment processes in e-commerce environments. Simultaneously, all independent variables significantly influence financial satisfaction, with the model explaining 61.0% of the variance. These findings imply that improving digital financial services, strengthening financial literacy, and enhancing transaction convenience are essential strategies for increasing consumer financial well-being in the digital economy⁠.

Abstract

This study examines the role of sharia financing product innovation and compliance with profit-sharing principles in enhancing the attractiveness of sharia banks for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Bandung City. MSMEs play a crucial role in the local economy but often face constraints in accessing suitable financing. Sharia banks offer an alternative financing model based on ethical values and profit-sharing mechanisms; however, their attractiveness depends on both product innovation and consistent adherence to sharia principles. This research adopts a quantitative approach using primary data collected from 150 MSME actors through a structured questionnaire measured on a five-point Likert scale. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) version 3. The results show that sharia financing product innovation has a positive and significant effect on the attractiveness of sharia banks. Furthermore, compliance with profit-sharing principles demonstrates a stronger positive influence, indicating that transparency, fairness, and authentic sharia implementation are critical in building MSME trust and preference. The findings suggest that sharia banks should integrate continuous product innovation with strict adherence to profit-sharing principles to enhance competitiveness and strengthen long-term relationships with MSMEs. This study contributes to the empirical literature on Islamic banking and provides practical implications for sharia bank management in designing MSME-oriented financing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of teachers’ pedagogical competence and the use of digital technology on Islamic Education learning outcomes in senior high schools in East Java. A quantitative research approach was employed involving 85 student respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS version 25 through descriptive statistics, validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that teachers’ pedagogical competence has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes, demonstrating that effective instructional strategies and classroom management contribute to improved student understanding. Similarly, the use of digital technology shows a positive and significant influence, indicating that technology-supported learning enhances student engagement and comprehension. Simultaneous testing reveals that both variables significantly affect Islamic Education learning outcomes with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.491, meaning that 49.1% of learning outcomes are explained by these factors. The findings highlight the importance of integrating strong pedagogical competence with effective digital technology utilization to improve learning effectiveness in contemporary Islamic Education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kredibilitas ESG dan pengungkapan laporan keberlanjutan terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor energi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 85 responden yang dipilih melalui sampling purposif, yang berfokus pada pemangku kepentingan yang familiar dengan praktik ESG dan pelaporan keberlanjutan. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 25 melalui statistik deskriptif, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kredibilitas ESG memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, mencerminkan pentingnya praktik lingkungan, sosial, dan tata kelola yang autentik dalam memperkuat kepercayaan pemangku kepentingan dan mengurangi risiko yang dirasakan. Pengungkapan laporan keberlanjutan juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif yang signifikan, menyoroti peran transparansi dan pelaporan komprehensif dalam meningkatkan persepsi pasar dan reputasi korporat. Secara bersamaan, kedua variabel tersebut menjelaskan proporsi yang substansial dari variasi nilai perusahaan, menyarankan bahwa implementasi ESG yang kredibel dikombinasikan dengan strategi pengungkapan yang efektif berkontribusi pada kinerja korporat yang berkelanjutan. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi manajer dan pembuat kebijakan dalam meningkatkan komunikasi ESG dan praktik keberlanjutan untuk meningkatkan nilai perusahaan di sektor energi Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyajikan analisis hukum empiris dan normatif yang komprehensif mengenai pemutusan hubungan kerja secara sepihak di Indonesia pada era digitalisasi industri. Kemajuan teknologi yang pesat—seperti otomatisasi, kecerdasan buatan, dan model bisnis berbasis platform—telah mengubah struktur ketenagakerjaan dan menimbulkan tantangan baru terhadap keamanan kerja dan perlindungan tenaga kerja. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan hukum normatif yang didukung oleh analisis empiris terhadap putusan Pengadilan Hubungan Industrial (PHI), peraturan perundang-undangan, dan kasus pemutusan hubungan kerja di dunia nyata, penelitian ini mengevaluasi kecukupan kerangka hukum Indonesia dalam menangani praktik pemutusan hubungan kerja yang didorong oleh teknologi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan, Undang-Undang Penciptaan Lapangan Kerja, dan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 35/2021 menyediakan jaminan prosedural dasar, mereka tidak cukup mengatur pemicu pemutusan hubungan kerja yang muncul seperti penilaian algoritmik, restrukturisasi digital, dan pemutusan hubungan kerja berbasis otomatisasi. Tren empiris menunjukkan peningkatan sengketa terkait klaim efisiensi, status pekerjaan yang tidak jelas dalam pekerjaan berbasis platform, dan interpretasi yudisial yang tidak konsisten terhadap pemutusan hubungan kerja yang disebabkan oleh digitalisasi. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa peraturan ketenagakerjaan Indonesia harus diperbarui untuk mengakomodasi realitas era digital, meningkatkan kepastian hukum, dan memperkuat perlindungan pekerja. Adaptasi norma hukum, peningkatan transparansi dalam sistem kinerja digital, dan harmonisasi yudisial sangat penting untuk memastikan keadilan dan menyeimbangkan fleksibilitas bisnis dengan hak pekerja dalam lingkungan industri yang terus berkembang.

Urban waste management has become a critical challenge in rapidly growing cities due to increasing population, urbanization, and consumption patterns that generate large volumes of waste. Sustainable waste management systems are therefore required to reduce environmental impacts and improve resource efficiency. This study aims to analyze the contribution of circular economy practices, waste management literacy, and infrastructure support to the sustainability of urban waste management in the City of Surabaya. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected from 150 respondents through a structured questionnaire measured using a five-point Likert scale. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS version 25, including descriptive statistics, validity and reliability testing, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that circular economy practices, waste management literacy, and infrastructure support all have positive and significant effects on the sustainability of urban waste management. Waste management literacy shows the strongest influence on sustainability, followed by circular economy practices and infrastructure support. The regression analysis shows that the three independent variables collectively explain 54.9% of the variation in urban waste management sustainability. These findings suggest that improving public environmental knowledge, encouraging circular economy practices such as recycling and waste reduction, and strengthening waste management infrastructure can significantly enhance sustainable urban waste management. The study provides practical implications for policymakers and urban planners to develop integrated strategies that combine community participation, environmental education, and infrastructure development to achieve sustainable waste management systems.
