This study aims to analyze the influence of marketing volume and marketing channel to marketing margin of tiger shrimp. This study uses data based on the time dimension, ie cross-section that comes from primary data, then the method of analysis used multiple regression with exponential function model. The result of this research found that marketing volume have positive effect and marketing channel I have negative effect to tiger shrimp marketing margin, while marketing channel II has no effect to marketing margin of tiger shrimp.

Indonesia's maritime triumph from history to being written in a song lyric is not a question, especially its reliability in making Pinisi boats whose processes are full of local wisdom and cultural values reflected in everyday life. The research conducted in Bira Village, Bontobahari Sub-district, Bulukumba District in May 2018 aims to examine the rationalism of making pinisi boats with Weber's perspective approach. The aim is to use qualitative methods with Weber's approach in the verstehen perspective. The findings show that the making of the Pinisi boat is still filled with mystical nuances of religion ranging from the determination of the day of manufacture to its launch in the sea even though the elements of modernization began to come in to streamline time and streamline costs as a form of rationality in acting, as in Weber's perspective, zwerk rational, werk rational, affectual action, and traditional actions

DAMPAK PERUBAHAN HARGA INPUT TERHADAP PENDAPATAN USAHATANI JAGUNG KUNING Diah Retno Dwi Hastuti

Permintaan jagung di dalam negeri cenderung menunjukkan peningkatan seiring dengan semakin meningkatnya permintaan jagung untuk kebutuhan bahan pangan, pakan ternak, dan bahan baku industri. Seiring dengan hal itu peningkatan pendapatan usahatani kuning perlu mendapat perhatian khusus melalui perubahan harga input produksi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pencapaian tujuan penelitian adalah lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara purpossive di Desa Bontonompo Kecamatan Bontonompo Kabupaten Gowa. Sampel responden penelitian adalah petani jagung diambil secara simple random sampling sebanyak 30 responden. Selanjutnya teknik analisis data adalah multiple linear regression dan pengujian asumsi klasik (multicollinearity dan heterocedasticity). Fungsi pendapatan usahatani jagung kuning menggunakan fungsi keuntungan yang dinormalkan atau unit output price Cobb-Douglas profit function (UOP-CDPF) melalui persamaan multiple regression. Hasil analisis menemukan bahwa pendapatan usahatani jagung kuning di Kabupaten Gowa dipengaruhi secara signifikan positif oleh harga benih jagung dan secara negatif oleh harga pupuk urea, artinya kenaikan harga benih jagung dapat diimbangi dengan menaikkan harga jual jagung kuning sehingga pendapatan petani juga ikut meningkat, berbeda dengan kenaikan harga pupuk urea yang tidak dapat langsung diimbangi dengan menaikkan harga jual petani sehingga akan menurunkan pendapatan petani jagung kuning.

Komoditas jagung merupakan salah satu komoditas unggulan selain padi sebagai komoditas palawija. Sebagai komoditas palawija strategis, permintaan jagung di dalam negeri cenderung menunjukkan peningkatan seiring dengan semakin meningkatnya permintaan jagung untuk kebutuhan bahan pangan, pakan ternak, dan bahan baku industri. Mekanisme pemasaran jagung kuning di Kabupaten Gowa dijumpai adanya rantai pemasaran panjang yang dilalui oleh banyaknya lembaga pemasaran sehingga biaya semakin besar dengan pasar yang terbentuk adalah bersaing tidak sempurna. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh saluran pemasaran terhadap margin pemasaran jagung kuning di Kabupaten Gowa. Metode penentuan lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara purposive di Desa Bontonompo Kecamatan Bontonompo Kabupaten Gowa. Selanjutnya untuk menganalisis digunakan multiple regression analysis dan pengujian asumsi klasik dengan multicollinearity dan heterocedasticity. Dari tiga saluran pemasaran yang ada diperoleh hasil bahwa saluran pemasaran 1, yaitu dari petani – pedagang pengepul - pedagang pengecer – konsumen dan saluran pemasaran 2, yaitu petani – pedagang pengepul – konsumen berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap margin pemasaran dan pengaruh terbesar pada saluran pemasaran 1, sedangkan volume pemasaran berpengaruh tidak signifikan Kata kunci: estimasi, margin pemasaran, dan jagung kuning

This study aims to determine the effect of inflation and exchange rates on the budget deficit in Indonesia. The type of data used in this research is secondary data and is a time series data for 2000-2020. The method of analysis in this study is a linear regression with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) technique. Based on the analysis results, partial inflation significantly negatively affects Indonesia's budget deficit. In contrast, the exchange rate significantly positively affects Indonesia's budget deficit. Simultaneously inflation and exchange rates significantly affect Indonesia's budget deficit.

Limited land in urban areas shifts agricultural land to land belonging to institutions, which are increasingly narrow and uneven, resulting in the use of vacant land in several corners of urban areas. Meanwhile, some farmers use hired labor to harvest their crops. Both of these are considered to affect the food security of farmer households. This study used an explanatory method in which the collection of 165 farmer households was carried out using the snowball method. The data is then analyzed using a logit model. Based on the analysis results, household income, wife's education, land area, and land ownership institutions will increase household food security. Conversely, the number of family members and labor institutions will increase the chances of farmer households experiencing food insecurity. Therefore, policies are needed to protect agricultural land, especially those with ownership status.

Abstrak. Persuteraan alam merupakan kegiatan agroindustri yang dimulai dari penanaman murbei hingga penenunan sutera. Namun usaha tersebut masih berupa pekerjaan sampingan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan finansial usaha budidaya ulat sutera di Kecamatan Donri-donri Kabupaten Soppeng. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis menggunakan metode penerapan matematika keuangan, yaitu NPV, IRR, dan net B/C. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ketiganya disimpulkan bahwa usaha budidaya ulat sutera layak untuk diusahakan. Namun masih diperlukan peran pemangku kebijakan dalam mendukung keberlanjutan usaha ini. In the context of agricultural entrepreneurship in Indonesia, this quantitative study explores the intricate relationships that exist between community engagement, knowledge transfer, technology adoption, community food security, and agricultural sustainability. To look into the connections between these crucial factors, the study included 350 agricultural entrepreneurs from various parts of Indonesia in a representative sample. Structural equation modeling using partial least squares (SEM-PLS) was used to gather and analyze data. The findings provided insights into the significance of community engagement, knowledge sharing, and technological advancement in guaranteeing food security. They also confirmed the significant positive direct effects of community participation, knowledge transfer, and technology adoption on community food security. Furthermore, the research findings indicate that the relationship between agricultural sustainability and community engagement is mediated by knowledge transfer and technological adoption, underscoring their crucial function in advancing sustainable agricultural practices. These results add to our knowledge of the dynamics of agricultural entrepreneurship in Indonesia and have important ramifications for stakeholders and policymakers who want to enhance the region's agricultural sustainability and food security.

Social conditions strongly influence changes in household income because they play a critical role in improving the household welfare of coastal fishing communities. The purpose of the study is to analyze the influence of social conditions on the growth of fisherman's household income in Makassar City, Indonesia. Quantitative research method using survey instrument was addressed to 46 fishers' households by applying the purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used was multiple regression with the exponential function model. This study found that social factors such as the age of the head of the family and the number of working family members contributed to changes in the increase in household income because they had a significant positive effect. On the other hand, the number of dependent household members did not contribute anything because it had a negative effect on changes in the income level of fishers' households. Likewise, the wife's level of formal education did not affect the household income. Related to social factors as a determinant of improving the fishers' household economy, efforts to increase it can be made through on-fishing and off-fishing. On-fishing is carried out with the support of a gross tonnage boat. Household members do off-fishing in postharvest handling, handling, processing, and marketing marine products.JEL Classification D10; Q22; Z10

The population is one of the factors that can affect economic growth. The population that continues to increase can cause development problems such as inequality in income distribution and poverty. The population in South Sulawesi Province continues to increase, but this increase is not in line with fluctuating economic growth in South Sulawesi Province. This study aimed to determine the effect of population growth, income distribution inequality, and poverty on the economic growth of South Sulawesi Province. The type of data used is secondary data. In addition, this data uses time-series data from 2003 to 2020. This research uses a multiple linear regression model. The results show that population growth and poverty do not affect economic growth in South Sulawesi Province. At the same time, inequality in income distribution affects economic growth in South Sulawesi Province. Based on the research results, it is hoped that the South Sulawesi provincial government can provide jobs or further improve the population's quality. The improvement in the quality of human resources is expected to increase economic growth. Thus, it can reduce poverty and reduce inequality.
