Abstract

Divorce is a court decision on the termination of a marriage. Divorce brings with it a negative impact, especially on the children of the couple's marriage. Children who are victims of divorce tend to be prone to feeling afraid, sad, guilty to trigger stress and depression in children which then has a bad impact on relationships during the child's growth and development. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct an analysis to find out the factors of divorce. In this research, the analysis used is binary logistic regression with the response variables in the binary category of divorce, namely “cerai talak” and “cerai gugat”. While the stimulus variables in this study were 13 objects obtained based on secondary data documentation of Courts. The results of this research are obtained five factors that have a significant effect, namely age at marriage and profession of who filing for divorce and divorce defendant, as well as the education of who filing for divorce. The interpretation of the results of binary logistic regression analysis shows that, the age of divorced defendant at the time of marriage has a 1,15 times greater effect on the cerai gugat, while the age of who filed for divorce has a 0.68 times greater effect on the cerai talak. Abstract

Currently the crime rate is very alarming and reported in various mass and electronic media. The high crime rate in the Province of Nort Sumatra is very unsettling for the community. The purpose of this research is to get the result of forecasting the crime ratel in the 2021 - 2024 using Automatic Clustering And Fuzzy Logic Relationship (ACFLR) method. The advantage of this method is that the method has a high level of accuracy because the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) value is relative small and the results of forecasting analysis obtained in 2021 there are 31522 cases, in 2022 are 31533 cases, in 2023 are 31574 cases and the last one in 2024 was 31602 cases. In addition, the prediction error rate MAPE obtained is 0,35 % Keywords: Crime rate, Automatic Clustering And Fuzzy Logic Relationship.

Abstract

In the current era of modernization, the development of the need for medical devices is increasing,g so that the companies need goods distribution system with criteria that have speed, safety, and convenience to distribute various kinds of products according to optimal distribution routes. The aim of this study is to overcome the problem of the distribution route for medical devices from PT Alkes Medan because the number of demand for goods varies for each consumers, vehicle capacites, delivery time limits, average speed that can be reached on certain routes and times and the existence of the different conditions of multiple trips at the customer's location. A heuristic algorithm named Clarke-Wright Algorithm is applied in this problem. This algorithm will be later provide an optimal solution to route problem in the distribution of medical devices and provide effectiveness in finding the shortest optimal route of medical device goods distributed to consumers. The optimal route will be described in the results section of this study

Abstract

This study aims to classify disease types based on patient age using the K-Means Clustering method in order to identify disease distribution patterns at Malahayati Islamic Hospital, Medan. The data used in this research consists of medical record data of patients from October to December 2024, including variables such as age, type of disease, gender, and area of residence. The research stages include data cleaning, data transformation of age and disease attributes into numerical values, and clustering analysis using the K-Means algorithm implemented through RapidMiner software. The clustering results produced three main clusters, representing high, moderate, and low disease prevalence levels. Diseases with the highest prevalence cluster include pregnancy-related cases, pneumonia, acute respiratory infections (ISPA), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and gastroenteritis (GEA), which are predominantly found in adult and elderly age groups. The results indicate that patient age significantly influences disease distribution patterns. This study demonstrates that K-Means Clustering is effective in identifying age-based disease patterns and can serve as a decision-support tool for healthcare planning, resource allocation, and disease prevention strategies in hospital management.

Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to optimize the use of sewing materials to maximize production output at Rumah Jahit Nila through the application of a linear programming model in the allocation and use of sewing materials in planning and maximizing production output. The implementation methods include mapping processes and data requirements and formulating a linear programming model relevant to the scale of Nila Sewing House MSMEs, as well as training and live demonstrations using QM as software to determine optimization solutions. The evaluation was conducted on 15 participants using a 1–4 Likert scale instrument with four assessment indicators, namely, training content, presenter's subject-matter expertise, event facilities, and benefits of the program. Descriptive analysis showed an overall average of 3.43 on a scale of 4, with a percentage level of 85.8%, which is in the Very Good category. In order, the indicator achievements are Presenter’s Subject-Matter Expertise = 3.53 (88.33%), Benefits of the Program = 3.47 ( 86.67%), Training Content = 3.40 (85.00%), and Event Facilities = 3.33 (83.33%). These results confirm that the competence of the speakers and the relevance of the benefits are the main strengths, while the content and facilities of the activities are areas for priority improvement. This program has successfully improved participants' technical capacity in modeling and implementing linear program-based raw material optimization, while also providing a foundation for operational implementation to reduce waste and increase throughput.

Abstract

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the incidence of Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI) in the world by number of toddler who died achieve ± 13 million each year. Researchers will estimate the model equations logistic regression using maximum likelihood. The purpose of this study was to determine the logistic regression model against respiratory infection in infants and the test results of the method of maximum likelihood against respiratory infection in infants in the health center Cikampak Torgamba. Logistic regression Model against the toddler obtained results that the model to be used and the test results of the method of maximum likelihood that the model is significant.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang kecanduan gadget yang dialami oleh anak usia dini menggunakan model matematika SEIRS, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Runge-Kutta Orde ke-5. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah model matematika dS/dt=-0.14SI+0.03R, S(0)=5; dE/dt=0.14SI-0.012E, E(0)=22; dI/dt=0.006E-0.01I, I(0)=4; dR/dt=0.01I+0.012E-0.03R, R(0)=19. Dari model tersebut dihasilkan nilai iterasi dengan menggunakan Metode Runge-Kutta orde ke 5 pada waktu t=1 sampai t=3 dan ukuran langkah h=1 . Solusi model matematika SEIRS menghasilkan iterasi yang mengalami kenaikan dan penurunan. Namun, Metode Runge-kutta dinyatakan efektif dalam penyelesaian Model SEIRS karena angka galat yang dihasilkan mendekati nilai 0.

Abstract

Aggregated administrative data are widely used to monitor large-scale public health programs, yet their statistical analysis is often challenged by population heterogeneity and the presence of influential observations that can undermine conventional regression inference. This study applies robust regression with MM-estimation to aggregated data on iron tablet receipt and consumption among pregnant women in North Sumatra Province. As a baseline, ordinary least squares regression is first employed to examine associations between program-related indicators and the reported number of compliant pregnant women. Diagnostic evaluations reveal substantial leverage and influential units, indicating that ordinary least squares estimates are sensitive to extreme observations and scale-driven distortions inherent in regional administrative data. To address this issue, robust regression using MM-estimation is applied due to its high breakdown point and efficiency under conditions of influential observations. The comparative analysis demonstrates notable differences in coefficient stability and inferential conclusions between the conventional and robust models, highlighting how population scale effects can mechanically dominate regression outcomes when robustness is not considered. Rather than advancing causal claims regarding program effectiveness, this study emphasizes the methodological implications of applying robustness-oriented estimation techniques to aggregated administrative data. The findings underscore the importance of robust regression as a corrective analytical strategy for improving inferential stability and reliability in applied statistical analyses of regional health data characterized by heterogeneity and influential observations.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membuat analisa dan perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan hidup menurut budaya karo dengan menggunakan metode analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Objek utama sistem pendukung keputusan ini adalah memberikan saran memberikan saran kepada pengguna aplikasi terhadap pasangan hidupnya sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan. Hasil yang diberikan bukan paksaan dan hanya berupa saran semata. Sehingga pengguna dapat melihat hasil calon pasangan yang berdasarkan bantuan sistem pendukung keputusan ini. Hasil yang dicapai adalah terciptanya suatu aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat digunakan untuk memilih pasangan hidup menurut budaya karo daan sesuai dengan kriteria yang dibutuhkan. Sistem ini membantu mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan untuk pemilihan pasangan. Kata kunci : Sistem, keputusan, pemilihan pasangan, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP)
