Abstract

Abstract: PT. Pegadaian Persero Pringgan Medan Branch is a company operating in the pawn system sector. In this era of globalization, many pawnshop companies compete fiercely to attract customers, so discipline is needed in working to achieve all company goals. The purpose of this research is to find out how compensation and work motivation influence employee performance at PT. Pegadaian Persero, Pringgan Medan Branch. The data in this research uses a quantitative method, namely by distributing questionnaires to all employees of PT. Pegadaian Persero, Pringgan Medan Branch. Based on the results of research regarding the analysis of the influence of compensation and work motivation, providing compensation and providing motivation from an employee's leadership greatly influences employee performance. Keywords: compensation, motivation, performance, employee Abstrak: PT.Pegadaian Persero Cabang Pringgan Medan merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang sistem gadai. Di era globalisasi ini banyak perusahaan gadai yang bersaing secara ketat untuk menarik nasabah sehingga dibutuhkan kedisiplinan dalam bekerja agar tercapainya seluruh tujuan perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT.Pegadaian Persero Cabang Pringgan Medan. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kuantitatif yaitu dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan PT.Pegadaian Persero Cabang Pringgan Medan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai analisis pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja, pemberian kompensasi dan pemberian motivasi dari seorang pimpinanan karyawan sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Abstract: Quick Response Indonesia Standard (QRIS) is one of the payment methods used by server-based electronic money applications, electronic wallets or mobile banking and has the potential to expand the acceptance of national non-cash payments more efficiently. The growing innovation towards digital payment has in fact changed people's lifestyles, especially in Medan city, which has led to impulsive buying behaviour, which is an irrational purchase and is associated with a quick and unplanned purchase, followed by a conflict of thoughts and emotional impulses. About 41% of Generation Z customers are impulsive shoppers, followed by 34% of Millennials and 32% of Generation Xers. The urgency of this research is to analyse the behavioural model of using the QRIS application as an effort to avoid impulsive buying. Based on the PwC (Pricewaterhouse Coppers) survey related to Global Consumer Insight, it illustrates how the digital payment system is turning into a trend or what is commonly called a cashless society. The survey results noted that 47% of respondents in Indonesia currently use digital payments. The purpose of this study is to avoid impulsive buying for QRIS users with the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model in the context of information technology acceptance which integrates the technology acceptance domain into one user behaviour as the main dependent variable. This research method combines quantitative and qualitative analysis (mix method) conducted in Medan City with the object of research is QRIS users in making offline transactions who make transactions at Coffeeshop which is visited by Generation Z, namely Starbucks, Zircon Chill Coffee Shop, Doppio Coffee Shop, Palms Medan Coffee Shop, Mano Indonesia, Lorong Coffeeshop, FORE, and Hardapana Cffeeshop) and Fashion Stores at Sun Plaza and Deli Park Mall and the help of Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) as the method used to see behavioural relationships. The results of the study state that QRIS affects impulsive buying in people in Medan city. The testing of hypotheses to research this proves that the performance of expectancy or expectations of them were found significant performance intention or intention users behavior.This means performanace expectancy affect behavior intention that the use of the digital qris very fast and efficient. Keywords: QRIS, Impulsive Buying, Mobil Banking, Cashless society, global consumer                  insight. Abstrak: Quick Response Indonesia Standard (QRIS) merupakan salah satu metode pembayaran yang digunakan oleh aplikasi uang elektronik berbasis server, dompet elektronik atau mobile banking dan berpotensi memperluas penerimaan pembayaran nontunai nasional secara lebih efisien. Inovasi yang berkembang terhadap digital payment faktanya merubah gaya hidup masyarakat khususnya di kota Medan yang menimbulkan perilaku impulsive buying yaitu pembelian tidak rasional dan diasosiasikan dengan pembelian yang cepat dan tidak direncanakan, diikuti oleh adanya konflik fikiran dan dorongan emosional. Sekitar 41% pelanggan Generasi Z adalah pembelanja impulsive, diikuti oleh 34% generasi Milenial dan 32% Generasi X. Urgensi penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis model perilaku penggunaan aplikasi QRIS sebagai upaya untuk menghindari impulsive buying. Berdasarkan survei PwC (Pricewaterhouse Coppers) berkaitan dengan Global Consumer Insight memberikan gambaran betapa sistem pembayaran digital berubah menjadi tren atau yang biasa disebut dengan cashless society. Hasil survey mencatat 47% responden di Indonesia saat ini menggunakan digital payment. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghindari impulsive buying bagi pengguna QRIS dengan model Model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) dalam konteks penerimaan teknologi informasi yang mengintegrasikan domain penerimaan teknologi ke dalam satu perilaku pengguna sebagai variabel dependen utama. Metode penelitian ini menggabungan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif (mix method) yang dilakukan di Kota Medan dengan objek penelitian adalah pengguna QRIS dalam melakukan transaksi offline yang melakukan transaksi di Coffeeshopyang banyak didatangi oleh Generasi Z yaitu Starbucks, Zircon Chill Coffee Shop, Doppio Coffee Shop, Palms Medan Coffee Shop, Mano Indonesia, Lorong Coffeeshop, FORE, dan Hardapana Cffeeshop) serta Fashion Store di Sun Plaza dan Deli Park Mall dan bantuan Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) sebagai metode yang digunakan untuk melihat hubungan perilaku Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa performance expectancy atau ekspektasi kinerja berpengaruh signifikan postif terhadap behavior intention atau niat pengguna. Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to evaluate the role of local community participation in the planning and development of sustainable tourism destinations in Lumbanpea Parbagasan Tourism Village, Balige Sub-district, Toba Regency, by highlighting the perspectives of various local stakeholders, including investors and the Tourism Office. The research method used a mixed design: a qualitative descriptive approach through literature studies, in-depth interviews, and field observations; and a quantitative descriptive approach with a questionnaire to 150 respondents determined using the Taro Yamane formula. Some of the benefits of using omnichannel are: 1) Better data collection and analysis; 2) More targeted market segmentation; 3) Better brand visibility; 4) Save on promotional costs; Achieve higher ROI. At least these are the important points in using omnichannel based on data reduction conducted by researchers. This strategy can be applied in almost all sectors of the market mechanism, ranging from cosmetics, gadget equipment, household appliances, to fashion needs. Omnichannel that has been carried out by several large companies such as Strabucks, Fore, Excelso covers one target market segmentation only. This is a form of empirical event that can be used by other entrepreneurs who will develop their business that in the application of the omnichannel strategy is placed in one sector and does not cover the entire shopping in Lumbanpea Parbagasan Tourism Village, Balige Keywords: Community Participation, Sustainable tourism destination, Local stakeholders Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi peran partisipasi masyarakat lokal dalam perencanaan dan pengembangan destinasi wisata berkelanjutan di wisata di Desa Wisata Lumbanpea Parbagasan Kecamatan Balige Kabupaten Toba, dengan menyoroti perspektif berbagai stakeholder lokal, termasuk investor dan Dinas Pariwisata. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain campuran: pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui studi literatur, wawancara mendalam, dan observasi lapangan; serta pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan kuesioner kepada 150 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Taro Yamane. Beberapa manfaat menggunakan omnichannel adalah: 1) Pengumpulan dan analisis data yang lebih baik; 2) Segementasi pasar lebih terarah; 3) Visibilitas merk yang lebih baik; 4) Hemat biaya promosi; Mencapai ROI yang lebih tinggi. Setidaknya hal tersebut yang menjadi poin penting dalam penggunakan omnichannel berdasarkan reduksi data yang dilakukan oleh peneliti. Strategi ini terlebih lagi dapat diterapkan hampir di semua sector mekanisme pasar, mulai dari kosmetik, peralatan gadget, peralatan rumah tangga, hingga pada kebutuhan fashion. Omnichannel yang telah dilakukan oleh beberapa perusahaan besar seperti Strabucks, Fore, Excelso meliputi salah satu target segementasi pasar saja. Ini merupakan suatu bentuk peristiwa empiris yang dapat digunakan oleh pengusaha lain yang akan mengembangkan usahanya bahwa dalam penerapan strategi omnichannel ditempatkan pada salah satu sektor dan tidak menaungi keseluruhan pembelanjaan di Desa Wisata Lumbanpea Parbagasan Kecamatan Balige Kabupaten Toba. Kata kunci: Partisipasi Masyarakat, Destinasi Wisata Berkelanjutan, Stakeholder local.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the role of work-life balance on work engagement among married female employees at Bank ABC Medan Branch. The population in this study consisted of 55 employees. Sampling in this study was conducted using total sampling technique, where the entire population became the sample. This study used a quantitative approach. The instruments used were validated and reliable work-life balance and work engagement questionnaires. The data were analyzed using simple regression analysis. The results indicate that work-life balance plays a role in work engagement, with a calculated F value of 62.276 > table F value of 4.03 and a significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05)..Keyword: work life balance; work engagement; bank; employee; medanAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran work life balance terhadap work engagement Pada Karyawan Wanita Menikah Pada Bank ABC Cabang Kota Medan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instumen yang digunakan adalah angket work life balance dan work engagement yang telah valid dan reliabel. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan uji analisi regresi sederhana. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the impact of job stress and job satisfaction on psychological well-being among employees of private universities in Medan. The population in this study consisted of 3,000 employees of private universities in Medan. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, where the population was selected based on specific criteria and using the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample size of 352 employees of PTS City of Medan. The study employed a quantitative approach. The instruments used were validated and reliable questionnaires on Job Stress, Job Satisfaction, and Psychological Well-Being. This study was analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that: (1) There is an impact of Job Stress and Job Satisfaction on Psychological Well-Being with F calculated = 168.053 > F table value = 3.02 with a significance value of 0.000 (p< 0.05) (2) There is a negative and significant impact of Job Stress on Psychological Well-Being with a calculated T value of -4.071 > T table = 1.967, and a significance level of 0.000 (p<0.05) (3) There is a positive and significant impact of Job Satisfaction on Psychological Well-Being with a calculated T value of 3.982 > T table = 1.967, and a significance level of 0.000 (p<0.05).Keyword: Job Stress, Job Satisfaction, Psychological Well-BeingAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak Job Stress dan Job Satisfaction Terhadap Psychological Well-Being Pada Karyawan PTS Kota Medan. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan uji analisi regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada dampak Job Stress dan Job Satisfaction terhadap Psychological Well-Being dengan F hitung= 168.053 > nilai F tabel = 3.02 dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 (p< 0.05) (2) Ada dampak negatif dan signifikan Job Stress terhadap Psychological Well-Being dengan nilai T hitung= -4.071 > T tabel = 1,967, dan tarag signifikansi 0.000 (p<0.05) (3) Ada dampak positif dan signifikan Job Satisfaction terhadap Psychological Well-Being dengan nilai T hitung= 3.982 > T tabel = 1,967, dan taraf signifikansi 0.000 (p<0.05).Kata kunci: Job Stress, Job Satisfaction, Psychological Well-Being

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine and analyze the partial influence between the work environment on the performance of CV. Faldi Advertising employees, to determine and analyze the partial influence between work discipline on the performance of CV. Faldi Advertising employees, to determine and analyze the partial influence between work motivation on the performance of CV. Faldi Advertising employees, to determine and analyze the simultaneous influence between the work environment, work discipline and work motivation on the performance of CV. Faldi Advertising employees. This research is a quantitative research type, where the procedure used in this study is a correlational model.The sample in this study was all permanent employees at CV. Faldi Advertising, totaling 35 people. Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly influence the performance variable because the significance value is smaller than 0.05. The Adjusted R Square value in the table above is 0.819 or 81.9%. This condition explains that 81.9% of the work environment, work discipline, and work motivation variables have a significant effect on the performance of CV. Faldi Advertising employees. The remaining 18.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. This means that of the many factors supporting the performance of CV. Faldi Advertising employees, the work environment, work discipline, and work motivation factors have the most influence on performance, namely 81.9%. Keywords: The Influence of Work Environment, Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract: The research uses qualitative and quantitative analysis approaches. The focus of the research is to develop a decision support system (DSS) that uses six main criteria: academic service quality, administrative service quality, availability of facilities and infrastructure, time management efficiency, student satisfaction, and waste reduction. Data were collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires distributed to 67 private universities in the LLDIKTI Region I North Sumatra as research samples. The collected data were processed according to the steps of the AHP-TOPSIS model. The results of this study are Academic services in first place with a weight of 0.78, Administrative services in second place with a weight of 0.72, Library & IT in third place with a weight of 0.65, Campus facilities in fourth place with a weight of 0.58, and Financial & payment services in fifth place with a weight of 0.49.Keywords: Lean Servive; Measurement; Management; Academic; Service Quality
