Abstract

AbstractThe  research background is the situation of  motivated, interest and ability of teachers in elementary schools in compiling and producing classroom action research to support their professional careers as a professional teachers is in under qualities. The purpose of  this study was to determine teacher perceptions of the importance of classroom action research scientific work for professional teachers. The method used in this research is descriptive study. Collection data is using some instruments such as  questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation to 40 teachers of Amaliah Ciawi Elementary School, Bogor Regency, West Java, Indonesia. The finding data  of the research  is some teachers is in good ability to writing CAR, some others still not really understand about how to impelementation CAR, but only in beginning of knowledge. Regarding the importance of CAR for teachers, some teachers state that classroom action research is very important for teachers' professional careers. Meanwhile, the teacher's perception of the importance of classroom action research was obtained from open questionnaire data and the results showed that most teachers had the same positive perception, that classroom action research was very important for teachers. The conclusion from this study is that teachers have different perceptions of the importance of classroom action research for professional teachers, but most of these perceptions are guided by data that lead to positive perceptions.

Abstract

This research endeavors to assess the impact of additional practicum sessions and experimental demonstrations through video presentations on students' comprehension in an Islamic boarding school. The study focuses on enhancing students' understanding of the biochar concept, particularly its role as an adsorbent, aligning with contemporary issues related to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and environmental problem-solving. To substantiate the research rationale, a concise literature review and bibliometric analysis were incorporated. The experiment involved comparing two classes – the experimental class, which received additional practicum and experimental demonstrations using videos, and the conventional class as the control group. The study included 45 students in Class XI of an Islamic boarding school. Learning outcomes were assessed through pre-test and post-test scores, as well as N-Gain calculations. The hypothesis was tested using the Paired Sample T-test. The practical aspect of the experiment involved carbonizing the skin of jengkol fruit to produce carbon, which was then utilized for adsorbing curcumin. The adsorption phenomena were observed and analyzed.The research findings demonstrated that the experimental demonstration method, particularly when complemented with video presentations, was more effective than conventional methods. This was evident from the N-Gain value of the experimental class and the results of statistical tests. The experimental demonstration method using videos is anticipated to enhance knowledge, provide a more authentic understanding and experience, and yield superior learning outcomes. These findings contribute valuable insights for future research on experimental demonstrations, emphasizing their potential to enhance the overall quality of student learning.

Abstract

Air pollution is a critical issue in Indonesia in 2023, prompting the need to enhance green skills within Vocational High Schools to support a sustainable green economy. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of Islamic values on the development of green skills among students. Utilizing quantitative methods, data were collected through online questionnaires distributed to 562 twelfth-grade students at the Islamic Foundation Vocational School in Bogor Regency. The results revealed that Islamic values, particularly beliefs and attitudes towards the environment, significantly impacted the acquisition of green skills. Further analysis identified that Islamic values as a source of inspiration and serenity, along with teachings on tree planting and zero-waste practices, had a partially significant effect. The study concludes that incorporating Islamic religious education into the vocational school curriculum is crucial. These findings offer valuable insights for educators, policymakers, and practitioners, providing a basis for integrating Islamic values into vocational education to enhance green skill development among students.

Abstract

This study examines the behavioral dynamics and social interactions of Muslim school communities by situating them within the ethical framework of the Qur’an and the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad. Although numerous studies have highlighted the importance of school climate and social relations in shaping educational outcomes, limited attention has been given to how Islamic values concretely inform these processes within Muslim educational contexts. To address this gap, a qualitative case study approach was employed, focusing on patterns of behavior and interaction in Muslim school communities. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis, and subsequently analyzed using a thematic analysis approach. The findings reveal that the Qur’an and Hadith serve not only as spiritual references but also as practical guidelines for cultivating a safe and supportive learning environment, strengthening teacher–student and peer relationships, and reinforcing the influence of family in students’ character formation. These interactions collectively foster a school climate characterized by harmony, inclusivity, and mutual respect. By linking Islamic normative principles with contemporary educational practices, this study underscores the role of religion as a transformative resource in promoting holistic education. The results offer valuable insights for educators, policymakers, and researchers seeking to improve the quality of Islamic education while contributing to broader discussions on values-based education in global contexts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh teori motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dalam konteks lingkungan kerja modern. Motivasi kerja dianggap sebagai faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia, karena mampu memengaruhi perilaku, produktivitas, dan perasaan puas terhadap pekerjaan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui studi pustaka dan analisis komparatif dari dua penelitian sebelumnya, artikel ini mengkaji bagaimana teori-teori motivasi seperti Teori Dua Faktor Herzberg dan teori motivasi menurut Robbins & Judge mampu menjelaskan keterkaitan antara dorongan kerja dan kepuasan individu. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, baik yang bersifat intrinsik (seperti penghargaan dan pengembangan diri) maupun ekstrinsik (seperti kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja), berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan kerja. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa dalam lingkungan kerja modern yang kompetitif dan dinamis, organisasi perlu menerapkan strategi motivasional yang tepat untuk membangun budaya kerja yang harmonis, produktif, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji korelasi antara teori kepuasan kerja dan pengalaman kerja pada karyawan melalui studi literatur dari beberapa sumber terpercaya. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis mendalam terhadap data dari berbagai artikel dan laporan terkini, penelitian ini menyoroti bagaimana pengalaman kerja yang positif dapat berkontribusi secara signifikan pada kepuasan kerja, kesejahteraan psikologis, dan loyalitas karyawan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti kepemimpinan yang efektif, budaya organisasi yang mendukung, serta kebijakan fleksibilitas kerja menjadi elemen kunci dalam memperkuat hubungan tersebut. Temuan ini juga menegaskan pentingnya strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia yang berorientasi pada pengalaman karyawan untuk meningkatkan retensi dan produktivitas organisasi. Studi ini merekomendasikan agar perusahaan lebih memfokuskan upaya dalam membangun ekosistem kerja yang sehat dan berkelanjutan demi mencapai hasil optimal

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas teori kepuasan kerja dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja pendidik di lembaga pendidikan. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan, penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai literatur yang relevan untuk mengidentifikasi elemen-elemen kunci yang berkontribusi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa faktor tersebut seperti kompensasi, kondisi kerja, hubungan antar rekan kerja, dan kesempatan untuk pengembangan profesional memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan tingkat kepuasan kerja pendidik. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja pendidik. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi lembaga pendidikan dalam merumuskan kebijakan yang lebih baik untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pendidik.

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja menjadi faktor utama yang memengaruhi terciptanya budaya kerja yang positif dan produktif di perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana kepuasan kerja berkontribusi dalam membentuk budaya kerja positif, dengan studi kasus di PT ABC yang menghadapi tantangan rendahnya kepuasan kerja di kalangan karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka untuk menelaah literatur-literatur yang relevan, serta menganalisis temuan-temuan dari kasus di PT ABC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rendahnya kepuasan kerja di PT ABC disebabkan oleh kurangnya komunikasi dua arah, minimnya penghargaan dan pengakuan karyawan, terbatasnya kesempatan pengembangan profesional, serta lingkungan kerja yang kurang mendukung. Faktor-faktor tersebut menghambat terciptanya budaya kerja positif yang kolaboratif dan inovatif. Sebaliknya, bila perusahaan mampu memperbaiki komunikasi, memberikan penghargaan yang adil, dan meningkatkan kesempatan pengembangan karyawan, maka budaya kerja positif dapat terwujud dan mendukung keberhasilan perusahaan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi perusahaan dalam merumuskan strategi peningkatan kepuasan kerja untuk memperkuat budaya kerja positif.

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja merupakan aspek krusial dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia karena berdampak langsung pada produktivitas, loyalitas, dan retensi karyawan. Walaupun telah banyak studi mengulas faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya, masih terdapat kekosongan pemahaman terhadap interaksi antar faktor dalam konteks organisasi yang mengalami turnover tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji secara teoritis faktor-faktor penentu kepuasan kerja melalui studi pustaka yang diperkuat studi kasus pada PT XYZ, sebuah perusahaan manufaktur dengan tingkat turnover signifikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka sistematis dari literatur terkini, dikombinasikan dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif terhadap PT XYZ. Data dikumpulkan melalui laporan internal dan observasi pengalaman karyawan mengenai kompensasi, kondisi kerja, hubungan sosial, peluang pengembangan karier, serta persepsi terhadap keadilan organisasi. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi lima faktor utama yang memengaruhi kepuasan kerja, yaitu: kompensasi yang adil, kondisi kerja yang aman dan nyaman, hubungan positif dengan atasan dan rekan kerja, kesempatan pengembangan karier, serta persepsi terhadap keadilan organisasi. Studi kasus di PT XYZ memperlihatkan interaksi kompleks antar faktor tersebut. Keluhan karyawan mencakup kurangnya transparansi bonus, fasilitas kerja yang minim, gaya kepemimpinan otoriter, tidak adanya program pengembangan yang memadai, dan promosi yang dianggap tidak adil. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan pada lingkup studi kasus tunggal, sehingga generalisasi hasil masih terbatas. Namun demikian, temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan strategis dan holistik dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung kepuasan kerja dan keberlangsungan organisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of research on technology-related instructional leadership. The research method used is bibliometric analysis. The articles used in this study were sourced from the Google Schooler database with the help of the Publication of Perish from 2015-2022; 498 papers were found. Data analysis using the VOSviewer application. The results showed that the number of publications decreased yearly, where the most occurred in 2015, namely 102 publications. The results of the density visualization analysis shown in yellow circles indicate the themes most frequently used in recent research, namely instructional technology, technology integration, instructional leadership practice, school leader, transformational leadership, covid, time and student. Meanwhile, based on network visualization, the topic of instructional leadership has a relationship with the term development, effect, effectiveness, instructional leader, instructional leadership, instructional leadership practice, leader, leadership, model, principal, research, school, school leader, school leadership, school principal and transformational leadership. These results illustrate that technology-based instructional leadership can be developed by referring to instructional technology, technology integration, as a term rarely used based on visualization overlay.
