Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 era has changed the landscape of the world of manufacturing and technology with the integration of digital technology, automation and sophisticated data communications. The fashion industry in Indonesia is also not immune from the major impact of these changes, especially in marketing decision making. Big data analysis is crucial in optimizing marketing strategies by understanding consumer preferences, market trends and competition. However, the use of big data also brings challenges, especially regarding the security and privacy of consumer data. This research adopts a qualitative method with a literature review approach to investigate the use of big data in marketing decision making in the Indonesian fashion industry. The research results show that big data plays an important role in customer segmentation, consumer behavior analysis, trend prediction, and product innovation. The benefits companies gain from implementing big data include deep understanding of consumer behavior, fast decision making, operational efficiency, better risk management, product and service innovation, improved customer experience, and dynamic price adjustments. However, the challenges faced include data security risks, personal identification risks, and compliance with global privacy regulations. Assessment of the readiness of Indonesian fashion industry companies to adopt big data involves evaluating technology infrastructure, data analysis skills, awareness of big data concepts, data security and privacy, understanding customer behavior, technology adoption, ability to process real-time data, budget availability, readiness for innovation, and acceptance of organizational culture. By considering these aspects, companies can evaluate the extent to which they are ready to integrate big data in marketing decision making to achieve success in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era.

However, work flexibility has a significant direct effect on gamification training programs with a significance level of 0.005 (<0.05), although work flexibility has no direct effect on employee performance (0.566 > 0.05). Gamification training program as an intervening variable significantly affects employee performance with a significance level of 0.002 (<0.05). Employee resilience through the gamification training program also significantly affects employee performance with a significance level of 0.041 (<0.05). Work flexibility through the gamification training program significantly affects employee performance with a significance level of 0.028 (<0.05). This study concludes that the gamification training program is an important intervening variable in improving employee performance. Abstract

Management Control Systems (MCS) are an important part of the operations of public sector organizations. However, the implementation of MSS can have consequences on the well-being of public managers such as job satisfaction and stress. One important dimension of MSS is the clarity of the public manager's role. The role of public managers is a very important part of the organization, because public managers have the task of planning, organizing, directing and controlling organizational activities. These tasks require role clarity, where public managers must provide accurate, complete, clear and relevant information to their users. Therefore, the clarity of the role of public managers is thought to have an effect on the job satisfaction and stress of public managers. This research is important to do considering that SPM is a tool used in achieving organizational goals, and therefore it is also necessary to gain knowledge of its consequences on the welfare of public managers. Empirical evidence on this subject is still very limited, especially in public sector organizations in Indonesia. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of role clarity on job satisfaction and stress of public managers and the mediation of organizational commitment in public sector organizations. The results of this study are useful theoretically and practically. Theoretically, it enriches the SPM literature on the effect of management control in the form of the impact of role clarity on job satisfaction and stress levels of public public managers. Practically, the results of this study can be used as guidelines in the design of SPM that can increase public managers' job satisfaction and stress and organizational commitment.  The research was conducted using a survey method to public managers at the Regional Apparatus Organization (ODP) of Medan City Government.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the understanding and implementation of organizational work culture at PT Aras Bina Energi in order to create a more productive and harmonious work environment. This program is carried out through three main stages, namely socialization, technical training, and assistance in implementing organizational work culture. Initial socialization was conducted to raise the awareness of leaders and employees regarding the importance of work culture in supporting organizational effectiveness. Furthermore, technical training was provided to equip employees with skills in adopting work culture values that are in accordance with organizational characteristics. The final stage was assistance in implementing the work culture, with monitoring and evaluation to ensure the sustainability of positive changes. The results showed that employees' understanding of work culture increased from 40% to 85% after socialization. The implementation of a more adaptive work culture also had an impact on increasing compliance with company regulations, reducing the rate of late work from 18% to 7%, and increasing employee productivity. In addition, changes in a more democratic leadership style improved work motivation and employee satisfaction, with satisfaction scores increasing from 3.2 to 4.1 on a scale of 5. This program demonstrates that systematic and sustainable management of an organization's work culture can have a positive impact on its employees
