Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are important as one of the economic drivers of Gresik Regency because they help absorb labor and work towards poverty alleviation. On the other hand, UKM milkfish brain in Gresik has many obstacles including marketing, product production does not last long and the production process is still manual. The purpose of this community service is to identify the characteristics of UKM milkfish brain in Gresik district, to understand the real situation faced by UKM entrepreneurs. After obtaining an overview or actual situation, the internal and external environmental conditions of milkfish brain UKM were analyzed, and several alternative development strategies were selected as internal factors for the development of UKM milkfish brain, the Regent. Marketing of UMKM milkfish brain Gresik is growing and stable and requires a marketing strategy that needs to be strengthened internally with a competitive advantage for business development. Another priority strategy is to maintain product prices and improve quality to gain consumer loyalty. This requires segmentation and market segmentation as well as more publicity through online media

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, transformational leadership style, intrinsic motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction in the Customer Satisfaction Management Division of PT. Bukalapak.Com Tbk. The method used in this study is a quantitative method and hypothesis testing is carried out with SEM analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a negative and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, transformational leadership style and intrinsic motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Compensation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, transformational leadership style has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, intrinsic motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a negative and insignificant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction, Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction, Intrinsic Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya inovasi, pembelajaran organisasi dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja PTS, serta peran komitmen organisasional sebagai pemediasu hubungan antara budaya inovasi dan pembelajaran organisasi dengan kinerja PTS. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei dengan sampel yang meliputi Ketua Program Studi PTS yang ada di lingkungan Lembaga Layanan Dikti Wilayah III Jakarta. Adapun metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan Inferensial dengan Structural Equation Model (SEM) pendekatan partial least square (PLS). Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa budaya inovasi dan pembelajaran organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap komitmen organisasional.  Budaya inovasi, pembelajaran organisasi, dan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Terakhir komitmen organisasional terbukti dapat memediasi hubungan budaya inovasi dan pembelajaran organisasi terhadap kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat bagi para pimpinan universitas swasta untuk mengembangkan budaya yang mengadopsi nilai nilai inovasi dan pembelajaran untuk mengoptimalkan strategi peningkatan kinerja institusinya

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide training and assistance to improve skills and understanding of HR recruitment and digital marketing for convection MSME actors in West Java. The activity was carried out for approximately 4 days. MSME actors who became participants totaled 33 participants. The responses of the webinar participants gave positive responses regarding this training. The participants really did not understand recruitment, especially online recruitment. Likewise, from the results of this service it is known that the skills and knowledge regarding digital marketing of the participants are still minimal. Suggestions need further training that is more implementable and more intense assistance. Furthermore, further training is needed regarding the application and implementation of online recruitment with the application.

Abstract

The research phenomenon is that employee performance at the Secretariat of the General Election Supervisory Agency in DKI Jakarta Province has not been optimal. The purpose of the study was to determine the Effect of Compensation, Staffing Status, and Leadership Style on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as a Mediation Variable at the Secretariat of the General Election Supervisory Agency in DKI Jakarta Province. This research uses a quantitative approach with the PLS-SEM (Partial least square path modeling- structural equation modeling analysis) analysis method. Primary data collection techniques use questionnaire techniques. The study sample of 104 respondents using saturated models according to the minimum sample size was four times ten times the most significant structural number leading to the construct. Based on the discussion of the research results, it was concluded that the results were direct: there was a positive and significant influence of Compensation, Staffing Status, Leadership Style, and job satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Secretariat of the General Election Supervisory Agency in DKI Jakarta Province. Indirect results there is a positive and significant influence of compensation, staffing status, and leadership style on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediation variable at the Secretariat of the General Election Supervisory Agency in DKI Jakarta Province.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the impact of emotional intelligence, ability, and economic compensation on employee performance through the job satisfaction of Detikcom employees. In this study, the sample used was 110 respondents using simple random sampling techniques. The results show that the three variables of emotional intelligence, competence and economic compensation have significant positive effects on job satisfaction. Emotional intelligence and ability variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Financial compensation variables have a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance. Variables such as emotional intelligence, competence, and economic compensation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance through job satisfaction. In addition, variable job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to explore the dynamic relationship between customer incivility and employee silence in the hospitality sector over time. In addition, turnover intention as an outcome of workplace incivility and employee silence is also analyzed. The data was collected from two waves of 226 frontline employees from six hotels to test the proposed model. PLS-SEM analysis revealed a stable relationship between workplace incivility and employee silence at Time 1 and 2, respectively. This study also shows that workplace incivility is positively related to employee silence, and in the future, employee silence is also positively associated with customer incivility. Furthermore, both workplace incivility and employee silence are predictors of turnover intention. This study offers theoretical and practical implications for future researchers and practitioners to study employee silence and incivility in the hospitality sector.

Abstract

Faktor yang mempengaruhi pencapaian kinerja adalah faktor kemampuan dan faktor motivasi. Motivasi terbentuk dari sikap seorang pegawai dalam menghadapi situasi kerja. Motivasi merupakan kondisi yang menggerakkan diri pegawai yang terarah untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Sikap mental merupakan kondisi mental yang mendorong diri pegawai untuk berusaha mencapai prestasi kerja maksimal. Pegawai mampu mencapai kinerja maksimal jika memiliki motivasi tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. pendekatan korelasi. Dalam penelitian ini, jenis data yang disajikan adalah data primer dan data skunder. Data primer dikumpulkan secara langsung dilapangan. Sumber data primer diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada koresponden. Kuesioner yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berisi dua bagian utama. Dalam penelitian ini, data primer yaitu jawaban kuesioner dari koresponden sedangkan data sekunder yaitu data profil dan kondisi PT. Wibee Indoedu Nusantara. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis-deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa motivasi kerja terbukti berpengaruh positif dan nyata terhadap kepuasan karyawan PT. Wibee Indoedu Nusantara.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi, Pelatihan dan Kompensasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Dampaknya terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Yayasan Mantab Al Hamid. Model dianalisis dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan software statistik AMOS 22, SPSS dan EXCEL 2016. Pengambilan data yang dilakukan pada Yayasan Al Hamid yaitu menggunakan Kuesioner, data yang diperoleh sebanyak 120 responden. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penilitian ini bahwa Iklim Organisasi, Pelatihan dan Kompensasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap Kepuasan dan juga Kinerja Pegawai Yayasan Al Hamid dan bahwa Iklim Organisasi, Pelatihan dan Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Yayasan Al Hamid melalui Kepuasan Kerja.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi, Motivasi, Disiplin terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dalam Pelaksanaan Perjanjian Kerja Bersama (PKB) Dan Dampaknya terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Pakoakuina. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 208 orang karyawan dipilih dengan simpel random sampling, Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan Teknik Analisin menggunakan Teknik analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil Penelitian membuktikan bahwa dari 10 hipotesis yang diteliti 7 hipotesis dari variable yang berhubungan langsung komitmen organisasi, motivasi, disiplin, kepuasan kerja, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan,dan 3 hipotesis yang melalui interpening kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif hasil penelitian ini berimplikasi terhadap komitmen organisasi, motivasi, disiplin, kepuasan kerja perlu ditingkatkan guna meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.
