Abstract

This study aims to ascertain the relationship between leadership style, work discipline, competence, and employee performance at the Directorate General of Human Rights. This study employs a quantitative technique combined with a descriptive analysis. Primary and secondary data are offered in this study. The primary data sources are the responses to questionnaires distributed to correspondents. The preliminary data in this study comes from the correspondent's response to the questionnaire, while the secondary data comes from the Directorate General of Human Rights' profile and financial situation. The sample size for this study was reduced to a maximum of 150 persons. Validity, Reliability, Data Normality, and Hypothesis Testing are all terms that are used to describe how study data is analyzed. The research and discussion findings indicate that the leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Directorate General of Human Rights, work discipline has a positive but not statistically significant effect on employee performance at the Directorate General of Human Rights, and the competence has a positive and statistically significant effect on employee performance at the Directorate General of Human Rights.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the principal's leadership style, work environment, job training, job satisfaction on teacher performance. This research uses quantitative research. The types of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are observation and interview techniques. The population used by the researchers in this study were all public junior high school teachers in East Manggarai Regency who were collected using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis methods in this study are validity testing, reliability testing, hypothesis testing, and Sobel test. Based on the results of the study, the conclusions of this study are as follows: 1) The variables of Leadership Style, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on work motivation; 2) Job Training variable does not have a positive effect on work motivation; 3) The variables of leadership style, work environment, job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on performance; 4) Job Training has no positive effect on performance; 5) The variable of work motivation has a significant and significant effect on performance; 6) Variables of Leadership Style, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction have a significant and significant effect on performance; and 7) Job Training has no positive effect on performance.

Abstract

The performance of the company is strongly influenced by the performance of the company's employees. This performance can come from within the employee or outside the employee, such as competence, compensation, and leadership style. However, from several previous studies, there are differences in research results. The purpose of this research is to be able to analyze competence, compensation, and leadership style and their effect on performance through job satisfaction. The population used is all employees in the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Agriculture. The analytical method used is quantitative using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of the study show that job satisfaction can mediate the effect of competence, compensation, and leadership style on employee performance. Then job satisfaction can have a positive and significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh jenjang karir, kompensasifinansial dan status karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank Rakyat Indonesia CabangDaan Mogot. Penelitian ini mengunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebarankuesioner kepada 94 karyawan Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Daan Mogot. Penelitian inimenggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinantransformasional, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitianini menggunakan data primer dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada 102 orang karyawan PT RafaTopaz Utama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi dan lingkungankerja fisik secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PTRafa Topaz Utama.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinantransformasional, budaya organisasi dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja karyawan PTSemen Padang, Jakarta Selatan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dataprimer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada 102 orang karyawan PT SemenPadang, Jakarta Selatan sebagai responden. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisisinferensial dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi dan motivasi ekstrinsiksecara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh rekrutmen, penempatan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Indoturbine Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini mengunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada 116 orang karyawan dan dianalisis mengunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rekrutmen, penempatan kerja, dan kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Indoturbine Jakarta Pusat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and prove the direct influence of leadership style, organizationalculture and work discipline on the performance of LLP-KUKM employees, the directinfluence on career development, and the direct influence of career development on theperformance of LLP-KUKM employees, as well as the indirect effect of style. leadership,organizational culture and work discipline on the performance of LLP-KUKM employeesthrough career development. In this study, there was evidence that leadership style and workdiscipline directly had a positive and significant effect on the performance of LLP-KUKMemployees, and had a positive and significant effect on career development, whileorganizational culture had a direct positive and significant effect on the performance ofLLP-KUKM employees but did not. effect on career development. Leadership style, and workdiscipline indirectly have a positive and significant effect on the performance of LLP-KUKMemployees through career development, while organizational culture does not indirectlyaffect the performance of LLP-KUKM employees through career development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and prove the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, motivation, job satisfaction on employee performance, and the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, motivation on job satisfaction, as well as the indirect influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and motivation on Employee performance is mediated by job satisfaction. In this study, it was proven that leadership style, organizational culture, motivation, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while leadership style, organizational culture, and motivation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. For leadership style, organizational culture, and motivation indirectly also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has the highest influence mediating motivation on employee performance, which means that if job satisfaction is increased, motivation will increase and have an impact on increasing employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of competence and certification on teacher performance mediated by teacher motivation at SMK in Manokwari Regency and to provide suggestions on how teacher performance should be evaluated. Competence (X1) and certification (X2) are independent variables. The dependent variable is teacher performance (Y) and the intervening variable is motivation (Z). The research approach used for this research is in accordance with quantitative research, namely interviews, observations, and surveys. The model was analyzed using SEM AMOS statistical software version 22. The survey-based data was collected from 100 respondents. This study found that competence directly has a positive and significant effect on motivation. Certification has a direct and significant negative effect on motivation. Certification competence, as well as each motivation, have a direct impact on teacher performance. directly has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Certification has a negative and significant effect on teacher performance through motivation.
