Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the Likuiditas, Profitabilitas and sales growthon the company's stock returns mediated by company dividends. The number of samplesused in this study were 10 samples, all of which were companies that distributeddividends during 2016 – 2020.This research is a research with a quantitative approach. Research data is secondarydata obtained from the financial statements of sample companies listed on the IDX. Theresearch data were then analyzed using the Partial Least Square analysis technique withthe help of the Smartpls program.Based on the results of the analysis in this study, the results obtained that: (1) Likuiditashas a positive effect on company dividends; (2) Profitabilitas has a positive effect oncompany dividends; (3) Sales growth has a positive effect on company dividends; (4)Likuiditas has a positive effect on the company's stock return; (5) Profitabilitas has a positive effect on the company's stock returns; (6) Sales growth has a positive effect onthe company's stock return and (7) The company's dividend has a negative effect on thecompany's stock return.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze how much influence human capital investment,  organizational climate with employee performance and its impact on SFM either partially or simultaneously. This research study was conducted on employees of PT. Kalimantan Satya Kencana (PT. CWC) in West Kalimantan. PT. KSK is a company engaged in the management of forestry. The data used is primary data, collecting by direct interviews and filled out the questionnaire to 58 employees. The analytical method used is Path Analysis (Path Analysis) and processed with SPSS 17 software.The analysis showed that the significant and simultaneous human capital investment and organizational climate direction (positive) on the performance of employees with the coefficient of determination (R ²) of 17.6%. With this method of trimming that employee performance and organizational climate significantly and simultaneously direct influence and direction (positive) on the Performance of SFM, while the human capital investment indirect effect on the SFM with the coefficient of determination (R ²) as a whole amounted to 44.28%. These findings indicate that in order to meet and improve SFM, PT. KSK need to pay attention to factors of human capital investment, organizational climate and employee performance because of these factors shown to affect the success of the acquisition of certificates of SFM.

Abstract

Motivation for Instructors at work is an incentive to move the spirit of teachers in such a way that their conduct can be oriented toward genuine attempts to attain the goals that have been established. As a result, the purpose of this study is to examine whether the leadership style, salary, and physical work environment of high school Economics instructors in Subang Regency have an impact on their work motivation. The sampling technique utilized in this study was a saturated sample technique, which meant that all members of the population were sampled, with a total of 221 teachers. Based on the findings of a multiple linear regression analysis performed with the SPSS 21 software package. This study's findings indicate a positive and statistically significant relationship between leadership style, remuneration, and physical work environment and the job motivation of high school Economics teachers in Subang Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh Kompensasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kompetensi, terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pusdatin Kementerian Pertanian melalui Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi yang diteliti sebanyak 113 responden. Hasil penelitian menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan aplikasi AMOS versi 22 menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di Pusdatin. Variabel kompensasi dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Pusdatin. Variabel gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Pusdatin. Variabel kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi sebagian pengaruh kompensasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan variabel kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi penuh pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategy to improve employee performance through the role of organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction in Human Resources Development Agency of Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia.That aims will be achieved by test and analyze the influence of organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance in Human Resources Development Agency of Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia. This research used cross sectional data that obtained from questionnaire distribution to respondents. Population that used in thisresearch is all employees of Human Resources Development Agency of Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia that consist of 334 employees. By using Slovin formula, samples that used in this research consist of 182 respondents. Sampling method that used was simple random sampling method. This research used multiple linear regression method. Results of the research showed that organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction partially has positive and significant influence on employee performance in Human Resources Development Agency of Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic ofIndonesia.

Abstract

The economic functions of this sector include providing goods and services for consumers with low to moderate purchasing power, contributing more than half of economic growth and contributing to the country's foreign exchange earnings. Socio-politically, the function of this sector is also very important, especially in the absorption of labor and efforts to eradicate poverty. In addition, small businesses are a basic need for our country that adheres to a populist system. Therefore, more attention should be paid to the business performance of SMEs, because SMEs are the largest contributor to the country's GDP. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the training program, emotional intelligence on SME business performance and competence as an intervening variable, with data analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) program through the AMOS software. The results show that training programs, emotional intelligence and competence have a positive and significant impact on SME business performance and training programs and emotional intelligence have a positive and significant impact on competence and competence to mediate the effect of training programs and emotional intelligence on SME business performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work From Home, Work Life Balance, and Work Motivation on Job Satisfaction and Its Impact on the Performance of Non-Lecturer Education Personnel and for information, input, and study materials for Non-Lecturer Education Personnel at Pertamina University Jakarta Independent Variable: Work From Home (X1), Work Life Balance (X2) and Work Motivation (X3). The dependent variable is Job Satisfaction (Y1) as an intervening variable, its impact on performance (Y2). The research approach used is secondary data processing as a result of Job Satisfaction of Non-Lecturer Education Personnel. The model was analyzed using AMOS statistical software version 22. The data processed were 23 samples from 120 participant population data with purposive sampling. This study finds that Job Satisfaction has a significant and significant effect on the Performance of Non-Lecturer Education Personnel.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, penilaian prestasi kerja, dan pengembangan karier terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Surya Progard, Jakarta Selatan. Data penelitian yang digunakan adalah data primer dalam bentuk kuesioner dari 113 responden. Dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja, penilaian prestasi kerja, dan pengembangan karier secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of leadership, organizational culture, and Communication on job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance at PT. Usaha Makalingga Mandiri, Jakarta. The research was conducted using survey methods, samples, and questionnaires as the primary data collection tool, and the subjects were 100 respondents. The method of analysis uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) for hypothesis testing. The results showed that 1) Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Communication directly positively affect Job Satisfaction. 2) Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Communication positively or indirectly affect employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. 3) Job Satisfaction partially mediates the influence of Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Communication on Employee Performance. 4) Leadership is the variable with the greatest influence on job satisfaction and employee performance. Increased job satisfaction will have an impact in the form of increased employee performance.

Abstract

The Coronavirus pandemic is a severe problem throughout 2020 for the whole world, including Indonesia. The Coronavirus pandemic question is not only about the virus, which makes the health of an individual decrease, but in several countries, including Indonesia, the existence of the coronavirus pandemic has put the health ministry's performance in the spotlight because the coronavirus pandemic is related to health. Many have speculated that the increasing coronavirus pandemic in Indonesia is due to the Ministry of Health's slow performance in preventing the Coronavirus pandemic. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive analysis approach. The questionnaire uses a closed questionnaire presented in a question or statement equipped with alternative responses/answers. This research's analysis method is the quantitative analysis method using Structural Equation Model (SEM). This study shows that training is proven to have a positive and real effect on the Ministry of Health's organizational culture, meaning that the Ministry of Health's increasing practice will improve the Ministry of Health employees' corporate culture. This influence is determined by the training held by BBPK Jakarta for employees of the Ministry of Health to form employees with an excellent organizational culture.
