Abstract

This research investigated the relationships between Work Engagement, Transformational Leadership, and Employee Performance. The analysis revealed that Work Engagement did not have a direct statistically significant impact on Employee Performance. However, Transformational Leadership was found to have a strong and significant positive effect on Employee Performance. Moreover, when considering the combined influence of Work Engagement and Transformational Leadership, a significant relationship with Employee Performance was observed. These findings suggest that organizations should prioritize the development of transformational leadership skills to enhance performance outcomes. While Work Engagement is important for employee well-being, its direct impact on performance may be limited. The study highlights the need for organizations to cultivate a work environment that promotes employee engagement and effective leadership practices. Further research is necessary to explore additional factors that may influence employee performance. These conclusions provide valuable insights for organizations aiming to improve performance and create a positive work environment.

Abstract

This study explores the interrelations among organizational culture, perceived organizational support, transformational leadership, and work engagement. Using a robust statistical framework, the research examines how these variables interplay and influence one another, thereby affecting employee performance and job satisfaction. Organizational culture was found to have a significant predictive power over perceived organizational support, but its direct influence on work engagement was less pronounced, necessitating a mediator such as perceived support. Perceived organizational support robustly mediated the relationship between organizational culture and work engagement, emphasizing the necessity for employees to feel valued and supported. Transformational leadership had a nuanced impact; it directly influenced work engagement marginally, yet did not significantly affect perceived organizational support nor work engagement indirectly through perceived organizational support. These findings suggest that transformational leadership may require additional mediating factors to effectively promote engagement. The study's indirect pathway analysis highlights that the pathway from organizational culture to work engagement through perceived organizational support is significant, confirming the mediating role of perceived support. Conversely, transformational leadership’s indirect impact on work engagement through perceived support was non-significant, indicating the potential need for other mediating variables. Conclusively, the research provides insights into the complex dynamics of workplace variables, stressing the importance of a holistic organizational approach to enhance employee engagement and performance. It also underscores the critical nature of employees' perceptions of support in translating leadership and cultural values into engagement.

Abstract

This research investigates the dynamics of Career Development, Job Satisfaction, Workload, and their impacts on Turnover Intention among employees. Through hypothesis testing and statistical analysis, significant insights into the relationships between these variables are uncovered. Firstly, Career Development is found to have a substantial positive influence on Turnover Intention, emphasizing the importance of providing avenues for career growth and advancement within organizations. Additionally, Job Satisfaction emerges as a critical factor, significantly mediating the relationship between Workload and Turnover Intention. The study also reveals a strong association between Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention, underlining the pivotal role of employee contentment in mitigating turnover rates. These findings provide valuable guidance for organizations seeking to optimize their human resources management strategies, emphasizing the importance of fostering career development opportunities and prioritizing employee satisfaction to enhance overall retention efforts.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia meruapakan aset berharga bagi setiap perusahaan, berbagai macam upaya terus diterapkan dan dikembangkan guna meningkatkan produktivitas sumber daya manusianya itu sendiri. Keberhasilan sebuah perusahaan didukung oleh sumber daya manusianya, semakin baik kualitas sumber daya manusianya maka semakin tinggi juga tingkat keberhasilan sebuah perusahaan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji, mengkaji dan memperoleh hasil bagaimana pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik, motivasi ekstrinsik dan kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT. NT Indonesia Cikarang Timur.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap lingkungan kerja fisik dengan produktivitas karyawan PT. NT Indonesia Cikarang Timur. (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel motivasi ekstrinsik dengan produktivitas karyawan PT. NT Indonesia Cikarang Timur. Abstract

Sumber daya manusia (pemimpin dan pegawai) merupakan kebutuhan utama untuk dapat menjalankan segala kegiatan yang ada diberbagai bidang organisasi dalam suatu instansi untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Dalam melaksanakan fungsi kepemimpinannya karena gaya kepemmpinan yang diterapkan pemimpin yang dapat diterima oleh bawahan akan mendorong pegawai untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya. Kedisplinan pegawai yang tinggi akan mendorong terciptanya kinerja pegawai yang maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja pada kantor Kecamatan Cikarang Selatan. Penelitian ini telah menguji adanya dua variabel independen yaitu gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja yang dapat mempengaruhi variabel dependen yaitu kinerja pegawai. Sampel pada penelitian ini diambil sebanyak 38 responden dan teknik yang digunakan Non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan Accidental Sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh pelanggan. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Analisis ini meliputi Uji Validitas, Uji Reabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda,Uji Hipotesis melalui Uji t(persial) dan Uji F(simultan).

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja karyawan merupakan keadaan emosional karyawan yang merasa nyaman atau tidak nyaman dengan pekerjaannya. Karyawan yang sangat puas akan pekerjaannya menunjukkan sikap yang positif terhadap pekerjaannya. Karyawan pun akan menikmati pekerjaannya dan melakukan pekerjaannya dengan sepenuh hati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji, mengkaji dan memperoleh hasil bagaimana pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada UD. Rafana Bukit Singamerta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: Terdapat pengaruh negatif antara Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan UD. Rafana Bukit Singamerta. Abstract

Entering the era of globalization, the business competition that occurs between companies is getting tougher. The higher the competition and the less economic opportunities and the success rate of a company. So that companies must be able to build and increase the productivity of their employees, the existence of quality human resources in the company plays a role. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of authoritarian leadership style and work environment on the performance of employees of the Component Factory Dry Battrey Division at PT Sukinem Makmur Abadi. The research method used is quantitative research in the form of surveys. The research sample was 100 employees of the Component Factory Dry Battrey Division at PT Sukinem Makmur Abadi. The data collection method uses questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression tests, partial hypothesis tests using t tests, and simultaneous hypothesis tests using F tests>. (2) There is a significant influence of the work environment on employee performance obtained thitung = 6,840 > ttabel = 1.66, so that H2 is accepted. (3) There is a significant influence of authoritarian leadership style and work environment simultaneously on employee performance, with a regression line equation of Yˆ = 5.155 + 0.373.X1 + 0.449.X2 with the value Fhitung = 35.882 > Ftabel = 4.89, so that H3 is accepted. The conclusion of this study is that the variables of authoritarian leadership style and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study uses quantitative methods to examine the effect of work-life balance and work environment on job satisfaction, with employee engagement as an intervening variable among mall employees in West Jakarta. Using the SmartPLS program version 4.0, this study tested the validity, reliability, and causal relationships between variables. The results showed that work-life balance and work environment significantly influence job satisfaction, with employee engagement as a mediating variable. Good work-life balance, low work pressure, job stability, and a comfortable and supportive work environment increase job satisfaction. High employee engagement also contributes positively to job satisfaction, although it weakens the effect of work-life balance. This study concludes that mall management needs to maintain a work-life balance, a good work environment, and enhance employee engagement to achieve optimal job satisfaction. Additionally, survey data indicate that job satisfaction among employees is still relatively low, due to suboptimal work-life balance, work environment, and employee engagement. Improving job satisfaction depends not only on employees but also on various factors within the company. This study provides additional insights into employee engagement as an intervening variable in the impact of work-life balance and work environment on job satisfaction. Keywords: Work-Life Balance, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, Employee Engagement

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh semakin ketatnya persaingan yang terjadi di dunia usaha tanpa terkecuali usaha transportasi online, sehingga perusahaan harus berlomba-lomba dalam meningkatkan kualitas didalam perusahaan agar dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan lainnya. Sumber daya manusia merupakan aspek yang penting dan paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan, sehingga perusahaan harus mengelola dengan baik agar tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai. Adapun yang menjadi masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah “Apakah fleksibilitas kerja, kompensasi dan iklim kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja driver GrabBike di Cikarang Utara Kabupaten Bekasi?”, Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh masing-masing variabel fleksibilitas kerja, kompensasi dan iklim kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini data yang dikumpulkan melalui metode kuesioner tehadap 100 responden. Sampel yang digunakan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 25. hasil uji t pada penelitian ini yaitu variabel fleksibilitas kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, variabel kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, variabel iklim kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil penelitian uji f menunjukkan bahwa hasil fleksibilitas kerja, kompensasi dan iklim kerja secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja driver GrabBike di Cikarang Utara Kabupaten Bekasi
