Abstract

Human resource management consists of a series of actions to train, assess, compensate employees, manage work relations and employee health and safety, and how the company can survive over the long term. A company cannot operate without employees. Apart from recruiting employees, companies must also consistently try to improve employee abilities through training and development activities, organizing work methods, providing appropriate compensation, and creating a good work environment. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of financial compensation and the physical work environment on employee turnover intention through job satisfaction as a mediating variable for employees at RS.Bhakti Husada Bekasi. This research used quantitative methods with a sample size of 67 respondents with a population of 203 employees at Bhakti Husada Bekasi Hospital. This research processes data using SmartPLS 3.0 software and collects data via Google from. The results of this research show that financial compensation has a significant effect on employee turnover intention, the physical work environment has no significant effect on employee turnover intention, job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee turnover intention, financial compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, financial compensation has no significant effect on satisfaction. work which is mediated by employee turnover intention and cannot influence the physical work environment, nor can it have a significant effect on job satisfaction which is mediated by employee turnover intention.

Abstract

The decline in employee productivity of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk Cibitung in 2023 is allegedly influenced by job description factors and employee work discipline. This study aims to analyze the effect of job description and work discipline on employee work productivity with work motivation as a mediating variable. The type of research used is explanatory with a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires on 90 employees as samples with saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis was performed using SmartPLS 3.3.9 statistical methods. The results showed that job description, work discipline, and work motivation had a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity. Job description and work discipline also have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, which then acts as a mediator between the two variables with work productivity. The company needs to pay attention to job descriptions and maintain employee discipline to increase work productivity. For future research, it is recommended to combine other factors that can affect work productivity directly or indirectly, as well as conduct longitudinal research to observe changes in phenomena over time.

Abstract

This study aims to determine The Effect of Non-Physical Work Environment and Workload on Job Satisfaction Mediated by Reward at PT Module Intracs Yasatama Cikarang. Respondents of this study were 90 respondents and this study used a quantitative approach with the SmartPLS 3.0 data processing application. The results of this study found that 1. Non-Physical Work Environment has no effect on Job Satisfaction, 2. Workload has no effect on Job Satisfaction, 3. Reward affects Job Satisfaction, 4. Non-Physical Work Environment has no effect on Reward, 5. Workload affects Reward, 6. Reward as a mediating variable has a role in strengthening the effect of Non-Physical Work Environment on Job Satisfaction although it cannot be said to have a significant effect, 7. Reward as a mediating variable has a role in strengthening the effect of Workload on Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of supervisory characteristics and organizational culture on employee work productivity via organizational commitment as a mediator. This study utilized SEM because SEM may simultaneously quantify components and impacts between variables in an entire model. Utilizing the Quota Sampling method, 276 employees are sampled. Path analysis using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEMPLS) approach and the SmartPLS 3.3.3 software is used to analyze the data. The findings of this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of supervision variables on the Work Productivity of Kimshafi Alung Cipta Ltd; (2) there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture variables on the Work Productivity of Kimshafi Alung Cipta Ltd; (3) there is a positive and significant influence of organizational commitment variables on the Work Productivity of Kimshafi Alung Cipta Ltd; and (4) there is a positive and significant

Abstract

Kesadaran tentang pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga di Indonesia menjadi salah satu persoalan mendesak dan memerlukan perhatian lebih. Khususnya di daerah padat penduduk, sampah rumah tangga perlu dikelola lebih bijaksana untuk meminimalisir pencemaran lingkungan yang sebagian besar berasal dari sampah rumah tangga. Edukasi tentang pengelolaan sampah anorganik rumah tangga dilakukan di Desa Jayamukti, Cikarang Pusat, yang merupakan daerah padat penduduk. Pengabdian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang pengelolaan sampah anorganik rumah tangga melalui pembuatan ecobrick, produk ramah lingkungan yang dapat mengurangi dampak negatif sampah plastik. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini meliputi sosialisasi mengenai dampak sampah anorganik, simulasi sederhana pembuatan ecobrick, dan sesi saran dan tanggapan terhadap edukasi yang telah disampaikan. Terdapat hal-hal positif yang dicatat dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini, antara lain peningkatan kesadaran lingkungan warga terkait pengolahan sampah menjadi produk ekonomis dan ketrampilan baru untuk warga RW 007 di Desa Jayamukti Kecamatan Cikarang Pusat.

Abstract

The main objective of this study was to find performance determinants of the employees of UD. This research data is sourced from the dissemination of questionnaires conducted by as many as 98 employees of trade businesses spread across ten districts and cities of Province Central Java. Following data collection, smart partial least square (PLS) software is used to evaluate the data. The analysis is started by putting the outer model to the test to see how the indicator and the variables it represents relate to one another. The study concluded that the power distance had no impact on employee performance and that situational leadership style has both direct and indirect effects on employee engagement, but the energy space can be increased by implementing employee engagement. Employee engagement positively influences employee performance as a mediation between situational leadership styles and power distances.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) play a crucial role in achieving organizational goals. Employee engagement is expected to enhance performance by deepening the understanding and implementation of job functions. Both qualitative and quantitative employee performance are essential for a company's success, as they directly impact outcomes. At CV Mega Mendung Stell, declining employee performance has negatively affected profitability. Strong employee motivation is critical for maintaining a competitive edge, as engaged employees typically exhibit higher performance levels and stronger attachment to their work and company. Research shows that power distance within an organization—measuring the extent to which power differences are accepted and communicated—has a significant impact on employee performance. High power distance can lower motivation, while low power distance can place excessive pressure on employees. Effective work engagement can manage this balance, fostering an environment that promotes engagement and efficient decision-making, thereby improving overall organizational effectiveness. This study aims to explore the impact of employee engagement on performance at CV Mega Mendung Stell, providing insights to improve HR management and organizational performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan determinan keterlibatan kerja karyawan bisnis perdagangan di Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini membatasi determinan pada gaya kepemimpinan (transaksional, situasional, dan transformasional) dan jarak kekuasaan (tinggi dan rendah). Usia karyawan dikendalikan untuk menjaga kredibilitas hasil. Penelitian ini bersifat komparatif-kuantitatif dengan membandingkan 6 kelompok karyawan dalam matriks 3x2 dari kombinasi gaya kepemimpinan dan jarak kekuasaan, serta usia sebagai kovarian. Data diperoleh dari 249 karyawan di 35 kota di Jawa Tengah dan dianalisis menggunakan anacova setelah perhitungan statistik deskriptif dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan jarak kekuasaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keterlibatan kerja setelah pengendalian usia. Keterlibatan kerja berbeda secara signifikan pada: (1) Jarak kekuasaan rendah dan tinggi dalam gaya kepemimpinan transaksional; (2) Jarak kekuasaan rendah dan tinggi dalam gaya kepemimpinan situasional; (3) Gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dan situasional dalam jarak kekuasaan rendah; (4) Gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dan transformasional dalam jarak kekuasaan rendah; dan (5) Gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dan transformasional dalam jarak kekuasaan rendah

Abstract

Digital marketing is very helpful for business people in interacting with consumers directly to producers, to meet the company's operational needs, the ease obtained from digital marketing is expected to develop the agribusiness industry located in Karang Rahayu Village of South Cikarang District of Bekasi Regency. Limited land in the middle of the city becomes a obstaclesto develop hydroponic cultivation. The lack of understanding of the people of Karang Rahayu Village regarding the opportunities of the agribusiness industry and hydroponic cultivation is the main problem that must be resolved immediately. The lack of ability to market will also have an impact on business prospects so that it is necessary to conduct Training on the Application of Digital Marketing as a Medium of Agribusiness Sales with Hydroponic Techniques in Karang Rahayu Village, Bekasi Regency. In community service in Karang Rahayu Village, South Cikarang Subdistrict, there are 4 methods used including observation methods, interview methods and training methods. The results achieved by Training in The Implementation of Digital Marketing as a Medium of Agribusiness Sales with Hydroponic Techniques in Karang Rahayu Village of Bekasi Regency from PKK Mothers earn additional income thanks to hydroponic cultivation and reach broad segmentation to exit the island by utilizing digital marketing.

Abstract

This study examines the direct effect of skill practices and training on employees' performance and the indirect effect of skill practices and training on employees' performance through self-confidence. This study was conducted at PT. Mulia Glass Float Division, Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java. This study is a quantitative study that collected data using a survey technique through a questionnaire. The data was then processed using PLS 3.3.3 software. The study population was 151 employees. Based on purposive sampling, the entire population was used as a sample. The results showed that self-confidence had a positive effect on employees' performance, skill practices had a positive impact on self-confidence, skill practices had a positive effect on employees' performance, training had a positive impact on self-confidence, and training had no effect on employees' performance, skill practices had a positive effect on employees' performance through self-confidence mediation, and training had a positive effect on employees' performance through self-confidence mediation. The expertise possessed by employees and the training provided could increase the employees' confidence that they could conduct their duties and responsibilities properly. Consecutively, it affected increasing employees' performance. This study is expected to be a reference for company management to conduct training to improve employees' skill practices continuously. It is also expected to increase employees' self-confidence and have an impact on improving employees' performance.
