Abstract

Abstract:  The quality of learning is not only related to teacher competence, but also a unity of elements in the school that synergizes with each other. As with the problems in Sambelia Elementary School, the quality of learning quality becomes a common concern to find a solution. One of the crucial parts that need to be addressed is clinical supervision. On that basis, this study aims to create a supervision model that can increase the synergy between elements in schools. The research methodology used is in the form of a development model which is an adaptation of the Borg and Gall models into three stages, namely: (1) preliminary research; (2) development implementation; and (3) implementation. The result of this research is a product in the form of a Quality-Based Clinical Supervision Guidebook for Fulfilling Process Standards. Field trials were conducted at 3 schools in Sambelia District, namely: SDN 2 Sambelia, 88.80 SDN 1 Belanting 91.43 and SDN 2 Obel-Obel. The trial result was 94.29 so that the product was effectively used in conducting clinical supervision. Furthermore, at the implementation stage, the product was socialized to 19 school principals, 19 teacher representatives and 2 supervisors in Sambelia District through the Discussion Group Forum (FGD) activity resulting from the Discussion Group Forum (FGD) given a recommendation that the product was a clinical supervision guidebook. quality-based compliance in process standards can be used and utilized by supervisors and school principals to serve as guidelines in clinical supervision

Some were active in the Karang Taruna of eleven people studying entrepreneurship under the sub-topic of products and markets. When processing data, three instruments were used; in-depth interviews, observation-participant, and document reviews. Findings show a positive relationship between the ability of trainers to design lesson planning and the performance of teaching trainers in the classroom. Successful indicators refer to the trainer's understanding of the constituent components of lesson planning and learners' opinions from open interviews after the learning. In addition, the better trainers' understanding of designing the lesson planning, the better implication toward learning output must be.
