Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in MSME income in Batu in terms of the development of the production of souvenirs. The method used in this study is qualitative with descriptive analysis. The subjects of this study were informants who provided research data through interviews. The informant in this study is the owner of MSME business outlets namely UD. Andhini in Batu City. The analysis used is descriptive analysis. The results showed the development of the production of souvenirs typical of the city of Batu include fruit chips, apple jenang, apple dodol, potato chips, fruit juice drinks, and fruits experienced very rapid development. Some factors that drive the development of production are the characteristics of the product itself, increased purchasing power, the availability of resources with the required expertise, promising market share because as a tourism city, high return on investment and internal factors such as motivation, open personality and lifestyle changes. The development process has a direct impact on increasing the income of MSMEs in Batu. The increasing income of the people is sourced from the development of agriculture which is used as a fruit picking tourism area, home industry, and trade.

Abstract

The  purpose  of  this  study  was  to  determine  the  effect  of  the  interest  in entrepreneurship learning  and  entrepreneurship motivation  of students in SMK 1 Selong  learning  year  2016.  The  research  method  used  is  quantitative  method, while  the  data  collection  techniques  used  in  this  study  was  a  questionnaire, documentation, and observation. Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistical analysis and tested with normality and homogeneity. To test the hypothesis using a  simple  linearity  regression.  The  results  of  the  study  on  the  first  hypothesis  is There  was  a  significant  effect  on  the  interest  in  entrepreneurship  entrepreneurial learning  SMK  1  Selong  namely  T_hitung  =  6,059  with  significant  value  0.000 0.05,  then  H_0  H_a  rejected  and  accepted.  Great  relationship  or  influence  the interpretation of (R) 0.587 with determination R ^ 2 0.344 or 34.4%. The second hypothesis is There was a significant effect on the motivation of entrepreneurship entrepreneurial  learning  SMK  1  Selong  namely  T_hitung  =  9.080  with  0.000 significance value 0.05, then H_0 H_a rejected and accepted. Great relationship or  influence  the  interpretation  of  (R)  0.735  with  determination  R  ^  2  0.451  or 45.1%.  The  third  hypothesis  is  There  was  a  significant  effect  on  the  interest  in entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurship motivation SMKN 1 Selong namely T_hitung = 8.488 with 0.000 significance value 0.05, then H_0 H_a rejected and accepted.  Great  relationship  or  influence  the  interpretation  of  (R)  0.712  with determination  R  ^  2  0.507  or  50.7%.  It  can  be  said  that  entrepreneurial  learning has an important role in increasing interest and motivation entrepreneurship class XII students in SMK 1 Selong learning year in 2016.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the steps of development of integrated economic teaching materials of the holy verses of al-qur'an and al-hadist to know the result of development of integrated economic learning materials of the holy verses of al-qur'an and al-hadist on class students X at MA Darussholihin NW Kalijaga. This research is a development research by adopting Borg Gall development model, to 7 that is, requirement analysis, planning, early product format development, initial product validation, product revision, field trial, revision of final product of research subject is class X MA Darussholihin NW Kalijaga as many as 30 students. Data collected in this research is qualitative and quantitative data of data collection instrument include questionnaire of student response of technical analysis of data used in this research is static formula for validation of teaching materials. Based on validation results from material experts and high quality linguists with the number of expert material values 53 linguists 37 average score of 90% with a high or valid height. Student's response to teaching materials is very high with average percentage of 85.15% overall components in the range of 82% - 100% with very responding category.

Abstract

The research was aimed at knowing the comparison consumer assessment on NTB Syariah Bank services, BRI Syariah Bank, and Sayariah Mandiri Bank. The research method used in this research was questionnaire, while data analysis used in this research was One Way Analysis of Variance. The totality of the research result shown that Fhitung = 1.352, Ftabel = 3.026. The totality result of variance analysis  shown that there was any significant difference  of consumer assessement between the quality survices among the three Syariah Banks (NTB Syariah, BRI Syariah, and Syariah Mandiri). In other words, there was a significant difference of quality services among of those three syariah Banks. Based on the amount of the mean score showed that NTB Syariah Bank = 3.59, BRI Syariah = 3.32, and Syariah Mandiri Bank = 3.27. It meant that totallity of the consumers based disposed to choose NTB syariah Bank based on the quality considaration. Based on the above testing analysis, that there was a significant difference of consumers assessement which choose NTB Syariah Bank compared with BRI Syariah and Syariah Mandiri.

Abstract

Semantic web is a technology that allows us to build a knowledge base or ontology for the information of the web page can be understood by computers. One software for building ontology-based semantic web is a protégé. Protege allows developers to develop an ontology with an expression of logic description. Protégé provides a plugin such as DL-Query and SPARQL-Query to display information that involve expression of class, property and individual in the ontology. The problem that then arises is DL-plugin Query only able to process the rules that involve expression of class to any object property, despite being equipped with the function of reasoning. while the SPARQL-Query plugin does not have reasoning abilities such as DL-Query plugin although the SPARQL-Query plugin can query memperoses rules involving class, property and individual. This research resulted in a new plugin using SPARQL-DL with input natural language as a protégé not provide a plugin with input natural language to see results from the combined expression-expression contained in the ontology that allows developers to view information ontology language that is easier to understand without having think of SPARQL query structure is complicated.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the background of the tradition of drawing sasak sade tradition, gender roles and the reasons and efforts made by the Sasak Sade tribe community with the tradition of eloping or attracting Sade sas tribes in preserving it. The research method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative research method. The results of the study found that. Elopement or eloping in the background of the tradition of eloping or eloping in the village of Sasak Sade is the Customary Law of Sasak Sade, the legend of the princess Mandalika (princess nyale), to respect women. The tendencies in society and family to distinguish between gender roles include the positioning of the different roles of boys and girls, both in status, inherent roles, or in the real rights. Efforts to maintain the tradition of drawing or eloping in the village of Sade, the community holds a meeting once a month and the family also plays an important role in providing an understanding of the meaning contained in the tradition of eloping. As well as the reasons for maintaining draw or eloping can cause a sense of togetherness among all-female families. As a sense of respect for the dignity and dignity of a large family of women, as well as maintaining and respecting the customs and culture of ancestors

Abstract

menggunakan aplikasi Kahoot dan efektivitas terhadap penggunaan instrumen evaluasi menggunakan aplikasi Kahoot. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pengembangan dengan model desain penelitian menggunakan ADDIE yaitu analysis (analisis), design (perancangan), development (pengembangan), implementation (implementasi), dan evaluation (evaluasi). Hasil validasi dari ahli materi mendapatkan persentase akhir sebesar 83% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Hasil validasi dari ahli media mendapatkan pesentase akhir sebesar 86% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Pada penilaian peserta didik memperoleh persentase akhir sebesar 82% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Pada hasil tes peserta didik mendapatkan rata-rata 80%. Validitas dari hasil uji coba diperolah 14 soal yang valid dan 16 soal tidak valid, reliabilitas yang diperoleh pada soal pilihan ganda sebesar 0,77 dengan kategori reliabilitas tinggi dan pada 5 soal true or false memperoleh 0,28 dengan kategori reliabilitas rendah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of online learning motivation on student achievement at SMK Negeri 2 Selong during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses quantitative methods. Research data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The research sample was 53 students of SMKN 2 Selong using purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression model. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis with an online coefficient value of 0.778 indicating a positive influence and a learning motivation regression coefficient value of 0.078 indicating a positive influence. While the results of the partial analysis show that the online significance value on learning achievement is 0.00 < 0.05 and the t-count value is 6.930>2.00, the significance value of learning motivation on learning achievement is 0.00 < 0.05 and the t-count value is 3.977 > 2.00, partially showing that there is a significant effect. So the results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between online and learning motivation partially on student achievement.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh daring motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMK Negeri 2 Selong selama pandemi Covid19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa SMKN 2 Selong 53 orang siswa dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah model regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda dengan nilai koefisien daring sebesar 0.778 menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan nilai koefisien regresi motivasi belajar sebesar 0.078 menunjukkan pengaruh positif. Sedangkan hasil analisis parsial menunjukkan nilai signifikansi daring terhadap prestasi belajar sebesar 0.00 < 0.05 dan nilai t hitung sebesar 6.930 > 2.00, nilai signifikansi motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar sebesar 0.00 < 0.05 dan nilai t hitung sebesar 3.977 > 2.00menunjukkan secara parsial terdapat pengaruh signifikan. Maka hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara daring dan motivasi belajar secara parsial terhadap prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Termination of employment within the company often creates problems, especially layoffs for efficiency reasons such as granting workers' rights as compensation for layoffs. Employers often give workers rights that are less suitable and often workers / laborers are asking for their rights beyond the provisions set forth in legislation.The method used in writing this skiripsi is to make a sociological approach that is by doing research in the field. Termination of Employment that occurred caused by many factors ranging from laborers, employers, law or by the court. Termination of Employment because efficiency is categorized as layoff by company / entrepreneur. Procedures and procedures for the settlement of termination of employment are regulated in Law Number 2 Year 2004, but the procedures for termination of employment due to efficiency are not specifically regulated in this law.Based on research results, it is concluded that Termination of Employment conducted by PT. Indah Kiat is not in accordance with the mechanism of Termination of Employment which is in the rules of the company itself and not in accordance with the provisions of articles 151 and 161 of Act number 13 of 2003 on Manpower. Efforts made in the settlement of termination of this employment is to make decisions properly and correctly. Termination of Employment can not be made without the approval of the industrial relations settlement court and without the consent of both parties.Keywords: Termination of Separate Working Relations - worker - PT. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui p efektivitas model pembelajaran tw o stay tw o stray dan jigsaw  dilihat dari keaktifan dan hasil belajar sisw a mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA. Penelitian ini adalah jenis Eksperimen. Pada penelitian ini  peneliti  ingin  membandingkan  dua  model  pembelajaran,  dengan penelitian studi perbandingan (komparasi). Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh skor rata-rata keaktifan  sisw a  untuk  kelas  eksperimen  I  pada  Pretest  sebesar  71,93  dengan kategori aktif dan skor rata-rata pada Posttes sebesar 88,93 dengan kategori sangat aktif sedangkan untuk kelas eksperimen II skor rata-rata pada Pretes sebesar 74,6 dengan  kategori  aktif  dan skor  rata-rata  Posttes sebesar  90,66  dengan  kategori sangat aktif. Sedangkan untuk skor rata-rata hasil belajar sisw a pada pretest adalah46,20, dan untuk posttest diperoleh skor terendah 39 dan skor tertinggi 79 dengan jumlah skor keseluruhan sisw a ∑fx = 1626 dan banyak sisw a N= 24, sehingga skor  rata-rata  hasil belajar  sisw a pada  posttest sebesar 67,75. skor rata-rata hasil belajar sisw a pada posttest sebesar 68,29, jika skor rata-rata tersebut dikonsultasikan berdasarkan pengkategorian yang ada pada lampiran 28 maka hasil belajar sisw a pada pretest dikategorikan sedang, dan untuk posttest dikategorikan tinggi.  AbstractThe purpose of this study is to effectiveness of the learning model tw o stay tw o stray and jigsaw view s on the activity and student learning outcomes on economic subjects in SMA. This research is a kind of experiment. In this study, researchers w anted  to  compare  tw o  models  of  learning,  to  research comparative  studies (comparative).  The results obtained  an average score of student activity for the experimental class I on pretest at 71.93 w ith the active category and the average score on Posttes at 88.93 w ith a very active catego ry w hile for the experimentalclass II the average score on the pretest of 74.6 w ith the active category and the average score of 90.66 Posttes categorized as very active. As for the average score of  student  learning  outcomes  in  the  pretest  w as 46.20,  and  for  the posttest obtained  the low est score and 39 the highest score overall score of 79 w ith the number of students Σfx = 1626 and many students N = 24, so that the average score of learning outcomes students on the posttest at 67.75. the average score on the posttest student  learning  outcomes  at 68.29,  if the average  score of those consulted  by the categorization  contained  in Appendix 28, the student learning outcomes at pretest categorized as moderate, and high-categorized to posttest.Keywords: tw o stay tw o stray, jigsaw , liveliness, the result of study
