Abstract

Abstract

Pendekatan sistem dalam kepemimpinan melibatkan pemahaman organisasi sebagai suatu sistem yang kompleks, yang terdiri dari berbagai elemen dan komponen yang saling terkait. Konsep ini menekankan bahwa pemimpin harus memahami bagaimana berbagai aspek organisasi, seperti struktur, budaya, proses, dan sumber daya manusia, saling memengaruhi. Seorang pemimpin yang menganut pendekatan sistem akan melihat organisasi sebagai satu kesatuan yang utuh, daripada sebagai sekumpulan elemen terpisah. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan (library research). Dalam memperoleh data penelitian, peneliti mengumpulkan, menganalisis, mengorganisasi, sumber dari artikel, buku, penelitian terdahulu tentang pendekatan sistem dalam kepemimpinan, Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan teori-teori yang berupaya memasukkan temuan empiris ke dalam model yang berguna dan bermakna bagi kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan. Dan peneliti selalu berusaha mengintegrasikan, mengatur, dan menganalisis temuannya secara sistematis, serta menyediakan data yang akurat dan dapat diverifikasi tentang hubungan yang ada antar peristiwa, serta menyajikan apa yang diketahui dalam sistem kepemimpinan.

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of Human Resources Management (HRDM) in Islamic Religious Education Madrasahs in Medan, North Sumatra. The aim is to analyze HRM practices, identify challenges, and formulate optimization strategies in the context of Islamic education. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data was collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation and document analysis. This research reveals that madrasas have implemented several good HRM practices, such as HR planning based on needs analysis and professional development programs. However, significant challenges were found such as budget limitations, lack of HR experts, and resistance to change. Based on these findings, the research proposes optimization strategies, including increasing budget allocation for human resource development, collaboration with universities, and implementing a more comprehensive performance management system. Research concludes that HRM has a vital role in improving the quality of education in madrasas. Even though there are challenges, with the right strategy, HRM can be optimized to support the achievement of Islamic education goals. The contribution of this research is significant to the Islamic education management literature, especially HRM in madrasas. Further research is needed to examine the effectiveness of HRM strategies in a broader context and their impact on student achievement and the overall quality of education.

Abstract

Keberadaaan madrasah yang cukup lama telah berhasil merebut perhatian kalangan profesional untuk melakukan berbagai penelitian, inovasi dan kreasi terbaru. Hal ini dilakukan agar eksistensi madrasah semakin baik ditengah-tengah sistem pendidikan di Indonesia. Keberadaan layanan bimbingan dan konseling menjadi salah satu poin penting yang harus diberikan ruang agar sumbangsihnya semakin baik. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini mengetahui pengembangan kemampuan magister MPI konsentrasi BK saat menjadi konsultan di madrasah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada program Magister MPI konsentrasi BK di FITK UINSU Medan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini melibatkan dosen, mahasiswa dan tenaga kependidikan di lingkungan program Magister MPI konsentrasi BK. Instrumen pengumpulan data penelitian dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan reduksi, display dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan cara triangulasi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa: 1) kondisi kemampuan magister MPI konsentrasi BK saat menjadi konsultan di madrasah berada pada kategori baik. Selanjutnya diprediksi sanggup menjalankan fungsi dan perannya sebagai konsultan di madrasah. 2) pengembangan kemampuan magister MPI konsentrasi BK diarahkan kepada pengembangan kemampuan profesional dan kepribadian. Perpaduan teknologi dan konseling, pemanfaatan laboratorium, pembentukan forum diskusi, internalisasi ilmu keislaman dalam konseling dan pendirian program magister BK/BKPI. 3) faktor yang menghambat pengembangan kemampuan magister MPI konsentrasi BK saat menjadi konsultan di madrasah adalah ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana, perhatian yang kurang penuh.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the improvement of sustainable quality and quality standards at the Madrasah Aliyah in Langkat. The study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The subjects of this study are the school principal, teachers, and students of Madrasah Aliyah in Langkat. The results show that the improvement of sustainable quality and quality standards at the Madrasah Aliyah in Langkat is achieved by planning innovative and distinctive programs to enhance the quality of the educational process and the quality of graduates, such as grouping language classes, Olympiad classes, research classes, acceleration classes, improving infrastructure quality, creating a conducive environment, developing extracurricular religious curriculum, trilingual speeches, arts and culture, and sports activities, all of which aim to improve the quality of graduates as the output of the education process carried out at the Madrasah.

Abstract

The rapid flow of modernization brings great challenges to the world of education, especially in terms of moral decline and character crises among students. Spiritual and social values ??are starting to be displaced by environmental influences less supportive of moral formation. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the implementation of the Yasinan organizational culture in forming the Islamic character of students at MTs Al-Ittihadiyah Mamiyai Medan. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. There were two informants in this study: the principal and teachers at MTs Al-Ittihadiyah Mamiyai Medan. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques through the stages of Miles and Huberman: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification.  The study results indicate that the Islamic organizational culture in the form of Yasinan activities at MTs Al Ittihadiyah Mamiyai Medan has succeeded in forming the religious character of students through structured and sustainable spiritual habits. This activity is not only a routine of worship but also plays a role as a value system that instills discipline and responsibility and strengthens awareness of the importance of worship as part of everyday life. This culture reflects the application of Islamic values ??in educational organizations, which align with the teachings of the Qur'an and Hadith. It can create positive behavioral norms rooted in the shared beliefs of all members of the madrasah

Abstract

SMP 35 Medan is a formal, non-formal and informal educational institution established by public and private parties. Its purpose is to teach, manage and educate educators or teachers. In teaching and learning activities, the school's goal is to educate students under the supervision of teachers. School quality is highly dependent on the learning process, which can be supported through the provision of facilities by schools, both in physical form (facilities and infrastructure) and the competence of teaching staff. This study aims to determine the effect of principal leadership on teacher performance satisfaction at SMP 35 Medan. This research covers the principal's strategy as a leader, principal leadership, teacher performance satisfaction, as well as views on gender strategy in principal leadership on teacher performance satisfaction. This research uses qualitative methods with interview techniques, observation, and documentation studies as well as observing every activity of the principal. The results showed that planning is done with several stages and considerations. The performance of principals and teachers can be seen from the way they guide education in schools.

Abstract

Administrasi pendidikan adalah penerapan ilmu administrasi dalam kegiatan pembinaan, pengembangan, dan pengendalian usaha-usaha pendidikan yang diselenggarakan dalam bentuk kerjasama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap aspek-aspek yang relevan dalam konteks YPI Bidayatul Hidayah dua. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses belajar mengajar di YPI Bidayatul Hidayah dua telah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Namun, terdapat kekurangan personil proporsional untuk sekolah dan kecenderungan aktivitas administrasi pendidikan diambil alih oleh kepala sekolah. Oleh karena itu, perbaikan kurikulum dan pengelolaan administrasi pendidikan yang baik diperlukan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan.Dalam pelaksanaan administrasi pendidikan, terdapat beberapa fungsi yang perlu diperhatikan. Fungsi pengarahan melibatkan penjelasan. Fungsi penggerakan  melibatkan kemampuan manajer untuk menggerakkan tenaga pendidik, kependidikan. Fungsi pengorganisasian melibatkan pembagian tugas-tugas pada orang yang. Fungsi pendanaan atau anggaran melibatkan pengalokasian sumber daya. Fungsi pengawasan melibatkan pemantauan dan evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan tugas dan kegiatan dalam organisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a comprehensive description of the administration of character education for students at SDN 25 Talang. This study employs a case study research design with a qualitative methodology. The data collection procedures employed include interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings of this study demonstrate that the management functions executed at SDN 25 Talang encompass (1) strategic planning for character education, which involves identifying the character values to be cultivated in the school, equipping educators and education staff, reviewing pertinent documents pertaining to the reinforcement of character education, and disseminating policies to all educational institutions, parents of students, and relevant communities. (2) The implementation of character education involves integrating pre-determined character education content into all topics, as well as incorporating it into programmed or planned activities. Implementing character education through daily activities at school, focusing on habituation and leading by example, while fostering communication and collaboration between schools and parents of kids. (3) Character education is evaluated by program evaluation, process evaluation, and evaluation of results.

Abstract

This research aims to find out: analyze whether there is an influence of career guidance on the career stability of Class XII students at Private Vocational School I Bandung. This type of research is quantitative quasi-experiment (quasi-experiment) with pre-test and post-test one group design. The subjects of this research were 32 students in class XII of Private Vocational School I Bandung. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The data for this research was taken using a self-confidence questionnaire with 30 valid and realistic questions, then the data was analyzed using the SPSS test. Pre-test data to overcome feelings of lack of self-confidence obtained an average score of 2.045. Meanwhile, post test data on self-confidence obtained an average score of 3.875. This means that the average score of students after receiving group guidance services for career stability is higher than before receiving career guidance services for stability. From data analysis it is obtained that Fcount = 15 with a = 0.05 while Ftable = 4. From these data it can be seen that Fcount > Ftable where 15>4. This means that the hypothesis is accepted. The influence of career guidance on student career stability by contributing 33.4% to increasing the career stability of Class XII students at Private Vocational School I Bandung. This shows that there is an influence given or the hypothesis can be accepted.
