Abstract

This study aims to explore the optimization of input and output tax recapitulation through electronic invoices to improve the efficiency of Value Added Tax (VAT) reporting at PT X. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach to analyze the effectiveness of the company’s tax recapitulation process. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with tax consultants and direct observation of the VAT reporting process at PT X, a building materials distribution company in Sidoarjo that collaborates with Enny Consulting Tax Firm. The results show that the implementation of electronic invoices enhances the efficiency of VAT reporting, although the achieved efficiency level is still limited to around 50% due to issues such as human error, limited human resources, and data discrepancies. The findings highlight the importance of staff training, synergy between accounting and taxation functions, and the use of software such as Accurate and Excel to improve reporting accuracy. The novelty of this study lies in its in-depth analysis of the tax recapitulation process at PT X and the specific strategies proposed for optimization. Future studies are recommended to involve more companies across various industries and stakeholders, including tax office officials and e-invoice system developers, to obtain a more comprehensive perspective on the challenges and solutions in optimizing VAT reporting.

Abstract

The Nuclear Medicine Building is a strategic healthcare facility that utilizes open radiation sources for diagnosis and treatment. Due to its high structural complexity and radiological risks, this study aims to analyze the construction management implementation of the Nuclear Medicine Building project at Dr. Soedarso Regional General Hospital, Pontianak. The research utilizes primary data from field observations and secondary data from project documents, analyzed through four critical aspects: cost, time, quality, and human resources. The study produces an Implementation Budget Plan (RAP) totaling IDR 7,904,689,106.53. Time management planning establishes a project duration of 15 weeks or 108 calendar days, utilizing Network Planning and Bar Charts to monitor the critical path. Quality management is implemented through a quality control table to ensure technical specification compliance, while human resource planning identifies a peak labor requirement of 100 workers per day during the 7th week. Analytically, the integration of cost and time in this project validates the "Iron Triangle" theory, where precision in substructure work (foundations) serves as the primary determinant of schedule success due to the specialized loading requirements of nuclear facilities. These findings suggest that for specialized medical infrastructure, radiation safety standards demand more stringent productivity coefficients compared to general building projects. The academic implication of this research indicates that the application of national AHSP regulations (PUPR No. 8 of 2023) requires adjustment for site-specific risk variables in high-hazard buildings to prevent deviations between technical planning and field reality. These results contribute to the project management literature on the necessity of integrated frameworks in enhancing the resilience of regional medical referral infrastructure.

Abstract

The construction of the Nuclear Medicine Building of dr. Soedarso is a strategic effort to improve health services in West Kalimantan, especially in dealing with internal diseases such as cancer and heart. This project has an implementation deadline, so effective and efficient planning is required. This research aims to plan project time and costs using the crashing method, as well as consider aspects of human resources (HR), Occupational Health and Safety (K3), and project communication. The methodology used in the preparation of this final project is secondary data analysis in the form of RAB, AHSP, S curve, and basic price in 2024. The calculation of time and cost is carried out based on two approaches to project acceleration, namely the addition of working hours (overtime) and the addition of manpower. The analysis is complemented by the identification of the amount of labor needed, potential hazards at the work site, PPE needs, and communication used in the project. Normally for structural work, this project requires a cost of IDR 8.17 billion with a duration of 84 days. The results of this planning show that the crashing method with the alternative of adding working hours (overtime) costs IDR 8.19 billion, with a duration of 72 days (12 days faster than the normal duration). The crashing method with the alternative of adding labor costs 1DR 8.18 billion, with a duration of 67 days (17 days faster than the normal duration). Based on the results of these calculations, the crashing method can speed up project completion by considering labor productivity and cost-effectiveness. Recommendations from these results can be used as a consideration in making decisions on the implementation of project acceleration by contractors or other project implementing parties.
