Abstract

Hypertension is a condition where there is an increase in blood pressure that exceeds the normal limit, namely systolic blood pressure of more than 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure of more than 90 mmHg. Most women suffer from hypertension because of the hormone estrogen. Patients with hypertension who are not given proper therapy will cause complications that can worsen the condition of hypertension. The higher the prevalence of hypertension sufferers, the use of antihypertensive drugs will increase. This will increase the risk of irrational use of antihypertensive drugs. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the rationality of the use of antihypertensive drugs in the Inpatient Installation of Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital based on the right patient, the right indication, the right drug and the right dose. This research is a type of descriptive research. Data collection was carried out retrospectively by using past data in the form of medical records of hypertension patients for the period January 2021 – February 2022 which met the exclusion and inclusion criteria. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the most widely used antihypertensive drugs are combination therapy with Calcium Channel Blokers (CCB) + Angiotensin Converting Enzyme Inhibitors (ACEI) (30,6%); Calcium Channel Blokers (CCB) sebanyak (11%); Calcium Channel Blokers (CCB) + Angiotensin Converting Enzyme Inhibitors (ACEI) + Diuretik sebanyak (11,1%); while the low class of drugs is Calcium Channel Blokers (CCB) + Angiotensin Converting Enzyme Inhibitors (ARB) + Angiotensin Converting Enzyme Inhibitors (ACEI); and diuretics + Angiotensin Converting Enzyme Inhibitors (ACEI) were used (2,8%). The results showed that the rationality of the use of antihypertensive drugs obtained was that the patient was correct 100%, the indication was 100%, the drug was 97,2%, and the dose was 97,2%.

Abstract

This article discusses the application of Islamic Religious Education values in developing and strengthening students' religious moderation at State Vocational High School 2, Jambi City. This article comes from qualitative research with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the application of Islamic Religious Education values in this school is carried out through two channels, namely; first, intra-curricular Islamic Religious Education learning. In this path, each material from each element of the Koran, Hadith, Aqidah, Akhlak, Fiqh and SPI has religious moderation achievements that are appropriate to the context of the material. Second, the implementation of religious programs, where religious activities – both Muslim and non-Muslim – are carried out in an orderly manner. The Moderation values achieved include; moderate (tawassuth), fair (i'tidal), tolerance (tasamuh), deliberation (syura), improvement (islah), pioneer (qudwah), non-violence (al-la'unf). Artikel ini membahas penerapan nilai-nilai Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam pengembangan dan penguatan moderasi beragama siswa di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Atas Negeri 2 Kota Jambi. Artikel ini berasal dari penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan nilai-nilai Pendidikan Agama Islam di sekolah ini dilakukan melalui dua jalur yaitu; pertama, pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam  intra kurikuler. Pada jalur ini tiap-tiap materi dari masing-masing elemen Alquran Hadits, Aqidah, Akhlak, Fiqih dan SPI memiliki capaian moderasi beragama yang sesuai dengan konteks materi . Kedua, pelaksanaan program keagamaan, di mana pada jalur ini kegiatan keagamaan – baik yang muslim dan non-muslim – dilaksanakan dengan tertib. Adapun nilai-nilai Moderasi yang tercapai antara lain; moderat (tawassuth), adil (i’tidal), toleransi (tasamuh), musyawarah (syura), perbaikan (islah), pelopor (qudwah), anti kekerasan (al-la’unf).

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this research is that these athletes have low motivation, show little interest, lack attention during training, do not focus physically and psychologically, often feel bored and give up, often give up, lack encouragement and unclear direction which makes them less enthusiastic while practicing. The aim of this researcher is to determine the effect of goal-setting on increasing motivation in the men's basketball team at SMA Negeri 1 Tebing Tinggi. This research method is a pre-experimental design research, the research design used is pretest-posttest one group design. The population in this study was 11 students of SMA Negeri 1 Tebing Tinggi. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use normality tests and t tests, to determine the effect before and after the treatment or treatment given. Based on the results of the hypothesis test analysis, the value obtained is tcount (19.818) > ttable (1.796) at a significance level of α = 0.05 for a sample size of 11. So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of goal-setting on increasing motivation in the men's basketball team at SMA Negeri 1 Tebing Tinggi.Key Words: Effect of goal-setting, motivation, basketball.

Abstract

Pencatatan perkawinan merupakan suatu hal yang paling penting, dan sebagai syarat administratif dalam suatu negara. Salah satu tujuannya adalah untuk memperjelas perkawinan dan membuktikan bahwa perkawinan telah dilakukan bagi masyarakat karena peristiwa perkawinan dapat dibaca dan sewaktu-waktu dapat digunakan sebagai alat bukti tertulis yang asli. Perkawinan beda agama adalah perkawinan yang terjadi antara 2 orang yang memiliki perbedaan agama atau keyakinan antara sepasang suami istri seperti pernikahan seorang Islam dengan agama non-Islam, yang masing-masing tetap mempertahankan agamanya saat melangsungkan perkawinan. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Kepustakaan (Library Research) merupakan penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan informasi dan data secara mendalam melalui beberapa literatur buku, catatan, majalah, atau referensi lainnya yang berhubungan dengan pembahasan ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan apabila dilihat dari sisi pencatatan secara umum sesuai dengan prosedur yakni sesuai dengan Pasal 2 ayat (2), perkawinan harus dicatatkan. Maka harus dipahami terkait pencatatan pernikahan beda agama, undang-undang perkawinan harus dikesampingkan dengan adanya peraturan yang sederajat yaitu Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2006 tentang administrasi kependudukan.

Abstract

Regional development is the independence of a region which is an inseparable part of the success of policies decided by the government. In the state revenue and expenditure budget (APBN), the most significant state revenue target is obtained from the taxation sector. The taxation sector contributes significantly to a country's revenue and can be relied upon as financing for government development, especially regional development. The research was conducted with the aim of analyzing how much the rate of development and the level of effectiveness of local tax revenues in increasing Regional Original Revenue (PAD) in Purworejo Regency. The data used is data on local taxes and local revenue of Purworejo Regency for a period of 5 years, namely 2016-2020 obtained from BPKPAD Purworejo Regency. The data analysis used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. The results showed that the average development rate of local revenue was 18.04% and the average effectiveness rate of local tax revenue was 125.112%, indicating that the local tax revenue of Purworejo Regency was categorized or classified as very effective, so that the local government of Purworejo Regency needed to increase supervision, guidance and evaluation of local tax collection because it had made a large contribution to the local revenue of Purworejo Regency.

Abstract

Kesejahteraan hewan adalah segala urusan yang berhubungan dengan keadaan fisik dan mental hewan menurut ukuran perilaku alami hewan yang perlu diterapkan dan ditegakkan untuk melindungi hewan dari perlakuan setiap orang yang tidak layak terhadap hewan yang dimanfaatkan manusia. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini ialah bagaimana Implementasi Peraturan Pemerintah No 95 Tahun 2012 Dalam Rangka Pelaksanaan Sosialisasi Kesejahteraan Hewan Di Kota Medan. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui Implementasi Peraturan Pemerintah No 95 Tahun 2012 Dalam Rangka Pelaksanaan Sosialisasi Kesejahteraan Hewan Di Kota Medan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan di dalam penulisan ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan analisis data kualitatif yaitu prosedur pemecahan masalah yang diteliti dengan pengamatan, wawancara dan menggambarkan keadaan objek penelitian pada saat sekarang berdasarkan fakta-fakta yang nampak atau sebagaimana adanya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa Peraturan Pemerintah No 95 Tahun 2012 Dalam Rangka Pelaksanaan Sosialisasi Kesejahteraan Hewan Di Kota Medan sudah terimplementasi namun belum berjalan maksimal. Hal ini dikarenakan masih rendahnya kesadaran dan pemahaman masyarakat akan pentingnya pelaksanaan kesejahteraan hewan. Tindakan-tindakan yang dilakukan dalam mencapai tujuan Peraturan Pemerintah No 95 Tahun 2012 berupa pembinaan dan sosialisasi serta melakukan pengawasan dan penyuluhan, kerjasama yang dilakukan yaitu dalam bentuk koordinasi dengan lembaga-lembaga terkait. Tahapan-tahapan yang dipilih untuk mencapai tujuan dari Peraturan Pemerintah No 95 Tahun 2012 dengan menerapkan 5 prinsip kebebasan hewan. Sebagai hak mendapatkan perlindungan dan perlakuan oleh manusia dalam perawatan, tempat tinggal, pengangkutan, pemanfaatan, dan cara pemotongan.

Abstract

Safhira Azaria (11725046), “Marketing Strategy to Increase Sales Volume at Givie Dessert”. Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business Islamic Business Management Study Program, State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Pontianak, 2021. The purpose of this study was to find out what strategy was used and how the implementation of that strategy was used by Givie Dessert in increasing sales volume. With a research focus on marketing strategies to increase sales volume at Givie Dessert. This study used qualitative research methods. Sources of primary data in the form of direct observations and interviews with sources, namely the manager and owner of Givie Dessert. While the data collection technique is by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the data were analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. In the end, the data will be tested for validity using data triangulation and member check techniques. The results of this study indicate that Givie Dessert has implemented a marketing strategy (marketing mix). This has a significant effect on the sales volume of Givie Dessert.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and business digitalization, improving the quality of customer service is a crucial aspect for company success. Companies that are able to provide optimal and responsive service tend to maintain customer satisfaction and compete effectively in an increasingly tight market. Therefore, the use of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework is a strong foundation for managing and improving service quality. This research focuses on analyzing service quality in the ITIL V3 Service Design domain, by applying this framework to a significant e-commerce application, namely Lazada. Lazada, as a leading platform in Southeast Asia, has been an example of providing superior customer experience through its services. This research explains the role of ITIL in managing service quality, with an emphasis on the Service Design domain. This study uses a combination of methods, including literature study, questionnaire survey of Lazada users, and observation of application infrastructure. The analysis results show that Lazada has reached a high level of maturity in ITIL V3 Domain Service Design, with all subdomains reaching maturity level 4. However, there is room for improvement, especially in information security. The conclusion shows that Lazada can continue to maintain customer satisfaction and competitiveness in a competitive market by continuing to improve service quality, especially in aspects found through gap analysis.

Abstract

Perilaku altruistik sangat penting dimiliki oleh setiap siswa, karena terjadi penurunan perilaku menolong pada siswa, seperti siswa yang egosentrisme dan tidak peduli terhadap lingkungan sekitar. Jika hal ini dibiarkan lebih lanjut, maka perilaku egoisme dan individualisme dianggap normal oleh masyarakat, mengingat pada saat sekarang remaja rentan akan kehilangan sikap dan karakter dalam dirinya. Oleh sebab itu perilaku altruistik perlu ditingkatkan agar tercipta hubungan sosial yang baik, salah satunya melalui layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perilaku altruistik siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan ditinjau dari lima indikator, yaitu indikator empati, interpretasi, tanggung jawab sosial, inisiatif dan rela berkorban. Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan berada pada kategori tinggi, jika dilihat dari beberapa indikator, indikator empati, tanggung jawab sosial, inisiatif, rela berkorban berada pada kategori tinggi sedangkan indikator interpretasi berada pada kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diharapkan guru bimbingan dan konseling dapat memberikan pelayanan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa dalam meningkatkan perilaku altruistik.
