Abstract

This study aims to analyze the practices and impact of a humanistic approach in learning to develop the potential of students at MI Nailul Huda, Jimbaran-Badung. The humanistic approach, which emphasizes respect for the individual, is considered relevant to the principles of Islamic education. This qualitative research utilized a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method with five teachers from MI Nailul Huda serving as subjects. The data were analyzed thematically to identify the understanding, practices, and impact of this approach. The findings indicate that the implementation of the humanistic approach successfully created a positive learning environment, strengthened teacher-student interpersonal relationships, and significantly enhanced students' self-confidence, creativity, and empathy. The study found that this approach aligns with the concept of fitrah (human nature) in Islam and the educational vision proposed by al-Ghazali. However, challenges such as a dense curriculum and cognitive-oriented assessment remain major obstacles. The research recommends continuous training to strengthen the consistent implementation of this approach.

Abstract

This study examines the discrepancy between das sollen and das sein regarding the obligation to register a business license as mandated in Article 15(1) of Government Regulation Number 80 of 2019. Although the regulation requires all business actors to register their licenses with the Central Government, its implementation in Malang City remains ineffective. Of approximately 85,200 MSMEs, only about 22,000 had obtained official licenses by 2024. The study addresses two issues: (1) the factors contributing to the low compliance of micro-enterprise actors with licensing requirements, and (2) the legal implications for those operating without a business license. Using a socio-legal method with a juridical-sociological approach, the research relies on primary and secondary data collected through fieldwork and literature study. The sample consists of 13 respondents and 2 key informants, analyzed qualitatively. The findings reveal that the main cause of ineffective implementation is the low level of legal awareness and knowledge among micro-enterprise actors. Eight respondents were unaware of the obligation to register with the Disnaker PMPTSP of Malang City, while five respondents were aware but had not complied. This demonstrates that regulatory implementation has not been optimal. The legal implications for non-compliant business actors include the loss of legal validity of their operations and the potential imposition of administrative sanctions under applicable laws.

Abstract

Kabupaten Bondowoso merupakan penghasil kopi robusta dan arabika di JawaTimur dengan areal perkebunan yang didominasi perkebunan rakyat. Meskipunproduksi kopi di Bondowoso cukup tinggi, pengolahan pascapanen kopi masihdilakukan secara tradisional, sehingga menyebabkan nilai tambah kopi dan produktivitaspetani belum maksimal. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalahuntuk meningkatkan nilai tambah kopi pasca panen dengan mesin pemanggangbiji kopi. Mesin ini dirancang dengan kontrol otomatis untuk mendeteksi tingkatkematangan biji kopi dengan baik. Sistem ini memungkinkan pengaturan suhu optimal,sehingga menghasilkan kualitas pemanggangan yang konsisten dan seragam.Dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, keunggulan mesin pemanggang bijikopi karya penelitian para dosen dan mahasiswa Fisika ITS diterapkan di desaRejoagung kecamatan Sumberwringin kabupaten Bondowoso. Pelaksanaan kegiatanpengabdian masyarakat di desa Rejoagung adalah kunjungan pertama akhir Juli 2025untuk survey dan sosialisasi ke petani. Kunjungan kedua akhir Agustus 2025 untukmembawa dan memasang peralatan pemanggang biji kopi. Kunjungan ketiga akhirSeptember 2025 untuk memberikan pelatihan penggunaan dan perawatan peralatan.Metode kegiatan pengabdian berupa pemberian peralatan pemanggang biji kopi danpelatihan penggunaan dan pemeliharaannya kepada petani. Hasil dari pelaksanaankegiatan pengabdian ini adalah peningkatan nilai tambah produk kopi desa Rejoagungdengan pemanfaatan mesin pemangggang biji kopi.

Abstract

This study aims to identify, understand, and analyze the regulations governing electronic catalog system providers concerning the quality and pricing of goods/services in government procurement, as well as to determine the form of responsibility of electronic catalog system providers for the quality and pricing of goods/services in government procurement. The method used in this study is a normative juridical research method with a legislative approach and a legal concept analysis approach. The results of the study indicate that the regulation of electronic catalog system providers regarding the quality and pricing of goods/services in government procurement is governed by the Regulation of the National Public Procurement Agency (LKPP) Number 9 of 2021 on Online Stores and Electronic Catalogs in Government Procurement, which was further refined by the Decision of the Head of the National Public Procurement Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 122 of 2022, dated April 1, 2022. This regulation provides a more detailed explanation of the process for listing a product/commodity in the electronic catalog. The form of responsibility of electronic catalog system providers for discrepancies in the quality and pricing of goods/services in government procurement is that catalog providers are held accountable for any consequences arising from the low quality of products used by Ministries/Agencies/Local Governments. Therefore, if there is a difference between the quality and price listed in the electronic catalog and the actual product, the electronic catalog provider is responsible for compensating the losses incurred by the procuring party.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis pengaruh media sosial terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Barampa Coffee Gorontalo, (2) menganalisis pengaruh citra merek terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Barampa Coffee Gorontalo, dan (3) menganalisis pengaruh media sosial dan citra merek secara simultan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survei. Sampel diambil melalui teknik Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 96 pelanggan yang memenuhi kriteria loyalitas. Data dianalisis menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda, didahului oleh Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, dan asumsi klasik. Alat uji statistik utama yang digunakan meliputi Uji t (parsial), Uji F (simultan), dan Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Media Sosial (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dengan koefisien B1=0.475 dan nilai t-hitung=7.642 (p<0.001). (2) Citra Merek (X2) juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dengan koefisien B2=0.494 dan nilai t-hitung=5.372 (p<0.001). (3) Secara simultan, media sosial dan citra merek memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dibuktikan dengan nilai F-hitung=272.393 (p<0.001). Model ini memiliki daya prediksi yang sangat tinggi, di mana kedua variabel mampu menjelaskan 85.4% dari variasi loyalitas pelanggan (R2=0.854).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of price on purchasing decisions at the Tomika 7 minimarket. Price is an important factor in influencing consumer behavior, especially in the context of fiercely competitive minimarkets. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who were Tomika 7 minimarket customers. The research results showed that price had a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Factors such as affordability, suitability of price to product quality, and promotions or discounts are the main elements that influence customer perceptions of price. Data analysis using linear regression shows that the price variable contributes 65% to purchasing decisions, while the rest is influenced by other factors such as location, service and product variety. Thus, Tomika 7 minimarkets are advised to continue to maintain a competitive pricing strategy and provide added value through discounts or customer loyalty programs to improve consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of community satisfaction, evaluate the quality of public services, and analyze the influence of service quality on community satisfaction in Dimito Village, Wonosari District. This research employs a quantitative approach with a survey design. Data were collected from 80 respondents using research instruments (questionnaires) and analyzed using simple linear regression via SPSS. The results indicate that public service delivery in Dimito Village generally aligns with the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform Regulation No. 14 of 2017. Dimensions of simplicity and clarity received high appreciation, with 48.8% and 60% of respondents strongly agreeing with the performance in these areas, respectively. However, findings suggest a need for improvement regarding service duration (time efficiency) and security aspects. Statistical analysis confirms a positive and significant influence of service quality on community satisfaction, with a regression coefficient of 0.636. This implies that a 1% improvement in service quality significantly enhances community satisfaction by 63.6%. These results emphasize that optimizing administrative procedures and officer competence is vital for fostering public trust and welfare at the village level.

Abstract

The management of government archives is a mandatory administrative affair that serves as the backbone of state accountability and institutional memory. However, peripheral regions in Indonesia often face a "paradox of transformation," where national mandates fail to materialize at the local level. This study aims to evaluate the government archival service policy at the Library and Archives Service of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency using William Dunn’s evaluation framework, focusing on four dimensions: effectiveness, adequacy, responsiveness, and accuracy. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were gathered through semi structured interviews, non participant observations, and documentary analysis. The findings reveal that archival services in South Bolaang Mongondow currently operate in a state of "strategic neglect," characterized by an ineffective service model, insufficient regulatory instruments (the absence of JRA and Security Classification Systems), low public responsiveness, and fragmented data accuracy. The implementation is hindered by a "triple deficit": a professionalization gap among human resources, severe infrastructure degradation in rented facilities, and systemic budgetary marginalization. Conversely, the regency’s low national ranking (484th) serves as a potential catalyst for reform. The study concludes that bridging the "implementation gap" requires a transition from symbolic formal compliance to substantive professionalization through the adoption of technical SOPs and dedicated fiscal allocation to protect the regency’s administrative heritage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh parsial promosi digital dan impulse buying terhadap keputusan pembelian pada platform TikTok Shop di kalangan mahasiswa Universitas Bina Mandiri Gorontalo. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif kausal. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari pengguna aktif TikTok Shop dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis varian melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Promosi (X1) tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) dengan nilai T-statistik 1,160 dan P-Value 0,246, yang mengindikasikan adanya kejenuhan iklan (ad fatigue) dan skeptisisme konsumen. (2) Impulse Buying (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan yang dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) dengan nilai T-statistik 3,939 dan P-Value 0,000. Hasil ini memperkuat kerangka teori Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) bahwa dorongan emosional dan interaksi imersif lebih menentukan keputusan beli pada ekosistem social commerce dibandingkan strategi promosi konvensional.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of implementing the Discovery Learning learning model on students' problem solving abilities in class IV science and science subjects at SD Inpres Samata, Gowa Regency. This type of research is quasi-experimental research with a nonequivalent control group design. The research subjects consisted of two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class, each with 27 students, so the total sample was 54 students. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Data collection techniques are carried out through tests, observation and documentation. The instruments used were problem solving ability tests and observation sheets. Data analysis techniques include descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics through normality tests, homogeneity tests, and Independent Sample T-Test. The results of the research show that the average pretest score in the experimental class is 50.89 and the control class is 51.70 which is in the low category. After being given treatment, the average posttest score for the experimental class increased to 77.78, while the control class became 73.67. The results of the hypothesis test show a significance value of 0.004 which is smaller than 0.05, so that H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the Discovery Learning learning model has a significant effect on students' problem solving abilities in class IV science and science subjects at SD Inpres Samata, Gowa Regency.
