Abstract

Perkawinan yang tidak tercatat, walaupun dalam hukum islam perkawinan dianggap sah, namun di dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang perkawinan tersebut belum dianggap sah. Metode dari penelitian penulisan ini menggunakan penelitian yuridis normatif, yakni penelitian yang dilakukan dan ditujukan pada studi Al-Quran, Hadist, Kitab-Kitab Fiqih, Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974, Kompilasi Hukum Islam, buku-buku, internet, pendapat sarjana, dan bahan lainnya. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah studi Kepustakaan dan dokumen-dokumen. Teknik analisis data yang diterapkan membahas tentang kemaslahatan, keadilan dan perlindungan hukum hak waris istri kedua dari perkawinan yang tidak tercatat yang dilakukan secara analisis kualitatif. Abstract

The foundation is currently supporting the establishment of a cooperative within the school, which could help provide snacks for teachers and the surrounding community. However, it feels necessary to increase knowledge about Sharia principles, given that the foundation is an Islamic educational institution. The community in this institution needs to be given an understanding about managing the potential of business units and developing an entrepreneurial spirit so that in the future they can manage it well. This activity began with a preparatory phase that included a site review at the An-Nahlu Foundation in Kisaran Timur, Asahan, North Sumatra, a field study for problem analysis and solutions, and proposal preparation and permit administration. After the preparations were completed, the implementation activities were carried out at the An-Nahlu Foundation with 20 participants, including educators, education staff, and foundation administrators. The materials provided included an explanation of sharia-based cooperatives, sharia contracts, and motivations for developing cooperatives as a vehicle for collecting and distributing funds for teachers. From the training with the aim of making community groups aware and motivated about the importance of cooperatives and from the activities that have been carried out, it is known that 70% of participants really understand this, so they have a strong desire to establish a cooperative forum, in its implementation this cooperative awareness really wants to be followed up by providing assistance in making cooperative permits by starting with the desire to register participants who want to become founders of the cooperative, the output measure of this activity is with an indicator that 70% of training participants understand well about the importance of cooperatives that can be achieved well.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Background: Acne vulgaris is a common skin disorder involving the pilosebaceous unit, influenced by multiple factors including sleep patterns. Poor sleep quality reduces melatonin levels, increases androgen hormones, and stimulates excessive sebum production, contributing to acne development. Methods: This study used an analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The study population was 235 PT X workers, with 100 respondents as the sample. Data analysis used the Chi-Square test.. Results: Most respondents had good sleep patterns (55%), while poor sleep patterns accounted for 45%. Acne vulgaris occurred in 47% of respondents. Respondents with poor sleep patterns who experienced acne vulgaris were 68.9%, compared to 29.1% among those with good sleep patterns. The Chi-Square test showed a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between sleep patterns and the incidence of acne vulgaris at PT X, Tebo Regency, Jambi Province. Keywords: Sleep Pattern, Acne Vulgaris, Employees

Abstract

Computational Thingking (CT) dan entrepreneurship membutuhkan pemikiran matematika, begitu pula pada pembelajaran matematika membutuhkan pola pikir CT dan karakter entrepreneurship. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengekplorasi potensi CT dilihat dari karakter entrepreneur. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Tiga mahasiswa calon guru Matematika menjadi subyek terpilih dari duapuluh subyek penelitian. Pengambilan data melalui data tes, angket dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa aktivitas CT dari karakter entrepreneur tinggi dan sedang ditemukan aktivitas CT dengan komponen abstraksi, algoritma, kreativitas, dekomposisi, dan generalisasi. Kuatnya karakter enterpenur berupa kreativitas memunculkan komponen baru dalam menyelesaikan masalah matematika. Kreativitas direkomendasikan menjadi salah satu komponen CT dalam pembelajaran matematika. Computational Thinking (CT) and entrepreneurship require mathematical thinking, as well as learning mathematics requires a CT mindset and entrepreneurial character. This research reports on an educational research study that explores the potential of CT in terms of entrepreneurial character. Research using a descriptive approach. Three prospective mathematics teacher students were selected from the twenty subjects of this study. Data collection through data tests, questionnaires and interviews. The results of the study revealed that CT activity had a high entrepreneurial character and moderate CT activity was found with components of abstraction, algorithm, creativity, decomposition, and generalization. The strong character of the entrepreneur in the form of creativity raises a new component in solving mathematical problems. Creativity is recommended to be a component of CT in learning mathematics.

Abstract

Embung Tirtoagung is an artificial aquatic ecosystem as a supplier of agricultural land during the dry season and as a fishery facility in Sleman Regency. This study aims to determine the water quality in Tirtoagung Embung based on the diversity index and saprobic index. This research is an exploratory descriptive research by way of observation. The research was conducted in February – April 2021 during the rainy season. The sampling locations were at 5 stations selected by random sampling. The results of the study showed that the water quality in Tirtoagung Embung is included in the lightly polluted category. It is known from the calculation of the diversity index that is 2,391 so that the situation is in the moderate category and the Tirtoagung reservoir is in a lightly polluted condition. Then seen from the calculation of the saprobic index, which is 0.71 - 1.00 so that the condition of the waters of the Tirtoagung reservoir is in the - mesosaprobic phase with light pollution levels and few organic and inorganic compounds. In addition, the water quality of the Tirtoagung reservoir based on physical and chemical parameters is still feasible for the survival of phytoplankton.

Abstract

First language plays an important role when it comes to learning second language. The process of first language interference in learning second language is called transfer. There are two classifications of transfer. The Positive transfer and negative transfer. This research was done to analyze the negative transfer of Indonesian into English of beginner students who learn English as foreign language. The method of the research was in qualitative descriptive study with the participants of grade-7 students in SMPN 01 Sungai Pinyuh in Academic Year 2021/2022. The data were collected by interviewing the participants and collecting worksheets from the participants. The researcher analyzed the data by using content analysis and transcription. The finding of the study showed that there were many errors made by the students that related to negative transfer and students tended not to realize that they were making mistakes. The results of this research were expected to be useful information for other teachers as a reference in teaching foreign languages and for other researchers with the same topic.

Abstract

This study aims at describing the types and functions of codeswitching encountered in Naila Fahana’s YouTube videos. The data were collected from Naila Farhana YouTube channel with three selected videos entitled Mau Tips Lancar Belajar Bahasa Inggris, Pelajari 5 Kunci Sukses (Be Fluent in English, learn 5 successful keys), Cara Bahasa Inggris Tanpa Ngeblank (Learn English without Going Blank), American Accent_ Cara Belajar Aksen Amerika (American Accent_ How to Learn American Accent). This research was a descriptive study in which the writer described types of codeswitching using a theory of Peter Stockwell and functions of codeswitching using a theory of Marasigan. In collecting the data, this study utilized human instrument in which the researcher as the main source. Then, the data were sorted out of the corpora from video transcriptions with 4,622 words in total. The findings of this study showed that the dominant type of codeswithing is intrasentential switching (IaSCS) with 102 data out of 123 data and the dominant function of codeswitching is message of qualification (MQ) with 50 data out of 123 data. This research covered three types and seven functions of codeswitching as a discussion for further linguistic study on codeswitching.

Abstract

Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government (UU Pemda) is the basis for the implementation of regional autonomy in Indonesia. The regulation of local government authority in New Renewable Energy affairs regulated in the Local Government Law has caused problems in achieving the national energy mix target. This research is a normative juridical research with a statutory and conceptual approach. The results showed that the lack of involvement of the role of local governments, both provincial and district/city areas for the utilization and management of NRE was due to limited regulations regarding the authority of local governments in NRE affairs to only regulate geothermal affairs. In addition, changes or improvements are needed in the Local Government Law that accommodates the definition of RES and the addition of authority arrangements for other types of RES.

Abstract

C. hartinahianum J.B. Comber & R.E. Nasution merupakan salah satu jenis anggrek endemik di Sumatera Utara. Habitatnya terbatas di dataran tinggi dengan suhu rendah. Habitat alami tersebut sudah banyak dikonversi untuk penggunaan lainnya. Induksi radiasi sinar gamma merupakan metode alternatif untuk mendapatkan tanaman mutan toleransi terhadap kondisi suhu yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui radiosensitivitas protocorm C. hartinahianum J.B. Comber & R.E. Nasution terhadap iradiasi sinar gamma dan pertumbuhan PLBs di suhu ruang kultur yang berbeda. Protocorm diiradiasi dalam kisaran dosis iradiasi 0, 5, 10, 15, dan 20 Gy, kemudian separoh populasi protocorm pasca iradiasi diinkubasi dalam ruang kultur dengan suhu 16-18 oC dan separoh yang lain di suhu 22-27 oC, untuk mengevaluasi radiosentitivitas dan pertumbuhannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LD20 dan LD50 protocorm di ruang kultur bersuhu 16-18 oC adalah 26.98 Gy dan 38.24, sementara LD20 dan LD50 protocorm pada ruang kultur bersuhu 22-27 oC adalah 17.08 Gy dan 27.29 Gy. Proliferasi PLBs dan morfogenesis tunas C. hartinahianum lebih baik pada ruang kultur dengan suhu 22-27 oC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa re-iradiasi sinar gamma sebaiknya dilakukan pada LD20 atau LD50 dari ruang kultur dengan suhu 22-27 oC yaitu sebesar 17.08 Gy dan 27.29 Gy, untuk mendapatkan mutan putatif C. hartinahianum. Kata kunci: dosis letal, induksi mutasi in vitro, iradiasi sinar gamma, multiplikasi, protocorm like bodies (PLBs)
