Abstract

Abstrak— RTQ (Rumah Tahfidz Al-Qur’an) merupakan sarana pendidikan yang di dalamnya terdapat aktivitas seperti belajar, menghafal, dan mengamalkan nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kurangnya titik lokasi serta informasi yang ada di google maps mengenai RTQ yang ada di kota Medan, menyebabkan kurangnya informasi yang diterima oleh masyarakat mengenai lokasi, deskripsi profil seperti kegiatan belajar mengajar, biaya, serta informasi mengenai kepemilikan izin operasional pada RTQ yang ada di kota Medan. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan sebuah Sistem Informasi Geografis untuk menjadi solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Peneliti menerapkan algoritma Floyd Warshall sebagai fitur pencarian rute terdekat pada sistem. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah Sistem Informasi Geografis berbasis web yang dapat menampilkan titik-titik lokasi, deskripsi profil RTQ yang ada di kota Medan. Algoritma Floyd Warshall berhasil diimplementasikan ke dalam sistem, dan dapat digunakan untuk mencari rute terdekat ke RTQ yang ada di Kota Medan.Kata Kunci— sistem informasi geografis, rumah tahfidz al-qur’an, website,  floyd warshall.  Abstract— RTQ (Rumah Tahfidz Al-Qur’an) is a means of education and learnig in which there are activities such as learning. Memorizing, practicing, and cultivating the valuea of the Qur’an in everyday life. The lack of location points and information on google maps regarding RTQ in Medan city causes a lack of information received by the public regarding the location, profile descriptions such as learning activities, cost, and information about ownership of operational permits in RTQ in Medan city. Therefore, a Geographic Information System is needed to be the solution to these problems. Researchers implemented the Floyd Warshall algorithm as a feature for finding the closest route on the system. This research resulted in a website-based Geographic Information System that can display location points and a profile description of the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an House in Medan city. The Floyd Warshall algorithm is successfully implemented into the system and can be used to search for the closest route to RTQ that is in the City of Medan.Keywords— geographic information system, rumah tahfidz al-qur’an, website, floyd warshall.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang berkembang semakin pesat, menjadikan aktivitas manusia perlahan-lahan mulai beralih dari sistem yang dilakukan secara manual menjadi sistem yang terkomputerisasi secara keseluruhan. PT. Pasar Swalayan Maju Bersama, merupakan salah satu swalayan yang berada di Kota Medan. PT. Pasar Swalayan Maju Bersama belum menyediakan media dalam penyampaian informasi kepada masyarakat. Proses penyampaian informasi masih melalui media sosial ataupun media brosur, sehingga PT. Pasar Swalayan Maju Bersama mengalami keterbatasan dalam memperkenalkan dan mempromosikan produk yang ditawarkan kepada masyarakat.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sistem informasi berbasis android yang dapat digunakan sebagai media dalam penyampaian informasi PT. Pasar Swalayan Maju Bersama kepada masyarakat secara luas. Dalam membangun sistem informasi, penulis menggunakan metode Extreme Programming (XP) yang terdiri dari tahapan planning, design, coding dan testing. Sedangkan tool yang digunakan penulis dalam membuat rancangan sistem informasi secara visual adalah UML (Unified Modelling Language). Sistem informasi berbasis android dibangun dengan menggunakan framework Kodular dan database Airtable. Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini, diharapkan dapat membantu pihak PT. Pasar Swalayan Maju Bersama dalam menyampaikan informasi kepada masyarakat secara mudah dan cepat melalui smartphone android.

Abstract

Tritech Vocational School is one of the vocational high schools that, in the process of storing and processing student data, uses the Microsoft Excel application, so that the processing of student data is still considered less effective and efficient. This is due to the difficulty of distributing student data to those who need it; in addition, student data is only stored on a certain computer device, resulting in a lack of security, completeness, loss, or damage to data because it can be accessed by unauthorized parties and can also result in data loss if the computer device is damaged. The purpose of this research is to create an Android-based application that Tritech Vocational High School can use to process student data and make it easier to distribute student data. Prototyping is the systems development approach used in this study. includes stages of requirement communication, quick planning, quick design modeling, construction of a prototype and deployment, delivery, and feedback, while the system testing method uses the black box testing method. Android applications are built using the Kodular Framework and the Airtable database. Via an Android device and accessible online, the application developed helps Tritech Vocational Schools process student data, such as adding, changing, or deleting, and facilitate the distribution of student data. Processing student data using an Android-based application has higher security than using the Microsoft Excel application because it provides restrictions on access rights.

Abstract

The design of the goods inventory system is the best solution for the North Sumatra Youth and Sports Office, which starts in a manual process which causes many problems that arise from the manual inventory process, from loss of goods data to the loss of the goods themselves. The web-based inventory is an access that can be monitored by all stakeholders in the North Sumatra Youth and Sports Office. The inventory information system that was built can record transactions of incoming goods, outgoing goods, stock of goods, use of goods, replacement of goods, submission of goods, data collection of inventory room locations and reports so that they can find out and provide fast, precise and accurate information every day. In this study using the method of observation and literature study with the flow of identifying problems, determining research objectives, studying literature, analyzing problems. The usefulness of this research also has an impact on each person in charge of the inventory of the North Sumatra Youth and Sports Office, making it easier for the head of equipment. All processes and stages based on a web database will have a positive impact on the inventory process at the North Sumatra Youth and Sports Office.

Abstract

Currently, it is hoped that information technology will provide many conveniences for consumers. Because of its ease of use, information technology makes it easier to process data that was previously done manually to become systematic. A newer feature is the use of applications that have been systemized in Android on smartphones. Mitra Karya Cooperative is one of the cooperatives that performs data processing using the Microsoft Excel application, so there are still problems that occur regarding the completeness and security as well as the data distribution process. Building an Android application to process customer data, savings data, and online lending data at the Mitra Karya Cooperative is the goal of this research. The spiral system development methodology, which includes phases of customer communication, planning, risk analysis, engineering, construction, and disposal as well as customer evaluation, is used in this study. While the model used by the author to visually design the application uses the UML (Unified Modeling Language) model. The Kodular framework and Airtable database are used in the development of Android-based applications. The outcome of the research is an android-based application that can be used to assist Mitra Karya Cooperative in resolving issues related to the cooperative data processing process, which consists of processing customer data, processing deposit data, and processing customer loan data online using an Android device.

Abstract

The Pangulu Nagori Amborokan Panei Raya Office is one of the governmental institutions tasked with serving the local population. The Pangulu Nagori Amborokan Panei Raya office still records employee attendance using the manual approach. Employee attendance is noted in the attendance book. When done this way, there are still issues that come up. Particularly the time and effort put forth to complete the attendance procedure. In addition, because attendance data has very little protection and is accessible to anyone, it is challenging to summarize staff attendance reports. Building an Android-based application that can be used to process and track employee attendance is the aim of the author's research. The author employs UML to visually create the application design (Unified Modeling Language). The system development methodology, however, is a spiral that includes the phases of customer evaluation, planning, risk analysis, engineering, building, and disposal. The Kodular framework and the Airtable database are used in the development of an Android-based attendance application. The results of the study are an android-based attendance application that can be applied to make it easier for employees to take attendance and monitor employee attendance in real-time using an Android smartphone.

Abstract

The increasing number of pilgrims from year to year, the more guidelines are needed that can help the community in facilitating the implementation of the pilgrimage. Meanwhile, the inefficient delivery of information regarding the practice or procedures for Hajj rituals at the Medan Hajj Dormitory is done manually by coming directly to the location. There are several things that need to be considered, namely how to design and create a virtual Hajj pilgrimage tour application by implementing the Android-based virtual joystick feature. The necessary data were collected using qualitative data collection methods, namely by conducting observations, interviews and literature studies. While the system development uses the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method. The resulting application is a Hajj ritual simulation application with a virtual joystick feature to move the ritual object so that it can become an interesting educational medium which has been tested using the black box testing method with a system success index of 100%.

Abstract

Keadaan pengusaha saat ini dihadapkan pada tuntutan untuk berinovasi dan memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap teknologi yang semakin canggih agar mereka dapat bertahan dalam persaingan. Salah satu sektor bisnis yang harus tetap bertahan adalah bisnis tanaman. Toko tanaman sendiri menjual beranekaragam bibit, benih tanaman, dan beragam tanaman dengan varian harga yang murah hingga mahal. Salah satu masalah umum yang dihadapi pemilik toko adalah sulitnya mengakses informasi mengenai toko tanaman yang sesuai dengan keinginan pengguna. Hal ini juga berlaku bagi pemilik toko yang kebanyakan masih melakukan promosi toko tanaman mereka secara konvensional melalui brosur, flyer, media sosial, dan sebagainya. Mengingat adanya keluhan dan masalah tersebut, diperlukan adanya sebuah aplikasi toko tanaman berbasis Android. Aplikasi ini telah dikembangkan menggunakan metode prototyping. Dengan menerapkan metode prototyping, pengguna memiliki peran aktif yang membuat penerapan sistem menjadi lebih mudah. Pengimplementasian aplikasi ini bertujuan memberikan fasilitas pencarian toko yang terintegrasi dengan GPS menggunakan Google Maps, mempermudah proses transaksi tanaman, serta membantu pengusaha tanaman dalam mengelola dan memasarkan toko mereka secara optimal. Dalam implementasi aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi penjual dan pemilik toko tanaman dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi toko tanaman tersebut. Hasil pengujian yang dilakukan terhadap sepuluh pengguna menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini 53% memuaskan dan layak digunakan oleh pengguna yaitu admin toko tanaman dan customer.

Abstract

One of the public elementary schools in Medan is SDN 064017. At SDN 064017, the procedure for processing student grade data is not yet computerized. Gradebooks are used to track and process student grade information. There are still certain problems that arise with this method. SDN 064017 requires a lot of time and effort to process and find information on student grades. The purpose of the author's research is to develop a mobile-based application that will simplify and speed up SDN 064017 in processing and searching for student grade data. The system development method used by the author is the waterfall method, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance stages, while the system testing method uses the black box testing method. In the process of developing a mobile-based application, the author uses the Kodular framework and the Airtable database. With the information system, it is hoped that it can help SDN 064017 in processing and searching student grade data at SDN 064017 to be more effective and efficient through an Android mobile.

Abstract

The development of Lembaga Pendidikan Qur’an (LPQ) in Medan City is currently expanding, but in obtaining information about Lembaga Pendidikan Qur’an in Medan City is still minimal. Due to the absence of technology-based media used to display location points and routes to LPQ in Medan City. The purpose of this study is to build a geographic information system that can display location point information, the closest route and other information related to LPQ. By using the Research and development research method which aims to create or develop a new product, and implement the A-Star algorithm in order to find the closest route to that location. While in developing the system, the author uses the Rapid Application Development method where at this stage the system built by the author is then tested blackbox testing to find out whether every process in the system is in accordance with its function or not. The final result in this study is a geographic information system application for mapping the distribution of the Lembaga Pendidikan Qur’an (LPQ) based on Android that can be used by the community, especially for those who have children and want to participate in learning activities at Lembaga Pendidikan Qur’an
