Abstract

The problem faced in learning in elementary school is that the teaching materials used by teachers are still limited to package books and monotonous worksheets, so that students get bored quickly and lack understanding of the context of the material. This condition has an impact on students' low creative thinking skills, especially in generating new ideas and solving problems. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of local wisdom-oriented teaching materials in improving the creative thinking skills of elementary school students. The research method used is quantitative with a one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of the study were 47 students in grade V of SDN 2 Karangan Trenggalek Regency who were selected through purposive sampling. The research instrument was in the form of a questionnaire on creative thinking skills consisting of 22 statements. Data analysis was carried out using a paired sample t-test with the help of SPSS. The results of the study showed a significant increase in students' creative thinking skills after the use of teaching materials based on local wisdom. In the pretest stage, 32% of students were in the high category, 68% in the medium category, and 0% in the low category. After treatment, the posttest results showed that 76% of students were in the high category, 24% in the medium category, and 0% in the low category. The hypothesis test yields a sig value. (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05, which means there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results. Thus, it can be concluded that teaching materials oriented to local wisdom are effective in improving the creative thinking skills of elementary school students.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technologies in the last five years (2021–2024) has transformed the nature and dynamics of bullying among elementary school students. Bullying, which was once limited to physical and verbal aggression in school environments, has now shifted and expanded into cyberspace through social media and instant messaging platforms. This study aims to systematically review recent empirical and conceptual studies to understand the trends, risk factors, protective measures, and practical strategies for addressing bullying in elementary education. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) design, ten peer-reviewed articles published between 2021 and 2024 were critically analyzed based on inclusion criteria covering relevance, credibility, and methodological rigor. The review found that the widespread availability of affordable smartphones and unsupervised internet access has escalated cyberbullying cases among young learners. Teachers remain key agents in building a safe school climate, yet their capacity must be supported by parental awareness and robust digital citizenship education. The findings also reveal that socio-emotional learning, empathy training, and technological monitoring tools are effective in mitigating bullying behaviors both offline and online. However, gaps persist in policy implementation, stakeholder synergy, and sustainable parental involvement. This study recommends that future anti-bullying programs integrate context-sensitive approaches that combine preventive education, ethical use of technology, and clear school-based regulations. The results contribute to a deeper understanding of the evolving bullying phenomenon and provide a practical reference for educators, policymakers, and researchers to develop comprehensive and adaptive strategies for fostering a bully-free learning environment in the digital age.

Abstract

Pendidikan Pancasila merupakan bagian penting dari pendidikan dasar karena bertujuan mengembangkan karakter, moralitas, kesadaran kebangsaan, serta tanggung jawab sosial peserta didik. Salah satu materi pokok dalam Pendidikan Pancasila adalah demokrasi yang menekankan pada hak dan kewajiban, keadilan, penghargaan terhadap perbedaan, serta pengambilan keputusan bersama. Penyampaian konsep demokrasi di sekolah sering kali masih bersifat abstrak dan kurang menarik bagi siswa. Penelitian ini mengembangkan media Big Book sebagai sarana pembelajaran inovatif untuk menghadirkan materi demokrasi secara lebih konkret, visual, dan interaktif. Metode penelitian menggunakan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Subjek penelitian melibatkan 30 peserta didik kelas V di SDN Lontar 481. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media Big Book dinyatakan valid berdasarkan penilaian ahli, praktis menurut respons guru dan siswa, serta efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang konsep demokrasi. Peningkatan pemahaman ditunjukkan melalui hasil post-test yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan pre-test, serta respons positif dari siswa yang menilai media menarik dan mudah dipahami. Media Big Book dapat menjadi alternatif efektif untuk memperkaya strategi pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila, khususnya dalam penyampaian materi demokrasi di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Kesenjangan sosial ekonomi merupakan ketidakseimbangan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan antara berbagai kelompok masyarakat, dimana ada yang dengan mudah memenuhi kebutuhan ekonominya sementara yang lain harus berusaha keras untuk memenuhinya. Fenomena ini mencakup perbedaan pendapatan, akses terhadap layanan Kesehatan, pendidikan, peluang kerja yang tidak adil, serta kemampuan mengakses sumber daya dan infrastruktur yang mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi. Ketidakseimbangan ini dapat memperdalam jurang antara kelompok kaya dan miskin, serta menghambat pembangunan berkelanjutan, terutama di Indonesia, di mana ketidakmerataan masih sering terjadi antara perkotaan dan pedesaan. Kesenjangan sosial juga menciptakan tantangan sosial dan ekonomi yang kompleks, meningkatkan polarisasi antara kelompok kaya dan miskin. Ini juga terkait dengan perbedaan yang nyata dalam hal finansial, seperti kekayaan harta, dan dalam bidang ekonomi secara umum. Berbagai gejala muncul di masyarakat sebagai akibat dari ketidakseimbangan ini, yang mencakup perbedaan dalam hal keuangan, barang dan jasa, upah, hukum, dan kesempatan yang diperoleh oleh individu. Kesenjangan sosial ekonomi menciptakan pandangan bahwa masyarakat perkotaan lebih maju daripada masyarakat pedesaan, yang sulit untuk berkembang. Definisi kesenjangan sosial menurut Soerjono Soekanto adalah ketidaksesuaian antara unsur budaya atau masyarakat yang membahayakan kehidupan kelompok sosial, sementara menurut KBBI, itu adalah ketidakseimbangan, perbedaan, dan jurang pemisah dalam tatanan masyarakat. Perlu pemahaman yang mendalam tentang fenomena ini untuk merumuskan kebijakan yang dapat mengurangi disparitas dan mempromosikan inklusi sosial, guna mencapai pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the ider-ider learning model based on Javanese local wisdom on humanistic literacy. The research method in this research is quantitative method, while the research design uses Quasi Experimental Design. The data collection technique in this study is to use a questionnaire sheet. Data analysis in this study used a comparative test. the results of the comparison test with the Wilcoxon formula obtained a significance value of 0.001 (<0.05). These results indicate that there is a difference between humanistic literacy before and after the application of the Ider-Ider Learning Model Based on Local Wisdom. This model will be able to provide understanding to students about the value of togetherness or humanism. Based on the results of the study showed that the ider-ider learning model based on Javanese local wisdom was effective in improving the humanistic literacy of elementary school students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the effect of the implementation of literacy culture on improving the character of elementary school students. The research method used in this study is quantitative research. The research design used in this study is quasi-experimental design with the design of one group Pretest-Posttest. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling. Data analysis in this study used pair sample t-test with the help of SPSS 25.0. Based on the results of different tests using the Wilcoxon formula shows that the significance value is smaller than 0.05, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Implementation of Literacy Culture on Improving Character of Elementary School Student.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to produce an effective and valid contextual learning-based big book used to improve the science literacy skills of grade V elementary school students. This type of research uses Research and Development (RnD) using the ADDIE model. The subjects in this study were grade V students of SDN 2 Gamping, SDN 2 Suruh, and SDN 2 Karangsoko. The data collection technique in this study is a test. The research instruments used include observations, interviews, prototype assessments, expert validation, and science literation ability tests. Contextual learning-based big books are declared valid for use through expert test validation. The test results of teaching materials, materials, languages, and practitioners obtained an average of 92.93%, which is very valid. The results of the application of big books in small-scale and field-scale tests have an increase in the average science literacy ability of students before and after the use of big books. The results of the hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0.000 (< 0.05) that there was an increase in the average science literacy ability of students before and after the use of big books. so that contextual learning-based big books meet the categories of valid, practical, interesting, and can improve the science literacy skills of elementary school student.

Abstract

This study aims to present empirical data on the results of previous research so that teachers have a reference as a basis to further explore the Role Playing Method oriented to local wisdom as a means for students to understand the values of Pancasila and the character in the Independent Curriculum. The method used is qualitative descriptive with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) design. Based on the results and discussions, one hundred and two items were obtained with eighteen clusters. The results of VOS viewer's visualization by making the Role Playing Method the main focus also show that there is no connection with local wisdom keywords, which means that there are limitations in connection or integration. In fact, in the context of Pancasila values and character, the role of teachers as facilitators allows students to learn through simulations of real situations, so that the understanding of these values can be better internalized. However, these ideal conditions do not show a connection. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the Role Playing Method is still isolated and less oriented to aspects of local wisdom in the context of understanding Pancasila values and character. The lack of this connection shows that there is an opportunity for further research to explore the relationship between the application of the Role Playing Method, local wisdom, and Pancasila values and character.

Abstract

This study explores the role of Ludruk, a traditional Javanese performing art, in fostering communication skills, self-expression, and social development among elementary school children at SDN Gunungsari. Using a qualitative research design with a descriptive and analytical approach, the study investigates how Ludruk education influences children's interpersonal interactions and emotional expression. The research involved a purposive sample of teachers, students, and relevant stakeholders, and data were collected through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The findings indicate that Ludruk not only enhances students’ verbal and non-verbal communication but also encourages self-confidence and collaboration, which are crucial for social integration. The study highlights the importance of incorporating cultural arts like Ludruk in elementary education, demonstrating its potential to develop students' communication and social skills in meaningful and engaging ways. The research underscores the relevance of traditional arts in modern education and their role in holistic child development.

Abstract

Penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila sebagai dasar negara telah menjadi fondasi utama bagi bangsa Indonesia dalam menciptakan kehidupan yang berdulat. Dalam konteks ini, penting untuk mengoptimalkan penerapan nilai-nilai tersebut guna mencapai kedaulatan yang komprehensif dalam segala aspek kehidupan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana optimalisasi penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila dapat membawa dampak positif dalam menciptakan kehidupan yang berdulat. Melalui pendekatan analisis deskriptif, penelitian ini akan mengeksplorasi konsep-konsep kunci dalam Pancasila, seperti Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa, kemanusiaan yang adil dan beradab, persatuan Indonesia, kerakyatan yang dipimpin oleh hikmat kebijaksanaan dalam permusyawaratan/perwakilan, dan keadilan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Dalam konteks aktual, nilai-nilai tersebut harus diaplikasikan secara menyeluruh dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, termasuk dalam kebijakan publik, sistem pendidikan, hukum, dan budaya. Optimalisasi penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila menuntut kerjasama antara pemerintah, masyarakat, dan sektor swasta. Pemerintah memiliki peran penting dalam menyusun kebijakan yang mempromosikan dan melindungi nilai-nilai Pancasila. Masyarakat perlu terlibat aktif dalam mempraktikkan nilai-nilai tersebut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari serta dalam memilih pemimpin yang mampu menjalankan kepemimpinan berdasarkan Pancasila. Sementara itu, sektor swasta juga dapat berkontribusi dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip keadilan sosial dan kemanusiaan dalam operasional bisnis mereka. Dengan optimalisasi penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila, diharapkan dapat tercipta kehidupan yang berdulat di Indonesia. Kehidupan berdulat ini tidak hanya mencakup kedaulatan politik, tetapi juga kedaulatan ekonomi, sosial, dan budaya. Melalui upaya bersama dalam mewujudkan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam praktik sehari-hari, Indonesia dapat menjadi negara yang adil, sejahtera, dan bermartabat sesuai dengan cita-cita bangsa sebagaimana tercantum dalam Pembukaan Undang-Undang Dasar 1945.
