Abstract

Indonesia sebagai negara hukum menjamin perlindungan hak privasi bagi korban tindak pidana kesusilaan. Hak privasi korban juga berlaku dalam publikasi putusan pengadilan yang diunggah ke dalam Direktori Putusan Mahkamah Agung. Oleh karena itu, dalam melakukan publikasi putusan wajib mengaburkan identitas korbannya. Putusan yang tidak mengaburkan identitas korban dalam publikasi putusan perkara tindak pidana kesusilaan dapat dikatakan telah melanggar hak privasi korban dan berpotensi menimbulkan kerugian lain yang berdampak pada psikologis korban. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertanggungjawaban Mahkamah Agung terhadap korban tindak pidana kesusilaan yang tidak dirahasiakan identitasnya serta bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap hak privasi korban dalam publikasi putusan pengadilan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan kasus, serta teknik pengumpulan bahan hukum yaitu teknik kajian pustaka. Masih ditemukannya putusan-putusan yang tidak mengaburkan identitas korban menunjukkan bahwa perlindungan hukum terhadap hak privasi korban tindak pidana kesusilaan masih belum diterapkan secara optimal, sehingga diperlukan evaluasi terhadap ketentuan yang berlaku terkait tata cara pengaburan identitas korban. Adapun pertanggungjawaban terhadap korban tindak pidana kesusilaan juga terbatas pada penarikan kembali dan penghapusan atas informasi yang memuat identitas korbannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ex post facto ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemandirian belajar siswa terhadap kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita pada materi pokok matriks di kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Sangatta Utara tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Sangatta Utara. Sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik Slovin. Instrumen penelitian ini berupa angket dan lembar observasi untuk memperoleh data tentang kemandirian belajar siswa dan tes yang terdiri dari 4 butir soal cerita untuk memperoleh data kemampuan siswa. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial berupa analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan taraf signifikansi α=0,05. Hasil analisis deskripif menunjukan rata-rata kemandirian belajar siswa berkategori sedang dan rata-rata kemampuan siswa menyelesaikan soal cerita berkategori sedang. Hasil analisis inferensial untuk uji t menunjukan variabel kemandirian belajar siswa berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kemandirian belajar siswa terhadap kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika pada materi pokok matriks di kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Sangatta Utara tahun ajaran 2021/2022.

Abstract

The development of digitalization is something that has become a necessity in all levels of society and all fields of activity, including education. The use of technology for society is used to support activities. The dependence of society on the use of social media, through various social media tools such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok and others, opens up new job opportunities related to technology and digitalization. Digitalization allows for wider relationships, so it is often used in the fields of marketing and production. Social media is a platform that allows its users to create, share, and participate in content. In this case, there is a need for legal recognition through counseling related to protection for content creator business actors. The increase in the use of social media by students then opens up new opportunities in pursuing a profession in the digital era, one of which is becoming a Content Creator. The content created is not only useful for the fields of production and marketing, but can also be useful for Education, where students can use it in relation to learning and Education. Content creation in the layman's view is considered easy, but in fact it is not, because a content creator needs to think about engagement, awareness, personal branding. With this understanding, it is necessary for students of MAN 13 South Jakarta to get an introduction to becoming a content creator and how to get legal protection in running the business, so that they do not experience obstacles in starting to create content.

Abstract

Bullying behavior is a behavior that harms people or other parties. Bullying usually        occurs in schools. Victims of bullying usually experience academic decline and mental damage and hopes for the future. In the socialization activity of bullying prevention for school students carried out at SMP Negeri 80 Jakarta. The purpose of     this activity is so that students at the school are able to prevent and overcome the dangers of bullying in schools through the understanding provided by the speakers. As is known, along with the development of the era and different economic levels, it creates a gap for each person's status as a basis for carrying out bullying. Then there is the process of delivering material in this activity through lectures, discussions and questions and answers and conducting evaluations through Pre-Tests and Post-Tests.      With this activity, it is hoped that students will have sufficient knowledge about bullying and the legal regulations that govern it so that they are careful in their attitudes and are able to work together with their classmates. The continuity and peace of a school in principle requires cooperation between the school community and parents in providing understanding and coordinating each other to create intelligent and high-achieving students in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan investasi, modal investasi, dan persepsi risiko terhadap minat investasi mahasiswa di pasar modal, dengan studi kasus pada mahasiswa angkatan 2021 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kausal digunakan, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden. Analisis data meliputi uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan investasi, modal investasi, dan persepsi risiko berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap minat investasi. Persepsi risiko memiliki pengaruh terbesar (β = 0,585), diikuti modal investasi (β = 0,228) dan pengetahuan investasi (β = 0,218). Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,948 menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel ini menjelaskan 94,8% variasi minat investasi. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya pemahaman terhadap faktor-faktor tersebut untuk meningkatkan partisipasi mahasiswa di pasar modal.

Abstract

In its existence, small industries often experience ups and downs, there are many problems in its development. This can be based on the factors of natural resources, human resources, production equipment technology, marketing relations, and the lack of small and medium business development. The main problem is in the process of developing a business or maintaining a business. The purpose of this study was to determine the non-financial and financial feasibility conditions of the bamboo tambir woven handicraft household industry in Gondang Rejo Village, Pekalongan District, East Lampung. This research contains an overview of the company and business feasibility in terms of various specific aspects. By choosing the descriptive type because it presented more accurate data, besides that the form was simple, and technically easy to understand. The aspects in question were non-financial aspects and financial aspects. Non-financial aspects in this study included market and marketing aspects, technical and technological aspects, organizational and management aspects, social, economic and cultural aspects, and environmental aspects. While the financial aspects in this study included Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Net Benefit Cost Ratio, and Payback Period. It can be concluded that in the home industry business the bamboo tambir craft was feasible to run. This can be seen from the results of the non-financial aspect analysis, it was found that the business of woven bamboo drums in Gondang Rejo Village was feasible to run. The results of the analysis of the financial aspects of the business feasibility studied show that it was feasible to run. The Village Government must increase its attention to the community in running a business so that it can be more advanced and developed by establishing a special forum for bamboo craftsmen business groups, with the aim of getting the attention of the industry and trade department. The people of Gondang Rejo Village can take advantage of this business opportunity because it is profitable. It will be a loss if you just stand by. In fact, income will not come by itself without doing some effort.

Abstract

This study focuses on knowing the Vs30 value in Tarutung District, knowing the Peak Ground Velocity (PGV) value in Tarutung District, knowing the potential for liquefaction in Tarutung District using the Global Geospatial Model (GGM) method. The results of this study are that the Vs30 value in Tarutung District has a distribution in the range of 255 M / S which is in the North to the Northeast and covers almost half of the Tarutung District area with a classification of medium soil type, very dense soil or soft rock, up to 897.8 M / S which is spread in the lower southwest direction of Tarutung District to several points to the southeast of Tarutung District with a classification of very dense soil type or soft rock and rock. The PGV value in Tarutung District based on the worst earthquake scenario in the Toru segment of the Sumatran fault varies in the range of 7.94 cm/s to 15.20 cm/s. The potential for liquefaction in Tarutung District based on the Global Geospatial Model has various values. The lowest percentage value of liquefaction probability is 0.024, which is in the north, southeast, and northwest of Tarutung District, and the highest percentage value of probability is 0.961, which is in the northeast and southwest of Tarutung District.

Abstract

Currently there is a worrying character crisis in Indonesia. Facts prove it as news circulating on social media ranging from cases of students hitting teachers, bullying cases and so on. The objectives of this study are: 1) To explore and describe the strengthening of the character of students; 2) To analyze and describe the forms of Hadith learning in shaping the character of students; 3) To analyze and describe the implications of Hadith learning on the formation of the character of students. In this study, a descriptive qualitative research method will be used through a data mining process with stages of direct observation by researchers, interviews with several informants who are related to this study. The results of this study found that 1) Habituation through various activities at school; 2) Hadith Learning. While for Hadith Learning itself, it is done by dividing it into two stages (1) Learning in the classroom including a) Learning the Qur'an Hadith; b) Writing a Diary book with the theme of the Hadith that students have studied; c) A guidebook for memorizing students which is given by separating the theme of the Hadith; (2) Learning Hadith outside the classroom in the form of Muhadharah activities.

Abstract

Menentukan kode sebab dasar kematian sangat penting dilakukan karena apabila kode diagnosis tidak tepat, maka dapat mempengaruhi data dan informasi laporan mortalitas. Berdasarkan studi dokumentasi awal, didapatkan hasil ketepatan kode sebab dasar kematiandi RSU Queen Latifa sebesar 83% (5 berkas rekam medis) tidak tepat dan 17% (1 berkas rekam medis) tepat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui ketepatan kode diagnosis penyebab dasar kematian pada kasus kematian.Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitiandeskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, pengumpulan data menggunakan studi dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah berkas rekam medis pasien meninggal sebanyak 62 berkas rekam medisdengan sampel total populasi dan menggunakan data primer yang diolah secara univariat. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan persentase ketepatankode diagnosis sebab dasar kematian di RSU Queen Latifa sebesar 22,58% (14 berkas rekammedis) tepat dan 77,42% tidak tepat (48 berkas rekam medis).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education in elementary schools, focusing on identifying potentials, barriers, and novel approaches to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. A systematic literature review method was employed, collecting peer-reviewed journal articles, conference proceedings, and relevant reports published in the last five years (2019–2025) from databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, and ERIC. Data were analyzed using thematic synthesis, coding key elements such as teacher preparedness, student attitudes, curriculum integration, resource availability, and contextual factors, followed by the development of an integrative framework for STEM implementation. The findings indicate that teacher readiness, limited instructional materials, curriculum rigidity, and policy misalignment remain major barriers, while innovative pedagogical practices, early exposure to STEM, and student-centered approaches represent significant potentials for enhancing elementary STEM education. The study also identifies gaps in current research, particularly the lack of integrative models that link student attitudes, teacher capacity, and contextual readiness, as well as the underrepresentation of rural and under-resourced schools in STEM research. The novelty of this research lies in proposing a comprehensive, adaptable framework that combines these elements to guide effective STEM implementation in elementary classrooms, especially in diverse socio-economic settings. In conclusion, integrating teacher development, student motivation, and contextual support into STEM planning is critical to achieving sustainable and equitable outcomes, providing actionable insights for educators, policymakers, and curriculum developers globally.
