Abstract

This research aims to analyze and determine the influence of service quality on consumer satisfaction at Cinema ABC Garut. The population used in this research was 98 consumers using purposive sampling techniques. This sampling technique involved 98 regular consumers of Cinema ABC Garut or people who had at least visited Cinema ABC Garut. The data collection technique is through distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. This research's analytical method uses linear regression. Based on the results of hypothesis testing data analysis in this research, it shows that service quality influences consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

In employees’ daily activities, productivity is needed; productivity greatly influences the results desired by the company. This study aims to determine the factors affecting productivity to increase West Java's economic growth. Employees in the company will understand their goals, where, and how they match the company's goals. Thus these employees will be able to increase their productivity to achieve goals that are known together. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative research method by conducting descriptive, theoretical studies to collect, summarize and interpret data obtained from previous studies, journals and literature reviews. The results are then processed again to describe conditions or facts in the field to produce a clear, directed and comprehensive picture of the problems. The results shown are factors above 8: 1. Wages 2. Social security and Health 3. Skills and Work Experience 4. Motivation 5. Cooperation between employees 6. Career Path 7. Value and Rewards From the results of the FGD, 23 factors determine productivity. Of the 23 factors, 77 scored heavenly wages, social security and health, skills and work experience, motivation, employee cooperation, career paths, values and awards. Abstract

The impact of social media in assessing a product's brand strength can no longer be ignored. The purpose of this paper is to describe Sorai Steamboat n Grill's community service efforts. To make it easier for MSMEs to advertise their products, marketing kits in the shape of logos, business cards, posters, and other promotional media are created. A marketing kit is an effective instrument for initiating product promotion operations. The requirements research, planning, creation of marketing kits, and mentoring of MSMEs are all part of the community service stage.The marketing kit was created without a hitch owing to the proprietor of Sorai Steamboat n Grill's helpful cooperation. The number of Instagram followers grew, the brand was strengthened, and revenue increased as a result of this action.

Abstract

The growth of technology is in line with the times, the use of sophisticated communication tools is increasing. Smartphones have become a very useful communication tool used in activities and have become a means of supporting community activities. Product quality has an important role for the company and is the main thing in developing a product. Consumers make purchasing decisions after going through varios stages before deciding to make a purchase. The purpose of this research study is to find out what factors are related to product. The sampling technique distributed questionnaires to 100 respondents in the Tarogong Kaler area, Kab. Garut. Secondary data was obtained from previous research submitted by experts in the form of journal references, expert theories and library expert book references. Primary data comes from the result of a questionnaire sent to 100 respondents who have purchased IPhone smartphone products. The results of this research also state that IPhone products have good quality, therefore consumers are interested in IPhone products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how satisfied students of the Faculty of Economics, Garut University are with the Canva application. External factors, such as ease of use, benefits, and desire to continue using it, are the focus of this study. This study uses quantitative methods, the population in this study are active students of the Faculty of Economics, Garut University, totaling 2033 and using probability sampling techniques and a sample of 100 respondents was taken using the slovin formula. To determine the level of user satisfaction with the application, the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was used. The results stated that Canva supports the use of the system and has a feeling of usefulness, convenience, and usability that is considered important. In addition, the results show that users' desire to use the system affects their level of happiness by 80%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dan menganalisis pengaruh Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, dan Social Influence terhadap Behavioral Intention pada Gojek. Objek penelitian ini adalah pengguna aplikasi Gojek di Garut dengan menggunakan metode slovin, dimana populasi Kabupaten Garut dan didapat sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dilihat dari uji coba dengan menggunakan perhitungan persamaan regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji secara parsial menemukan bahwa hanya variabel Effort Expectancy yang tidak berpengaruh pada Behavioral Intention. Sedangkan kedua variabel lain yaitu Performance Expectancy dan Social Influence berpengaruh terhadap Behavioral Intention. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa keempat variabel berpengaruh terhadap variabel Behavioral Intention pada Gojek.

Abstract

Artikel ini menganalisis dampak influencer branding terhadap brand image Astiga Leather. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi dengan influencer secara signifikan memperkuat brand image Astiga Leather. Artikel ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan IBM SPSS dan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana untuk menguji bagaimana konten tentang produk kulit Astiga yang dibagikan oleh influencer berdampak pada persepsi merek konsumen. Jelaskan bagaimana hal tersebut dapat diberikan. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran merek meningkat, kepercayaan konsumen meningkat, dan preferensi pembelian meningkat. Kami membahas implikasi manajerial dan strategis untuk memandu perusahaan meningkatkan strategi pemasaran mereka melalui influencer branding dan memberikan wawasan tentang peran influencer dalam membangun dan mempertahankan citra merek.

Abstract

The study is based on research showing that Shoppee consistently ranks among other e-commerce providers. In response, the researchers took steps to investigate whether content marketing had an impact on Shoppe loyalty. This study is descriptive with a quantitative approach, Data collection was obtained by distributing online questionnaires to all Shopee users in Garut Regency. The sample used in this study was 102 respondents using purposive sampling techniques. Simple regression analysis is used for data analysis of this study, for research results, determination coefficient test, t value test, etc. Data analysis using simple regression analysis yielded the formula Y = 6.768 + 0.761X, and the calculated t value of 13.445 is greater than the table t (13.445 > 1.661) and the Sig value. If it is 0.000, it means that the significance value is lower than the probability value (0.000 < 0.05). Then HO was rejected. We can conclude that content marketing has a significant influence on Shoppe purchase intent.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk menngetahui pengaruh Brand Ambassador (X) terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) pada produk Scarlett Whitening. Metode pengujian kuantitatif digunakan dengan melibatkan responden yang mewakili target pasar produk tersebut. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Brand Ambassador mempunyai pengaruh positif kepada keputusan pembelian, dengan total pengaruh sebesar 31,3%. Oleh karena itu, hipotesis penelitian (H1), yaitu bahwa Brand Ambassador EXO berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Scarlett Whitening, dapat diterima. Kesimpulan ini menekankan pentingnya peran Brand Ambassador dalam membentuk preferensi konsumen dan membimbing ketetepan pembelian pada produk perawatan kulit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan ialah guna menilai pengaruh persepsi harga pada minat beli ulang pada RM. ASSTRO Garut. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan probabilitas sampel. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang masing-masing memiliki skala likert telah di coba dan memenuhi kebutuhan realibilitas lalu validitas. Data disajikan menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Menurut para pakar penelitian, persepsi harga meningkatkan keinginan untuk membeli kembali barang. Dengan nilai F yang ditentukan sebesar 160,693 serta nilai Sig sebesar 0,000, kita dapat mengetahu bahwa persepsi tentang harga memengaruhi minat untuk membeli kembali secara signifikan. Nilai signifikan mengurangi dari probabilitas (0,000 < 0,1 ).
