Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of integrity, work efficiency, and job characteristics on the performance of village apparatus, with organizational commitment serving as a mediating variable. The research was conducted among village officials in Wanasari District, Brebes Regency, involving 109 respondents selected using a quantitative approach through questionnaire-based data collection. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS. The results of the path coefficient analysis indicate that integrity has a positive effect on organizational commitment, with a coefficient value of 0.286. Work efficiency also exerts a positive influence on organizational commitment, with a coefficient of 0.215, suggesting that officials who complete tasks efficiently and accurately tend to demonstrate higher levels of commitment. Job characteristics, such as role clarity and task challenge, also contribute positively to organizational commitment, with a coefficient of 0.138. Furthermore, integrity, work efficiency, and job characteristics each have a direct impact on the performance of village officials, with coefficient values of 0.086, 0.167, and 0.088, respectively. Notably, organizational commitment plays a significant mediating role, with a direct effect on performance amounting to 0.206. These findings underscore the importance of organizational loyalty and a strong sense of institutional belonging in enhancing the effectiveness of village apparatus. Strengthening organizational commitment emerges as a critical factor in maximizing the impact of integrity, work efficiency, and job characteristics on performance outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of individual competence, work attitude, and internal communication on employee performance at PT Kido Mulia Indonesia. The background of this research is based on the importance of competent human resources, a positive work attitude, and effective internal communication in improving employee productivity. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The sample consisted of 99 respondents who are employees of PT KMI, selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The results show that, partially, the variable of individual competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value greater than the t-table value and a significance level below 0.05. Similarly, work attitude and internal communication variables also have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly influence employee performance. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.736 indicates that 73.6% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the three independent variables, while the remaining 26.4% is explained by other variables outside the model. The managerial implication of this research emphasizes the importance for company management to enhance employee competence through training programs, foster a positive work culture, and strengthen effective internal communication systems. These actions are expected to support the sustainable improvement of employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the marketing strategies implemented by Bank Jateng, Brebes Branch, in achieving the 2024 target for the distribution of People’s Business Credit (KUR). KUR is a crucial financial program designed to stimulate the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), making effective marketing strategies essential for its success. This research adopts a descriptive approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation from bank officials and KUR-receiving MSMEs. The marketing strategies analyzed include digital marketing, product adjustments to suit local needs, effective communication with prospective customers, and improvements in customer service. The findings reveal that internal factors contributing to the success of marketing strategies include disciplined promotional implementation, competitive low-interest rate offerings, and fast, responsive service. External factors supporting success include direct promotions in public areas such as traditional markets, support from local governments, and stable economic conditions. Direct marketing strategies, such as canvassing and leveraging referrals from existing customers, effectively enhanced customer loyalty and expanded the reach to potential KUR recipients. Furthermore, the use of digital media—such as social media platforms, chatbots, and geotargeted advertising—significantly accelerated communication, increased product visibility, and raised public awareness of the benefits of KUR. The combination of digital and personal approaches proved to be an efficient and effective strategy in reaching broader market segments. Overall, the integration of adaptive and comprehensive marketing strategies has made a significant contribution to increasing the volume of KUR distribution at Bank Jateng, Brebes Branch. This supports the strengthening of the local economy, expands access to inclusive financial services, and reinforces the role of MSMEs as the backbone of regional economic development.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to introduce and train sixth grade elementary school students in Gunungtiga Village, Belik District, Pemalang Regency, in facing the Computer-Based Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM). The implementation method uses a participatory approach through socialization, direct simulation using the official Pusmendik website (https://pusmendik.kemdikbud.go.id/an/simulasi_akm), and technical assistance. The results show that students have a better understanding of literacy and numeracy question formats, are able to operate digital devices, and have increased self-confidence in facing national assessments. This program is beneficial in enhancing students' digital literacy and mental readiness.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to foster the habit of saving among students through the implementation of the 30-Day Challenge as a medium of financial education from an early age. The program was designed to encourage students to consistently save for 30 consecutive days by combining both individual and group activities. A participatory approach was applied, involving the support of teachers and parents to strengthen students’ motivation and awareness in developing financial discipline. The results of the activity showed that the 30-Day Challenge successfully improved students’ saving habits. Students not only understood the importance of saving regularly but were also motivated to achieve short-term saving targets that had been set. The program also had a positive impact on students’ financial management behaviors both at school and at home, shaping sustainable saving habits from an early age. This community service initiative demonstrates that the 30-Day Challenge is effective as an educational strategy to build a saving culture among elementary school students.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of salary, leadership, and motivation on employee performance at SPPBE PT Mitha Jaya Kusuma Siasem, Wanasari, Brebes. The company, despite a stable workforce of 45 employees, has experienced challenges such as low employee retention, dissatisfaction with compensation, and inconsistent leadership effectiveness. Addressing these issues, the research aims to analyze how the three variables affect performance both individually and simultaneously. A quantitative method was employed using a survey distributed via Google Forms, with data analyzed through multiple linear regression using SPSS. Validity and reliability tests confirmed the quality of the instrument, while classical assumption tests indicated normality, no multicollinearity, and homoscedasticity. The findings reveal that salary does not significantly influence employee performance when tested independently. However, leadership and motivation show a significant and positive effect. Furthermore, when tested simultaneously, salary, leadership, and motivation together have a significant influence, accounting for 82% of the variation in performance. Among the three, motivation is identified as the most dominant factor. The study suggests that while financial compensation alone may not improve outcomes, leadership quality and intrinsic motivation play a more substantial role in boosting performance. Therefore, companies should focus on leadership development and motivation enhancement alongside fair compensation to optimize employee productivity.

Abstract

The development of industrial enterprises today is increasingly demanding quality human resources. PT Selim Elektro is a company engaged in the assembly of electronic cables that produce wire harnesses, especially in the Brebes region. The problem that arises today at PT Selim Elektro is about the performance of employees who have not been optimal. Employee performance is the main focus that must be improved immediately so that work targets are achieved and increased. The success of an enterprise cannot be achieved if it relies solely on individual efforts, but requires cooperation between employees and the organization of learners within the company. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence teamwork and learning organizations have on the performance of PT Selim Elektro employees. This research uses quantitative methods. The method of sampling in a random way, as well as the number of samples were established by the Slovin formula, a total of 91 employees. The data analysis tools in this study used the analysis of t-test tests, F tests, and multiple linear regression tests, which were tested by instruments with previous validity and reliability tests. The results of this study show that teamwork and learning organizations can affect the improvement of the performance of PT Sellim Elektro employees. The amount of influence of teamwork variables and learning organization variables on employee performance variables was 54.3%, and the rest by other variables not examined

Abstract

The decision to purchase household products of residents of Songgom, Songgom District, Brebes Regency decreased. The number of components that consumers consider in choosing an item is due to business developments in the trade sector. This makes buyers more specific in determining purchase decisions, for example at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya (Alfamart). This research was conducted in Alfamart, Songgom District, Brebes Regency. The existence of business competition makes Alfamart Songgom need to improve promotional procedures in increasing the number of buyers. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions at Alfamart Songgom. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to consumers at Alfamart Songgom. The population in this study were visitors or buyers at Alfamart Songgom. The number of samples in this test was 145 respondents who were determined using the Slovin formula. The data analysis procedures used are instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression tests. The results of the t test obtained a promotion variable sig value of 0.001 < a α value (0.05), a service quality variable of 0.010 < a α value (0.05, so it was declared to have a partial effect. The results of the F test obtained a sig value. of 0.000 < 0.05, explaining that promotion and service quality have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Alfamart Songgom.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is an important element as a determinant of the success of a business entity in meeting the needs and expectations of the community. The effect of customer dissatisfaction and disloyalty to a product or service depends on the service provided. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze credit marketing strategies, procedures for granting credit, and service quality to customer satisfaction at the Dhuafa Savings and Loans Cooperative Office (Komida). The type of research used is field research, namely by looking for data directly in the field. This research was conducted at the Komida Wiradesa Branch Office. Sources of data in this study using primary data derived from the results of respondents' answers to research instruments in the form of a set of questionnaires given to customers. In this study, the population is all customers who have applied for credit, amounting to 2,577 people. Furthermore, the number of samples obtained was 96 respondents. The analysis used in conducting the research is quantitative descriptive analysis by describing the data obtained from filling out the questionnaires that have been carried out and then easy to understand and then draw conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the credit marketing strategy has an effect on customer satisfaction; the procedure of giving credit has an effect on customer satisfaction; and service quality affect customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the multiple regression equation obtained Y = (12,554) + 0.317X1 + 0.234X2 + 0.176X3 + e. It means that the constant value (α) is positive at 12,554, meaning that there is a unidirectional effect between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The result of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0.436. This means that the contribution of the Credit Marketing Strategy (X1), Credit Provisioning Procedure (X2), and Service Quality (X3) variable contribution to Customer Satisfaction (Y) is 43.60%, while the remaining 56.40% is explained by other variables that are not revealed in this study.
