Abstract

Peningkatan kinerja karyawan menjadi prioritas utama bagi setiap organisasi, termasuk dalam sektor pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada karyawan Yayasan Pendidikan POSI. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini meliputi budaya organisasi, kompensasi, dan kepuasan kerja, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah kinerja karyawan Yayasan Pendidikan POSI. Metode analisis penelitian menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan uji hipotesis parsial dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan responden sebanyak 53 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari ketiga variable, hanya variable budaya organisasi, kompensasi, dan kepuasan kerja yang secara parsial dan simultan signifikan memengaruhi kinerja karyawan Yayasan Pendidikan POSI.

Abstract

Education in schools cannot be separated from learning. Learning is designed in such a way that the material provided by the teacher reaches the students. In its application, some teachers have shown a lot of good performance, developing their skills to carry out their duties and functions as educators. However, at SDN 138 Pekanbaru Riau, the performance of teachers has not had optimal performance. This study aims to examine the influence of work culture, leadership style and work motivation on the performance of SDN 138 Pekanbaru teachers. This study used quantitative methods. Sampling using the nonprobability sampling method, with a saturated sensus, where all members of the population are sampled. The sample or respondents in this study amounted to 31 teachers. Data collection method using questionnaire. Data analysis uses data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing, namely coefficients of determination, t tests, and f test. The results of the research partially and simultaneously concluded that work culture, leadership style and work motivation have a significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan sebagai salah satu hal yang sangat penting untuk mencapai visi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 30 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT Togamas Semesta Abadi Kota Malang. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner. Data penelitian selanjutnya dianalisis secara kualitatif maupun kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modelling-Patrial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Berdasarkan hasil analisis PLS, diperoleh hasil bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of financial literacy, lifestyle, and personal income on financial management among Generation Z in South Jakarta. Study results show that digital developments have made Generation Z more open to accessing information, thereby improving financial management. However, other studies indicate that Generation Z has limited ability in financial management. Therefore, the topic of financial management becomes interesting to explore. South Jakarta was chosen as the research object because its population is predominantly Generation Z. In addition, South Jakarta is also a hub for youth trends in various aspects, particularly lifestyle, fashion, and social gathering spots. The quantitative research method used is non-probability with a random sampling technique, and the sample size was determined using the Cooper and Emory formula, totaling 100 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS 27. The research results indicate that financial literacy has an influence on financial management. Lifestyle also has a proven influence on financial management. Personal income has an influence on financial management as well. Simultaneous testing results also show that financial literacy, lifestyle, and personal income have a collective influence on financial management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dampak yang diberikan entrepreneur lab, coach competence dan fasilitas terhadap produktivitas anggota PD Tidar Kalimantan Tengah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Sebanyak seratus sepuluh responden telah dipilih menggunakan pendekatan simple random sampling. Data Kuantitatif diproses menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 23. Hasil temuan menunjukkan entrepreneur lab dan fasilitas berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas anggota, sedangkan coach competence berdampak positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas anggota.

Abstract

Keberadaan PT. Kompakindo Media Dewata sebagai lembaga pelatihan di Indonesia bukanlah satu-satunya, puluhan lembaga pelatihan sudah bermunculan sebelumnya, namun sebagai lembaga training yang masih baru diharapkan PT. Kompakindo Media Dewata tidak kalah dengan lembaga-lembaga pelatihan yang lebih lama dan memiliki pengalaman lebih banyak. Dunia dilanda COVID-19 selama kurang lebih 2 tahun yang membuat mau tidak mau para karyawan harus bekerja secara WFH. Setelah pandemi berakhir karyawan mau tidak mau harus kembali bekerja secara WFO karena banyak karyawan yang belum siap dalam kondisi ini membuat mereka masih terlambat masuk kerja, mangkir pada saat jam kantor dan kurangnya kedisiplinan pada saat jam kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, kualitas hidup, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja di PT. Kompakindo Media Dewata, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan sumber data primer melalui kuesioner sebagai metode pengumpulan datanya. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik jenuh yang mengambil semua populasi. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 40 responden dengan populasi karyawan PT. Kompakindo Media Dewata. Kuesioner dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert 5 point, dibuat menggunakan Google Forms, dan disebar secara internal perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari hasil penelitian ini adalah disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kualitas hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Motivasi tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja. Disiplin kerja, kualitas hidup, dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja di PT. Kompakindo Media Dewata.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, price, and brand image on consumers’ purchase decisions of books at Mentari Books Indonesia, specifically at the Puri Indah branch in Jakarta. In the context of an increasingly competitive business environment, a comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing consumer purchase decisions is crucial for companies to maintain and enhance their sales performance. The three primary factors examined in this research—service quality, price, and brand image—are considered to play a significant role in shaping consumer purchase decisions. The sample for this study consisted of customers of Mentari Bookstore in the Jakarta area. A quantitative research method was employed, using multiple linear regression analysis as the main analytical technique. The findings reveal that service quality does not have a significant effect on consumers’ purchase decisions at Mentari Bookstore Jakarta. Conversely, price has a significant effect on purchase decisions, as does brand image, which also exerts a significant influence on consumer purchasing behavior. Collectively, service quality, price, and brand image have a combined influence on purchase decisions at Mentari Bookstore Jakarta.

Abstract

E-commerce platforms such as Tokopedia, one of Indonesia's leading players, have attracted public attention before, during and after COVID-19 by providing various online products and services. Tokopedia is a forum or facilitator for buying and selling transactions for goods or services between sellers and buyers via the Internet. Tokopedia has become one of the e-commerce sites that can attract consumers' purchasing intentions.Objectives: This research aims to determine how trust mediates the effect of website quality and electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) on purchase intention.Methodology: This study uses a quantitative method. The analysis method used a structural equation modeling (SEM) which is processed by using SmartPLS.Finding: The research results show that electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) and trust positively and significantly affect purchase intention. Meanwhile, the website quality variable has no direct effect on purchase intentions. In addition, trust is a mediator variable for the influence of web quality and electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) on purchase intention.Conclusion: Trust is a mediator variable for the influence of web quality and electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) on purchase intention.

Abstract

Purpose – The research objective was to examine the predominant errand of work engagement (WE) and the physical work environment (PWE) in the development of innovative organizational culture (IOC) by contemplating the mediating factors of innovative work behaviour (IWB) and employee performance (EP).Design/methodology/approach – The research was conducted through a questionnaire survey of all employees of PT. Alzena Skincare Indonesia, 175 people who produced quantitative primary data. Through the PLS-SEM high-level analysis, the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were checked, and each research hypothesis was evaluated in detail.Findings – The research results showed that an ‘IOC’ in a skincare company can be developed, and ‘WE’ is the principal aspect. However, it was still essential for the company to heed the ‘PWE’. The partial mediating role of ‘IWB’ and ‘EP’ accelerated the formation of an ‘IOC’. Meanwhile, serial mediation of ‘IWB’ and ‘EP’ only supported ‘WE’ in building ‘IOC’, not the ‘PWE’.Research limitations/implications – This research was still limited to PT. Alzena Skincare Indonesia employees, so the results cannot be generalized to other types of businesses. Thus, further research is compulsory to test the research model on other objects and look for other factors that can encourage creation of an innovative organizational culture.Practical implications – The practical implication of this research was that skincare company managers need to build ‘IOC’ by strengthening ‘WE’ and improving the ‘PWE’ that supports it. These two factors created ‘IWB’ and improved ‘EP’, ultimately forming an ‘IOC’.Originality/value – It still needed to uncover research that examined the effect of ‘WE’ and the ‘PWE’ on ‘IOC’, especially if it was serially mediated by ‘IWB’ and ‘EP’. So, the complex model was the main novelty of this study.

Abstract

Pentingnya peran sekolah dalam mempersiapkan anak didik untuk perkembangan masa depannya yang berdampak pada peningkatan taraf hidup membuat orangtua berekspektasi agar sekolah yang dipilih untuk anaknya dapat memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa citra sekolah, kualitas pelayanan dan budaya sekolah terhadap kepuasan orangtua di PKBM Alfa omega Sekolah Kania, Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dimana data primer hasilnya diperoleh dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 30 orangtua murid dari 30 peserta didik PKBM Alfa Omega SEKOLAH KANIA di kota Tangerang. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa citra sekolah, kualitas pelayanan, dan budaya sekolah berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan orangtua. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan citra sekolah, kualitas pelayanan, dan budaya sekolah secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan pada kepuasan orangtua murid di PKBM Alfa Omega Sekolah Kania.
