Abstract

 Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of teacher feedback, learning attitudes, and family environment on students’ academic achievement at SMA Alfa Centauri in Bandung. A quantitative approach was employed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with data collected from 100 respondents. The results revealed that, partially, only the family environment had a significant effect on academic achievement, while teacher feedback and learning attitudes did not show significant direct effects. However, simultaneously, the three independent variables were able to explain 31.1% of the variance in academic achievement, as indicated by an R² value of 0.311. These findings highlight the critical role of the family environment in supporting students’ academic success and emphasize the need for integrated efforts to strengthen a culture of learning within schools. Keywords: Academic achievement, Teacher feedback, Learning attitudes, Family                 environment. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian umpan balik, sikap belajar, dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMA Alfa Centauri Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) terhadap 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, hanya lingkungan keluarga yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar, sedangkan pemberian umpan balik dan sikap belajar tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Namun demikian, secara simultan ketiga variabel independen tersebut mampu menjelaskan 31,1% variasi hasil belajar, sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh nilai R² sebesar 0.311. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya peran lingkungan keluarga dalam mendukung keberhasilan akademik siswa serta perlunya pendekatan terpadu dalam penguatan budaya belajar di sekolah. Kata kunci: Hasil belajar, Umpan balik, Sikap belajar, Lingkungan keluarga..

Abstract

Prodia Clinical Laboratory, as one of the health service companies that continues to grow, Prodia faces the challenge of being able to continue to improve employee performance to support service innovation, especially during increasingly competitive Health industry competition. Transformational leadership, effective communication, and high work motivation are believed to have a role in improving optimal employee performance. The purpose of this study was to see how much the analysis of the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance, communication on employee performance, work motivation on employee performance, and transformational leadership, communication, and work motivation on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach to organic employees of the Prodia Mataram Clinical Laboratory. The research sample was 34 respondents using purposive sampling techniques. Statistical analysis techniques using SPSS. The test instruments used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis tests (T tests), and simultaneous tests (F tests). The results of the study show that 1) transformational leadership partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 2) communication partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 3) Work motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 4) transformational leadership, communication and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

“Work from anywhere” trend in Jakarta has increased the need for mobility and comfort, encouraging the use of private cars, especially the Toyota brand. Toyota, a global automotive brand that was founded in 1937 in Japan, is known for its innovation, reliability, and efficiency. In Indonesia, Toyota is popular for its durable and rarely damaged vehicles. GAIKINDO data shows that Toyota is the car brand with the highest sales in Indonesia throughout 2024. One of its official dealers, Auto2000 Toyota Daan Mogot Jakarta, is the largest dealer in a strategic location with a showroom and a comfortable workshop. This study analyzes the influence of brand image, price, and service quality on the decision to purchase a Toyota car at Auto2000 Daan Mogot. The study used the technique of non-probability sampling with the accidental sampling method. Data were collected through questionnaires from 80 respondents who purchased Toyota cars from the dealer. The analysis was conducted quantitatively and descriptively using multiple linear regression with SPSS software version 26. The results of the study showed that: (1) brand image has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, (2) price has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, (3) service quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, and (4) simultaneously, brand image, price, and service quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Toyota cars at Auto2000 Daan Mogot.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the partial and simultaneous effects of transformational leadership, communication, and work motivation on teacher performance in primary education. A quantitative research approach using a survey design was applied, involving all 33 teachers as respondents. Data were analyzed using SPSS through validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing with t-tests and F-tests. The findings show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, highlighting the importance of effective leadership practices in supporting instructional quality and professional outcomes. In contrast, communication and work motivation do not demonstrate significant partial effects on teacher performance when examined independently. However, when tested simultaneously, transformational leadership, communication, and work motivation collectively exert a significant influence on teacher performance. These results suggest that transformational leadership is the most dominant factor in enhancing teacher performance. Therefore, school management should prioritize leadership development while strengthening communication systems and motivational strategies for performance improvement.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of funding strategies and meaningful youth participation on the effectiveness of community empowerment programs, with strategic partnerships serving as a mediating variable within Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs). A quantitative research design was employed using a survey method. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Forms to leaders of NGOs that are legally registered as foundations and associations. A total of 50 NGOs were selected using purposive and multistage sampling techniques. The collected data were analyzed using path analysis with Smart-PLS version 4.6.1.1. The findings indicate that funding strategy has a significant positive effect on strategic partnerships, whereas meaningful youth participation does not significantly influence strategic partnerships. Strategic partnerships are also found to have no significant effect on the effectiveness of community empowerment programs. Furthermore, funding strategy does not have a significant direct effect on program effectiveness, while meaningful youth participation shows a significant positive effect. The mediation analysis reveals that strategic partnerships do not mediate the relationship between funding strategy and program effectiveness, nor between meaningful youth participation and program effectiveness. These findings imply that the effectiveness of community empowerment programs is more strongly influenced by the substantive involvement of youth than by funding mechanisms or formal partnerships alone. For practitioners and policymakers, the study highlights the importance of designing empowerment programs that prioritize meaningful youth engagement, while ensuring that funding strategies and partnerships are aligned with programmatic goals rather than treated as stand-alone managerial instruments.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of work efficiency, progress monitoring, and digital collaboration on employee performance within the context of digital transformation in a certification institution. The research aims to analyze both the partial and simultaneous influence of these three factors on employee performance during the transition to a digital-based work system. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method involving 40 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The findings reveal that, partially, work efficiency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while progress monitoring and digital collaboration do not show a significant individual effect. However, simultaneously, all three variables significantly influence employee performance, indicating a strong explanatory power of the regression model. These results suggest that the success of digital transformation in certification institutions is primarily supported by improved work efficiency and the integrated implementation of digital management practices. The study implies that education and training institutions undergoing digital transformation should prioritize efficiency-oriented digital strategies while strengthening the synergy between monitoring systems and digital collaboration to enhance overall employee performance.

Abstract

Keputusan memilih sekolah pada tingkat menengah, utamanya SMP membutuhkan andil orang tua. Beberapa indikator yang sering menjadi bahan pertimbangan orang tua dalam memilih sekolah untuk anaknya adalah biaya pendidikan, lokasi sekolah, dan citra sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 88 orang tua siswa kelas 7 SMP Citra Berkat Surabaya yang dipilih melalui teknik proportional random sampling. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh biaya Pendidikan, lokasi, dan citra sekolah terhadap keputusan orang tua memilih SMP Citra Berkat Surabaya, serta variabel yang mendominasi dalam hubungan pengaruh tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa biaya pendidikan dan citra sekolah secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap keputusan orang tua memilih SMP Citra Berkat Surabaya. Sedangkan lokasi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan orang tua memilih SMP Citra Berkat Surabaya. Namun, secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut mempengaruhi keputusan orang tua dalam memilih SMP Citra Berkat Surabaya. Biaya pendidikan ditemukan sebagai variabel yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi keputusan orang tua dalam memilih sekolah.

Abstract

Undang-Undang Nomor 39 Tahun 2009 tentang Kesehatan Republik Indonesia menjelaskan “kesehatan merupakan hak asasi manusia dan unsur kesejahteraan yang harus dicapai sesuai dengan cita-cita nasional Indonesia”. Puskesmas menyelenggarakan upaya kesehatan masyarakat dan upaya higiene perorangan tingkat pertama. Kepuasan masyarakat menjadi tolok ukur penting dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik karena merupakan prediktor pemerintah terhadap kinerja nasional. Beberapa faktor potensial, seperti kondisi lingkungan fisik dan kualitas layanan, dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pasien sehingga merangsang minat pasien untuk berkunjung kembali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fenomena yang terjadi di bidang kesehatan terkait lingkungan fisik, kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien dan kunjungan kembali pasien. Penelitian dilakukan pada pasien yang berobat di Puskesmas Janti. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling, dimana kuesioner diperoleh dari 100 responden (yaitu pasien rawat jalan yang datang lebih dari satu kali dalam setahun). Data penelitian diolah secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis jalur yang meliputi pengujian model eksternal (validitas dan reliabilitas), pengujian model internal (R-squared dan F-squared), dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dengan menggunakan software aplikasi Smart PLS versi 3.3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Lingkungan fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. 2) Kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. 3) Lingkungan fisik tidak mempunyai dampak positif terhadap kunjungan kembali pasien. 4) Kualitas pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kunjungan kembali. 5) Kepuasan pasien tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kunjungan ulang pasien. 6) Lingkungan fisik tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kunjungan ulang yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan pasien. 7) Kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kunjungan kembali yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan pasien.

Abstract

Kursus bahasa asing menjadi salah satu kursus online yang masih bertahan meskipun pandemi sudah usai. Salah satu hal yang paling perlu diperhatikan dalam pengelolaan kursus online adalah loyalitas siswa, namun masalahnya loyalitas siswa di Anu Basa sendiri bisa dibilang belum begitu tinggi. Selain itu terdapat gap-research yang menyatakan brand image tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh kulitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas. Penelitian kuantitatif ini memiliki populasi sebanyak 1124 orang yang terdiri dari alumni dan murid aktif di Kursus Anu Basa, dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 166 orang menggunakan teknik purpossive sampling dengan kriteria murid yang telah mengikuti kelas minimal 2 bulan atau telah melakukan dua kali pembayaran selama tahun 2023. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dengan pengolahan data menggunakan Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas siswa di Kursus Anu Basa secara tidak langsung melalui brand image. Kualitas tenaga pengajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas siswa di Kursus Anu Basa secara tidak langsung melalui brand image.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine and analyze 1) the partial influence of motivation on teacher performance, 2) the partial influence of welfare on teacher performance, 3) the partial influence of teacher competence on teacher performance, and 4) the simultaneous influence of motivation, well-being and competence on teacher performance.. Teacher performance is an important aspect in creating quality education. The variables of motivation, well-being and competence are considered as the main factors that can influence the quality of teachers' task implementation. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 34 respondents at the Mother of the Sacred Heart Foundation Middle School teachers in the Special Region of Jakarta using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression tests to see the partial and simultaneous influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the research show 1) motivation does not have a partially significant effect on teacher performance at the Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Foundation for the Special Region of Jakarta, 2) welfare does not have a partially significant effect on the performance of teachers at the Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Foundation for the Special Region of Jakarta, 3) teacher competence has a partially significant effect on teacher performance at the Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Foundation for the Special Region of Jakarta, and 4) simultaneously, the variables of motivation, well-being and teacher competence simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance at the Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Foundation for the Special Region of Jakarta. Keywords: Motivation, Well-being, Competence, Teacher Performance, Education. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis 1) pengaruh parsial motivasi terhadap kinerja guru, 2) pengaruh parsial kesejahteraan terhadap kinerja guru, 3) pengaruh parsial kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru, dan 4) pengaruh simultan motivasi, kesejahteraan dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru. Kinerja guru merupakan aspek penting dalam menciptakan pendidikan yang berkualitas. Variabel motivasi, kesejahteraan, dan kompetensi dinilai sebagai faktor utama yang dapat memengaruhi kualitas pelaksanaan tugas guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada guru-guru SMP Yayasan Bunda Hati Kudus Daerah Khusus Jakarta berjumlah 34 orang responden dengan tehnik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji regresi linear berganda untuk melihat pengaruh parsial dan simultan dari variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) motivasi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru di Yayasan Bunda Hati Kudus Daerah Khusus Jakarta, 2) kesejahteraan tidak berpengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru di Yayasan Bunda Hati Kudus Daerah Khusus Jakarta, 3) kompetensi guru berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru di Yayasan Bunda Hati Kudus Daerah Khusus Jakarta, dan 4) secara bersamaan, variabel motivasi, kesejahteraan, dan kompetensi guru secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di Yayasan Bunda Hati Kudus Daerah Khusus Jakarta. Kata kunci: Motivasi, Kesejahteraan, Kompetensi, Kinerja Guru, Pendidikan
