Abstract

Mediation is increasingly popular. As a result, slowly but surely, people are starting to look at Alternative Dispute Resolution, which basically allows the parties to choose the forums they agree on. The phenomenon of using Alternative mechanisms is strengthening. Alternative Dispute Resolution (APS) is seen as an integral part of the business itself and is considered suitable for the business world because the resolution is fast and cheap. Dispute resolution as mediation has been known since the beginning in Indonesia because the customary system in resolving cases always upholds deliberation and consensus through traditional forums in each region in Indonesia. As time goes by, this is enforced in court (Mediation-Linked Court) as a form of legal justice. However, the mediation process in court must be enforced through the settlement of civil settlements. If mediation as regulated in Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 of 2016, if mediation is not carried out, the judgment will be abolished for legal purposes.

Abstract

The training program on utilizing household organic waste into liquid fertilizer for the PKK group in Sidomukti Village aims to improve knowledge and skills in processing organic waste into economically valuable products. The methods used include socialization, practical demonstrations, production of liquid fertilizer using anaerobic fermentation, and harvesting and evaluation. The training results showed a 78% increase in participants' understanding of organic waste management and liquid fertilizer production techniques. The liquid fertilizer produced has good physical characteristics with a blackish-brown color, a tapai-like aroma, and a pH of 5.5-6.5. The program received positive responses with 92% of participants expressing satisfaction, 89% intending to implement organic waste management at home, and 78% interested in developing organic liquid fertilizer businesses. The follow-up program includes expansion to all hamlets in Sidomukti Village and development of a village-level organic waste collection system.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Harga dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Sparepart Mobil Tokotoki05 di Shopee baik secara parsial dan simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pembeli Sparepart Mobil Tokotoki Di Shopee sebanyak 607. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purpose sampling dan untuk penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 86 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Harga (X1) berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) dengan persamaan regresi Y = 27,406 + 0,446 X1. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 32,0% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 68% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji Hipotesis diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (6,287 > 1,988) dengan signifikan (0,000 < 0,05). Dengan demikian maka Ho1 ditolak dan Ha1 diterima, hal ini menujukkan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Harga dan Keputusan Pembelian Sparepart Mobil Tokotoki05 di Shopee. Kualitas Produk (X2) berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) dengan persamaan regresi Y = 14,239 + 0,413X2. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 57,3% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 42,7% dipengaruhi faktor lain.Uji Hipotesis diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (10,611 > 1,988) dengan signifikan (0,000 < 0,05). Dengan demikian maka Ho2 ditolak dan Ha2 diterima, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Kulaitas Produk dan Keputusan Pembelian Sparepart Mobil Tokotoki05 di Shopee. Harga dan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan persamaan regresi Y = 13,409 + 0,154X1 + 0,502X2. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 58,5% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 41,5% dipengaruhi faktor lain.Uji Hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (58,419 > 3,11) dengan signifikan (0,000 < 0,05). Dengan demikian maka Ho3 ditolak dan Ha3 diterima, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Harga dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Sparepart Mobil Tokotoki05 di Shopee.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership style on employee creativity by mediating the role of knowledge sharing and information technology in microfinance institutions in Central Java. The population of this study was all employees of micro-financial institutions in Central Java, and the sample used was 250 employees who were selected using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling, namely employees in marketing, administration and services, information and Information Technology departments who had worked for at least 1 year. Data were analyzed using SEM with the help of PLS ​​3. This research proves that transformational leadership adopted by microfinance institutions can increase employee creativity. Likewise, with the mediation of information technology and the mediation of knowledge sharing, the influence of transformational leadership can boost employee creativity.

Abstract

The incidence of stunting in Indonesia in 2021 is relatively high with a stunting prevalence of 24.4%, and one area in West Pasaman Regency has even experienced an increase in the incidence of stunting in 2022. The adverse effects of stunting are not only related to the child's height, it can also cause permanent disability and affect the child's future. To find out the factors associated with the incidence of stunting in toddlers.this research is a quantitative study with an observational analytic design through a cross-sectional approach. The sample is taken by simple random sampling technique. Data processing is in the form of univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The results of the data analysis in this study obtained significant results between the incidence of stunting and parenting factors and economic factors. various factors include causing the incidence of stunting in toddlers in West Pasaman Regency, so that family assistance is one of the efforts to prevent stunting incidents.

Abstract

Every organization in a government agency has a mission to achieve. Achievement of goals and objectives that have been set through a performance accountability system which is a general indicator for measuring mission achievement. This research aims to adhere to accountability, internal control siste and accounting information siste on organizational performance in government agencies. This study used a quantitative method with primary data obtained from respondents through questionnaires distributed to employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency located in the City of Surabaya. The data analysis technique used is progra SPSS version 20. The results of this study show that accountability has a significant positive effect on organizational performance, the internal control system has no positive and significant effect on organizational performance, the accounting information system has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance and accountability, the internal control system and the accounting information system together have a significant positsive effect on organizational performance.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of public knowledge, awareness and attitudes towards halal medicines. The sample for this research was 100 respondents selected using a purposive sampling method in Yogyakarta. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed via social media and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research results showed that the variables of knowledge, awareness and attitude were 61.4% regarding the halalness of medicines. Meanwhile, other factors contributed 38.6%, the rest was influenced by other variables. So, the knowledge variable has an insignificant influence, while awareness and attitude have a positive and significant influence on the halalness of medicines. This shows that Muslim students tend to still have low knowledge regarding understanding the halal nature of medicines. Apart from that, awareness and attitude also have different positive influences on the halalness of medicines. These findings have implications for the government, pharmaceutical factories and related agencies to pay more attention to the halalness of medicines in an effort to maintain public health and public trust. On the other hand, this research also contributes to researchers in the pharmaceutical field by enriching the literature regarding factors that influence the halalness of medicines.

Abstract

Effective and efficient zakat management is essential to achieving social welfare and economic equity in society. The National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS), as the official zakat management institution in Indonesia, needs to implement a transparent and accountable system in every operational process. This study aims to analyze the use of Accounting Information Systems in improving the efficiency of zakat management at BAZNAS West Java Province. This research employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the implementation of the BAZNAS Management Information System (SIMBA), as a form of Accounting Information Systems, plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and transparency of zakat management, particularly in recording, reporting, and monitoring zakat funds. Although there are challenges such as discrepancies in certain chart of accounts between the central and regional BAZNAS, the system generally improves the accuracy of financial data and speeds up the reporting process. Therefore, the use of AIS through SIMBA is considered effective in supporting professional, efficient, and accountable zakat governance at BAZNAS West Java Province.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the origins, operational management, obstacles, and opportunities faced by Seven Green Fresh, a food and kitchen supplies business located in Palu City. The research methodology uses a qualitative approach by conducting direct interviews with the business owner. The findings reveal that this business has opportunities to grow through product innovation and digital marketing, but still faces weaknesses in financial management and unstable consumers.
