Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership style on employee creativity by mediating the role of knowledge sharing and information technology in microfinance institutions in Central Java. The population of this study was all employees of micro-financial institutions in Central Java, and the sample used was 250 employees who were selected using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling, namely employees in marketing, administration and services, information and Information Technology departments who had worked for at least 1 year. Data were analyzed using SEM with the help of PLS ​​3. This research proves that transformational leadership adopted by microfinance institutions can increase employee creativity. Likewise, with the mediation of information technology and the mediation of knowledge sharing, the influence of transformational leadership can boost employee creativity.

Abstract

The incidence of stunting in Indonesia in 2021 is relatively high with a stunting prevalence of 24.4%, and one area in West Pasaman Regency has even experienced an increase in the incidence of stunting in 2022. The adverse effects of stunting are not only related to the child's height, it can also cause permanent disability and affect the child's future. To find out the factors associated with the incidence of stunting in toddlers.this research is a quantitative study with an observational analytic design through a cross-sectional approach. The sample is taken by simple random sampling technique. Data processing is in the form of univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The results of the data analysis in this study obtained significant results between the incidence of stunting and parenting factors and economic factors. various factors include causing the incidence of stunting in toddlers in West Pasaman Regency, so that family assistance is one of the efforts to prevent stunting incidents.

Abstract

Every organization in a government agency has a mission to achieve. Achievement of goals and objectives that have been set through a performance accountability system which is a general indicator for measuring mission achievement. This research aims to adhere to accountability, internal control siste and accounting information siste on organizational performance in government agencies. This study used a quantitative method with primary data obtained from respondents through questionnaires distributed to employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency located in the City of Surabaya. The data analysis technique used is progra SPSS version 20. The results of this study show that accountability has a significant positive effect on organizational performance, the internal control system has no positive and significant effect on organizational performance, the accounting information system has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance and accountability, the internal control system and the accounting information system together have a significant positsive effect on organizational performance.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of public knowledge, awareness and attitudes towards halal medicines. The sample for this research was 100 respondents selected using a purposive sampling method in Yogyakarta. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed via social media and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research results showed that the variables of knowledge, awareness and attitude were 61.4% regarding the halalness of medicines. Meanwhile, other factors contributed 38.6%, the rest was influenced by other variables. So, the knowledge variable has an insignificant influence, while awareness and attitude have a positive and significant influence on the halalness of medicines. This shows that Muslim students tend to still have low knowledge regarding understanding the halal nature of medicines. Apart from that, awareness and attitude also have different positive influences on the halalness of medicines. These findings have implications for the government, pharmaceutical factories and related agencies to pay more attention to the halalness of medicines in an effort to maintain public health and public trust. On the other hand, this research also contributes to researchers in the pharmaceutical field by enriching the literature regarding factors that influence the halalness of medicines.

Abstract

Effective and efficient zakat management is essential to achieving social welfare and economic equity in society. The National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS), as the official zakat management institution in Indonesia, needs to implement a transparent and accountable system in every operational process. This study aims to analyze the use of Accounting Information Systems in improving the efficiency of zakat management at BAZNAS West Java Province. This research employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the implementation of the BAZNAS Management Information System (SIMBA), as a form of Accounting Information Systems, plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and transparency of zakat management, particularly in recording, reporting, and monitoring zakat funds. Although there are challenges such as discrepancies in certain chart of accounts between the central and regional BAZNAS, the system generally improves the accuracy of financial data and speeds up the reporting process. Therefore, the use of AIS through SIMBA is considered effective in supporting professional, efficient, and accountable zakat governance at BAZNAS West Java Province.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the origins, operational management, obstacles, and opportunities faced by Seven Green Fresh, a food and kitchen supplies business located in Palu City. The research methodology uses a qualitative approach by conducting direct interviews with the business owner. The findings reveal that this business has opportunities to grow through product innovation and digital marketing, but still faces weaknesses in financial management and unstable consumers.

Abstract

Employment agreements are essential legal instruments that regulate the rights and obligations of workers and employers in industrial relations, aiming to ensure legal certainty and balance. In practice, however, the implementation of employment contracts often faces challenges such as differing interpretations, unequal bargaining positions, and inconsistent application of labor regulations. These issues require an effective and constructive dispute resolution mechanism that can address contractual problems while preserving employment relationships. In the Indonesian labor law system, mediation is recognized as a key non-litigation mechanism facilitated by government-appointed mediators to help parties reach mutually acceptable solutions. This study examines the mediation mechanism for resolving employment agreement disputes in Indonesia and analyzes its role as an alternative to court proceedings that emphasizes deliberation, efficiency, and cooperation. Using a normative legal research method with statutory and conceptual approaches, the study analyzes relevant labor laws, mediation regulations, and legal doctrines through a comprehensive literature review. The findings show that mediation is conducted through structured stages, including dispute registration with labor authorities, mediator appointment, facilitated negotiations, and the formulation of agreements or written recommendations. Mediation effectively promotes consensual solutions, reduces procedural complexity, and encourages cooperative communication. It also supports the preservation of harmonious and sustainable employment relationships by prioritizing consensus over adversarial processes. Strengthening mediator competence and improving legal awareness among workers and employers are therefore crucial to optimizing the effectiveness of mediation in resolving employment agreement disputes in Indonesia.

Abstract

Pancasila berfungsi dan tetap kuat sebagai dasar negara dalam menghadapi tantangan globalisasi, yang berdampak pada berbagai aspek kehidupan bangsa kita. Indonesia melihat dua sisi globalisasi: liberalisasi ekonomi, kemajuan teknologi, dan arus informasi yang melintasi batas negara. Kedua aspek ini membawa peluang dan risiko bagi Indonesia. Di satu sisi, globalisasi memungkinkan inovasi, kemajuan digital, dan integrasi ekonomi global; namun, di sisi lain, ia juga menyebabkan ketidakadilan digital, kesenjangan sosial-ekonomi, individualisme yang lebih besar, dan penurunan semangat gotong-royong, yang menunjukkan bahwa sila Kelima belum dilaksanakan dengan baik. Selain itu, memasuki budaya negara lain dan menyebarkan ideologi yang tidak toleran melalui media digital membahayakan persatuan. Untuk menyelidiki literatur ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan Pancasila, globalisasi, dan keadilan sosial, artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kajian pustaka deskriptif-kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pancasila masih relevan sebagai filter ideologis dan kompas moral dalam menangani efek buruk globalisasi. Pancasila meminta negara menjalankan perannya sebagai negara kesejahteraan, memperkuat pemerataan pembangunan, menjaga identitas bangsa, dan memastikan bahwa kemajuan teknologi digunakan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan seluruh rakyat. Pancasila berfungsi sebagai pedoman strategis bagi Indonesia untuk mempertahankan kebebasan dan keadilan di era global.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of the professional code of ethics on accountants’ professional behavior and the quality of financial statements. The credibility of financial information largely depends on ethical conduct and professional responsibility in accounting practices. Using a quantitative associative approach, this research analyzes how ethical principles shape professional behavior and how such behavior contributes to the reliability, transparency, and compliance of financial reporting. The findings indicate that a strong understanding and consistent application of the code of ethics significantly influence accountants’ professional behavior, particularly in maintaining integrity, independence, and objectivity. Furthermore, professional behavior acts as a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between the code of ethics and financial statement quality. Accountants who demonstrate high ethical awareness tend to produce financial reports that are more reliable and aligned with applicable accounting standards. This study highlights that ethical values are not merely formal guidelines but essential foundations for professional conduct and high-quality financial reporting. The results provide practical implications for accounting professionals, organizations, and professional bodies in strengthening ethical education and enforcement to enhance public trust in financial information.

Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in enhancing intellectual abilities and shaping individuals to become more capable and accomplished. However, the current education system is considered to be too focused on cognitive aspects while neglecting the development of students’ character and moral values, which has led to various social issues. In this regard, the sociology of education emerges as an effort to understand the relationship between education and society, as well as how social, cultural, economic, and historical factors influence the development of students’ character. This study employs a literature review method by examining various written sources such as books, academic journals, and relevant research reports. The findings indicate that the sociology of education plays a significant role in shaping students’ character through the understanding of existing social values, norms, and ethics. Through the theories of functionalism, conflict, and symbolic interactionism, the sociology of education contributes to explaining the role of education in society and how social interactions within the school environment can strengthen the development of positive character. Moreover, teachers as social agents in schools—including principals, homeroom teachers, and special education assistants—have a strategic role in creating an inclusive, adaptive, and character-oriented educational atmosphere. Thus, the sociology of education is not only an academic field but also serves as a tool to shape individuals who are ethical, empathetic, and capable of contributing positively to society.
